I am writing this review while I am waiting outside in the rain for a staff member to show up for my appointment in Raleigh. I arrived early to the door being locked, and the lights turned off all the while staring at the sign with their hours of 9am-4pm on Thursday. Unfortunately, after speaking to a clinical student waiting in her car, this is normal behavior for this Arc point as they are consistently 15-30 minutes late.When customers make appointments, we expect someone to be there and on time. When this happens consistently, it is unprofessional and rude. Especially when you call to check the location of the staff and the person who answers doesnt seem to care at all. After hanging up, I waited another 30 minutes for the technician to arrive and then another hour for him to take my blood and got blamed for not drinking enough water.Overall, it was just a bad experience. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone. Two stars for the nice clinical student who had no choice from her school but to deal with their unprofessionalism. I hope that things get better as no one should experience this.

Doing the drug test was quick and the people I’ve talked to on the phone have been nice and helpful but I’ve been waiting for TWO WEEKS to get the results of a simple drug test back. This is a pre employment drug test and I am in jeopardy of losing money due to the delay in getting these results back. It shouldn’t take this long. You can get your results faster somewhere else.EDIT: I have to change this from 2 stars to 1 star because I am still waiting on my drug test results. I feel like I’m getting the run around now on why they haven’t been released. I am literally losing money now because these results can’t get processed.

Extremely quick, 15 minutes in and out. Very friendly staff and they made the drug test experience comfortable and not awkward at all.

I called the clinic for a rapid Covid test, the staff was super helpful! Katie booked my appointment over the phone super quick and got me in same day with no issues. Everyone was extremely polite and caring. The lab was really easy to find. I parked outside they came right out explained everything and how the process would work. Everyone was honesty super amazing. The test result came back within 1 hr. Very efficient I would highly recommend!

I have had bloodwork done at this location numerous times. I have gotten thyroid panels and my regular Womens Health panels done. The price is a little bit more than what I paid with no insurance at my doctors office but I got my results WAY quicker- only 3 days rather than the normal week or more at my primary. I also liked how I was in an out in 10 minutes and did not have to worry about sitting in a crowded lobby. It was worth the extra money for the convenience and fast results.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to take a drug test, blood test, or DNA test. They also offer covid testing if interested.

I was scheduled to do a 10 panel Drug Test for my school and it was an awesome experience. The facility is spotless clean and the staff is outstanding, the results were sent immediately by using a rapid instant test. So much better and faster compared to any urgent care!

An amazing crew works here! I came for a drug test for pre employment. The staff is very friendly and patient. I got the results quick unlike other places where they leave you waiting in the lobby for results. I definitely recommend coming here!

I have had the rapid anitgen test done twice at ARCpoint Labs. I have recieved the best customer service here and I did not feel nervous at all for the test. The collectors gave me very specific instructions prior to swabbing which did relieve any type of built up paranoia I had about the test. I was told I would get my results within 30-45 minutes and I got it within 20-30 minutes. Even though the payment is out of pocket, each penny of it is worth for the amazing customer service and efficiency!

Wonderful place, did a rapid PCR covid test and had the results as soon as in 1 hour. The employees were very friendly and used proper safety standards, such as masks and gowns as well as gloves. They made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable and proceeded to explain the process of the test .

I was looking for a place to get some routine blood work done and stumbled upon ArcPoint Labs of Raleigh! I called to check on pricing because I always thought things like this were really expensive and I am not currently covered with health insurance! The staff was soo helpful and informative when I called and they do not process insurance (being a privately owned lab) and were able to inform me of their super affordable pricing and some different blood panels they offer that combine several tests into one package. I really loved that this was an option because I was able to get the blood tests that I needed, along with a few more that I just wanted for my own personal knowledge! I highly recommend this establishment for any/all blood tests and I would definitely go back for other blood testing. Check them out!

Everyone at the Durham location is so knowledgeable and efficient. Fantastic lab technicians and phlebotomists who are thorough and really care about their patients. Will definitely recommend both locations to anyone I come in contact with.

I did my phlebotomy clinical at Arcpoint and it was such a wonderful and pleasant environment to be in, everyone was so nice, kind, and so professional. They let me feel very much at home. I came into the office with a feeling of dread but was greeted with a friendly face and a smile. I hate lab work but the staff at Arcpoint labs was patience and kind, and professional. There was no wait time. Thank you for making my experience great!

Went in for a pre-employment urine test. I am very cautious about covid and was worried when I was asked to take this test. This is a small facility that was very clean and well-maintained. The tech wore a mask and I was the only one there for testing around 230pm. I was in-and-out in approximately 15 minutes. I highly recommend this business if you need to submit a urine sample for Quest Labs.

Nice, clean & great facility & staff! Very prompt and work gets done in a matter of just a few minutes! I highly recommend to those who are in need of lab results, especially if your in a hurry and/or last minute requests!

I went to get Arcpoint of Raleigh-Garner to get a blood type test. I found out they also offer 5 & 10 panel drug test, finger prints, paternity test, Quantiferon test, Alcohol test & more. Also let me just say the staff was amazing in assisting me and making me feel comfortable while getting my blood drawn they even worked with me only being comfortable with butterfly needles.

I was very surprised at how fast and reliable the process for drug testing by nail specimen was. It was done carefully and professionally, results came nack super quick! They work with lawyers and results will hold in any court proceeding. Totally recommend this clean and friendly facility!

This is a great company to send your employees for their pre-employment drug testing. I sent 15 people and got the results back in less than an hour. Very efficient and professional! Recommended to those who need testing. Wide range of testing for legal and informational!

I was very pleased with the service provided by ARCPoint at the Raleigh location. I was having a complicated situation with my flight and when I needed a Covid-19 test done. Thankfully the staff at ARCPoint was able to provide me with the right test I needed to get done before my 72 hr period was over. Thank you once again.

Mariah was super helpful in setting up my appointment for the blood type test. She explained the whole process as well. I’m usually against needles or anything of the sort but talking to Mariah helped comfort me and now I can’t wait to find out what blood type I am!
