Atlantic Shared Beginnings

Weve been on a journey dealing with infertility for years - we started with Atlantic Reproductive a few years ago. At the start of this relationship the Shared Beginnings program didnt exist. But recently Dr. Copland laid out our options and provided statistics to help us make an informed decision, but we never felt pressured to take one path or the other.While one of those options was a traditional egg donor program, we felt that the cost and potential for a number of unused embryos didnt align with our needs.After speaking with Natalie about the Shared Beginnings program, we felt it was the perfect fit for us at the right time - with a level of affordability and limited number of unused embryos that we couldnt find in other programs.Going forward, Natalie was extraordinarily responsive and accommodating with her schedule, responding day and night to any questions or concerns we had. We truly felt she had our best interests in mind, aiming to find us the best donor, not just the one that would get us moving forward quickly. She wanted to ensure our needs and desires were met to get us to successful pregnancy, and kept us apprised of all progress as we moved forward. As a result, we felt we werent just a number, which is incredibly important to us after previous negative experiences elsewhere.While the Shared Beginnings program is relatively new, our experience was extremely smooth from start to finish. We feel fortunate to have this as an option, but happier about the people involved, as it truly made it better. We were able to move forward quickly and are on a path to success already, reaching goals weve held for years.

I was a previous customer of Atlantic Reproductive Medicine. Atlantic Shared Beginnings was not available while I was a patient. Dr. Walmer let me know that they had started Atlantic Shared Beginnings. Natalie was amazing to deal with. She makes you feel like family. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and efficient. I had a very great conversation with Natalie on Friday. She answered all of my questions and it was very helpful. My husband and I have been trying to start this process and it seems like it was very difficult for us to find a solution or help. Best experience of my life! My hubby and I had 15 years of the ups and downs of infertility. We came across Atlantic shared beginnings one day and said we would give it one last try. Best decision we ever made. We both had issues so we did the donor/donor route to give us the best odds of conceiving. Natalie is an Angel and helped us through everything! No question was too silly. No emotion too crazy. It was so refreshing to have a positive cheerleader helping us through the process. I’m happy to report that on our 2nd try our FET was successful and I’m sitting here holding our miracle baby. Today is the one year anniversary of that miracle FET. Atlantic shared beginnings honestly deserves more than 5 stars. The whole experience was just life changing. If you are thinking of using a donor, use this program!

There are no words to describe how grateful I am to Natalie King and the whole ASB program! We’ve been patients of the beloved Dr. David Walmer at Atlantic Reproductive since 2016 and have a beautiful almost 3 year old daughter prior to the establishment of the ASB program. When our attempts to provide our first miracle with a sibling ended in a multitude of loss, my husband I believed that were at the end of our journey and our daughter would remain an only child. When Dr. Walmer introduced us to Natalie in Spring of 2020, instantly, she gave me hope and confidence that I hadn’t seen in years. I truly believe that we would be led to the exact next miracle child we were meant to have at just the exact he or she would be meant to come. Natalie, ASB, and the whole ARMS staff make you feel as if you are their only patient. Your success and happiness is their success and happiness every step of the way. Our daughter welcomed her rainbow baby brother in June 2021 and our family found its missing puzzle piece. If you are even contemplating using ASB, stop thinking, and just do it. Forever grateful doesn’t begin to describe how we will always feel.

Natalie was amazing! She took the time to talk to me, heard my concerns, answered my questions, explaining what I needed without making me feel inferior. She and this program give hope and change lives!

I felt really relaxed from my 1st phone call to my first appointment. They helped me with everything from scheduling to getting my rxs sent to the pharmacy. They answered all my questions and didnt make me feel like I should know the answer. Wonderful people.
