My second time at this location and I am thankful they are near my work and gym. It is always a good start when walking through those doors when you are greeted. They have an awesome team here!

Went in last week for annual blood work- customer services from Brooklyn and Sukhman was amazing from right when I walked in. Results took took no longer then 2 days to come back in and it was conveniently emailed as a PDF. Would come back and recommend to everyone!

I had the best experience in this location fast service, and they always said that that it will take 3-5 business day to get the results but at the 2nd day I got mine🫶 This is the service that deserves 5 stars or more

Greg is awesome! I had a tight deadline and an unexpected problem with my lab test. I replied all (as directed) to my automated email, and he got back to me right away. I was not expecting that! He helped resolve my issue in a quick and personable manner. He went above and beyond like it was a family-owned business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!

The bloodwork itself was very quick and efficient. I was dizzy and nauseous after the draw, but the employees were extremely polite and helped me without making me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all. I genuinely appreciate how kind and accommodating they were !

Great experience! This was my first time to use this facility that my doctor told me about. I called from my car after leaving my doctors appointment and asked if an appointment was available to get my lab work done and I was told I could come right over. I asked where they were located and she told me; I went right over and was able to sign in and be served right away. The person that checked me in also did my blood draw. She was great! I have small veins and she was able to get it done on the first stick and I was on my way. Job well done! 🤗

The place was clean and the front desk staff and the lady that did my blood test were all very nice. The lady that did my blood test was very professional and she is amazing at her job. I didn’t feel any pain at all and she is the main reason that I highly recommend this location. I should’ve asked for her name so that I could make sure she’s there if I ever need to go back to get any more tests done in the future. The whole process was quick and easy and the prices were very reasonable! I was in and out within 20 minutes.

My appt was at 1pm on Sunday 4/10/2022. I arrived early ( like 12:30pm) because I will be early for my funeral too. They ladies arriving were very pleasant, and explained their opening process. I wish I knew their names, but to the 3 ladies working on Sunday you all were very pleasant, professional, and made the check in and testing extremely easy and quick.

Some time ago during covid pandemic I had to do a COVID test on Sunday and I went to your park location. I was treated VERY POORLY. She was very rude and refused to do my test bc she didn’t like my attitude!! I had to use your other location on the same day bc I had no other choice but I never ever use any of your facilities until I am alive.

Awesome! Incredible, fantastic, wish I knew about you guys sooner. I was looking around for an inexpensive way to have blood drawn and kept getting prices in the multiples of hundreds of dollars. Any lab test now is absolutely wonderful in their pricing.

Terrible. Booked an appointment for covid rapid test at a high price. Then was told on the day of appointment that they didnt have that test. That I had to have a 1 to 3 day waiting period to get results. After printing out forms to sign and bring to the office plus entering all of my information online, they made me wait outside in the blazing sun and wanted to to fill out additional information on my phone which I could not see because the sun was so bright. I hended up leaving frustrated. I do not recommend this place at all

The Plano location was very quick to respond to all my emails. When I went in for appointment they were very nice and quick to get me in and out! Great job!

Greg (the owner) helped me so much ahead of time. Im not great with needles, needing to check on my thyroids I knew I needed blood work done. He instructed his staff I was priority, so I wouldnt have to wait too long. I was able to lay down during blood draw and relax, it was quick and easy, overall perfect experience.

Staff was super nice and she was very informative. Took the time to walk me the portal. Phlebotomist did a good job also. Great,easy experience. Took less than 10 minutes. Great price also.

Quick. I walked in with a DR request as a new client they had me in their system, and in and out the door in less than 10 minutes for a simple Blood test. Service dog Professionals in my opinion! Autism approved. Price was just right.

Very quick, no wait time. Theyll get you checked in, tested and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Itsthe quick lube of testing facilities. They didnt have hot water to wash hands though.

Sydney was incredibly helpful! We had an extensive list of tests needed that could have been very complicated. She gave pricing information, details on fasting versus non, how best to split the tests up so not too much blood was taken at once, as well as working extensively with us on pricing. Her communication and response time were stellar. We highly recommend this location based on the exceptional service we received her.

If Labcorp is a 1, Id rate this Any Lab Test Now as a 6 if I could. Quick and easy registration online, staff was super friendly, check in was a breeze and no wait. Thought I was gonna pass out after the blood was drawn, and they rushed in with a water bottle (opened it for me) and an ice pack, whole one of the nurses fanned me with her clipboard. Very professional and courteous staff, would definitely recommend!

So while you would think this is completely biased, it’s not. My daughter Madalyn works there. She also is the person that gave me my vitamin B 12 shot. I will tell you it wasn’t easy for me doing that. I absolutely hate needles with a passion. I would rather get surgery before I actually get a needle stick. I went in for the vitamin B 12 because I am not feeling very energetic. I was offered by ‘Greg through my daughter to come in and get a First time shot at a coupon rate. In any case, my daughter gave me the shot. I can tell you that I did not feel a thing. I was stressed out before, but then she said it was over. I literally didn’t feel it. I’m extremely impressed with her professionalism but also how she gave me the shot. I’m not trying to be biased, I am trying to be honest.. I will definitely be coming in for my ongoing B12 shots. Have been going to the Plano location numerous times now. I’ve had lab work done as well as B12 shots. The B12 shots have been wonderful. They give me energy and overall feel better with them.The staff is very helpful. They answered all questions of my questions for labs and the different services they provide.

Amber is the best lab technician I have ever experienced. She is always friendly, professional and courteous and takes the time to answer any questions I have. Unlike others, she has never made me feel like I was bothering her when I came in. She’s the best!

I called when making the appointment and was told by Alex that I would have it within 8 hours. I asked if I could have a more definitive time-frame since our appointment was at 515pmm and he informed me to ask the tech when we got there and the tech informed me turnaround time was around 2 hours. I was up til 3am looking for our results to upload into ferifly system, called at 730am and was told some I ne would followup with me asap- it never happened and had to call yet another time and this lack of follow through and lack of professionalism cost us our flight out that day- TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!I did not get my results within 2 hours- I was up til 3am checking everything including my spam folder that night constantly. I also did not receive any voicemails after calling at 730am the next morning either per your response below on several attempts to contact me. At that point, I was at the airport doing another round of tests for us and spending another $500 since your company failed to provide me results within the time-frame promised. A refund is the only viable option at this point respectfully.

I had a one-week deadline to submit lab test results and was told I would receive lab results there within 2 to 3 days. I went in for a lab test 8/16. I called on 8/20 and was told my results weren’t in by Alexis. I called repeatedly all-day 8/23 (a week after my test) and not one call was answered. I called again this morning 8/24 as soon as they opened and again no answer. I thought this was very strange so I called from a different number and the call was answered on the second ring.They had been screening and avoiding my calls! Alexis, same person who told me on the 20th that my results weren’t in, answered and told me my results came in August 18th. (6) days went by and no one bothered to email my results or call me to let me know my results were in. I complained to Alexis that I was told my results weren’t ready on 8/20 and yet they had been ready since 8/18 and had called all day 8/23 and to know they were intentionally avoiding my calls was beyond me and she simply blew it off by saying we were busy. This was handled highly unprofessional especially when you pay for a service with a date given and the service is unfulfilled and the customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this location at all and strongly suggest to get your labs done elsewhere. This has by far been the most unprofessional, worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in my life.

I have an awful phobia when it comes to getting blood work done. I found this location based off of the positive reviews, and confirmed that I would be able to lay down while getting blood drawn. I HIGHLY recommend this location, especially if you share my anxiety.Kutter and Samantha were patient and accommodating to my needs. Thank you guys!

Went to get my labs drawn on Thursday, the nurse was super nice. He took his time and did a clean draw. His bedside manner was great. He told me I could call the next morning for my results, as I only had 1 test done. That encounter was 5 stars.Today, Friday, I called. A lady answered the phone. First, by clearing her throat.I told her I was wondering if my results were in. She asked me what location I went to. I said Plano. She asked when I had the test done. I told her I went the day before and the nurse told me my results would be back by morning since it was only one test. This was her response....I havent looked at yesterdays test, Im working on the day before.. if your test are back Ill send them.She didnt ask for my name...or my date of birth. She didnt even want to confirm if they came back.Sorry for inconveniencing you with my questions. Will not be returning to this location.

Outstanding service and swift. They even make a report available with a QR code. Greg the location owner, Sadie on the phone and Maddie who took our test are all professionals and super helpful.

The ladies were very nice and helpful. Very discreet when drawing blood, I could hardly feel it at all. The facility is very clean as well. I’ll definitely be returning.

Lindsey is an absolute godsend! I specifically ask for her when I need a blood test done. She’s so friendly and professional. Draws have been traumatic for me in the past, but I fully trust Lindsey to do it as quick and painless as possible. I will always come back to this location to see her!

One of the nurses was very impolite, and not cooperative. They gave wrong covid test to my aunt which caused her to miss her flight. When we tell the nurse what happened, she said you tell us to give you that kind of test we did it. Regular people didnt know what test it should be taken for travel. This employees should help customers to figure out what to take before they the test. As human they should have to communicate with customers. Only computers do things according to the input you have them. They expected every customer to be a Healthcare professional.

I always have such a pleasant experience at Any Lab Test Now and that is due to Maressa who is the best blood-drawer in the world! I dont even feel it when she sticks me and she has never left a bruise. She is amazing! I have to have blood drawn about every month for serum eye drops so I have a lot of experience with Maressa and Any Lab Test Now. Maressa works at both the Plano and Frisco locations and I wont let anyone else draw my blood!

Awesome experience. We needed a PCR test with QR code to travel to the Middle East which is not easy to find. They offered a rapid PCR test and we had results within an hour to my email even in the height of a COVID surge. It was NOT cheap but I was in and out within 10 mins of my appt time. Highly recommend for covid travel tests if you’re worried about getting your results in time. Thank you!!!!

So I went it to get some blood drawn. Problem is I am afraid of needles. Jade and Madeline were working this day, and not only did they keep me from passing out but the tagged teamed me to keep me distracted and extract my blood for my test. They were so nice and reassuring that I wont hesitate to come back here again to get those tests done!

This office has the best phlebotomist!They always make the blood draw on the first stick. They are pleasant and polite. I highly recommend using them for any blood work that you need to do.

The lady at the front desk and also whom took my sample, was friendly and professional. She also took an extra step and provided me with a separate method of viewing my results via email. I was on a time crunch and she came through. Thank you!

I love this location! so close to my gym and wholefoods, my tests came back the next day... I really dont know how they get you the results so fast. My doctor makes me wait 2 weeks for anything. This is way better.

Awesome little lab with a wide variety of tests you can do. I needed a lab that would process a collection kit and send it out, and this was the only one that would process it when I asked :) Staff was excellent, reassuring, helpful and explained everything thoroughly when I asked questions. :))

Went in for an ETG test as advertised on the website came into the office checked in and sat down and waited for 30 minutes. Once I got called to be helped I was informed that they do not offer the test that I needed . A much more expensive test was offered . I ended up going to the frisco location and that was a much better experience .

In and out. So convenient and you dont have extra fees for dr then the lab. I got my tb blood test here for nursing school. There may be less expensive options, but that requires appts and driving and waiting. This cuts out the middle man saving time, energy, copays, gas, and mileage, with quicker results. Highly recommend.

Plano location was the worst place ever.I had to come back 2 times because my drug test wasn’t hot enough when It literally just left my body into the container... both times and both times I felt look down on or as if I was bothering or beneath one. I felt like I was in a racist environment there where other ethnicities there of the same race as the nurse was more then friendly with them DO NOT EVER USE THIS LOCATION!!!

Charged $700 for a hair drug test and only tested for one drug! Fastest labs did the same hair test and tested for 12 additional drugs for $450. Don’t go here they are a rip off!

I was scheduled today 12/24/2020 at 5:15pm. Upon arrival I went to the door to check in. Noticed it was closed. Why was I able to schedule if the place is closed?

Don’t bother trying to get rapid test. It’s been several hours and 15 min test result is still not available. And no one picks up the phone or responds to emails.

I am elaheh moghen . I went there , they could not do properly . they charge me too much .i want to check my thyroid, iron, cholestrol , vitamin B family but they did not my vitamin B . their nurse is not good , i recived my result after 7 day that it was not complet .

Given the resultd ; not informed that test showed a( Presumptive Positive )result on one of the test on a 5 panel.I was not informed of the result ,or given the option of having a second party to retest the sample given...Question- What is a (Presumptive Positive) would you please explain so that I may state my case to any judging parties...Thank You
