Dr. Andrea K. Crane, MD

It took me 4 months to get an appointment with Dr. Crane only to have her cancel the appointment 3 weeks before. Apparently when she gets a referral she doesn’t review it right away, she waits until a few weeks before the appointment date. She decided that from that review of my referral that she wasn’t the right type of Doctor for me, which if she had reviewed it when she received it in October and told me that, I could have gone on to schedule an appointment with a different doctor. She just wasted 4 months of my life and now I have to start all over again. And her office staff is no better. They tried to push me to see a nurse practitioner, and no offense to that person, but I really need to see a Medical Doctor

Although Dr Crane has great bedside manner, she has a bad habit of rescheduling and ultimately, cancelling your appointment. I rather have a semi rude Dr who knows what to do and actually help me, than a Dr who is nice but knows nothings of where to even begin to help their patients. Also, for a Dr who is supposed to help with gynecology and urology issues, all she does is some basic test, then refers you to an actually gynecologist or urologist. Making the time to find answers to what problems you have, take even longer!

Dr. Crane was a great communicator. She was always a wonderful listener and answered all my questions.  Dr. Crane was always vigilant about following up on any tests that were done and communicating those results.I always felt Dr. Crane actually cared and wanted to see that she did everything she could to help me physically. As a new patient she did extra research and took extra time to acquire extra medical records to help me with my medical problem. She was always willing to go the extra mile for her patients well-being.Every time I go in I am grateful for Dr. Cranes kindness and professionalism. She also has caring nurses and a wonderful office staff.Thanks for your good care and concern. You always put me at ease and help me gain confidence. I am really doing well. You are truly a remarkable doctor and professional that I respect and trust.

This very pleasant experience starts when you call to schedule your appointment. The folks on the phone are so polite, friendly and accommodating. You feel like you are talking to a friend. Dr. Crane is phenomenal! I had to take my 82 year old mother to her on several occasions and she was thorough, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
