There are no words that can express how thankful we are to Dr. Norian and his team. He was professional, kind and informative and very sweet since the first day we met him. We are welcoming are healthy baby boy this year we are so grateful and excited. We will be coming back for baby number 2 or 3 lol in the next coming year and we wouldn’t have it with anyone else! We appreciate you so much Dr Norian and team! You’re all wonderful!

If you need reproductive services, Dr. Norian is who you want!! As an LGBTQ couple needing surrogacy to have a family and being unhappy with our two previous fertility clinics, we are so thankful we found Dr. Norian and his team! We now have an amazing 3 month old baby thanks to Dr. Norian and are starting our second journey! Dr. Norian and his staff are very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and easy to get in touch with. I especially appreciate how well the staff communicates with us and within their company. Its so refreshing to have everyone you speak to be on the same page about every aspect of your journey. I cannot recommend Dr. Norian enough!

If you have insurance that is covered by them DO NOT GO HERE!Before we made an appointment here, my Husband called our insurance to see if HRC is covered. Since it is covered we had to get a referral from our primary doctor, so we did. For the first consultation without insurance they stated it would be $300 but with insurance it was $75. Since it was covered by our insurance we payed the $75 two months before our appointment. We went to our first consultation and the Dr said to get lab work done. A week after our visit, we had our labs done at their facility. Later that day we get an email from the financial counselor Dianna giving us a statement of our bills. No staff contacted or stated before our lab work was done we would be charged. Diana then stated our insurance isnt covered and my Husband calls our insurance again and they stated lab work is covered. He then proceed to email Dianna it is covered. Dianna then stated they never recieved our referral??? My Husband then contacts our primary doctor and sends the referral again. Then Dianna stated HRC isnt not covered by insurance again. Why ask for another referral again?They scam people that have covered insurance. We will be filing a complaint against them to the federal government. If anyone else has issues like this look upNO SUPRICE ACT.

Michelle is fantastic she’s been there forever and is so kind and answers your questions. She’s there all hours of the day. She deserves a RAISE. She is so amazing and I’m so happy that she’s my nurse. I’m coming back for a third time because I’ve had such a positive experience because of her and Dr. norian. I never feel rushed she always takes her time to answer my questions and make sure I understand the medications I love her so much. Michelle needs a raise !

Im giving the one star to the coordinator and financial staff. Dr. Norian is amazing! But his staff will be the downfall of his clinic. My wife is already stressed about not being pregnant but the lack of communication from the staff and ghosting her for days even weeks just made her more stressed. This was near our house which was convinient but id rather take her somewhere they value her time. Heads up youll be the one constantly following up on the staff to get some answers and update so be prepared. I feel sorry for Dr. Norian hes really great.

Dr. Norian and Michelle are amazing! I love Dr Norian! He is very patient and explained the procedures very clearly and helped understand each step. I still have his handwritten drawings and charts that explained the letter grading so many years later! I love Michelle too she kept me on track and made sure I had all that I needed for each phase. Overall I felt very well cared for and currently a happy mom of two beautiful children with their help, guidance, and support. Thank you HRC!

After having recurrent miscarriages my OB recommended HRC Fertility to help me get and stay pregnant. I write this review currently pregnant and a graduate of HRC fertility!The process is a whirlwind but HRC Rancho has the support system to help you every step of the way. Dr. Norian is very thorough and uses science that is evidence-based. He is compassionate and just as invested as the patient is in achieving the end goal which made us feel confident.IVF is not cookie cutter. It requires a specific protocol for every unique patient and Dr. Norian has got the magic touch.Shout out to Robin for the insurance piece. She was thorough helpful and made everything work. She also was patient and answered the gazillion questions I had when it came to the insurance and cash pay rates. She was my buddy and always asked how I was doing and we’d share stories about our kids.Also major shoutout to Sandy, my patient coordinator. I didn’t have the best experience with my patient coordinator at the Pasadena location so Sandy stepped in and I think she should lead trainings on how to care for patients. She’s organized, thorough, caring and on top of things. This process can be challenging and she made sure I was well taken care of.All in all a great experience! What we went through was already challenging enough and HRC provided the ease we needed to get us the baby we were longing for.

Dr.Norian and his team, they are a very professional and enthusiastic team. They take care about me like family. I still remember my nurse is Michelle, she has been following my case since I first entered this Fertility. Along the way, she thoughtfully arranged every step for me and patiently explained every question I had, which made me feel very comfortable. Thanks again to the doctors and nurses who made my wish come true.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with HRC Rancho. I did a lot of research before selecting a clinic and HRC stood out to me from the very beginning. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Norian, Sandy, and the rest of the HRC Rancho staff. Dr. Norian has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. He is professional and made us feel cared about. Our nurse coordinator Sandy always made me feel comfortable, supported, and was very helpful. We highly recommend HRC.

It is a privilege for me to share the experience I had at HRC in Rancho Cucamonga. The facility was recommended by a friend & soon after the recommendation was brought up again by someone at work. Dr. Norian & his team were extremely friendly. I was comfortable throughout my whole IVF process. I love everyone there, from the financial counselor to my Care Coordinator. They were just great & always responded promptly to my messages. Sadly, I have graduated & will be followed up by my OB, but I know I can always reach back out to them anytime. I will definitely go back if I decide to pursue another pregnancy!

HRC did very badly to me. They took two egg and split them. I went to them and not anyone else. They suppose to put 2 eggs in and only put 1. Then the second they suppose to put 2 egg in and only put none.

We are so incredibly thankful for Dr. Norian and his team. We struggled with infertility for 3 years and after many tests with our doctor, IVF was our best option. This journey has been so full of emotions and Dr. Norian and his team were sincere and caring. Thanks to HRC, we will be having our first baby any day now!

HRC was our first experience with a fertility office, and they were amazing! Dr. Norian made us feel super comfortable going through the whole process. We did 3 IUIs and had successfully gotten pregnant on the last one. We now have a healthy 1yr old boy! Such a blessing to us. And we got pregnant 7 months postpartum on our own! We thought we were going to do the process all over again, and we wouldve with HRC. Thank you again for our miracle baby!

We have two beautiful babies thanks to Dr Norian, Sandy and Michelle. We had gone through another fertility clinic and switched to HRC and so happy we did. Dr Norian is super friendly and knowledgeable and listened to our needs completely. Sandy and Michelle were super star coordinators answering emails and calls throughout the day and evenings. I would recommend Dr Norian and his staff at Rancho Cucamonga to anyone!! The ladies Jasmine, Sandy, Robin, and Megan are an amazing team and you 100% feel cared for! Dr Norian has an amazing bedside manner, is informative and makes you part of your care and decisions! I highly recommend HRC in Rancho. I am forever thankful for Dr. Norian and my nurse Sandy for my two miracle babies. Dr. Norian has the best bedside manners, extremely informative, patient, caring, and everything else you would want in a doctor. While going through IVF can be stressful, Dr. Norian made me feel comfortable and confident. I will forever be grateful for him. My nurse Sandy was absolutely the best. She answered all of my questions quickly and provided me everything I needed. She was so sweet and caring. The entire office was so nice to me and there for me when I needed them the most. We highly recommend Dr. Norian and the HRC team in Rancho Cucamonga! Our dream of having a baby became a reality thanks to Dr. Norian and the skilled nurses and embryologists of HRC. We felt like we received the highest level of expertise and care while working with Dr. Norian and our nurse Michelle. Our son is now 17 months old and hes a healthy and happy boy. The experience of going through IVF isnt easy emotionally, but the HRC team made us feel like we were always informed and in good hands. Words can not express how grateful we are for Dr. Norian and his team at Hrc Fertility. Finding out my husband and I needed to do IVF was a very hard decision but everybody at Hrc Fertility made it such a great experience. Dr Norian is always there for you with a smile on his face and makes you feel very comfortable even when some procedures are not as comfortable. Starting from the front staff, they are so friendly and Sandy is really great when she does your bloodwork. I cannot say enough great things about my nurse Michelle. She was there for me all the time and answered any questions I had (which was a lot). Imelda is the financial coordinator and is so friendly and personable. We were very blessed to get pregnant on our first transfer and now I am almost out of my first trimester and would not have been able to do it without Dr. Norian and his amazing team.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Norian and HRC Rancho Cucamonga since 2013 when I did my (one and only) round of IVF. Since 2013 I’ve had 2 more (frozen) embryo transfers and have Dr. Norian to thank for my 4 kids! From my first visit in 2013, Dr. Norian has always been very professional, kind, caring, and SO thorough. In fact, I traveled back and forth to HRC Rancho from Chicago in 2021 to do my final embryo transfer because I knew I had to give my remaining 2 embryos the best chance. Dr. Norian truly is one of the best and I am beyond thankful and blessed to have been in his care (3 times) over the last 8 years.

Dr. Norian and his staff are extremely friendly. Dealing with infertility can be really hard and depressing, but they made me feel hopeful and understood. My coordinator, Michelle, did so much to help me through this process. Im so grateful to everyone at HRC in helping me become a mom.

Dr. Norian and Sandy, my IVF coordinator, were wonderful. They both took great care throughout my IVF process. They were there to answer questions when we had them. Dr. Norian is very knowledgeable and more importantly cares tremendously about his patients. He truly understands the emotional rollercoaster that his patients have been on prior to coming to see him. Of course the payment process, with most insurances not covering IVF, can be very stressful but Imelda makes it a lot easier with her kindness, knowledge and availability to answer questions. My husband and I were very fortunate to have success with HRC and now have a 1 year old boy. I wish all HRC patients luck and do pray for you often. This process is very difficult but Dr. Norian and his team make it a lot easier with their kindness and genuine care for their patients.

Dr. Norian and his team are amazing. He is very professional and friendly. When you doing a IVF you want to find a comfortable and trustworthy doctor, that’s Dr. Norian. Also I love my coordinator Sandy, she is friendly and guided me through the process. They are very good on time also. Love them!

We are so thankful to have our precious baby girl with the help from Dr. Norian and his amazing, caring team of ladies. We have been going to Dr. Norian for over four years now and they have helped us every step of our journey of trying to have a baby as well as helping us with our 2 surrogates. Their constant support helped us through the ups and downs of our treatments. Sandy has been so helpful and thoughtful during the hundreds of early morning blood draws. Michelle was so great to make sure we had the medicine needed for every IVF transfer. Imelda and Robin have been outstanding in helping us getting the best price for our services. Dr. Norian is a great specialist who cares about his patients. He was able to diagnosis my infertility issues after trying to get answers from other doctors. He is easy to talk to and goes the extra mile to be there for you. We are eager to work with them again when we find our next surrogate to help us expand our family!!!

I am sooo incredibly happy that I took the chance and called HRC! That phone call alone led me down the path to my tiny miracle. Dr. Norian and his incredible staff are knowledgeable and caring. IVF can be a very stressful process that is very demanding both physically and emotionally. The entire staff did their best to be patient and understanding throughout the entire process. They were super quick To return phone calls and answer emails whenever I had any questions or concerns. My nurse , Michelle, and the financial coordinator, Robin, took the time at every appointment to check in and see how I was doing. They held my hand through the entire process and sympathized whenever I was struggling. They were never too busy to lend a listening ear. These ladies are truly an asset to the company. Dr. Norian is knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what he does. When my first transfer didn’t work, Dr. Norian ordered additional tests and made the necessary changes to the protocol on my next transfer to help increase my chances of it being successful and it worked! We couldn’t be happier with our choice to trust HRC with our fertility journey. The entire process was handled with such care. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or that my needs were not being met by anyone on staff. The level of care they provide is unmatched. Our financial advisor Robin was an absolute gem. Not only did she help us navigate the financial aspect of this process so seamlessly, but she was so supportive and genuinely cared about how we were during each step of the process. Our nurse coordinator Sandy was incredible. As this was our first time going through the process, we had lots of questions and concerns.. most of which popped up outside of our appt times and she always made sure to respond within a timely manner and provided us peace of mind with each thorough response. I have just been graduated officially to the care of my OB doctor due to my successful IVF experience with Dr. Norian. From the beginning of the my experience to the last day has been an awesome process. All of the staff, nurses, and Dr. Norian has been nothing but great. All of my questions were answered at each visit, all procedures, medications and treatment plans were explained to me throughout the IVF process. I always felt like I was in competent and caring hands. I wouod 100% recommend Dr. Norian and his office to anyone searching for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor and office for his/her infertility journey. I myself know I will be returning in thr future.

I can’t thank Dr. Norian and his team enough for the care we received at HRC. Very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and personal. We were guided each step of the way through our ivf journey which was successful the first time! At the beginning of this year I delivered healthy twins, a baby girl and boy. We will definitely come back again in the future when we’re ready to have another little one.

HRC was our first experience with a fertility office, it was recommended by my OB. I’m glad we decided to go with HRC. Dr. Norian and Sandy were really helpful going through the whole process. HRC Rancho team and Dr. Norian were amazing during our time doing IVF. We had a consult with Dr. Norian and decided to move forward with IVF in December of 2020. We purchased the dream package and had pre-testing and Dr. Norian explained to us the process and did all my ultrasounds. He was kind and always answered all our questions. I ended up with only one PGS tested embryo, and after an endometrial biopsy moved forward with transfer in July, 2021 and we had our miracle baby March 2022. Michelle Chen was our IVF coordinator and she is amazing. She always answered my questions and responded to my emails and phone calls, as well as offering emotional support. Robin and Imelda the financial coordinators walked us through the payment processes every step. We are very thankful to the whole HRC Rancho team and would recommend HRC fertility to anyone struggling with growing their family.

After many years of unsuccessfully trying to grow our family we met with Dr Norian who helped us understand our various options, success rates and timeframes. He was always so patient with our questions, concerns and even emotions. He was highly recommended to us by our OB and in August is 2022, with Dr Norian and his teams help, we welcomed our daughter into the world.

I know when I started my IVF journey I took Google reviews very seriously when selecting an office to go with. I decided to proceed with HRC - Dr Norian. When I tell you he was worth every penny, I am not exaggerating. I had come from another facility where I had 4 failed IUIs and no explanation as to why I couldn’t get pregnant. Doctor Norian was not only able to tell me exactly why I was experiencing issues but he was upfront and honest about the best plan for me to get pregnant. He was so great at explaining every little detail to me so I felt comfortable with the process. The entire staff at HRC is SO nice, I honestly saw them as family. I absolutely will continue my family planning through them. From my 1st IVF cycle I have beautiful 18 month old daughters.

Dr Norian helped us with a donor cycle and frozen transfer. They have great bedside manner and friendly staff. Even though Im out of state, they made the process so easy for me. I would go back again for my second child now that Im pregnant with my first. Thanks HRC for your great care.

This place is not very friendly or accepting. I am glad I will not be going back. On separate occasions families have gone in with children, nothing was said. Both school aged and toddler. Lately my appointments have been taking EXTRA long to be called back / seen (no updates in the meantime) and rather than having my children wait in the car with their dad (its getting hotter !) , I figured they come into my last appointment, other children have! We walk in and my children were not welcome, they had to leave! Highly disappointed in HRC Rancho Cucamonga.

I feel so blessed to have had Dr. Norion and his team! I felt cared for, listened to, and supported throughout my IVF treatment. The nursing staff, finance staff, everyone I encountered in the office was so kind and helpful. Best news, is I’m currently pregnant with our first IVF baby! I was referred to Dr. Norian from by OB. It was during the pandemic. I was not impressed after my first meeting with him, but I decided to go through the process anyways, and I sure am cannot be more thankful that I did!There were a lot of testings and office visits. The process was draining me mentally and physically. However, Dr. Norian and his staff (shout out to Sandy!) guided me through every step of the process and were very responsive. They were busy and I may not be able to speak with the Dr. or Sandy on the phone when I called but I always got a call back as promised. There were times I had concerns about my body reacting to the medications or procedures, they always squeezed me in to see the Dr. to have me checked out (even during busy times like a day or two before Xmas). Huge thanks to them, my husband and I now have a very happy and healthy baby girl.

DO NOT GO HERE! Check Dr. Norians personal Google account under his name before coming here. He has 2.7 stars! I wish I had looked that up before going to this clinic. I would’ve never gone here. Some of those reviews are appalling. If I could give no stars I would. As many of us with fertility issues do I’ve been through the ringer of misdiagnoses and procedures. I’ve met some great doctors and some bad ones, and I’m so sick of bad ones. I had a consultation a few days ago with Dr. Norian. I did it via zoom as I live far from the closest HRC clinic and I’m so glad I didn’t waste my time going there and getting an ultrasound. It felt very rushed and impersonal. He did go over and ask about my medicalhistory but didn’t dive into my experiences with getting diagnosed with endometriosis in the last year. He said I went to a good doctor and everything after my surgery should be fine. It’s not fine and I’m trying to switch who my regular OB is at the moment. At one point I even got shushed saying he had other patients after me. I was pretty much done after that. And he continued his very scripted part about diet and exercise. I again was not allowed to say anything. I was trying to say I have gained so much weight since my surgery and I was struggling with my weight via the fact I have so many hormonal imbalances. I felt fat shamed. He didn’t care why I was heavier and told me I could lose weight by dieting and exercise, although he asked me nothing about my diet or exercise routine. He continued with his very scripted slide show and told me I needed IVF without even being able to examine me or actually going over any of my medical records. Also, when asking about our children we both have already he asked if any of our children were mentally disabled but used the term ‘mental retardation’ and when we said one of our babies is autistic he apologized as if it was a terrible thing we have a special needs child. My husband was pretty much done with it after that. I hung up after the appointment and cried as I had hoped that seeing a fertility clinic would finally be leading me down the right path of having a baby with my husband. I also didn’t care for the way they collected payment. It was complicated and all via e-mail with lots of forms. I should’ve trusted my gut and stuck to my guns about never seeing a male OBGYN again. I already found a new clinic with a highly recommended female endo specialist. I hope it’s a better experience!

My partner and I went in for a consultation and ultrasound with Dr. Norian. It felt very rushed and impersonal. Total time with the doctor including the ultrasound was maybe 30-40 minutes. It didn’t feel like it was enough time to ask questions or fully discuss the results of the ultrasound and pre-health screening. I brought in blood tests results from my primary including fertility/hormone tests and the doctor wouldn’t even look at them. To pay $300 ish dollars to have him not even spend an hour with us was disappointing. I still don’t fully understand what came of the consult…I guess it was just pricing on treatment.

Dr.Norian is amazing and his staff is ver professional! They guide you through the entire process making it very easy. Without their help we would not have had our beautiful daughter. Don’t think twice about going here. It should be your first choice!

I started my journey with HRC about over 5 years ago. Dr. Norian is great and Ive had two PGD kids with them.However, there is an issue with their billing practices. I think the fault to blame is on their Pasadena office. After each child was born I still get bills from them even after over a year has passed since the service date. Even after the rancho office said I owned them no more and was up to date. This was not an isolated incident and I have just received a bill for something I have already paid for and luckily I have proof since I paid with my FSA. I have also been charged for surprise items that were not within the scope of the contract, they didnt make me pay those after I questioned them. I still recommend them but you MUST keep every copy of the receipts, contacts, etc.. I am not sure what is going on with their billing but it’s scary they seem so unorganized it’s a bad business practice. They seriously need a audit of their billing processes and accounts. Double billing is NOT okay.

I wish I could give this company negative stars, thats just how bad they were. As one other person pointed out, their billing practices are horrible. Dealing with their billing has been a nightmare. I received a bill in July 2020 for services rendered at the end of June 2020. The services were me going in to see the doctor for an ultrasound and him telling me we needed to do the trigger shot to help us along. The bill was $550, for an office visit an ultrasound! I called HRC, Azalea (their billing company) and my insurance. My insurance said they would contact HRC/Azalea and have them resubmit with the proper codes, as they were not properly coded and could tell from the claim that it was an office visit and an ultrasound. I never received another bill until March 2021 which said I was 120+ days past due, the following week I received a bill from a collection agency that HRC had illegally sent my account to. I called them the next day and the person at Azalea said it was weird that they had sent a bill in July 2020 and then no other bill until March 2021 and that it should not have gone to collections. I called my insurance again, they said they had never received the new claim with the corrected coding. I have spent the last several weeks dealing with all of this because they refuse to code it correctly. I received an email yesterday stating that they could not change the coding because it was fraud but I saw the paperwork from that day, they listed it as IUI/Time Intercourse, it was a total of 20 minutes. Dr. Norian hardly spoke to us, when I tried asking a few questions, he didnt seem to want to answer, he was quick to move on to the next patient. Within the email they stated that as a courtesy they cancelled my account with the collection agency. I dont see it as a courtesy, I see it as they needed to fix a mistake they made before I sued them! I received a second email telling me that they received permission to lower my bill to $320. My husband and I are fed up with this whole situation and are just going to pay them their money to be done with it. The appointment I had was covered under my insurance HAD THEY CODED IT CORRECTLY! My insurance and Azalea have looked over the records and said that it is a standard office visit and standard ultrasound covered under our policy. They are crooks who will code appointments wrong to get money from patients knowing the insurance will deny the claim.

Dr. Norian was very unprofessional and rude. During a vaginal ultrasound he stated “has anyone told you that you have PCOS? Because you do. You see these spots, a normal person has 10-12 you have about 18. Does diabetes run in your family?” I told him no never have been told that in my life. I’ve been seen by multiple doctors and if that was the case that’s not how you explain it to someone. Then he says “but what do I know I’m not a ultrasound tech” very sarcastic. Very rude and walks out the door saying “your lining is thick have a great transfer”. He also said “didn’t you see the sign, no children aloud”. I called and asked prior to bringing my children and was told no problem. He says “your agency should be paying for child care”. Like that’s any of your business. It goes on.. but long story short I am very unsatisfied with HRC. My total experience has been horrible to begin with!

Excellent experience with HRC. Dr Norian and his team were amazing. Thanks to them we have a wonderful little boy at home !!

I agree with Roberts comment for sure. Also if you have an appointment please make sure you eat if you’re allowed to because they don’t call patients in the order of their appointment, they don’t call patients at their appointment times, they take a really long time.

I had my monitoring here. Nurse Michelle, ultrasoind tech and Dr. Norian were always on time, very kind and answered all my questions. I have great experience and highly recommend !
