I highly recommend Dr. Goldstein. He was detail oriented, kind, knowledgeable, and took great care of us. His whole staff is amazing as well. Most importantly, we are now 4 months pregnant with our first child. Its hard to express in words how much this means to me and my husband. Dr. Goldstein and his team were very warm and welcoming, helping us navigate IVF from Oklahoma City. They helped us add our second miracle baby boy to our family. They were quick to get us scheduled and to help keep track of all the information they needed while working long distance. His team was also very helpful and answered any and all questions that I had, helping me feel at ease.

My husband and I have been waiting for this moment for sooooo many years. After 5 years of treatment with 6 failed IUIs and 4 failed IVF. First attempt with Dr Goldstein is a success for us! Absolutely adored working with Dr. Goldstein. He is so hands on, I saw him at every single appointment. He took the time to answer any and all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His coordinator Charlotte was also extremely helpful. She took time to explain everything, organized medications on a calendar and did her best to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. The nursing staff is also wonderful. We would highly recommend this office.

After three failed IUI’s with a different clinic, we decided to try our luck with FST. The first time we met Dr. Goldstein and his team we knew we had made the right choice in who would help make our dreams of parenthood a reality. They guided us through the IVF journey with patience and compassion and we couldn’t be more grateful. Without them we wouldn’t have our precious Briar.

Baby or no baby he made us feel confident that we were doing everything we needed to do and he knew exactly what that was. Dr Goldstein is amazing. We had a great experience through IVF to conceive our first daughter and switched providers to try for number 2 for insurance reasons. We ultimately left our insurance-covered provider to come back to Dr Goldstein and I am so thankful that we made that decision. His practical, data-based approach eased my anxiety and now we’re expecting again! His approach, his team and his practice make you feel like an individual, not a number. Doctor Goldstein was a perfect fit for my husband and I! He is someone who is VERY intelligent and it shows in his work! When you have a Doctor who you completely trust it makes the whole process so much easier. He also has a wonderful heart! You can tell he has found his gift in life and is doing what he loves. Sooo thankful for Dr. Goldstein!!! We worked with him twice for two full rounds of IVF and were successful with both. He has a wonderful bedside manner, never acts like hes in a hurry even though you know hes super busy and super personable. I switched to Dr. Goldstein after I was unhappy with the care I received from another RE. Dr. Goldstein truly cares about his patients. You can tell how much joy he derives from being a father and that he wants others to have that same joy. I never felt rushed in any appointments, and he always made sure all my questions were answered. He gave me hope without giving me a false impression of how difficult the journey would be and was always direct yet compassionate about any negative information that needed to be relayed.Dr. Goldstein stays current on research, and he performs his own when necessary. He is intelligent, yet has no ego, and he really listens to his patients and works in a collaborative manner with them, thoughtfully considering any requests/questions from them.

Dr. Goldstein is one of kind. His attention to detail, thorough work, preparedness and genuine empathy is a breath of fresh air. Every appointment he took seriously and with measured delivery. He made a point to make sure I understood each step of our process or even just options for next steps. He asked me about my overall satisfaction with himself and his staff regularly to ensure I was happy. Break past the work persona, and his sense of humor is right on point as well :) Dr Goldstein provided guidance allowing my husband and I to comfortably make decisions at our pace, yet leaned in with advice and clear direction when we needed it. I truly cannot thank him enough for the respect he gave us and the expertise he shared with us. Thanks to him, we are now expecting our first baby.

I write this review while my newborn miracle baby sleeps next to me all thanks to Dr. Goldstein and the incredible staff at Fertility Specialists of Texas. We came to him disheartened after suffering a miscarriage with our previous fertility clinic. We had our consultation with him in March and were pregnant by November. There was a level of transparency with this clinic that we did not have previously. All levels, test results, even your medical history is at your fingertips. The patient portal is user friendly and they always get back to you in a timely manner in regards to any questions or issues. Dr. Goldstein always listened to our concerns and tailor-made an approach that worked best for my body. When we asked for a more aggressive approach, he listened and got us results. He will always take your input into account. We are so thankful that we found him. We will definitely be returning for our future babies.

We traveled from Oklahoma City to see Dr.Goldstein because we heard he was an amazing doctor and they weren’t wrong ! Everything from communication to scheduling was so easy. We finally get to add a second baby to our family !!We can’t be more thankful for Dr Goldstein and all his team at FST

I did my research before I landed with Fertility Specialists, specifically Dr. Goldstein, and I am very glad that I did. Dr. Goldstein is a progressive doctor that is extremely compassionate for his patients. He was the perfect doctor for me. I could ask him anything, never felt rushed, and felt we had the best state of the art care and concern through our journey. We heart Dr. G!

We had such an amazing experience with Dr. Goldstein. He supported us all the way until we got to bring home our son. He always listened to our concerns. We ended up having to do 2 rounds of IVF and he change up our protocol and promised we would be parents. After 4 years of trying we were finally able to welcome our son into the world. Dr.Jerald Goldstein is not CARING and very RUDE. He doesnt care much about our situation but more care about if he could do the surgery and get the payment. I feel that Im just a patient for him. He didnt explain our situation very well and is impatient.He even mixed my medical records with other patients and misdiagnosed mine (I checked again in another clinics to confirm if hes misdiagnosed) Luckily I didnt follow his advice.Avoid from this doctor and do not waste your time and money!!

Dr. Goldstein is the best doctor. He does everything in his power to help you. I feel like I couldnt have had a better doctor. We went through one failed cycle and then the next one the egg didnt make it. They took eggs again put them back and now Im 11 weeks pregnant. He is the very best. I love brandy and stephanie they are the best nurses there. 😊

I dod a fresh cycle and transferred 2 embryos and both took i now have healthy 2 year old toddlers. Then a year later i did my last frozen embryo and it took also and i now have a healthy 4 month old. My experience has been great with. Dr norhassen and dr Goldstein. I started the process at 30 years old and each time i tried it took didnt have a bad experience at all i know it can be very stressful the whole process but it worth it and the Fertility Specialist of Texas team was the best support team i could ever had. Thank you!!

We are so thankful for Dr. Goldstein and the staff at FST. We switched to FST from another practice and are now the parents of a precious little girl! He truly cares about his patients and we always felt that he listened to our thoughts and concerns.

I have gone through 3 IVF cycles with FST and Dr. Goldstein. The personal attention and care received has been top notch. I felt like I was a priority to their team. They were flexible with appointments and thorough in their communication. I can’t thank them enough for my soon to be 4th miracle baby!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. During consultant Dr Goldstein keep asking me over and over the sames questions. He did blood work then would ask me the results even tough my chart was right in front of him. Then ask me again! When my husband was able to come to an apt I went to introduce him as he was walking out of a room and he was super short temper and rude to him he also refused to answer one question he asked and shoved me to a nurse. I had to wait over an hour for one apt they said my apt was at 3:30 and via phone told me the 3:00 (I have it recorded as all of my calls are) when I told them this they called me a liar. I waited over an hour and had to finally asked why Im waiting so long they took me back shortly. He has a very poor bedside manner and rude and short. If I didnt know how IVF was suppose to go I would of been lost with him. Not detailed at all either. Wouldnt recommend him to anyone.

After trying at other fertility centers, Dr. Goldstein was able to make our dream come true! He was very caring, understanding and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

I did not care for this office. Although they have wonderful ART data to back up them up, I never felt like I was getting much attention from the doctor. I never saw him through the 3 IUI procedures we did, and the IUIs themselves were performed by a member of his staff. When you are paying thousands of dollars for these procedures, I think it is reasonable to want to see your doctor and have him available for questions. After switching to another doctor, we sort of saw all the care we were missing with this office. I am sure there are many success stories, but this was just not the place for us.

5 stars for Dr. Goldstein and his team! Fertility issues can be agonizing. Dr. Goldstein is straightforward, intelligent, informative and of equal importance. It has been the best experience from start to finish!

The doctor/office seems only cared about money. I went there because my previous doctor referred me to due to some abnormal test results. The doctor simply ordered the same test without talking about how to address the issue. He jumped directly to say how the problem could be solved by doing IVF. When I told them that I am not interested in doing IVF, the doctor became very angry and tried to convince me to do that.He also did the ultrasound on my first office visit even though I just had the ultrasound done with my previous doctors.Their collects copay for blood works which other doctor normally dont do (actually, he is the ONLY doctor collect copay for blood work that me and my friends ever known). I stopped by the office to get blood drawn (and I did the same test before) and did not see the doctor at all. The process took less than 5 mins and they collected $50 for it claiming it is the facility fees or so.I am kind of stuck with them until I collected all the test result I already scheduled/paid for. But if you have not started the process with them, please reconsider.

Went to Dr.Jerald and my experience is totally frustrating they never care about you.I have gone for two month sequentially in the second month after my labs no one even called me to tell me a word, even if my case is hopeless I do deserve a little care.As long as your numbers are not promising for ivf don’t go cause they won’t care about you or fight with you.They will make you even feel bad about yourself, didn’t go 3rd month and no one even cared to call.

Dr. Goldstein and his entire team is amazing! Had nothing but a positive experience from start to finish! Everybody was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Terrible bedside manner. Terrible experience. They misdiagnosed my infertility issue as well as my husband’s. Basically made me feel like I would never get pregnant. Got a second opinion and am now pregnant. Would not recommend this office or this Dr to anyone. Raised prices on us. I cannot say enough negative things about this office. Steer clear.

Dr. Goldstein and his entire team at the Frisco location are wonderful! They all took great care of me during my treatments and I am very grateful to have found such a knowledgeable Dr and caring office.

We just loved Fertility Specialists of Texas. They work weekends, holidays, early and late to see you when your cycle demands it. They also are the nicest group of cheerleaders, you will ever meet. We felt cheered on as our five year journey to become parents ended at FST after only 6 months. We wish we had picked up the phone sooner after meeting with the doctors here. We truly feel, we would still be waiting if we had not found FST. Now, we have our miracle baby and are living our lives as parents - which is what we have always wanted.

Dr. Goldstein is the best. He’s very thorough and knowledgeable in his work. He takes the time to sit down and answer any questions you may have. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process.

I would never go back here again. The staff is rude and only want your money! They try any chance they get to get more money from you and not tell you you owe money till the day you show up and have to spend over 500$ dollars. I personally have never had to pay for an ultrasound and or blood work ever with my Ins and all of the sudden I get a call saying it’s the doctors choice to pick what code to send to insurance therefore they pick infertility and my insurance denide it! If they put it in for what my actually cause was for PCOS and not inferitilly it would be covered but of course they want more money! Thanks for helping me with nothing! And now I’m stuck having to find another doctor with 600$ Worth of meds I can’t use now. Stay away

I experienced the similar things as Rehab Saif and maybe worse!......1.ALways-late-doctorDr.Jerald was BUSY always, and every time he was LATE, at least from half an hour to 1 hour! Very bad!..This is not fair to the patients!...Everybody’s time is precious, not only the doctor’s. The doctor also needs to see other doctors, does he want to wait for half an hour to 1 hour? Especially after driving 1 hours to go there, and will keep waiting, waiting, it’s no fun!...Have never seen any time he’s there on time! Bad habit! ...The contract showed the appointments were a lot, but in fact, we just met him for a few times. The only time when he checked my eggs, he didn’t know how long I have taken the medicines and asked me. It’s so weird to me, as a doctor, he DIDN’T know my data!...And his result was different from the former nurses and the other doctor. In fact, he’s not good at doing IVF for women over 40 after I checked the successful rate later, that’s why he kept saying “borrow eggs”.2.Designed-trap-contractAnother bad thing is the so called BUNDLE contract from Winfertility which is cooperating with the clinic. As we don’t have the medical insurance, it’s tougher and we didn’t have other choice. I tried to buy some medicines online, but my husband was afraid if we can get them in time. Their contract is just a designed trap to let you in, no 24/7 nurses, no fast feedback, no refund items in detail if it’s not working., and it didn’t show how much for different medicines and how much for every steps! So, you don’t have any chance to protect yourself if you have to sign it!We stopped in the middle of the procedure after the result of the embryos were not good. Unfortunately, after 2 days calling, a woman told us they can only refund us $1000!...What? That’s EVIL! We paid almost $20,000 for them, and we stopped in the middle of the whole procedure, we didn’t order the left medications, didn’t take the left appointments, didn’t do the left FET!(In fact, it’s around 24,000 with other exam.) How can they grab our money??????????????????????????For getting the money I had to go to another county twice and sold my apartment!...It’s 10 years money I made plus my dad’s help!...But to the clinic and Winfertility, they just let you waist it in one month!!! Who can understand this??????3.Be careful of the medicationsThe medications you got from the pharmacy were not the same as the clinic and the Winfertility showed to you. You need to keep calling all of them to make sure if they are right or wrong?...The pharmacy didn’t show you the list, the Win didn’t show you the list, until few days later, you got it from the clinic, it’s been changed!... Why not show us before? I just don’t understand.4.Chaotic management of the clinicThe management of the clinic was always in a mess. There’s no chief nurse who’s incharge of our procedure. They said the chief nurse left and went to Chicago. So...Every time, you couldn’t get anybody to answer your questions until at least 20-30 minutes later. For my husband portal, I tried a few times to input his data but they didn’t work. They didn’t tell you until later after we called them for a long time. Bad! There’s no personalized attention in this clinic! Money blinds their eyes!5.Other choicesIt’s a bitter lesson to us as it’s our first time trying IVF. Losing the embryos and also losing the money, it’s a double whammy to most of the couples! But the clinic and Winfertility don’t care!!! So bad!If you are over 40, don’t try the conventional IVF, lots of women don’t have good result of it, and too much hormone is not good for your physical body. Just try mini-IVF. As there’s no Augment treatment here, we could try mini-IVF in Japan, China or Thailand. Before you pay your money, search more data online and also ask people/patients to make sure.So, if you have money, don’t waste it there!...If you don’t have money, never go there! God bless all the women to fulfill their dreams!
