I had a consultation with Dr. Marshburn today and both agreed that I experienced the most knowledgeable and thorough and exam and explanations of any doctor experience in my almost 68 years! He answered every question and I never felt rushed. I expect to continue and are optimistic about his solutions to my challenge. I highly recommend him and his practice!

Dr .Malik and her staff were wonderful. The team is kind and knowledgeable. They were able to provide a scale of options starting with the least invasive to remedy my problem. Throughout treatment, the staff was professional and available as needed. I highly recommend this office.

I called them because my doctor referred me after finding I needed more than a urologist. They informed me that they do not handle anything urological or gynecology related. Perhaps they should consider changing their name to reflect that…

On hold for quite a while. Then the receptionist transferred me to someone, ( who I came to find out ) was not even in the office.THAT’S PERFECT. Of no help whatsoever. This place seems really screwed up.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Steer clear of this facility, specifically Dr. Shazia Malik. I referred to this office by maricopa obgyn. I saw Dr. Shazia, this doctor exams me and looked me right in the face and told me there was nothing wrong with the positioning of my organs, I left out of the office crying because I was so confused as to how this doctor didn’t see anything. I followed up with maricopa obgyn and they stated according to the notes sent over the doctor confirmed a medical diagnosis that is too private to share, and she indicated it was “stage 1” in her notes. I was very upset hearing this because the doctor never shared her findings with me and BLATANTLY lied in my face. Literally looked me in the eyes as I was balling and told me NOTHING!! She should not be able to practice medicine, very dangerous doctor in my opinion. Stay away!

I called today to schedule an appointment. I shouldnt have to tell the receptionist all of my business and then you want a doctor to send you my medical records, to see if you can see me!This has to be a joke!

Everything you have heard about Dr. Stone is true! He is a wonderful listener, explains options, a skilled surgeon, easy to communicate with him or office for answers to questions post appointments or if you have a worrisome issue. Feel confident I am getting the best medical care that I could hope for. Hadprolapse surgery, didnt take a pain pill, at 8 weeks was healed with no restrictions.

I went to see Dr. Stone to get a second opinion regarding my prolapses after seeing another doctor who, after just 10 minutes meeting with me, immediately jumped to surgery being my only option. Im so glad I did! Dr. Stone took the time to talk with me and examine me thoroughly to see what is going on. I didnt feel like he was in a rush to get me out the door. I felt my concerns were heard and taken seriously. He seems to truly care about his patients. He was able to describe in understandable terms and using diagrams what was going on and was able to offer non invasive, practical solutions to improve my quality of life. I would highly recommend Dr. Stone to anyone seeking a good urogynecologist!

I selected Dr. Stone because he met a criteria that is important to me. Board Certified in female pelvic medicine, excellent surgical history and in good standing with state and federal Agencies.Dr Stone put me at ease during my visit. He explained in detail the treatment options available and answered my questions.I received helpful handout materials covering the treatment options discussed.I have a follow-up visit in two weeks and now feel adequately informed to participate in making a decision on my treatment plan.

Dr. Stone was very helpful in explaining any and all procedures to me regarding my incontinence. I felt very comfortable talking with him. I was assured that something could and would be done to alleviate my current problems. Thank you for you sincerity.

This was my first and last encounter with this facility. I went on the website and downloaded all the necessary new patient paperwork. I made 2 copies of all the paperwork after I completed them. As I get to the appointment I hand the front desk clerk Yulianna Lopez my paperwork and ID and insurance card. She starts to look over the paperwork and said everything looked fine. She told me to have a seat and if she needed anything else she would let me know. She came out from behind the counter with an attitude and tried to hand me some papers that I supposedly missed filling out. I told her I knew those papers were in there because I sat in my vehicle before going in and made sure I had the complete package. I told her I was not filling out anymore papers because I know those were in there. She then proceeded to get louder and nastier with me. I went to my truck and compared them to the copies that I gave her and sure enough they were in there. I went back inside and told her that they were in the packet that I gave her and she wanted to argue. Just as we were arguing the nurse called for me to come to the back. Dr. Marshburn was who I saw. I was not pleased with the service at all. He had not read any of my chart or notes that were sent to him. He told me he wanted to see me back in 6 months. Once he finished the exam, I proceeded to the front to make the follow up appointment. Well low and behold I had to deal with the same rude and unprofessional clerk. She was very rude again and asked what I needed. I told her to make a follow up appointment for 6 months. She didnt believe me so she called the Doctor and he changed it to 2 months. I told her he told me 6 months in order to allow the medication he prescribed to work. She then didnt know what my co pay was and asked me how much did I usually pay. I told her she should have had that verified already thru my insurance. There was another clerk that did the physical therapy appointments sitting there shaking her head and she was apologizing for the other clerks behavior. I asked for my receipt and also her full name which she didnt want to give me. She finally gave me my receipt after about 10 minutes of trying to retrieve it. I went to my car and called the office to see if she gave me the right name. Once she answered and saw that it was me she put me on hold and never came back on the line. I told her dont worry that I was going to do a review of the facility and include her name. She didnt like that just by the look on her face. I would not recommend this facility at all. Please look elsewhere for your Urogynecology needs.

Dr. Stone is amazing. He listens and cares about his patients and actually spends time with you which is so rare nowadays. I would highly recommend him. I drove 40 mins each way and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my gynecology or urology needs.

Was seen back in 2019 by Dr Daniel Stone. Had bad experience from another Dr different clinic and he fix the issue. He was amazing, caring and understanding. I would definitely come back to see him again but thank God he got the job done and will never see him again.

Dr. Malik was very good about explaining everything in detail. I thoroughly trusted and believed her. The problem I had was my schedule. I saw her two times, and both times I had to wait at least one hour past the scheduled appointment time. The second time I was early and still had to wait over 1 hour and 45 minutes. When I asked the front desk about when I would be seen they told me that it could be some time. I dont HAVE that kind of time. I was very disappointed. Went to another doctor who respects my time. Happy now

The offices are exceptionally clean. The staff is helpful and very nice. Dr. Stone is outstanding! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Stone to anyone needing this type of medical attention.

Dr. Marshburn is an excellent doctor. He performed a complicated surgery on me and it was a success!! No more urine leakage.

I had been to a urologist and gynecologist and neither of them could find the source of my pain. Dr Malik spent 30 minutes going over my history before she examined me. She immediately found a cyst that was causing my pain and provided me with an option to take care of it. I am so relieved that I wasn’t imagining it. I will highly recommend her to my friends.

I called, WAITED 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone, I gave up, then i called again and left my phone number to be called back so i could make a appt. They never called.

Office staff extremely rude and mocking about insurance coverage (or current lack thereof). Was rectified within hours but unfortunately the time off work and gas money was as much a waste as the space the staff takes up. The amount of disrespect shown guaranteed will never go back.

When I called to make an appointment, “what problem are you having?” Short and rude and I guess down to the point. Both women came off rude, no other information to offer, terrible experience, I’m already done.

Dr. Marshburn performed several surgical procedures on me a week ago. I am 80 years old and was pretty nervous. I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr Marshburn. He knows what hes doing. I highly recommend him for any surgical problems. He explains everything well and is kind and caring. Im home recovering and only taking Tylenol. Dr.Stone is very patient and truly cares about his patients. He throughly explains everything and answered all my questions without rushing or being rude. Very good bedside manners. I highly recommend Dr.Stone he is very knowledgeable and understanding.

Dr. S. Mailk, and staff were always very friendly and welcoming.Dr. Mailk was very informative before surgery and again she went over the procedure before surgery and again day of surgery put me at ease to go through the surgery. I dont think I could have found a more friendly and welcoming person then Dr. Mailk and I would recommend her to anyone who would ask for a recommendation.SincerelyKaren Portsche

Dr. Videla is truly an answer to prayers. I’ve been going to different urologists for years for what I thought (and had been told) was chronic UTIs...and none of them took the time, did the exams, or answered my questions like he did. Rather than just throwing another medication at me, he took the time to listen to my concerns, do an ultrasound and urine sample, and truly tried to figure out the problem, rather than fixing the symptoms. I was blown away, still am.I cannot express how amazing this experience was and how highly I would recommend him. How he treated me as a patient is the type of care we all wish we experienced when going to the doctor.

I followed all the rules- arrived early, with 20 pages of sign in forms. . Waited, waited .. 20 minutes .. asked about appointment. Obviously the staff’s response to everything was... shortly. Now it’s 40 minutes later.. still no doctor... finally asked her girl.. her response was another 20 minutes or so. That would be a one hour wait to even meet the doctor. I left. No concern for her patients.why not send someone out to say there’s been an emergency.. ( in urology?) . Cannot imagine I would have confidence and a good rapport with this doctor.. the “I’m a doctor.. therefore holier than thou” attitude. ... no care for my time.. how can I have confidence in her? And her aides - about as kind as a Soviet guard in a gulag.

Five stars is not enoug I give u ten stars. This place and people are amazing and care about their patients. They make u feel like family. Also make sure you know all the options for the issue/s you are having absolutely recommend. Them for any sort of pelvic floor issues. Thank you everyone at the office yall are great.🙃🙂💓☀️🌟🌟🌟🌟

Best lady doctor I have ever had. I am usually very uncomfortable with this kind of thing. They really put you at ease here. I would recommend it for anybody who needs their services.

Dr. Malik and staff very pleasant and caring about my care. Very good information and different ways of treatment. I appreciated her time with me to address my concerns.

My Gyno New Horizons referred me to Dr. Videla for bladder issues. He patiently explained how to completely change my current issue with no meds! I was 🏃‍♂️ late, but to my delight Dr. Videla, was remarkably calm and caring. He explained the top medical science procedures that work with some physical excercise, and regulating the amount of fluids throughout day & sleeping hours. I dearly appreciate Dr. Videlas keen knowledge of a womans pelvic region. Definitely makes a difference and easier to trust his expert medical and emotional advice. I felt very fortunate to have Dr. Videla as my Urogynecologist Specialist. Heck, Its the most sensitive part of a womans body. Im so Encouraged and Greatful that Dr. Videla thou examines hundreds of women for different reasons, provided me with 💯 care. He went above a routine exam, all under an hour visit. 🏅. Dr Stone is simply the best !! If you want a doctor that actually listens to you this is the place to go. I can’t say enough about this man , he will do everything he can to get to the bottom of your issues. Thank you Dr Stone !!

This was the first time I’ve met Dr. Malik and she spent almost an hour with me. Not a common experience with doctors these days. I felt equipped with a lot of information to make an important medical decision.

This place is TERRIBLE about scheduling. I have all my labs, paperwork, testing, imaging done - yet, it takes them TWO WEEKS to even call to schedule a date. Their excuse? Everything thats happening. It does not take TWO WEEKS to call a patient for scheduling, thats just a malpractice-level stall tactic. If you can, GO ELSEWHERE. I cant because Im a veteran and the VA set me up with this place.

Dr. Marshburn did massive repairs on my prolapses plus a hysterectomy and bladder sling. My recovery has been as he predicted. I had a little sticker shock with the meds proscribed but I would always recommend this doctor for his surgical expertise. Mrs. Reginald

Dr. Malik cares about here patients. She explains things to you, so you better understand what is happening to your body. And the reason why youre there.

Dr Stone is always very friendly and informative and caring. And rather rest of the staff is also very polite and helpful.

Dr Videla is an amazing Dr as well as a very kind person and sits and spends quality time with you. Heads up also to a great office staff.
