I came in today really not knowing what to expect as it is my first time getting tested. When I tell you Hayden made me feel soooooo comfortable and confident to ask questions, I really mean it. They went out of their way to make sure all my concerns were addressed and even educated me on some things I never knew or thought to ask. Kenya made a guest appearance while getting my blood drawn and I’ve never experienced such great patient care to be so honest. Both of them were so funny and light hearted and willing to do whatever it took just to make ME comfortable. 20/10 experience and I want to tell everyone about this place ! Not to mention free resources and narcan make this place even better. You can absolutely tell that they care and really want to help.

They are AMAZING. I feel very comfortable always. Alex, specially, is really awesome.

I never leave reviews for anything, but after the AMAZING first time experience I received at this location from Alex … I left out like I must SHARE A REVIEW !!!! Alex was so awesome ! Very informative and had me in and out QUICK !!! I felt very comfortable speaking with Alex and felt like we have been friends for years ! 10/10 highly recommended for FREE TESTING ! No insurance, No ID needed . Quick testing results for HIV / Hep C , you’ll know right before you leave. 3-5 day results for all other STD testing results !!! Go get tested NOWWWWW.

My first time here and Im so happy I chose Terros. I arrived at 10 AM when testing starts and was helped immediately, testing was quick and easy (literally in and out in 15 minutes), and staff was all so kind and inviting from the phone to the time I left. I was so nervous (hate needles so much) that I unfortunately dont remember the name of the woman who helped me but she was sooo accommodating and made the process so simple and quick I felt extremely comfortable and at ease, makes you want to return. Grateful for Terros and the wonderful staff ❤️

The staff at the Terros Indian School facility was amazing. They were fast, communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made the screening and testing process very easy and with no judgment. Alex, Edrick and Eric I highly recommend connecting with! This is such a space for all and specifically for queer folks.

I was a little confused on where it was at first but that was my own fault!! As soon as I walked up to the door it was a fantastic experience. There was no wait (I walked in for testing) and the staff was amazing. I felt welcomed and comfortable - not judged at all. I will recommend this place to everyone and anyone!! Special shoutout to Alex who worked with me for making my experience even better (everyone there was super nice).

For anybody that’s nervous they are great, they are caring, they are sensitive to those who are uncomfortable with sharing their private life’s. They help me through each process and made sure I was good such a welcoming feeling.

I have recently been through one of the most horrific experiences I’ve ever faced, and needed to get tested because of it. The staff was so friendly and non-judgemental. The person who tested me was just so sweet and comforting, but also every person I passed in the hall or at the front desk was the same. They not only did the testing but asked if I had a good support system and genuinely cared about how I was doing, even before I explained the incident. I cannot stress enough how difficult it’s been to find a place that I can afford and treats me like a human being. This place was it, and I will recommend it to anyone who needs a safe place. Thank you for existing.

When walking in I was very nervous but we were greeted with a friendly welcome, And then my tester Edrick Was beyond friendly and made this experience 100 times better than what I thought it was gonna be. Thank you again Edrick!!

Ok so I Definitely had to leave a review. First time coming here .Very cool awesome people . Pretty Quick in and out service. They definitely picked the right ones for the job ! Edrick & Kenyin we’re so great . They answered any question I had and Were very detail oriented. They were So kind , and had a willingness to help . I appreciate great people who actually love their job and are willing to help assist everyone equally 👌🏼. Kudos to you two! ❤️

First off, Ill start by saying this place is SO AMAZING. They welcome everyone with open arms and 0 judgement.. from every walk of life they use the utmost care for everyone. If you are struggling financially and need a place that will test, please look into Terros Health. I was helped out by David today, he was so informative, patient and gentle with the testing. I cannot recommend this place enough. Every single one of the employees are absolutely heroes. :)

Amazing place they make it easy, and really care, there’s no questions asked no payment and no Id required, Alex, was very easy to talk to and explain the processes and reasoning of each step, very informative… definitely highly recommended, thanks

Went in for a full panel of testing and had a great experience. I was warmly greeted the moment I walked in and Sedona who administer my tests was not only extremely professional and helpful but genuinely so kind and easy to talk to. She guided me through each step providing educational information as well as easy conversation that helps in what can be a high stress environment. I felt safe and well cared for, I left feeling informed and overall so satisfied with my experience. I loved my experience at this place, and cannot recommend it enough! I was first pleasantly and promptly greeted at the door by Megan. She helped me get set up, and informed me of all the steps that will be taking place. Just a few moments later, I was greeted by Moquatin, who took me to one of the rooms and began the processes. He was very friendly and passionate about working there. He didn’t just treat me like another patient, he treated me like a person. Establishing a connection, and helping me feel at ease, which is so rare to find from anyone who works in the medical field these days. When it came time for a blood draw, Nelson took over and did an amazing job. He, like everyone else there, was also a very friendly and professional presence. Overall, the staff is absolutely amazing!

I came here for testing I was scared to do that but one of the employees name Alex Garcia help me overcame it. He explain all the test and made it comfortable to come back if I have any questions. Thank you Alex for helping me keep up the good work.

Hayden is the greatest and the sweetest person you can ever meet very fast professional does her job very well very informative recommend this place anytime.

Went in to get checked out. Hayden was so nice and relatable. Got me in and out super fast. Free and friendly cant beat it. Stop in and get checked out, there is literally no reason not to with the service they provide. I dont remember names too well but everyone on the blood draw team was patient and so nice.

I came here to get panel testing and had a great experience! I didnt know what to expect but I definitely wasnt expecting this level of excellence! Everyone was compassionate, professional and personable. Moquatin definitely stood out. He is awesome. I havent experienced this level of excellence in years and I will refer everyone that I know to get their testing done at this site. Thank you all for having this and thank you to the staff!

This place is incredible. The staff is so kind and always wanted to make sure I was okay and had water. They were faster than Planned Parenthood and are significantly more affordable (since testing is free). I highly recommend everyone get tested here.

Al was such a great helper in the facility and so were his coworkers. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was so nervous going thinking I’d be judge but it was the total opposite. They care and truly are genuine people with such great compassion towards people who come to the building. I hope I see them again next time when I come back!!

I had such a great experience here, I will be come back. I love seeing the community coming together likes. A special shout out to Nelson he did great with my test process. Quan was also awesome. His walk through was so informative and his introduction with all the staff was great too.

I made an appointment semi-early and it was the quickest and smoothest appointment ever. It was the first time Ive ever been tested and Im glad I came here for their FREE TESTING. It was an extremely cleaned, sanitized area. The staff made me very comfortable, and they were very respectful of my well-being. Mr. Leonard who had assisted me in my testing was very kind and friendly! Will be back again. 10/10 FIVE STARS!!

I called and set up an education / testing day. It went well, the gentlemen who came was patient with our clients who are sometimes loud and unmanageable. We loved the whole day, Our clients got tested and it went amazing! Great job!

My experience here was amazing thanks to Gio! They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole testing process which helped ease my nervousness. They walked me through the whole process keeping me well informed and educated. Awesome service and experience. Highly recommend!

All staffers I met were super friendly. Al is amazing! So genuine and knowledgeable and cares very much about his job. He really provides such a pleasant self care experience I wish more people would take advantage of.

Lets first speak on services of this site.HIV & STI prevention department, the teams goal is to help patients achieve holistic wellness by providing patients with: education, resources and access to services. Also, the team provide on-site resource navigation and assist with increasing access to health care services through on-site house testing, linkage to care and referral services.Second I enjoy the concept, the teams passion and perseverance. It shows, this specific site is the model for patient | client interaction, risk intervention and prevention.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. when i called to book my appointment, the guy who answered the phone was super nice and helpful and made me feel really good about my appointment. when i got there, i immediately had a mini-covid check and then i was only waiting for like 1 or 2 minutes before my nurse came to follow through with the testing. the man who conducted my tests was named moquatin, and he was so nice and made me feel so comfortable! i got tested two days ago and i should be getting my results back either today or tomorrow. definitely would recommend this place!

Wow!! Best experience I’ve had with these type of places thanks to Moquatin;) I didn’t even have an appointment and he managed to get me in and out of there in less than 30min. He was so personable and you can tell he cares, very passionate about helping others! He also taught me a thing or two about products I can use to keep myself safe in the future. I had an amazing experience with Leonard! He was soooo down to earth, had great conversation, & was very knowledgeable! I wasn’t nervous or scared! He made the process very welcoming! I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. It’s free and they are very knowledgeable about health related questions! Thank you for making this experience for me less frightening.

I got to interact with James and Moquatin and they made my experience amazing! James assisted with scheduling and rescheduling my appointment for me, and Moquatin created a safe space within the walls of the health clinic. I felt cared for, valued and knew that I was getting information to help me along my journey. 10/10 would recommend!!!

This will be my place for now when it comes to my routine testing and to get free protection for myself. From the moment i walked in the door they made me feel comfortable and at ease with the testing and i love the fact that the services are for free. Its a non- judgment environment and i felt welcome.

Staff (Quon) was professional, friendly and went above and beyond in service. Not only was I able to set up an appointment the same day, the entire process was fairly quick (in and out in less than 30 min), completely private(your own private room), but the entire thing was FREE! Not only was all of the testing free, but I was provided resources for sexual health and wellness but was also provided with free safe-sex items and instructions. For comparison Planned Parenthood offers discounted testing but the soonest appointment they could do was almost a month away, and you will still have copays even w insurance. Other private testing labs you can expect to spend well over $150 but the main selling point they offer is same day testing...... which I was able to schedule with Terros Health for free and with great service!!

This place is amazing! Setting up an appt was so easy, I called and right away the appt scheduler gave me options that best worked for me, and the tests ARE FREEEE. I was greeted at the door by wonderful Moquatin who was kind, informative, funny and put me at ease. He broke down the whole facility for me and told me everything that Terros health offers, and let me tell you, these people really care!!!!! Volunteers are welcome and if your trying to give back to your community this is a great option 💙 When it was time for my Std/Sti test again Moquatin was gentle and fast, and Kelly did great at taking my blood! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Thank you everyone here for the work you do! Wonderful!!!!

My experience with Terros Health was quick and easy! I called to set an appointment and easily checked in when the day came. Moquatin was very friendly and talked me through all the steps to testing. Very informative and I even left with a goodie bag!

Getting tested can sometimes be a scary thing, but I am glad I decided to come here. They were a little short staffed but while everyone was workin extra to take care of everyone they were still very friendly and comforting! Chris took care of my testing and was super easy to talk to and made sure I was comfortable. I would reccommend anyone needing to get tested coming here.

Welcoming and friendly atmosphere for a first time visitor. Jose was a great help and provided answers to all of my questions about both Terros and health in general. Was there for about 30/40 minutes but barely noticed thanks to a Jose and his enthusiastic approach for work. Def recommend.

Natasha was absolutely amazing! I was quickly seen by her and she was so gentle. I get my self checked once a year and this was my first time at Terros and from now on I’ll be coming here. I’m scared of needles but I didn’t even feel a thing. Super sweet and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Natasha!

Beyond my expectations. I was as many of us unsure and scared to find a rude long waiting facility and what I found was such a fast and friendly staff I’m so relieved that I made an appointment . Special thanks to Christopher Ferrel who put on hold his lunch break to attend me and didn’t make me wait,was patient and the process was painless and fast. This place is phenomenal! Theyre super friendly.. barely ever any wait time and they even offer you water if you DO need to wait. They offer FREE HIV, HEP C, Syphilis, Gonorrhea and chlymadia testing! No Appt or ID needed! The beat part now is that are open late on Mondays and Fridays so I could go after work now. I def recommend this spot.

David is amazing. He is friendly. When I first walked in I was uncomfortable and embarrassed but he told me it’s okay and I felt better after we talked about my situation. I would recommend this place to everyone. It’s a great place to get tested. I would definitely come back.

Had a great experience here. Jamie, who tested me, was very helpful and was able to answer my questions. The whole process was done pretty quickly. Highly recommend coming here for an easy process, with understanding staff, and without judgement.

Went in today on an extremely short notice and was accommodated by Sarah! Not only was she knowledgeable, she was friendly, warm, and inviting. I highly recommend this facility without a doubt. Amazing services, staff, and culture.

This place is TERRIBLE. I had to come here because I lost my insurance plan due to obamacare, and hastily bought insurance, and this clinic was the nearest place for a primary care provider.Its part doctors office, part clinic for addicts. So, you have some pretty untrustworthy people in the waiting room that personally made me very uncomfortable. I wouldnt take children here.The staff is rude, incompetent, and unhelpful. They canceled my appointment since I was 5 mins late, and it was just a follow up appointment. I asked the girl up front if the doctor would still see me, then went and asked her ten minutes after what the response was, and she had forgotten that I had even asked and appeared to not even recall the question.Very low quality of care, immediately bought better insurance and will never return to this hell hole again.

I went in to get tested today. Chris Ferrell did all my test. He was very friendly, answered all of questions. Thank you so much Chris! Depending on the test you want you need to make time and be prepared to be there at least 30 mins. I dont see why ppl would complaint. You get all your test for free. And they take you into a room for privacy. You get your results right away for HIV and HPC. Which is awesome because those are the most scary ones. Other than that honestly is an amazing place theyre there to help, so dont be ashamed or scared.. love yourself and be safe.

Do not recommend. Sounds good at first, as your forced into it. They screw up the easiest of things. They claim to want to help, all they do is make things worse, a joke to say the least. Im not a hiv person, etc. Got forced into this disgrace. Youre better off dealing with medical bills, finding a place that actually cares.

The guys here are freaking awesome. Very respectful and professional. They know what they are doing and are knowledgeable as well... I recommend this Terros Health spot to anyone whos has any doubts. Hands down best place to get tested.
