AHF Healthcare Center - Upland

Ive been calling since 8:30am to get in touch with the front office and apparently their so busy because I couldnt get a response at 9:30AM, 10:30AM, 11:30AM, and 1:05PM Im really disappointed in the way the facility is run.

Today is Friday at about 4:10 PM.Came in seeking STI testing. 0 people in the waiting area. Receptionist said it’s by appointment only and that the person responsible for scheduling appointments was not available. I’m surprised by this because my experience with AHF locations in Hollywood, CA left me quite impressed with their services and support each and every visit. Nothing online indicates that this particular location is by appointment only. I suppose I’ll just have to drive out to the Hollywood center as I have in the past.

When you think of good healthcare youll ideally picture someone to listen to you an care, Ive been to a handful of places nothing comes close to what ahf has to offer . now when picking health insurance I make sure Im in network cause its just that awesome .

They are the best. Sara & Grace (receptionist) are amazing. Im glad I get to trust them with my healthcare

My brother is a patient here and its beyond me how theres no exchange for this clinic and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing with no option to leave a voicemail or in standby doctor that would be covering through the exchange if I could give this location a negative star or North stars at all I would be doing that Im very upset and frustrated with the services that this clinic has been providing my brother

Disappointed nurse had no idea how to do FMLA paperwork and they booked appointments with out contacting me first 🤬

Loved the service they provide, sadly they are always booked or booked in advance for months

Will work with you . Open late for people who have jobs were you dont get off tell 5

Much easier and faster than a year ago!

The accuracy of these directions have improved emencly

They don’t do full testing like in Hollywood
