This was my first appointment with Dr. Greenspan, and it certainly wont be my last!! Her staff was extremely friendly and so pleasant to deal with and so was she! Dr. Greenspan was very through and listened really well. She didnt cut me off once and was focused on me and not how quickly she could get out of the room. It was a true pleasure to find a doctor actually interested in the patient and providing healthcare!!It was almost shocking how well the office is organized and run.I waited less than 5 minutes before being taken to an exam room and the doctor came in within just a few minutes. I had an 11:00 appointment and walked out at 11:32 which is almost UNHEARD of. My last doctor would keep me waiting for over an hour in the waiting room and another 30 minutes in the exam room every time!!

Dr Greenspan is one of the best GYN doctors Ive ever had!! Everyone there is just so sweet, kind and caring. Truly concerned for their patients. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

I absolutely love Dr. Greenspan and her team at her office. I’ve been seeing her for 23yrs now and I will drive from wherever I live to see her. She has been the best gynecologist and I fully trust her with my care. She is polite, caring and always willing to listen to my questions and concerns. You may have to wait awhile to get an appointment so it’s best to schedule in advance. The office is clean and comfortable.

First time visit went wonderfully well. No long wait. All staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Greenspan was warm, caring, interested in my concerns and gave thoughtful, helpful advice. Additionally she gave me samples of two different drugs I was interested in as she noted that they were expensive, might not be covered by insurance so I could try them first for their efficacy. She also gave me the names of two other specialists I might pursue.I feel very glad that I was able to find such a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor for myself.I recommend her without reservation.

I visited this OB/GYN last year, I am in my early 20s so I believe the assumption was made that I was perfectly healthy. I went to the doctor for a normal checkup and pelvic floor pain. During the checkup, the doctor kept reiterating that there was nothing wrong with me even after sharing my symptoms. She kept asking me about my hair removal and I was asked multiple times about my s*x*ally activity even after I said I wasnt active. Once I received my test results, I was told that nothing else that could be done. I decided to visit another OB/GYN after this experience where I was diagnosed with PCOS and Fibroids that were causing my pelvic floor pain. I have now been recommended to have surgery by another doctor. The doctor was very cold and clinical. Overall this was a terrible experience especially as it was one of my first OBGYN visits ever.I am not using my full name to protect my privacy but the sentiment stays the same.

Went here many years ago and I still think about what a horrible experience it was. Dr. Greenspan was aggressively trying to push the HPV vaccine on me and when I declined, her demeanor was very rude. I was subsequently told that I had an abnormal pap and that I needed a colposcopy. During the colposcopy, I was naturally very scared and upset, and Dr. Greenspan was very cold and smug. Rather than trying to ease my fears during this somewhat painful procedure, she told me I most likely had cervical cancer. My results ended up being normal (thank god) and I never went back. Very disturbing behavior for a doctor.

If you have to go, you should feel good about where you go. This office is friendly and caring!I’ve been seeing Dr Greenspan since my sons were just a dream. She and Her staff are outstanding. Trusting and compassionate.

Then her network opted out of my then insurance, so I was just using whoever was in my plan, but not really gaining any kind of rapport with them. She’s very gentle, & I relaxed as soon as we began talking & getting reacquainted. She even remembered me, which says a lot! I shared some personal issues that have occurred since I last saw her, and I could see & feel her empathy. I am so glad she takes my insurance, and now I won’t dread going through this procedure quite as much! Ladies, Dr. G was recommended to me by a co-worker, and I’m so glad I took her recommendation, that I’m confident you will be happy you took mine as well!

Excellent physician that shares her knowledge, compassion and time . She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Appointment was at scheduled time and Dr. Wasnt rushing me to get to the next patient. Phelbotist who took my blood did so painlessly. I received the test results via phone a few days later. I have been with Doctor Greenspan for over thirty one years. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable in what is normally a very uncomfortable situation. Shes very knowledgeable and she saved my mother by detecting her uterine cancer absolute in an appropriate amount of time. Both of my daughters go to her. I trust her with my life!

I had a great experience. The doctor was very thorough and I didnt have to wait long. The only suggestion I would make is to move the scale that patients are weighed on from the bathroom to another room or the hallway. It was very, very awkward in that tiny space. Also, the peekaboo window in the bathroom that you open to leave your urine sample is not ideal. That set up is extremely awkward. Notwithstanding that, the doctor was great and also her assistant. I will definitely go back to her for my yearly wellness check, etc.

The office was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the wait time was amazing, my appointment was for 9:30am, and I was done by 10:15am. The only reason I could not give the office 5 stars was due to the length of time I had to wait to get an appointment. Dr. Greenspan is always booked, but she is the best!!!

The service at this office is horrible. They are always too busy and they don’t seem very customer service friendly.UPDATE as of this morning (12/5/2022) when office manager called this morning she tried but still wasn’t customer service friendly. She was upset that I left a review before speaking to her which I actually did call her but didn’t get an answer and I left her a message. She called me to asked me not to come to office for my scheduled appointment because I told her I was not happy with service. I agreed that would be best however she began to understand my frustration and asked if I would remove my review that they would service me. I will not be back as they didn’t even offer me an apology for the service I received and continued to receive after on a long call with office manger. They don’t take no responsibility in none of their bad communication and customer service skills. I will be finding a new office who makes me feel more comfortable and welcomed.

My experience with Dr. Greenspan hasn’t been great. It almost feels like “business as usual” when I go in there…luckily it’s only once a year for my annual. She comes across as extremely “cold”. Unfortunately, my previous doctor’s office closed due to COVID, so I found this office as a last minute alternative, but I’ll probably be on the search again. I would never recommend or refer this office to anyone.

Nice staff but my appt was for 1:40pm and I was waiting til 2:30pm so I decided to leave. My time is valuable. Plus there are other doctors who have better time management when it comes to scheduling . What’s the point of setting an appointment . I find it funny how if your late they will charge you $25. Well if the doctor is late maybe you should pay that patient $25. I rather pay out of pocket to see my old GYNECOLOGIST. Royal Palm is the best!

Giving 2 stars first for cleansing of the office. But the attitudes of the medical assistant and doctor made me feel so unwelcome and felt as if they were bothered to see any patients. Ive seen and have better patient to doctor relationship and have felt comfortable with them. I will be looking elsewhere.

Good, professional visit but if i hadnt called 3 weeks later to get results of testing that i had done there, no one reached out to me with results. I was informed the lab would contact me by mail, to date nothing and I check every piece of mail. A little consideration for the patients would be nice. I make the effort to come to you, you should take 5 minutes out to give your patients the results.

The entire staff, especially and including Dr. Greenspan, was warm, helpful and efficient. It was actually a very pleasant, caring visit and I do highly recommend this practice.

This doctor gets one star simply because I have to click something to let me post this--she deserves NOTHING. This office should be put out of practice and I hope that they do not ever see another patient so that no one has to endure what Ive been through. The doctors bedside manner is ice cold at best. The quality of her skill is pathetic as well. She can perform a basic pap and thats about it...but you wont find out the results unless you call incessantly for many weeks following. If you have anything beyond that at all, her response is to brush off any concerns you may have and tell you youre overreacting--never even acknowledging you and definitely not taking any action. The office staff collectively has the intelligence of a brick wall and the personalities to match. They have no idea what theyre talking about, theyre not able to simply read the words written in front of them and they definitely cannot run an office. Beyond that, they are absolutely HORRIBLE people. They will say something incorrect or stupid and then rudely and obnoxiously snap at you if you dare reply. Their greatest (and only) ability is belittling people. I have seen more doctors than I could count--both good and bad, but I have never encountered a practice as poorly skilled or absolutely nasty as this one. I left 4 separate visits in tears and ended at least 11 phone calls the same way. This staff should not ever have jobs where theyre required to encounter other human beings, let alone helping medical patients. My current situation of trying to get my records to a new doctor has even been atrocious. I have never left a review on anything in my life, yet I hope that by posting this, Im able to avert some people from a traumatizing experience. Please look elsewhere for care and I wish you luck in doing so.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Greenspan. What I was not pleased with was having a medical history taken in the bathroom, instead of a patient room. Then the assistant came into the patient room to ask the same questions 4 times. Very unprofessional

Called yesterday and someone said “we are not taking Oscar at the moment”… and then she said “let me rephrase that we don’t have appointments until later” had someone else from there call me today and say the same thing. “They don’t have appointments until mid September” Saw a lot of great reviews really wanted to check them out, but I will not, due to them pushing patients with Oscar off to later dates.

This Dr should not be practicing medicine. Read all negative reviews and go elsewhere. Not only is she and her staff incompetent and uncaring, she completely disregarded my pain and bleeding resulting from an ovarian cyst. After a brief physical exam, she told me my pain was GI related and I needed to see a gastroenterologist. It was only after I asked about the report sent from the hospital documenting the cyst and many subsequent phone calls to her office prior to the visit regarding the pain and bleeding issues(of which she was supposedly unaware) that she ordered another ultrasound. I had questions regarding the test but her staff refused to let me talk to her until after she saw the results; however, right after the test her office called me to come right back in for blood work to look for cancer markers. Almost a week later, I had to call the office to get the results because they forgot to call me! The MA told me I had a 5 cm cyst on my ovary and to come back in 6-8 weeks. When I said that was about the size of a golf ball, is very painful, causing problems and could possibly burst- all she could say was I guess or I don’t know. The Dr never called me back to follow up and I immediately left and found a real Doctor.

Dr. Greenspan is knowledgeable, kind, personable, and funny. I would go to anyone else.

First things first when you arrive to a new office you like to feel welcomed and that you made a good choice on choosing that office. When I entered the office the receptionist was not welcoming. The only thing she said to me was “Your name?” First red flag next I found it kind of odd to have a scale in the bathroom. I don’t know if it’s just me but I never went to any type of office where they have the scale in the bathroom. Also while getting my yearly done it was the gyno and I want to say the nurse. I’m not sure because they never explained who was in the room. It was a little uncomfortable because I am use to it only being the gynecologist. The reason I chose this office is because I changed my insurance and I didn’t know that my gyno didn’t accept my new one so I wanted to try this place because it was a 4.8 star on google. I will not be returning next year.

I would recommend you go somewhere else if you’re not 55+. I felt very dismissed, judged, and unheard as a young woman of color. It was made very difficult for me to get a prescription after my labs and to get an appointment. Don’t waste your time, money, and energy. Go somewhere, where they care about you and your uterus.

This office is great! They took me on time and there are not a lot of people waiting to be seen at the same time. All the girls that work there are very nice and helpful! I will definitely be back.

Every time you go in expect to have the day off. It will take you an hour to get called in, doesnt matter if there is anyone else in that waiting room or not, then another hour when you get into the room in the back. Not including however much time they need for whatever you are coming in for. Only way to make an appointment is about a month in advanced even then she is always overbooked, and behind scheduled! Only take what you can handle. Quality over quantity.

My visit was a very positive experience. Staff was very professional and helpful, and also friendly. As a new patient, I had a problem finding the office, and the drs receptionist stayed on the phone with me to make sure I got there ok.

I paid cash to see this doctor as the visit was not covered by insurance. In short, she did not adequately meet my medical expectations or my needs. Dont waste your time or money. I tried to call the office to resolve the issue, but no resolution.
