This was my first time visiting this location. They made me feel really comfortable. I went in for one thing and ended up getting my annual exam. The professionalism and the patience to address the questions I had without feeling rushed or vaguely informed meant volumes to me. I’ve found my doctor and staff. Thank you!

To all Men! Come here for your healthcare needs. The staff is fantastic, from Donna, the personal concierge who helped through the entire process. The Provider truly listens to you and builds a plan of action for all of your healthcare needs well beyond.

One of the best clinics! This team has it together! The manager Andrea is amazing! Ale, Bridgette, Crystal P, Schrice are amazing! Great clinic to go to!!

What a great bunch of people! The took their time and did not appear to be rushed for time. This was for a yearly physical and for prescriptions. This was the first time they had seen me. Will be my go to when I’m stateside!

Don’t waste your time, energy, benefits or breath at this location. Crystal was nothing but rude and argumentative with a new patient !!! Then to add she disconnected the call twice after requesting to be transferred to Southlake location (primary location)Do not recommend to anyone!

Not a pleasant visit! Check in was with an ehh attitude. The nurse that took my blood pressure was ok. Then to be harassed by the Dr about payment. When in fact I paid for the visit at check in! That was really unprofessional in my opinion! Then I get my results a day later an no one has called me to go over my results! They got what they wanted witch was $200 from me for the visit. I do not recommend this location. Visit at your own risk.

I was happy to get a same day appointment with a quick search of availability. The facility is clean and well kept with some nice amenities while you wait. I liked the intake process and the assessment of my needs. It was fast and convenient with personable staff. I will most certainly come back as I needed primary care.

The appointment was great. My health concerns were all addressed. He spent ample time talking with me and going over my diagnosis. I will continue to use Men’s Total Health .

Dont waste your time, they will do it for you. This is not convenient, it is not cheap, I cant rate the doctors medical expertise, since I never got to talk to one. I think the doctor is a female, which took me back since it is named Total Mens. Made an appointment for the following morning at 8:20AM(today). After filling out the 20min questionnaire online. I went to the office, 1 person was ahead of me. I was moved to an exam room, another questionnaire and a few vitals were measured. Waited for 1 hour in the exam room. The doctor never stopped by, multi-tasking by seeing me also, basically was treated like me and my time dont matter. In ending, I spent 1 1/2 hours to see a doctor, never got to see one. After 1 in the exam room, I felt too uncomfortable to stay. Nothing is worse than paying high dollar medical cost and not getting healthier and paying again. Instead of cutting corners going to a fly bye night medical office in a strip mall. I will spend my money at a established, professional, medical office. That understands, Patients are the reason they are in business.

What a joke of a practice. My husband started coming here to continue his treatment for his ADHD and with it being in Murphy right next to our house it was very convenient for not having to miss as much work. It was an absolute waste of time and money. They have now left him without a refill of his prescription after having to call multiple times to actually get them to do their job. Please don’t waste a single penny or moment of your time here.

I was struggling to find a place to get a same-day rapid COVID test, and a friend referred me here. I was able to make a same day appointment, was in and out within 5-10 minutes, and received clear and complete results within the hour. The staff members were all polite and professional, and the facility was so clean! I made sure to mention this place to my husband for his general care needs, as its super conveniently located and was such a great experience. I highly recommend!

I came here to get an antigen test. Scheduling an appointment was so easy. I arrived at my scheduled time and only had to wait maybe 2 minutes before they called my name. The testing process so easy as well. The guy that helped me was awesome. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I received my results within an hour. Best Covid testing experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back for future testing if needed.

Incredibly efficient I would definitely recommend this place.Two of us had scheduled Covid tests here the process to sign up was super easy and done on our phones. We arrived a 10 minutes late but they got us right back anyway. The entire process for two people to check in, take the test and check out was about 10 minutes and we got our results via text in less than an hour.

Simple automated online registration. easy first visit! had my pick of times to be seen and the visit was on time no waiting. Knowledgeable doctor took time to listen to me and provide solutions.

This week I came in 3 different times to get me and my kids COVID tested. 20 minutes later, i had a text with my results. Every visit was SPOT ON!Their office is so clean and nice! Had the most amazing waiting room with a snack/drink bar. Amazing staff that helped answer questions! I will definitely be coming back!

Tommy and his entire staff are great. i underwent a smsll surgical procedure there and they calmed my fears, treated me with a caring respect and my procedure was perfect and successful. I’ll never go any where else.

The Total Men’s model of health care is a great business model for men who are pretty healthy. If you’re like me, you basically need to have a yearly physical and otherwise want to have a doctor’s office nearby that’s easy to get into if you have a more urgent health need. I paid a very reasonable price for a quick visit (got in same day even as a new patient) and got relief for a relatively minor injury. If I had wanted to establish a relationship with a more typical family medicine practice, I would have had to wait for weeks and then pay more. Snacks in the waiting room are nice too!

I went in because a coworker goes and he recommended me to them. I am glad that I did. My entire appointment was really great. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and more importantly, very knowledgeable and helpful. They took their time in answering my questions and explaining my options to me. Very much look forward to my next visit and seeing how they can help me going forward.

Amazing place! Ive been looking for a new PCP and I have a family member that recommended trying this place and Im honestly very happy with the care I received. The interior has a very nice modern design not at all reminiscent of the stereotypical stuffy doctors office. The staff was very nice and professional and made talking about sensitive topics very comfortable. They got me right back at my appointment time and the doctor was in in no time to see me. If youre trying to find a new PCP I would highly recommend this place as it is the way to go.

Loved it, had an appointment for a rapid Covid test was in and out. No more then 10 minutes I was in the office before I knew it I was on my way back home. Before I got home had my results sent to me, a 30 minute test result. Staff very friendly had no issues with the nurse taking my nasal swab exam. Very professional and clean environment.

Where had this place been my whole life? So nice, so efficient, so friendly. Most medical facilities have a common, uninteresting feel - this one feels more human. Love the snacks and drink refrigerators, love that it does not feel so much like a doctor visit. First time for me, checked all the boxes including the important ones having to do with medical care and guidance. Well done guys!

I needed to schedule a Covid test quickly in order to return to work; there were plenty of openings the next day. This clinic was recommended by my boss and exceeded his description. The building was clean, modern, and had a small waiting area with coffee, waters, sodas, etc... The staff was incredibly friendly, and I will be returning for future Mens-related checkups.

I came from a doctor that was not as patient, caring or informative. Total Men’s Primary Care is so different. The staff have been so courteous and helpful with all my questions and the doctor was patient, thorough and very informative. They actually showed they cared. The office and waiting room was cool too, I got my snacks lol! I would definitely recommend to any man who needs a place were you feel comfortable and where you get your questions answered.

This made me want to go back to do my physicals yearly. Last time I had one done was 3 years ago and hated the wait and the nonsense. The whole experience was delightful. My NP took her time asked me all the questions. Love this place!

I was there for the rapid test earlier today, the lady said our results would come out 1-2 hours from then. I received a texts over two hours later asking about my experience. I said “it went smoothly”, and they replied in an email telling me to write a review. I didn’t receive my COVID test results like I was told I would. It’s been over 5 hours since the testing happened and I have no feedback.

The appointment was unplanned as I was in the neighborhood and easy as I walked in after seeing the storefront information. I had an immediate walk-in, two minute wait to see a staff member in private and walked out twenty minutes later with a prescription. I came away with new information on the state of the art and science for ED remedies. And I now have a prescription for a better for me solution. Staff is friendly, but I do feel like just a walking money bag. I went here a while back (almost a year now), and the doctor sent me a sleep study. I was told I had sleep apnea and stopped breathing over 100 times a night, yet nobody has ever contacted me about options for treatment. I have just been continuing to live with it, yet I keep getting a bill to pay for the test which I feel at this point was a total waste. Now my drooling, and restlessness are getting worse, and I’ll have to seek help elsewhere. Also you’ll be ask to review after your first visit, but I waited to see how I’d really be treated.

Had great experience, was taken back promptly by a friendly MA(did not catch the name), fast and painless blood draw. Joy- the provider was very professional and was able to address all my questions and accommodate all requests.

I was struggling to see my primary care doctor for an annual checkup and other places were either just as difficult to get an appointment or not seeing new patients. I fortunately stumbled across this place and was able to get an appointment that same day. The staff was great, the appointment was quick, and they answered my medical questions and concerns. I recommend this place for a good annual checkup.

COVID testing was so easy. Plenty of appointments available, check in was self service through a QR code, snacks/drinks available, and got my test results via text before I made it home. Facility is very clean and everyone was so nice. Would definitely go here again if I needed to be tested again.

Went in for a Rapid COVID test. The on-line scheduling system was easy to use to set-up the appointment and the check-in process was simple. Once checked-in, I waited less than 5 minutes to get my test and I had my results within 30 minutes.

This location is great! I was shocked how fast and seamless the process was to get a rapid Covid test. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I first started having covid symptoms yesterday, so I tried to make an appointment at a pharmacy, but there were no appointments available anywhere. I tried again today and finally got an appointment on Saturday. I figured that would be too late, but it was the best I could do. Finally a friend told me about Total Mens Primary Care. Yes, they only do primary care for me, but they do covid testing for everyone! I went to their website, was able to get an appointment for TODAY and there were many slots available. Once I got there, they had me come in to scan a barcode from my phone, and that brought up an app where I could fill in paperwork from my car. Once, the paperwork was submitted, a few minutes later one of the staff came out to my car to do the test. She was friendly, welcoming, and tge trst was easy and didnt hurt a bit. Less than an hour later, I got my result! Im very thankful for this place!

As a local clinical professional who has a hard time making time to see the doctor for myself, I have to say that this place is phenomenal at offering a wide range of availability for appointments, flexibility in times, and an overall clinical atmosphere that feels more masculine without feeling gimmicky. I had an exceptional annual exam with the nurse practitioner who spent time making sure my questions were answered and without feeling rushed. As for making healthcare more accessible to men without making it awkward, this place gets it! I’m never going anywhere else but here for my healthcare from now on!

I am honored to write a review for Total Mens Primary Care - Murphy. I wanted to thank the team for their professionalism. I never felt rushed or judged. I walked right into a very welcoming front desk, piloted by Brittany, Maria and Rosa. Their kindness and professionalism was an excellent and lasting first impression. I was then taken back by Jonah to get my vitals. I do NOT do well with needles but with Jonahs zenful touch, good vibes, and an all around addiction to excellence, he took my blood before I even had a chance to pass out and/or cry. In all seriousness, listening to your patient with empathy is a fantastic way to garner trust and Dr. Andrea Fuller earned it! She let me tell my situation and didnt jump to a quick fix solution. She didnt prescribe addictive medications without data to support reason as my previous Doc tried to. She worked with me to find the best solution tailored to help my health concerns in a way that I was comfortable with. I walked out more knowledgeable and confident with my current situation. To top it off, I was given updates via emails by the doc and phone calls from Jonah so I never felt left in the dark. Im very happy with my move to Total Mens Primary Care. You guys are Rockstars!

This clinic was beautiful. Check in was contactless and very easy. I was here for a COViD rapid test. My technician, Effie, was extremely friendly and informed. The whole process was quick, easy, and relatively painless.

Fast efficient covid-19 testing. One bonus is that when you go to the Total Mens Care website it shows you all the open appointments at ALL of their area locations on one page. Once I was at the location they had a convenient QR code registration option and a few minutes later I was in taking my covid test. Received results via email within an hour.

Total Mens Care in Murphy TX is Outstanding!From the moment we walked in, we were well received and made to feel at ease. My husband, whom was being treated, had not been to a doctor in over 15 years, so he was extremely nervous. The receptionist Juan, was very courteous, helpful and kind and also exhibited a delightful personality! Once the paperwork was completed and my husband was called to the back for his exam, he was comforted and treated with care and concern. Michelle took great care to listen, was very competent and professional in her exam and even lightened his nerves with jokes. After all, laughter is the best medicine! Michelle was even able to get a promise from my husband to come back for a physical!! Now that’s a miracle 🙂I can’t say enough good things about this place. We are very happy that they are in business and that we now have a place for my husbands medical needs. Thank You Total Mens Care!!

I was able to schedule my appointment this morning to get a rapid COVID-19 test and received my results within 45 minutes or less.Everyone there were very friendly and the office was very clean.

Total Men’s Primary Care in Murphy was friendly, accommodating that we arrived much earlier for our appointment, and fast with our Covid rapid test. Our results came true to their word in an hour. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Went here for a covid test today. Service was quick and I received my negative result within 20 minutes. My only complaint is that the front desk woman wasnt wearing her mask (and was sniffing/seemed congested) and was not enforcing others inside to wear their masks. A man came in after me without a mask and I watched to see if shed tell him to put it on, but she did not. Even though I tested negative today, I feel disappointed knowing I may test positive in a few days considering patrons in the waiting room area were coughing, sneezing, not standing 6 feet apart, all while masks werent being enforced.I usually go to the location in Richardson and they have signage up that directs you to wait outside or in your car until its time for your test and I just feel a lot safer going to that one. No point in going to get tested only to put yourself even more at risk because of a negligent testing location.I still recommend getting tested here if they have availability which is hard to find these days, but maybe consider wearing double masks and waiting in your car until your appointment to decrease your chances of catching covid while inside. They have snacks/refreshments in the waiting room and I feel like if youre getting tested for covid and clearly have symptoms, you shouldnt even be taking your mask off to eat and drink. Now youre coughing and sneezing and passing covid around just to eat a goldfish -- no thanks.If you actually have covid symptoms, maybe its best to just take a loss and stay home to avoid transmitting it to others even at the testing site.

Denies refills for a DIABETIC patient for his insulin. Doesnt call in prescriptions. Once is one thing, can be an oversight but the second time it has happened has me really questioning the doctors here who are supposed to be taking care of my husband. They are a joke

They charging too much. I paid at the time of visit and again sending bill.

Everything was great. No waiting and took the time to listen to me and my symptoms. 100% recommend.

Not exactly a big fan of going to the doctor but Total Men’s has it figured out. They make you feel comfortable, that’s all I need.
