Called to ask if they take my insurance, they said they do. Scheduled an appointment and showed up. Was then told this location doesnt take my insurance so I have to pay $200+ out of pocket just for the visit. Incredibly frustrating to find out when my appointment is supposed to start.If the main purpose of my call was to see if you take my insurance, why would you not think to mention only one of the locations takes my insurance?

I find it very important to get checked up on due to my family’s history, and Men’s Vitality Center took care of every aspect I could think of! I met Nicole, Maritza and Dr Evan’s- they were all very knowledgeable and compassionate, would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Be careful with this place. I came in for a check up which I usually pay at $25 co-pay and I ended up getting a bill from the lab corporation for another $75 (which I wasn’t told). Then I called in to get my lab results and they would not give it to me unless I scheduled another appointment. I feel like they’re more about the money…

After multiple years of being a customer, I couldn’t do it anymore. The inconsistency in treatment, billing and medical advice ventured into incompetence.7-31-23 Update - I do want to say that within minutes of this post going up, I was contacted by the owner Dr. Evans, he was genuine and seemed to truly want to turn the situation around. We spoke on the phone today and though I have decided to move to another provider he heard me out, was respectful and cares about the series of events that led to my review.

The ladies at the front are incredible. Take care of your needs. You get seated right away billing everything is handled in a very professional manner. They are super kind and most of all very accommodating. I would highly recommend Mens Vitality Center.

Dr. Evans and his staff have always been efficient, helpful and very sociable. Dr. Evans’ services have gone above and beyond others; in that the times when I’ve discussed other issues not related to my current visit, Dr. Evans has offered assistance from one of his offices that I didn’t know existed and has exceeded similar services I was currently getting elsewhere.I highly recommend this office for anyone needing competent healthcare in a friendly, social setting.

Please change the once a week injection protocol. This causes huge unnatural peaks and then a day or two before your next injection suboptimal levels. Males produce Testosterone in a natural diurnal rhythm why not mimic this? The goal is to have peaks and troughs that are consistent. Protocols that advocate longer injection intervals, ultimately lead to far greater variations in peaks and troughs. This will usually cause extreme changes in levels that are not seen in the daily variation of Testosterone. Your current protocol is massively outdated. Daily subcutaneous injections with an insulin needle is optimal. With less lymphatic flow it also has a slower onset to peak plasma levels. Which can help prevent spikes in estrogen.

I love Dr. Evans. I’ve been seeing him for 5 years, & him & his staff have always been great. They work with you, & they’re very personable. Dr. Evans really seems to care about his patients & getting to know them, & that makes a difference. Thanks doc!

So I can’t remember when I started going to Mens V but it’s been a while. Maybe 1.5 years. Anyways it wasn’t about 6 - 8 months ago I really started to know the staff. You know medical assistants and front desk girls. DeNita and Lizeth are 2 of the best ever! Especially Lizeth, she always remembers who you are with detail. I honestly can’t say enough about her. I would recommend Mens V to anyone. Great place!!!! Phoenix location

I have been going to Mens Vitality for 3 years now. I must say that it is in the top 5 best choices I have ever made in my life. Nick Archer is my provider and he is a master at his craft. Nick is not only knowledgeable, he takes the time to listen and applies compassion and empathy to his work while being a leader in his field. Nick and The Mens Vitality clinics have contributed to making my life the best it has been in ten years. Thank you so much for what you do.

My boyfriend Vince sees Dr. Evans so he referred me to him, so now Ive been seeing him as well , hes now my PCP too , Best Dr hands down. He has already helped diagnose my issue I was having by running blood test, that the hospital in the ER department ( twice ) and my other PCP never ordered, they never figured out what was wrong. First visit with Dr. Evans he ordered blood work then gave me my results. I will definitely continue to see this dr. Thank you dr. Evans for helping me and answering my questions, being patient, and kind.

I’ve been coming to Men’s Vitality Center for quite some time now and I should have reviewed them a long time ago. From the beginning the Dr explained how everything works and comes up with a testosterone replacement therapy plan specific to you, then adjusts things as necessary. I love the regular monitoring to make sure my TRT is keeping me right at a happy number and everything associated with TRT is good shape! Never had an issue with using my insurance and even their self-pay options are better than most. The staff is always cool as hell and open to address any issues along the way. Friends and co-workers that we’re getting TRT elsewhere started coming to the vitality center and haven’t looked back. The only minor thing I’d suggest as an improvement is later hours and being open Saturday or Sunday.

Charlene at mens Vitality is one of the best doctors i have had the privelage to go to in my many many years of pain management. She genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to UNDERSTAND each individual situation. Nick is also wonderful as all the people in the office. Highly recommend Mens Vitality.

Dont know why there are so many good reviews on the front desk. They are disorganized, they never followed up to call me to give my results and never emailed me them so how does that it equate to five stars. It is true that Nick is great at what he does, breaks things down easily, doesnt sugar coat anything wish I had low testerone would have given him my business but not with the front office staff.

Dr. Evans is great, takes the time to listen to you and help you. The office manager Amanda is friendly and smart. Will definitely be going back. 5 stars!

I am a provider and had an urgent situation with a patient who needed to be seen the same day with a provider who could treat him for his particular situation. I contacted several places and no provider would see my patient on the same day. I was greatly relieved when I got in touch with Charlene Baldwin NP.She took the time to discuss the situation on the phone with not only me but my patient as well. She made room on her schedule to get him in to see her that very afternoon. Her swift and kind professional action avoided an emergency room visit and hospital admission. When I saw the same patient a week later he expressed that he was so impressed with Charlene NP and the staff. I will continue to refer patients to Charlene NP!!!!

Charlene Baldwin N.P. has done wonders working around my busy schedule. The customer service is outstanding. Ease in working with a pharmacy has made the process a no brainer.Results have been great. Increased decline bench to 350 lbs at 60 y.o. Decline leg press maxs out at 1200 lbs. Shoulder shrugs at 400 lbs.I work 45 - 50 hours a week in a multitask centric position with no loss of focus.Reviewing labs ensure your overall health is priority one while striving to reach your full potential. Services provided have been a real windfall to my life.

Even though it states Mens vitality doesnt mean its just for men. My husband referred me. I had an overall Great experience with Mens vitality. I was able to get the answers I needed when my gyno couldnt! Clean office and pleasant staff that made you feel welcome. Thank you Cheryl Kennedy

Have been going to MVC for a couple years now, all the staff are fantastic!! I have lost over 40 pounds and my overall health is so much better! Tiana is awesome and my go to!! Women have OBGYN’s. Men have Men’s Vitality. It’s really that simple. Dr Evans, Charlene, and Nick are my go to. They literally do it all, TRT to colds. Stop doing to a same day or and old school doc, come checks these guys out and start feeling better today.

A co-worker talked so highly of this, I had to try it, at 65 years I must say they have helped me to feel better. More focused, more energy, I complained to my Dr. for a couple of years to no avail. These people have listened and put me on a path to feeling much better.

Best place to go for any male issues. The whole staff goes out of there way for you the best that you can ask for. Any issues that you may have this is the place for you to come too. They’ve helped me get back to a happier and healthier life.
