Dr Skora brought us our miracle boy! After years of fertility treatments (2 retrievals, 5 transfers (3miscarriages) and 1 mock cycle) he never gave up on us. We were treated with compassion, understanding, and check-ins to ensure 1. We wanted to continue and 2. align on next steps/timeline. We really felt we were partners on this journey, which was so important to our mental health.Dr. Skora listened when we had ideas and was an advocate for us with the entire practice/his peers when our appointments/procedures fell on days where we saw other staff. He also made sure to explain everything and was always open to connect virtually if we felt any way about our treatment or needed clarification.The journey felt impossibly hard, but seeing him hold our son was surreal and we feel incredibly blessed to have this little miracle in our life. ❤️

My wife and I have had a great experience at Fertility Specialists of Texas. Everyone you encounter at the Plano office is great- from the front office staff to all of the technicians. Dr. Goldstein was our doctor and he is so knowledgeable and personable. A special shout-out to Michelle, Dr. Goldsteins nurse practitioner, because she really is so kind and patient. We always felt heard with our concerns and the whole office took their time answering all of our questions. Cant recommend enough!

I have had experiences with multiple clinics. I can say that Dr. Chilvers and her team have been the most compassionate and caring. They all went above and beyond to answer my questions and listen to me. I love how Dr. Chilvers listened to all of my thoughts and spent a considerable amount of time with me during several treatments. I am forever indebted to her and her team for helping my family grow.

Dr. Goldstein and his staff took wonderful care of us. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is wanting to start IVF or fertility treatments. They are so organized, knowledgeable, and available to answer all your questions. The whole staff was amazing! Also, wanted to give a special shout out to Ashley, Dr. Goldsteins IVF nurse. She was so detail oriented, caring, and knowledgeable, she made the whole process feel a lot easier! Everyone there will take great care of you. We are now 4 months pregnant with our first child. Beautiful facility. Not so great staffing. The photos are of my letter I handed to one of the directors of nursing. And apparently it was not read and lost and so I decided to put it here. I really, really wished it worked out. But even after that letter was given to the nursing director, we continued to have issues by staff, including the financial team. I do have documentation of everything, so I would not need someone from this place to call me due to this review. I really wish it would have worked out.

Dr. Chilver and her team are simply amazing. We started at another clinic and the level of care with FST was dramatically better. Dr. Chilvers’s herself did all of my ultrasounds and tests whereas ad Dallas Fertility it was always a technician. The nurses were far more responsive with Dr. Chilvers office and it was truly a tailored treatment plan. The other office felt very one size fits all and Dr. Chilvers helped us with a plan that fit our needs. She is creative and to the point. We now have a healthy baby girl.

Fertility Specialists of Texas was our 4th clinic we had seen and second clinic we received treatment from. After having a traumatic experience at the previous clinic, Dr Guerami started our session by helping me adjust my mindset to the “NOW” and not look at the past. He did an amazing job giving me hope again, explaining things, trying new things and digging deeper into researching what could be the cause of our infertility. He even took the time to ask other professionals if my nail tech career could be a cause. He saw me at EVERY appointment. I really loved that, made me feel like we mattered. Due to losing so much from two previous IVF sessions, we did one IUI with Dr Guerami. He helped create our miracle baby with just one session! I can’t express how grateful I am for helping us with our beautiful son and helping keep us level headed during the hard process! Thank you Fertility Specialists of Texas!Their clinics are very welcoming and professional looking. They keep their clinic updated which after couples spending so much money, I believe that it’s important to show a welcoming environment.

I went there only for a HSG test that my OBGYN requested and I wont go again. Terrible system. I asked before do the exam how much it will cost everything (since I have insurance) they told me $90 dollars was my copay and that was supposed to be all. I paid it the same day of the exam on March 11th 2024.On August 15th 2024 I got a e-mail saying that I had a balance of $169.90 dollars. I called them and they threatened me to send the bill to collection. I explained that I never received a bill on my mail during that time and I didnt know they were charging me more that what they told me the day of my appointment.At the end they discount the $90 dollars I already paid. But they were planning to charging me it again.Im giving 2 starts just because the doctor who did the exam was very kind and informative.

FST is truly a blessing! We are so grateful for all of doctors, clinical staff, and administration team that helped us through the IVF journey as a mom over 40. They are with you every step of the way from finances, to education to medications and emotional support. We welcomed a healthy baby girl on March 1, 2023!!

We had our first IVF without complications in 2021 and were excited to work with this location again for our planned second baby. Unfortunately it has been nothing short of disappointing and devastating! Starting with my wife and I doing almost all the work and follow up calls with FST as all of our claims with our insurance denied over and over due to failure to receive response or call backs from FST, filing correctly, confusion and lack of knowledge with regards to in network. My wife was consistently calling only to get the runs round on who’s responsible to provide info in a timely manner. Billing kept sending requests and demands on payment only to find out they hadn’t even tried to send requested information. We got buried with bills and collection threats. My wife at one point even talked with the fertility financial manager and promised to look into and reach back out and still failed to follow up. After being just exhausted with the mishandled process, financial stress, and ultimately failed pregnancy ending in a miscarriage (not directly blaming FST as we know nothing is a guarantee) but all the effort, legwork, finances, and just lack of dependability led us to decide to relocated our frozen embryos to another facility. It’s important to point out that despite the fact we had to pay the new location the rest of the year upfront AND $100 to FST for the use of an embryo tank and transfer ourselves. You can see the whole experience with FST was so daunting and frustrating that we paid the fees to do just that! So on the 23th of June 2024 we obtained the embryo take and paid a FULL $100 (NON REFUNDABLE!??!) and did the work of reaching the new facility only to receive a call from FST informing us that they gave us an EMPTY TANK ON ACCIDENT!!! I don’t even know how that’s possible and just unfathomable that a medical location could mishandle such a critical situation!!! I even took a picture of the tank sitting next to me in the car driving back and it’s zip tied closed with no label, no paperwork, nothing…..so we drove 30mins back received our tank with our ACTUAL EMBRYOS in it, drove 40mins back to sign in and validate all embryos where there and healthy, then drive almost an hour due to lunch rush and construction to drop off the tank again……I told my wife to ask to refund the $100 for the tank fee as the least they could do for it all and were turned down! The whole this disappointing and hurtful from start to finish.

My wife has had 2 procedures at this facility. Both times has been one of the best experiences during our process. From the front desk to the nursing staff and Dr. Patel, everything was perfect! We appreciate the kindness and compassion from your staff. We highly recommend this facility! Thank you guys!

Only reason why this place is getting 2 stars and not 1 is because we did have a successful IVF baby first time go with Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is a great doctor and knows what he is doing. The main issue is his staff. They have the worst communication. As we are working for baby number 2, we have been given the run around and wasting time and money through them. We were given wrong information through them doing the insurance verification which they totally dropped the ball on their end. Even during our first IVF process with them the communication was bad but this time it had been completely worse. If you decide to go with FST, don’t get your hopes up. They can mess up all your hopes and dreams due to simple communication.

From day 1 of consultation to my graduation FST has been very great at their services. Dr Skora made me feel its possible on day 1. The nurses are very caring and compassionate. They answer my questions as quickly as they can. FST is the reason I am celebrating mothers day every year.

Dr. Chilvers is Absolutely kind, caring and the best! She was always understanding and explain to me every step of the way when I had questions. I felt safe and I did not feel like just another patient. God has blessed her hands and with her help my husband and I are blessed with a baby girl growing in my womb. I would recommend her to anyone who is going through IVF. I am a success story first time IVF

I had a great experience with this practice. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Chilvers was very attentive and patient with my many questions. I also had a good response time when reaching out via the portal or calling during off-hours.

We found Fertility Specialists of Texas by recommendation of my regular OB after not getting pregnant on our own for more than a year. I was in my early 30s and did not want to continue to wait. We were paired with Dr Goldstein and couldnt have been more pleased. During our very first visit, he set aside an hour just to talk to us about what we wanted to accomplish, our test results, and what an appropriate course of treatment would be. Dr G gave us all the options - the most expensive/aggressive to the least invasive. He was honest with us about success rates and how we fell into those categories. We decided to do IUI first, and unfortunately it failed. We moved directly to IVF and it was successful, giving us a beautiful healthy girl, born exactly on her due date! The nurses and office staff were so kind and considerate every time I went in. I called in one morning after experiencing some side effects, and the nurse assured me not to worry and even called me later in the day to check on me. On the day we transferred our embryos, the embryologist came into the room, with a picture of them, handed them to me, and said, Mrs Robinson, here are your babies. I wasnt just another patient. I was a person, a mom. My husband and I needed a minute to mourn the loss of the embryos that did not make it, and the doctors were incredibly supportive in giving us those few minutes alone. We are so thankful to God and to Fertility Specialists of Texas for giving us the privilege to be parents, after several miscarriages! AND weve recently been able to conceive on our own, giving us a healthy (SURPRISE!) baby boy, which I also attribute to our time spent with Dr Goldstein. Its like he was able to give my body a jump start. Forever grateful!

For a business whos motto is where the waiting ends there is certainly a lot of waiting. They assigned me a care coordinator which I have to call and poke to get anything at all done. What are the next steps? Is what Im always asking.Wait times on the phone are ridiculous and if you wait longer than 11 minutes (despite climbing you way up the line the entire time and finally get to next in line) the phone service automatically hangs up on you and you have to call back. But when she finally does answer you she is very nice.The doctor request all these labs. I had to wait 1-2 months for the appointment and THEN the doctor finally deigns to glance at you numbers and say, oh no, we cant see you today you need to go see this other doctor no IVF for you.Then that doctor (who is unaffiliated with FST but still) schedules an appointment for 2 month out and a month later just called and said, Oh we scheduled it wrong so we have to cancel, teehee.All in all, we are NOT having a great experience here, but I have not other option left.

In 2019 we sought out Dr. Chilvers as our Reproductive Endocrinologist and it was the absolute best decision we ever made. After 3 years of trying for a child, we were diagnosed with infertility. Dr. Chilvers took no time in finding answers and creating a personal treatment plan for us. We did 5 rounds of IVF and 1 IUI. I loved that Dr. Chilvers was honest and flexible with treatment, but above all of my wonderful experiences with her, I would have to say it was the personal touches she added. When I had my first miscarriage, she called me directly to check on me. We hit many moments where I thought we would never get pregnant, but we did! Dr. Chilvers is a faithful, kind, determined doctor. She will hold your hand during the hard times and deliver difficult news in a way that is uplifting. Not only is she the best doctor, her entire team is incredible. I adore her nurses, especially Laura. The knowledge and peace this team gives is unlike any other doctors office I’ve experienced. Dealing with infertility is tough, but Dr. Chilvers and her team bring hope.

I typically go to the Rockwall office but I had my egg retrieval at this location and it was an incredibly pleasant experience. All of the staff was so kind and supportive and really made a somewhat unnerving procedure go very seamlessly.

FST in Plano was a great experience. I was from out of state with a 4 hour drive one way. The clinic was so accommodating and helpful. The front desk was always kind and helpful. The nurses were great. Dr. Chilvers nurse Laura always responded promptly to my messages. When we visited the clinic we never waited for long periods of time like other fertility clinics we had used. I am thankful to have used FST and would highly recommend the clinic and Dr. Chilvers to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Im going to share my experience with Fertility Specialists of Texas (FTS) as a warning to the broken hearted queens in the world who desire nothing more than to have a biological child... DO NOT GO TO FTS!!I have struggled with fertility problems for 10 years. I have had 8 miscarriages ranging from 4-16 weeks gestation. After the last miscarriage, while I was crying on the bathroom floor, I decided I had enough. I needed to conquer my greatest fear. I went to FTS after hearing great things from a friend. My husband went too. We completed all the tests Dr. Shilvers recommended except for a genetic test which cost $2,000 per person. At the end of it all, I was left with no answers except IVF being my only option, beautiful ovaries, and $3k in medical bills between FTS and Quest Diagnostic because nothing was covered by insurance. And let me just say - if you arent interested in spending tens of thousands on IVF, they arent interested in helping you!It has been about 6 months since I went to FTS and Im still getting bills from them. Today I received a text from them saying I owed a balance and they threatened to send my outstanding balance of $7.18 to collections... which prompted me to write this review.FTS is a money factory and youre the product. Theyre late to meetings and are in no hurry to get to you on time. The doctor was late to every appointment I had by an hour or more and had zero respect for my time. Their patient portal is archaic and not what you would expect from a high end fertility specialist. The communications you send them via the portal arent received, its one way only so any time you need something, you have to call, wait on hold for twenty minutes, get passed around, and then MAYBE get an answer. They do not care about serving you.I know this is along and Im not one to write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to tell other women my experience with FTS because I know the deep, excruciating pain you feel in your chest and the tears you struggle to hold back so you bottle the pain and push it down and just keep going... Im still right there with you after going to the best fertility specialists in the state. Thanks for reading ❤️

They are LIARS!! They only care about you if your white. If you are a minority, dont go here, you wont get treated right. They gave us false hope. Our first meeting with Dr. Goldstein, he was late and said something must be wrong with one of you since your not pregnant. I had to call multiple times because Charlotte (who was very rude all the time to me and my husband) and Katya( who seemed clueless) would not give me instructions after my appointments. They never attempted to make a connection with us. After our failed transfer all they said was were sorry you can try again. Never communicated with me. They are scam! Do not trust them.

Fertility Specialist of Texas has given us the chance to be parents to three beautiful babies. This was the first clinic who listened, took our beliefs seriously, and got us results. We had our first child after a successful IUI, and our second two children after going through IVF. Specifically, Dr. Skora is incredible and we have always felt very comfortable with him.We are coming to a close on our family-building journey, and I can honestly say that I would do it all again with FST.We are endlessly grateful.

There truly are no words for how grateful I am for FST. After trying to have a baby for several years and several doctors later, we discovered our only option was IVF. My husband and I consulted with a few clinics prior, but after our appointment with Dr. Chilvers I knew FST was the place for us. There’s not enough word to express how truly grateful we our for Dr.Patel and his amazing staff at FST for giving us our miracle baby.We had done consults at three other clinics before we found FST. Once we met Dr.Patel and the staff at FST we instantly knew that this was the clinic for us.This is such an emotional and hard process and Dr.Patel and the staff were there for us every step of the way. They were supportive and always explained things in full details. Dr.Patel always listened to our concerns and made sure we fully understood everything. I truly felt like he listened to us and cared about our outcomes and that we were not just another number to him.The billing staff was also extremely helpful in making sure we understood our coverage and the cost of everything.

My husband and I can’t thank Dr. Chilvers and the FST staff for all they have done to help grow our family this past year. We came in after multiple failures/losses and being essentially dropped by another clinic. We weren’t sure if they could help us. Dr. Chilvers and her team explained their process in a comprehensive way that my husband and I were able to understand, and we began the IVF process as soon as we were cleared to do so.Dr. Chilvers’ expertise took us through the egg retrieval process with ease and helped us produce 4 embryos we cherish. Although the waiting period is always hard, we moved through as quickly as Dr. Chilvers plan allowed and we were cleared for our first embryo transfer in April of this year. Then, in May we learned all our efforts have led us to our miracle baby due this Winter.None of this would’ve been possible if it weren’t for Dr. Chilvers and her incredible team. They were there every step of the way. No question was too silly to ask. I always felt heard and understood; which is something I’ve grown to appreciate. Dr. Chilvers took great care with us and took time know us. I’ve recommended her once before and I will happily do it again. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable doctor, an empathetic team, and an inviting environment, then Dr. Chilvers and FST Plano is an excellent place to receive treatment.

Dr. Goldstein has been great these last three years! He is informative and very clear with what is going on. I felt like he was just as committed in getting pregnant as much as we were. He always answered every question I had and offered as much support as possible. His staff especially Charlotte were very informative and nurturing. I wish theres a minus star for rating. I had a painful experience with Fertility Specialists of Texas a year ago. Its such a shame that a lot of worried patients hoping to get a solution from them and they are neither professional nor caring patients - I spent more than two months and $$$ for NOTHING when I only wanted to freeze eggs. originally I planned to stay quiet and let it go until I got a lovely letter from their billing saying we just found you owe us a balance after 12 months of the failed surgery! What a shame! Even their billing needs 12 months to reconcile their accounts! I can write an essay about this experience but below are the main things I hope you know before going: 1. The way they give you explanation in the beginning is very rough, they just want silly patient and quick money; 2. They didnt mention that the drug they usually used was out of stock and they prescribed me something is proved not working well on my race - they only told me this after my egg retrival was failed; 3. They did a terrible job following the schedule with patient, I had to reconcile the schedule myself and call the office multiple times to confirm with them the medicine I need to take (because they forgot to subscribe enough meds for me); 4. They switched my doctor (Goldstein) the night before the egg retrieval surgery; 5. Right before the surgery it showed I had 20 healthy eggs and after I woke up from the surgery they told me 0 egg was retrived; 6. Their billing is also a joke, they charged you so much even your deductible and out of pocket max are met.

I will be forever grateful for Fertility Specialist of Texas and Dr. Skora. They were able to make my dream of becoming a mom come true. Every single person there makes you feel valued. You aren’t just a patient when you walk in those doors. Dr. Skora did what I thought was impossible and helped create my beautiful little miracle baby!

Dr. Chilvers and the FST staff have been a blessing. Experiencing infertility can be a costly and emotionally draining experience, but Dr. Chilvers and her team have been nothing less than knowledgeable and supportive. We couldn’t be more thankful!

My partner and I were conflicted when it comes to writing this review. In the end, her and I were able to accomplish with the help of Dr. Chilvers what we set out to achieve which was to get Embryos frozen.However, I cannot dismiss the negative comment that another person posted. Our onboarding was great - no complaints. However, the follow up though was sub-par.My partner and I made it a goal to call every other day. We had a rotation going and were taking diligent notes throughout the whole process. By doing so, we figured out which representatives / nurses to trust and the ones to simply ignore, hang up and call back hoping another person would pick up.Getting someone on the phone was tedious. Weve been asked the same questions regarding genetic testing - which we rejected in 3 separate occasions times (in person, email, phone) but the office failed to record our answers each time.When I went to give a semen sample, I had to remind the attending nurse that I needed to ALSO give a urine sample and blood sample. The nurse insisted that I did not but stood my ground. She checked with the receptionist and came to me to do exactly what she said I did not need to. The receptionist warned me that something like this could happen and to make sure that the attending nurse does not confuse the process.We are blessed that the organization that I work for has great benefits. All of our costs were covered. However, we faced issues getting the medicine in time due to the office not responding back to a request to release medicine from the pharmacy. We were charged for blood tests by QuestDiagnotics. The charges were quickly dismissed when I called QuestDiagnotics who mentioned that I was indeed covered but the office when running the test in-house did not include my insurance information thus the reason why I received an out of pocket bill etcThis is a short list of the series of logistical issues that I faced. All of them were due to the incompetence of Management and not the actual Medical Care. As mentioned before, the negative review ( the 1 Star Review) helped us get ready for the challenges that we knew we would be facing by working with this office.In summary - If you have strong Project Management skills and are good with dealing with multiple stakeholders and are not afraid to call insurance to stand up for your benefits (I know that is a lot) then this office will give you the best medic care that you need but you MUST do the necessary homework and ask the necessary questions so you can get the right treatment.If your style is where you are assertive - you are the planner in your family that plans all of your family gatherings, working with this office will be annoying but I cannot stress that the medical care is actually top notch. However, if you are the type that plans trips last minutes and/or needs a concierge service to help you plan things out, be aware that your experience will NOT be as positive as ours and you will feel quite stressed during the process.Even with this in mind, I am more happy to give Dr. Chilvers 5 Stars. However, I would highly recommend training for their staff or to have a pin-point person (preferably someone not from the medical field) adept at explaining logically to people with a clear timeline what the process will be.My partner and I received ALL of the information that we needed. We sadly had to piece it together ourselves. However, expecting clients to do so all the time is not a fair assessment.

Fertility Specialists of Texas was a godsend for our little family. I remember whenever we decided to finally ask for help I discovered the clinic and immediately knew that would be our choice. I remember reading the doctors profiles and knew that they were experienced and had a passion for what they do. From the very first phone call to our clinic graduation was nothing short of amazing. Even through some of the hard parts of our journey the staff were always very empathetic and understanding and showed how much they cared about each and every patient. We would not have been able to create and grow our little family without the help of Dr. Chilvers and her team at the clinic. They are doing some amazing work and I would not have had it any other way. So thankful to have found them and trusted process! We have our little miracle baby thanks to FST!

We are so thankful for FST! We tried for 3 years to get pregnant on our own and was unsuccessful. We started our fertility journey with FTS and was pregnant 9 months later. We wouldn’t have our sweet girl without IVF and Dr. Goldstein’s team. They were all always so kind and positive.

Dr.Chilvers office and staff called for fake apology for their mistakes, but apology is not accepted. I hate to say Dr.Chilvers office is very unprofessional and end to end could not do simple tasks. I have explained some details on the phone. Let me tell you my reasons why:1) Dr. Chilvers and her nurses could not explain the IVF process clearly and all the time we had to follow up for clarification in the IVF process and this process made us very nervous due to your nurses. These people can not explain the cycle in detail and can not draw a clear picture of the process, if they can not explain in simple terms, they do not know their business. We are frustrated and being sorry does not resolve our current situation. I am not going to mention the specific names here, I have already mentioned in the email.2) Your finance and billing department is VERY SLOW to respond.3) Another nurse of this office took +19 days to give my wife, a simple medical report, and we finally got it by escalating to director of this office on June 19th. Can you believe June 19th was the deadline and this nurse took forever to do a simple task. Can you believe your team also scheduled our Embryo transfer on May 30, memorial day, then they changed it one day before, good job...4) We have been to all of your offices including Frisco, Dallas, two different locations and finally in Plano. We have signed up for the Frisco office but going to different locations disappointed us during IVF cycle and last minute changes of Dr.Chilvers plan also frustrated us.5) Your finance does not know how to calculate math, I have found their mistakes a couple times. This is not acceptable as well. At least say sorry if you make a mistake... finance team...In a long story short, we HATE to chose Fertility Specialists of Texas in our first IVF Journey end to end and we could not be successful, and we wanted to share our poor experiences in all social media and search platforms. So choose your office carefully, best of luck!

Dr. Jerald Goldstein and his team were nothing short of wonderful! My husband and I were so excited to start our family and found out that a surrogacy pregnancy was the best plan for us due to health concerns on my end. Dr. Goldstein, along with the nurses, and third party coordinators were so very helpful in helping us navigate the unknown of all of this. They were very prompt in keeping me informed, our surrogate and surrogacy agency. Thankfully for their help and attention to detail, we welcomed our son in September. We will definitely be coming back to see dr. Goldstein for the next kiddo! They make miracles happen. Honestly I’m sooo blessed and happy that I went straight here. Dr. Goldstein and all of the staff is beyond amazing. I was born with a complete septate uterus and I have both Endometriosis and PCOS, and Dr. Goldstein made our dreams come true. They care about their patients and listen to everything you have to say. From 2018-19 we were patients of Dr. Goldstein and the FST Family. We were treated with compassion, honesty, and professionalism as we embarked on our journey. We were blessed to be successful with the team at FST and welcomed our son earlier this year. From the front desk and insurance coordination staff, to the AMAZING nurses, the wonderful lab folks, and finally Dr. G--- all of the practice was welcoming and understanding of what we were going through. I would absolutely recommend FST to anyone looking to start their family and will definitely be back to see them when we are ready for the next baby!

My first time with a fertility institution ever and it was disappointed. I did not have a preferred doctor so they recommended Dr. Goldstein to me. I was assigned to one of his assistant, who left two days after. Then I was contacted by two other ladies during the two-month treatment cycle. During the whole process, there was no sufficient communication and nobody seemed care that I was inexperienced with this. I ended up paying six grands to their assigned pharmacy(Alto) and nobody told me that my insurance could cover that with a different pharmacy. Doctor prescripts tentative medicine and nobody told me not to purchase it before the doctor made his final decision. And the result was disappointing as well, only 1/3 of total eggs they retrieved could be frozen. I am not doubting their professional skills, I just did not feel being cared and helped. I was disappointed with the result as well. But I was grateful that the 3rd contact assigned to me helped negotiate with my insurance company and got one of the medicines approved.

If you don’t like your outcome or are unsure if you’re on the best treatment plan don’t be afraid to ask for a second opinion from this facility. This facility can provide everything you’ll need, but warning any type of fertility treatment is an emotional tedious process regardless of where you go. You will need a good support system along with a lot of understanding! They’re not God unfortunately, but I hope whoever is reading this is successful! Thanks to Dr. Goldstein we welcomed our miracle baby in 2021 (he was our 3rd transfer) and now we’re hoping to have a second successful transfer soon! I have faith in this team!

Dr. Goldstein and his staff are dedicated to making your dreams come true. They were our biggest cheerleaders through our IVF journey in 2020. We drove 5 hours one way to be under his care, and we would do it all over again. His success rates are proof of how great he is. I appreciate this staff. I’m currently a resident physician and ran into several fertility clinics that weren’t honorable and were clearly trying to drive costs up for profit. No fear here, Dr. Goldstein and his entire crew are honorable individuals. His nurse Ashley is right where God meant for her to be in this world. She has been so encouraging along the way and a blessing to work with. Dr. Goldstein is not just IMHO the best at what he does, but he’s a good man and cares for his patients. His fellow physicians were awesome as well. Dr. Skora did my wife’s retrieval and he was fantastic. Even the anesthesiologist went above and beyond to be kind to us during this process. I remember my wife calling the after hours line and being worried she would be bothering them. The physician that answered told her, “you’re fine, this is what this is for. I’m here to help you.” I could go on and on about this place. I’m thankful we ended up here.

If your are looking for an infertility center to grow your family, look no further. I am forever grateful to Dr Goldstein and the team at FST for my miracle baby. I am currently working on miracle baby #2 and have full faith in FST. They create a customized treatment plan for each patient and every visit at the office is quick and efficient.

I just want to remind clients who are waiting in the waiting room for their appointment, PLEASE be considerate of others. Keep your conversations about your embryos, successes, children to a minimum. You don’t know everyone’s experience. Others have had failed cycles, failed transfers and/or multiple miscarriages or maybe they’re waiting to transfer their one and only embryo and success is not assured. The waiting room is small and quiet and we can hear everything.Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way.. I highly recommend Dr. Skora. He’s very knowledgeable and has used his experience to cater the best treatment plan for my success. And the clinic has been a much better experience than my last. The front desk personnel are kind and I see my doctor most appointments.

Without Dr Goldstein and his team (especially Charlotte) I don’t know where we would be today. They cried with me when we had our loss and cheered with us when we had our two blessings. After 5 years of trying naturally and 2 consecutive miscarriages towards the end of the 5th year we decided to begin looking into fertility doctors and treatment options. We were both fairly young and didn’t think we would need to pursue the route of IVF but after a glowing recommendation of Dr. Goldstein and his team we sought out their help and began our journey. We were lucky enough to have 5 embryos make it through testing and while our first transfer was unsuccessful, we officially welcomed our miracle baby girl on June 6th, 2022. After trying for a few years to conceive a child with all failed attempts with physicians in our hometown and even teaveling to Mexico. We took a leap of faith in our last attempt to conceive. We consulted with Dr. Dorsett and automatically felt comfortable and hopeful. The first visit to the Fort Worth clinic staff was very nice, patient and understanding. Through out our treatment we had to visit a few of the clinics and interacted with different staff and everytime staff was nice, helpful and very thorough at explaining procedures and testing.

We have been so blessed by the the staff at Fertility Specialists of Texas. We worked along side Dr. Gerald Goldstein and his staff to create out beautiful family After experiencing loss we were blessed with two rainbow babies- one in 2017 and another in 2019. From the initial appointment, we received all the information and options to start out family. Dr. Goldstein spent extra time explaining everything in detail and answering all our questions. Our experience at this clinic was very poor. After trying for nearly a year we decided to try a fertility clinic due to my age. Our company covered at least one treatment and we decided to give it a try. Goldstein was not willing to figure out what was the underlying issue even though he made it out that I had healthy eggs, all he cared about was IVF. I felt pressured into IVF as I was told that one of my tubes were blocked, so we agreed to move forward with IVF; I was also told my cervix had scar tissue and I needed surgery to open it, which I also agreed to. I ended up ovulating while on Ganirelix. I told them 3 days before I ovulated that I suspected it to happen, but was ignored by the staff. I was very upset that they wanted to cancel the whole thing after telling them things were about to go sideways, so they then rushed an emergency IUI which also failed. I was devastated that nothing worked out according to plan after draining the company benefit of $20,000 and spending $6000 or our own money to make it happen. I was then given a long lecture from Goldstein that I was too old and needed an egg donor. That was not something I was interested in, since I had two boys at home, one being 4 years old.Pretty let down in myself, I went on a strict Flo Living diet, took hormone advancing vitamins according to my cycles needs, started running in the park, seed cycling, and tracking my basal body temperature, and within 4 months I was pregnant naturally at 43.Goldstein is more interested in squeezing as much money out of you as possible; hence his name.Just FYI, if you already have children, they will punish you for bringing them in the office by putting you and your child in a small hot room and forgetting about you.Update: Im pregnant again naturally at 46.

Dr Dorsett is an incredible doctor. She made our dreams come true with the help of embryo adoption and surrogacy. Her team is phenomenal and I would recommend anyone I knew that was struggling with fertility to her practice. Thank you so much for making our dreams finally come true.

We absolutely loved our experience with FST. Dr. Patel made a difficult process so much easier. I joked that I lived at the office because IVF requires many visits but the truth is I was in and out very quickly at nearly every visit. We never thought wed be able to have our own child, its truly a miracle that we were able to and we have FST to thank!

My hunsband and I were ready to take another break when we met Dr Patel and his wonderful staff. We decided to try one more time and I instantly felt part of their family. They worked with us every step of the way. Success wasnt over night but my time with this office was the least stressful and most productive over the last four years. We are due with our first baby this December! We plan to go back to Dr Patel as soon are we can for baby #2!

Please find another doctor. My OB gave me two cards for fertility specialist that he recommended, I called and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Goldstein. My first in office appointment I waited for an hour and a half before being seen. I was on the phone attempting to reschedule (since they can’t do that in office) for over 30 minutes while I was waiting. I had never had an ultrasound before and had nothing to compare it to, I did not realize later that you do not have to be hanging nearly upside nor does it have to hurt. The entire time he was rushing and showed no compassion. He and the nurse left me on the table crying following another painful procedure, not bothering to help me. I had to stop him in the hallway after each visit to discuss what was next. I felt like cattle being pushed from one room to the next for tests. Definitely not a good experience, luckily there are many more fertility specialist in the area and I was able to find a great one!

We never imagined that we would have any issues with starting a family, but after years of trying we finally reached the point of needing to meet with a fertility doctor. The whole process, beginning with choosing a doctor, is overwhelming, stressful and emotional. After lots of research, and although we lived in Tulsa, we settled upon Fertility Specialists of Texas (FST). It was definitely the right decision and worth all the driving to and from appointments. We were in great hands with Dr. Chilvers and through her guidance had a successful first round of IVF. We are so thankful to her and the rest of the wonderful staff at FST for our beautiful, healthy, bundles of joy. We have since moved to Little Rock and there is no question that, when we are ready to grow our family, we will be traveling back to Frisco!

When my husband and I were ready to add #2 to our family, we had a lot to consider. We are both Cystic Fibrosis carriers. After putting ourselves through an emotional pregnancy with the first, we decided IVF with PGD was our only option to ensure having a baby without CF. After researching and reading reviews, we decided to visit Fertility Specialists of Texas. Dr. Goldstein was very informative and told us exactly what we could expect from the process. My initial tests revealed some disappointing numbers. However, we decided to proceed in the process. After all was said and done, we were able to transfer 2 embryos, and we now have a healthy, happy 12 lb 10 week old baby girl, born at 40 weeks and 1 day. I cannot thank Dr. Goldstein, Tiecha (who was amazingly patient with me), and the rest of the staff enough. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, took the time to check in on me, address any of my concerns, etc. Tiecha and Dr. Goldstein both emailed me while still in the hospital to check in on me and the baby! How wonderful is that?! They have given us the greatest gift in life and we are forever grateful. If another bundle of joy is in our future, well be back.

I followed Dr. Patel from his prior practice to Fertility Specialists of Texas. I found it to be very professional, high quality, and efficient. Both Dr. Patel and his nurse were dedicated, friendly, and easily accessible--his nurse even gave me her cell phone number for questions. Although it took multiple cycles, everyone was ecstatic when we were finally pregnant and able to have our daughter. Dr. Guerrero, the embryologist, was also very invested in our success and personally called multiple times between procurement and day 5 to update us on our embryos. When we were fortunate enough to have a surprise pregnancy after our IVF baby, Dr. Patel did the early monitoring for me as if it was an IVF baby, which I was very happy for.. Once a neurotic fertility patient, always a neurotic fertility patient! It was very reassuring to have my betas drawn and the early ultrasounds to see HR and growth before I would see my regular OB at 10 weeks. I highly recommend this clinic, and specifically Dr. Patel. He is fantastic.

I would absolutely recommend Fertility Specialists of Texas! Just a couple of years ago, I never imagined even needing a place like this. When we found out from another doctor that IVF was the only real option for my husband and I to have a baby together, we were ready to give up on the idea completely. After research and a physician referral led us to the exact same place - Dr. Goldstein at FST - we decided it wouldn’t hurt to just set up a consultation to find out more. Little did we know we would walk out with new hope and determination in addition to a specific plan. Id like to thank Dr. Goldstein for his wonderful care in helping my husband and I conceive our 1st and only child. After almost 2 years of infertility treatments at a different facility and being told I would never be able to have a healthy child due to my age (41yo) recommending egg donor as the only option I decided to take a break and sought a second opinion from a doctor in South Texas (McAllen) who after an ultrasound at my first visit discovered my fibroids and recommended surgery before attempting IVF. I obviously wanted to have the myomectomy done close to my home and after some research my husband and I decided to come to FST. I was obviously concerned about my age and conceiving a healthy child but Dr. Goldstein explained to my husband and I our options and it just felt I had someone on my side, believing in miracles.Long story short I had the myomectomy done and after 2 months a fresh transfer and a positive and successful pregnancy within 4 months! Going through this Journey is hard and having staff that show compassion and kindness is a big Plus!!! I go to the one in Frisco and for the most part every one of the staff from the Doctors, MA’s, and the most of front staff are very nice and very helpful, including the new MA she’s really sweet! But there’s one front staff member that always seems like she hates being there I think here name is Amy or Ana. She’s always with an attitude, and very rude, no small talk or i can’t ask any questions she will cut you off and walk away or ignore you and turn around, she needs to practice her people skills, the other one I can’t remember her name she’s the taller one and seats close to the window facing outside she’s always smiling, and very kind she’s amazing. For the amount of money I’m paying I should at least get Good service all around and not have to deal with that one bad rotten apple.

Dr. Skora is the most caring doctor I have ever come across in my life. Even after checking out of his care, he constantly checked on my family and I. He made sure to always be available when I had questions and always responded expeditiously. I would recommend him to anyone, he truly loves what he does and cares about his patients. Not only was he caring but was a subject matter expert who was able to answer any and all questions immediately and I never had to hear the dreadful Ill get back to you. When I began searching for a fertility specialist three years ago to help my wife and I conceive, I was expecting to have a difficult time finding one that was inclusive. It turned out not to be the case because in finding the Fertility Specialists of Texas and perusing the site for a short period of time I thought this is the accepting place for us. What we found is really beyond all expectations with how truly supportive the entire staff we have interacted with has been. I loved my experience with FST. Doctor was really nice and easy to talk to, and all the staff were really nice. They are really good at keeping you informed on what you need to do next in the process and their app is really easy to use and they replied quickly to questions asked through it.

Fantastic experience. We used a clinic in Arkansas prior to using this clinic, and the difference in the two clinics is remarkable. We happily drove from Arkansas to Texas 25 times for our treatment plan and now have our perfect baby Remi.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. If I was looking for fertility options, I would absolutely go somewhere else. I was referred here after having done all the initial fertility testing. My first appt was a consult with Dr Skora that was supposed to last 1 hour, it was a 9 minute zoom call where he explained the definition of infertility. Then, at my next appointment, he told me we needed to re-do all my tests. I could go on and on about my horrible experience but let’s just say this is not a clinic that cares about their patients best interest and I would not wish my experience there on anyone. Choose another clinic!!

There is nothing fun about going to a fertility clinic but the staff here made the process much more comfortable. As a healthcare provider myself (NP), I have high standards and can not say enough good things about my experience with FST! We were very fortunate to become pregnant with the first treatment. Ten weeks ago I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby boy and we couldnt be happier!

I absolutely love Dr. Patel and his entire staff. They were thorough with all aspects of our journey with iui and ivf. As tough as infertility is, Fertility Specialists of Texas helped me conquer infertility both physically and emotionally as we welcomed our baby boy into the world last year. I have been a patient of Dr. Chilvers for a year and a half. I first began seeing her in December 2016, unfortunately the first time we began treatment the medication was very expensive and my insurance was not good enough to cover most of my medications. So in January 2017 I went back because I changed insurance companies and it was more affordable to obtain the medicines needed to complete the Retrival as well as the transfer.... I also had to pay extra for the frozen embryo transfer.... The money is a small part of this long process, IFV is an emotional roller coaster but well worth it. I transferred two embryos May 12th 2017,I had a hatched embryo and one that was breaking through.... Needless to say I had a successful cycle the first try!!!!! Dr. Chilvers always listened to what I wanted and when she questioned my decisions she was simply doing her job. I trusted her completely and she helped make my dreams come true. I am a 32 year old mother of three already 15,14. and 11.I had gotten my tubes tied at age 21.I went to her wanting a tubal reversal, she suggested against that and her reasoning made sense.... I had several small polyps inside my uterus and she suggested I have them removed. I knew I had them with my other children so I wasnt concerned, she went through with my request even though she had her reservations.... Although,I will be getting them removed after I give birth. I am currently 5 weeks with my first beta blood test at 259 second one at 1106 and the final one done tomorrow... I would definitely suggest FST to anyone. Dont always except good news but dont get discouraged either... Your body will do what it needs to help you get pregnant.. Its a process but you will Love the outcome.... I had no problem with the staff and they all knew me by name. Imagine that, they see ppl all day and they will get to know you.... I read other reviews and the older African American lady is a sweet heart, and she does smile all the time, they all do... Never had to wait long, maybe twice the entire time. I urge you to have patients anything worth having is worth working for and waiting for.... I pray for successful cycles for all that attempt this life changing journey...

Our lives forever changed when we met Dr. Chilvers at Feetility Specialist of Texas. My husband and I had been told by other doctors that we were young and healthy and we just needed to relax and give it time. After years of trying we finally met Dr. Chilvers who found that both my husband and I had issues that were indeed keeping us from getting pregnant.Dr. Chilvers spent so much time explaining our treatment plan and performed surgery on me that was vital for us to become pregnant. *** UPDATE:I posted what you see below 5 months ago while my wife and I were still enjoying the fact that we were even able to get pregnant, and yesterday we celebrated our little miracle baby becoming 1 month old!!After trying at other fertility centers, Dr. Goldstein was able to make our dream come true! He was very caring, understanding and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

My husband and I have a four year old son who was our surprise baby. A year later we decided to start trying for another child, should be easy right!! Not so much after three years and no such luck we started to look for some answers and went to see Dr. Rebecca Chilvers at Fertility Specialists of Texas. She is amazing! She listened to everything we said and went to work right away. She is so friendly and supportive and gave us all our options. First we went with an IUI which failed and then proceeded to go with IVF. Whitney Crider was my nurse and walked me through everything including how to do all my shots. Whitney was always just a phone call or email away and answered all my crazy questions, she was like having your best friend at your side. Im happy to say we are pregnant with twins!! Its so sad leaving Dr. Chilvers, Whitney, and Charlotte Philllips just one of the amazing medical assistants. Thank you a thousand times over for making our family of three a party of five!! HR and management are the worse they will act like they care for you as an employee and lie in your face I work here almost 8 months before resigning. They are quick to point out negative flash on people they pick and choose who they move on up and who moves down I have seen people come and go with unfair treatment WORSE place to work STAY AWAY!!! Employees are not treated they way they should everyone pick and chooses who they help in the practice Like I previously said I have seen people come and go so fast during my time there that I finally had it and left on my own!!! They bring In people every other week and then all the new hires leave by following week. HR and management are quick to jump and said no NEGATIVE or GOSSIP but are the 1st to do so but if you are one of the ones they like then nothing is done but if they do not like you they quickly start bringing everything out calling you in and out of HR office. The way they treat their employees is the way they treat their patients when it comes to management and HR. The doctors are great I can say that much but their practice would be so much better if they had an HR that actually care for the employees and Managers that care for the employees not just what Their department needs!!! DO NOT WORK HERE AT ALL!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! And if you don’t believe go for it and I can guarantee you will leave unhappy voluntarily!!!

After finding out I had cancer and chemo was a high possibility for preventative measures, we knew we needed to do something if we ever wanted a chance at having another baby. I waited a few weeks before posting this review, because I wanted it to be a sober, authentic reflection of our experience with Fertility Specialists of Texas - Frisco. Despite some consternation in putting our private medical experience online for public consumption, we have an obligation to the community to share it so they can make their own judgement call.This place is the puppy mill of fertility treatments and their model borders on medical malpractice. Although our issues with FST are numerous, the three primary ones that Id to share are:1) Everything is immediately about money...and lots of it. They want pre-payment for every visit, they aggressively push you into bundles that include many unnecessary tests to maximize transactional revenue, and the Drs quote estimates for procedures when discussing treatment that end up being only a fraction of the actual cost. After spending well over $3,000 in various tests and procedures, when confirming that our levels were good, we expressed that our short term decision was to try naturally for a few months. The financial counselors response? OK, well we can go ahead and cancel any future appointments and move to terminate the relationship........what? We were under the impression fertility treatment was a journey, but when we didnt want to go into an invasive procedure right away, they threatened to drop us.2) Every visit that we had with FTS, besides the examinations was virtual. During all three virtual visits (which we had already prepaid for) they were an hour or more late. They dont bother calling you to let you know. They dont even apologize. You just sit there, in their virtual waiting room for over an hour hoping they eventually come on. Hopefully you didnt prioritize the visit in your own schedule, since they obviously have zero respect for their patients schedules and time.3) Perhaps the most egregious was a recent experience with Dr. Goldstein. My wife and I made an appointment with FTS because for 5 months after her Moderna vaccine, her period has been irregular. Her first period was protracted, and lasted nearly 2 weeks. Each subsequent period, she was on nearly 40 day cycles, with only spotting. We brought this up to Goldstein, and his reflexive response?Well, its better to have any period at all than to be dead.I was perplexed at this response, until he started to go into a full-throated, holier than thou tirade about vaccines. After letting him fester in his irrational effluvium for a bit, I finally stopped him. I told him I wasnt there to debate the vaccine. We obviously werent anti-vax, since my wife and I both received it as soon as we could. More importantly, it wasnt as if we had a choice of un-vaccinating my wife. Furthermore, my wife and I are both athletes in our mid-30s. Were simply not in a high-risk demographic. He finally said, we dont have any information on the affects of the vaccine on fertility...and that was that. We were looking for things to look out for, suggestions on tests and procedures we could run, etc. We could have burned the $120 in a trash can and at least received a bit of warmth from it. Instead, we got an unsolicited tongue-lashing about a straw man.Its hard to conceive that well be able to entrust our familys future to such an operation. From the top down, its nothing more than a money grab, lead by Drs who betray their own oaths.

I worked at this location for one day and was hired as a new Patient coordinator. Whether you are looking for employment opportunities or being a patient, please be aware as the management is really horrible! I moved from the Northeast only to the worst management and training. They handed me work and nobody adequately trained me. They let me go in 1 day telling me that I am not a good fit. How can you tell from one day if somebody is qualified or not? I was also told that the person previous to me was better then me but they let her go because they thought I was a better fit. That means they are hiring and firing people on the spot. This place is a big joke. I am so happy it was only a day because that makes this place look like they are worthless.Shame on such employers who are taking employees on a ride.

The office and staff were very helpful and understanding. Took time to explain things and work with me. They helped us with our 3rd child and we could not be more grateful. She lights up every room and we couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you!

When I first went to this place 4 years ago, I must say I was impressed by how they were ready to help us start our family. My husband was diagnosed with Cancer at that time and myself had multiple miscarriages. We decided that IVF would be the way for us. In the process of being tested for everything, they informed us that my husband tested positive for Hepatitis (in which he did not have it we were tested at another facility and results were different). They then went on to explain to us that we could not store our embryos at their facility because he tested positive for Hepatitis. I told them that at that time my husband was in the hospital and that I could not make a decision to move or discard anything until I talked it over with him, not to mention we had exhausted our funds with chemotherapy and IVF. If we were to place them in an outside storage, our insurance would not have covered it. My husband finally got out of the hospital in which it was the day we were to get an Ultrasound for our positive pregnancy result:) We were approached by the finance management. Her name was Ashley. I will never forget her name or her mean looking face!! She took my husband and I into a room to discuss our embryos being removed from their facility or to discard them. We asked her to please give us time and she said NO I NEED AN ANSWER NOW!! My husband and I both looked at each other like WOW is this really happening. Out of money and no option we signed the paper to have our embryos discarded:( This is really the short version........ Dr. Chilvers called me later on that day. I didnt want to get ASHLEY in trouble and I told her that it was ok we were fine when we were dying inside about getting rid of what could have been our sons or daughters in the future. Thru it all we ended up with a little girl. We did try again and I tried to come clean to Dr. Chilvers about what happened and why we got rid of our Embryos. In a nut shell she basically told me to be happy with what I had. That really crushed me especially because the second time around none of my embryos survived:( I have spoken to a lawyer and they said that we have a case due to signing under pressure. My husband was fresh out of the hospital barely able to get around and his wish was to have a child or children in this world to leave a legacy behind. I will continue to consult with my lawyer and pray that this does not happen to anyone ever again. FST just know that my family and I are not out to hurt you but we will have justice for what hurt us.

Im disappointed as a medical professional since 2007, that another medical professional facility, that has a lot of braggadocio, but zero bedside, and a lot of condescending machismo, has the nerve to NOT listen to a patient. Patient advocacy is key in our Jurisprudance. My DIL is a patient, had labs done, and they are refusing to tell her anything until my son gives a sample, DESPITE being told only my DIL is the patient. She paid for the service, give her the results. Also, never assume there will only be mild discomfort. You dont share the same taste buds. Pain management is not taboo.

Horrible experience, this clinic is not about helping families at all. They run like a pure profit business only. Cold ignorant staff and Dr Patel seems to only recommend procedures that will profit the company rather than what is best for each individual family. I am so upset we have wasted over a year and thousands of dollars with no help. After seeking multiple other opinions we now realize we should have done more research and gone elsewhere. I hope families that need help having children will get multiple opinions from different Clinics before selecting this facility! They don’t return phone calls, and the dr is impossible to reach with concerns!!

If youre exploring Fertility options, youre probably already in a state of stress and anxiety, and I for one can assure you, you are the right hands with Fertility Specialists of Texas. Their entire staff and medical group is exceptional, and I would highly recommend this practice. The Fertility Journey is one of the hardest ones to travel down, and you are in great hands with everyone there. (And they are patient with lots and lots of phone calls :)

Well I had my Fet March 19th and guess what I’m 10 weeks pregnant my first time doing ivf treatments Dr. Goldstein and his team are awesome and made my hope for a another baby strong my experience has been great I am beyond happy and thankful4 months later and everything is successful and great DECEMBER 5th

EDIT TO ADD: If they actually cared, they would have contacted me instead of writing an insincere response; its not like this was an anonymous review.Basically, if you have unlimited funds and don’t care if you are treated like a person, this is an OK practice. If you’re on the fence, go somewhere else; don’t ignore the countless red flags like we did.Cons:- Never once received an accurate or personalized financial quote for treatment. Every single time I asked for details about the financial aspect I was treated with hostility and disrespect from the billing department.- Was initially seeking least invasive fertility options but was assured I had a >75% chance of getting pregnant with IVF based on my initial diagnosis, which also meant I spent 10X as much money as I initially planned but still ended up with no pregnancy.- My provider would not entertain doing additional diagnostic tests after multiple failed transfers despite my preference for having answers instead of just trying again with the same protocol and failed results.- After all embryos were exhausted, we sought information about enlisting a gestational carrier to eliminate maternal factors. I took PTO to go to Frisco for a “consultation” (read: meet with people who can’t explain anything more than what’s on the print out they are going to give you), I was way under-quoted on the price of the actual IVF and the “ personalized quote” didn’t include anything related to the gestational carrier process (extra blood work, ICSI, etc.). To add insult to injury, the “financial” representative didn’t even verify my insurance and said that would take an additional two weeks (even though I have been a patient for two years). It was a horrendous waste of our time and after 2 years and lots of money spent on unsuccessful treatment, frankly, it was disrespectful. And they billed my insurance for meeting with a physician when I did NOT even meet with an MD that day.- When I complained about the above bullet, my husband spoke with practice owner as well as the practice manager who promised to follow up with us a few weeks later to “check-in on us. SEVEN MONTHS LATER AND WE HAVEN’T HEARD A WORD.- This is a direct quote from my provider when I asked about the potential link between my BMI to poor IVF outcomes and higher maternal mortality rates: “Our job is to get you pregnant; you can worry about the other stuff later.”- They provide no mental health screening or grief support after failed treatment. This is not a compassionate practice so don’t let that bit of advertising fool you. When I told my provider how bad I felt they didn’t even have resources at the ready – I had to seek out my own mental health treatment. Thanks for failing me when I was barely strong enough to say how badly I felt.- No personalized protocols exist – they only follow carefully crafted protocols that yield the best statistics with zero regard for patient preference, cost, timing, etc.- Treatment plans are not flexible enough to be adjusted to your schedule (don’t let the advertisement fool you – this is a rigid operation set up to maximize profit, it’s not going to be flexible).- Received zero sympathy when I was extremely sick from FET medicines. I was offered no solutions for side effects during FET and certainly nothing was offered to deal with long-lasting side effects after the failed treatments because they didn’t even care enough to check on me. When I sought solutions from other providers, I was told I could not use them during FET.- You are truly just a number at this practice. They only celebrate you and support you if you are successful at getting pregnant. If you are in the 70%+ of women that aren’t successful at IVF, good luck getting any empathy or support from this practice.

Dr. Goldstein and his team was amazing! Because of Dr. Goldstein we are blessed with two beautiful twin girls!

Dr. Chilvers is awesome! She made my dream of becoming a mom come true! The atmosphere is really nice and all the employees there are great!

HR IS A JOKE. Seriously if youre looking for employment opportunities or being a patient, please be aware as the management is really horrible! They definitely need more CARING management. Employees cant be happy or caring if management is rude, unprofessional and dismissive towards them. I was employed for a month and definitely the worst practice I EVER worked for! Patients are treated like they are at a PCP office. No remorse if Patients dont get pregnant.

I Believe God brings people, some for short period of time and others forever, into our lives and all though I was a FST for a few months, they will be a part of our lives forever. The dedication of our Dr. Patel and nurses and staff was an experience that we will always forever treasure. Their follow through care, concern and the attitude that we will never give up is an attitude that still brings tears of joy to our eyes. We have seen a few fertility drs and Dr. Goldstein + staff have been wonderful. Its been a very positive experience (even if the news isnt always). They are patient, kind and courteous. Id recommended them to anyone!!

Over all, the doctors are fantastic and work with all of their patients very well! I would just double check all charges being made to your account vs your insurance EOBS because the billing department has hired 3 different department managers in this current year and all have quit due to the company being too unorganized and behind in that area of the business.

Don’t bother if you’re over 40. Dr Chilvers may be a great surgeon and gynecologist, but I think she’s an RE because of the money. They have 1 protocol. There is no ability, apparently, to customize based on personal situation or age. If you read up on the work CHR is doing (in NYC), you’ll see that they’re getting better results by customizing treatment protocols, including when and HOW to retrieve follicles.Dr Chilvers put me on a standard regimen and failed to retrieve all mature follicles, meaning my chance at being a mother a 2nd time with my own eggs was completely lost.I know it seems difficult, but find the right doctor even if it means traveling. There are ways, and places that will finance.Thanks for the reply, but do let me know what calling you will do. You cant go back in time and my insurance wont cover me with my own eggs any longer. So, what would be accomplished?Oh, and I forgot, Brandy was horribly argumentative. Leslie, however, was very sweet.

Dr. Goldstein made our little miracle a reality, our son was born within a year of our first visit. FS of TX is efficient in every way.

Extremely unprofessional. Specially the front office peopleThey will cancel the appointments anytime without notice or mentioning pre payment (even before appointment) was not made. Or call any day saying your appointment is today. Not transparent and clear with their clients. Not an easy way to get through their appointments and processes

Dr. Chilvers is an amazing doctor she listen to everything my wife and I had to say. Answer all our questions. She went to work very quickly on our treatment plan. Cant wait til my next appt to see what comes next.

Sent here from Babytree surrogacy🤩 very professional, clean, friendly, informative, and thorough. Waited for less than five mins for appt. This particular office is on the third floor, keep that in mind! Otherwise there is a directory when you walk in to find it. Very large parking lot, no problems getting in or out.

Don’t go here. You’ll get pricing info over the phone when you book your first appointment and then get charged way more than that on the day of the appointment. None of the follow up that I was told would happen was completed either. Customer service needs some major work.

Felt I was treated like just a number, not a patient. Also did not set proper patient expectations and there was no post-op protocol or follow up, so I had to rely on Reddit and Google searches following my procedure to figure out what was happening to me. Which could have been avoided had I been given any instructions or expectations.

Worst fertility center I ever visited. They took out 6 tubes bloods out of me and didn’t even clearly mentioned what are they for. Later on I got one thousand dollars bills from lab works and they didn’t even informed me well if my insurance covers for all those blood works. I find least empathetic place to be in for fertility concerns.

I Would NOT recommend this place to anyone who wants to have some kind of input on the whole fertility process. I was denied the option to attempt an at home insemination because i wasn’t being monitored by my doctor keep in mind this is all unmedicated he didn’t feel comfortable signing a form that was needed to have the vials shipped to my home so that I could attempt a cycle at home but he did feel comfortable releasing any vials to me to perform the procedure at home had I stored it at THEIR facility and wasn’t being monitored. What’s the difference? I’ll tell you what’s the difference the fact that I would’ve been spending money with them made it ok by storing vials at their facility but because I no longer wanted the horrible monitoring that was done in which resulted in a failed cycle that they KNEW was going to fail because I was told after the fact the procedure was performed two days after I had ovulated! instead of them cancelling it they went through with it anyway knowing the window was missed. This place is all about money and nothing else!! I wouldn’t dare give them another dime of my money! Believe ALL of the negative reviews you see on here I can assure you they are TRUE! And the fact that you have no say in what you would like to do is even more reason not to go here!

***HIGHLY recommend Fertility Specialists of Texas (specifically Dr. Patel, RN Alyssa, Jennifer, Robin, etc)!!! Very warm and result driven. I retrieved/froze 33 eggs on the very first try!! 🐣

Dr Goldstein and his team was awesome! I never once doubted anything he was doing. He is a great doctor and very thorough. I recommend him to everyone.

I have always wanted a little girl. At the age of 47 they made it happen on the first try. Im so overly grateful for them making it happen. The cost was high but worth ever penny. My husband and I are thinking about having another one. Love you

I don’t recommend this hospital.I have 2failed IUI’s They just follow some protocol irrespective of what suits you or what works for you.They don’t analyze on the what is the cause of failure rather they say chance of conception is less with IUI.They wanted to make money .They don’t really cared about my emotion of becoming mom.I regret choosing doctor Jerald Goldstein and this fertility center.I am writting this review with lot of pain in my heart.

No care,went two month sequentially and on the next time they didn’t come back to me.Even if my results are not good, my rights is to come back and let me know.if you are not good candidate for ivf no one will care.Try not to go their they won’t support you.
