I’ve heard of his reputation for years and finally did myself a huge self-care favor and visited him for Hormone Replacement Therapy.I have more energy, less aches and pains when I play sports or workout and more. Dr Easter has allowed me to enter the changes of my life without the horrific consequences that most women experience. I feel amazing! My hormones are balanced and I go about my days with no interruptions. If you are not sure about BH, let me tell you…you will not regret it. The staff is amazing and will help you with any questions or concerns.It is safe and effective. I guarantee you will have wished you had done it earlier!!!

I admit to being a little nervous yesterday. Dr. Easter and the hospital staff were wonderful. The anesthesiologist was very thorough in letting me know what she would be doing. Glad she was my appointed anesthesiologist. Dr. Easter is a compassionate doctor, putting me at ease. I very much appreciate Dr. Easter speaking with my friends who brought me, explaining everything he did. The recovery nurses and even the gentleman who wheeled me to and from surgery were personable and kind. We all need a little laughter to ease the tension. All in all, I was fortunate to receive the care that was given me.

I’m your typical patient that gets nervous walking into a doctors office! But I do have to commend that office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Had my appointment with Sandra Torres, NP. She was the best!! She took the time with me, informative, and discussed details about appointment. I hope Dr. Easter keeps her on board!! I just love this office. The front staff are welcoming as well as Dr Easters medical staff. And of course, Dr. Easter is the best. He takes his time in understanding your concerns. I highly recommend his office for routine women care and other female aging issues.

I had my first visit at Dr. Easters office, and it was a good experience. The office staff was so nice beginning with setting my appointment. I am go grateful for Dr.Easter! He’s so knowledgeable and kind. I feel so much better after receiving the hormone pellets. I recommend him to every woman I know who’s suffering from menopause symptoms. His staff is super friendly as well.

After taking a day off from work to have my surgery, not only did I arrive on time as asked, but had to wait over 2 hours past my check-in time in the waiting room without anyone advising me that Dr. Easter was not on time. I assumed he was because there was a sign in the waiting room that stated he was “on time”. After 2 hours of waiting, I asked the office staff why I had not been admitted yet. They did not have a clear answer for me.I think it’s extremely rude to ask patients to schedule a day off from work and arrive on time to only to wait over 2 hours without any updates. I understand that sometimes things come up and may delay appointments, however it would have been nice to have been communicated to me, especially with a scheduled surgery.

Dr. Easter delivered my grandson 28 years ago!The last time I saw Dr. Easter was seven years ago. I needed an OB/GYN so now went back to see him. I swear he didn’t look a day older. I have always had a wonderful gentle experience with Dr. Easter. I would recommend him to anyone.

The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. There was no wait time which is very much appreciated. My visit was with NP Sandra Torres. She is kind-hearted, a very good communicator, and has the best bedside manner. I hope she never leaves this office and if she does I will follow her.

It was a comfortable experience. Well Woman check ups are not something I look forward to. The NP and the staff were professional but also very friendly and put me at ease. A very pleasant experience.

Whenever I call the office the wait time is longer than 15 minutes before someone will speak to me, which is acceptable.The doctor is very good and the nurses but the receptionist answering the phones or office visits can definitely improve in their customer service skills.

Office staff was nice. The Dr. was pleasant.However, the 5 minute office visit that took nearly 2 months to get the appointment could easily have been a 5 minute phone conversation or the first 5 minutes of my next scheduled appointment.

When I arrived for my appointment, I encountered a problem with parking as the lot was full, and I had to park a street away. I called ahead to inform the office that I would be a few minutes late due to this, but the person I spoke with over the phone sounded annoyed and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Unfortunately, this attitude was mirrored when I arrived at the front desk, where the overall treatment was not welcoming.While the PA who performed my exam was kind, the experience was a bit rough, causing some bleeding that persisted throughout the day. Thankfully, I have since recovered, but it was concerning at the time.

I see Dr. Easter and staff about every 5 months and I have to say that every experience there has been pleasant and so professional! I especially appreciate the fact that they run on schedule and there’s no delay in getting in and out.

Do NOT try and seek service here if pregnant. Negative stars should be an option. Office has RUDE GROWN WOMEN BEING DISRESPECTFUL TO EXPECTANT MOTHERS as the face of their company. Do better. Really if you arent a decent human being and do not know how to treat people in this very fragile time in their lives. QUIT. I should not have to deal with a distraught pregnant daughter over a check up. What you put out is what you get back.

Dr. Easter always answers questions i might have he explains everything to me and he always ask me how i’m doing ~ which makes me feel important and he truly cares. And I Thank him for that.

I booked an appointment and was not seen due to arriving 10 minutes late on a rainy day. I booked my second appointment which was given to me two weeks away and when I arrived the receptionist indicates, sorry you cant be seen today, the nurse practitioner wasnt scheduled today and she clearly said, we forgot to call you on Friday. I have been with this medical group for 24 years, but seems like either the staff (receptionist) are not friendly or solution oriented. I have now decided to move on to a different OB GYN to further my medical history

Life Changer !!!! Every woman should have Dr Easter in their life.

In September of 2017 I had gotten diagnosed with postpartum depression, after giving birth to my son. My father-in-law took concern to the situation and made me an appointment at this clinic. However, because I live in LA county my insurance would not cover the appointment. But, my father-and-law was generous enough to offer to cover the visit for me. The doctor prescribed me anti-depressants and made a follow up appointment to see how I was doing on them. However, because I knew my medical insurance would not cover the appointment I told the doctor that there was no need for a follow up appointment. But the doctor insisted that I come back to see her, free of charge. 3 months go by and I receive a bill in the mail. I call the office, and explain the situation to them and they said that it was their mistake. However, I had just received another letter in the mail this past weekend for a bill of a $117. Putting this aside, the doctors office got my last name wrong, and my birthday. They couldnt even find me in the system when I just now called to dispute the situation. The collections manager, Alicia, gave me a call and was very rude and condescending towards me. Insinuating that I was an idiot for thinking that I could go see a doctor for free. She refused to give me her last name and the name of her superior. Finally, Nova, Alicias Superior give me a call back with Alicia on the line. They both were extremely rude and condescending towards me, and I suppose thats where Alicia gets her demeanor from. Im a mother of three, whom has just lost her job. I have a 7 year old, a two year old, and an eight month old, still battling depression daily .. Last thing I need is an unconcerned debt collector breathing down my back. I would MOST CERTAINLY not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have never seen Dr. Easterly, always seen by a PA, all which have been very nice. But dealing with the office is horrible. They were suppose to authorize my annual prescriptions after my last visit which they didnt do. Now I have been without my prescriptions for over a week and neither Costco or myself are unable to talk with anyone in the office. If you select 0 to talk to a person it says the voice mailbox is full. I tried every phone option they offered and all go to voicemail. Totally frustrated at the moment! The only reason I gave them any stars is because of the good PAs Ive seen!

I agree with several of the reviewers above. Tho the doc may be congenial and all, the office staff destroys everything with their constant errors regarding paperwork, prescription refills , appt mishaps on their behalf , ( you will be literally be judged for certain prescriptions if u need them and have been taking them for years. )Don’t bother telling the office staff how much hassle or miscommunication you’ve had with these workers , because they don’t have time and don’t care to hear it ! If they did their job properly in the first place , I wouldn’t have to make phone call after phone call after nearly very visit because of their incompetence. And I am a super patient person. Then , they blame it on the patient if it becomes any type of issue for them and their answer is to dump you as a patient. ( apparently dr Easter has more than enough patients and doesn’t need to retain any ) . Same thing happened to me as Lindsay was tired or irritated from the calls to her for straightening out smthg simple. They told us they won’t serve us any more because of the phone calls we made and we weren’t rude. Just to the point. I don’t mind that I need to find another Sotto pellet doc , if I continue on that path as the place as a whole really matters to most clients. Now , I’m more concerned with the lack of responsibility their staff and doctor collectively has altogether in following the “ do no harm “ oath . This story goes much deeper than I care to relate right now. This doctor watches out for themselves , not the patient.I understand errors , as stuff happens , we are all human and make mistakes , but these mistakes are constant and often take hours upon hours to iron out after several phone calls and dealing with several different office staff . This costs the patient endless time and hassles and they dump clients because of this. I’ve been a long time patient of Upland women’s medical group and no more. Don’t give them negative input because you will be the problem , not them. Bad business ! Not only did I put on an unnecessary 10 lbs a few years back after my very first visit to this hormone doc , it was alleviated., so please don’t think there isn’t some type of guesswork that takes place with each and every patient regarding what they actually need hormone wise vs what your patient is given in relation to hormones. They test you once before the initial appt and AFTER the hormones are given randomly. IF you have issues as I did you are stuck with any side effects until they wear off in your body , and you just paid a lot of money for it, and charged with the 2nd office visit to “ help you “ but are only told there’s nothing they can do.You’ve been warned , do yourself a favor and go elsewhere .

I have been going to Dr Easters practice for years. I first arrived to him 14 years ago after having been to many doctors due to painful polycystic ovarian syndrome and some other complications that arose all around treatments. I was engaged and told home that we would like children and everyone else said impossible. Dr Easter had a plan, and I had two children one delivered by his practice. Thanks to work making insurance changes, there were times I had to go to other practices and though I had medical issues the approach seemed similar: if your not planning on having kids anymore just have a hysterectomy. So I waited to get back to Dr Easter this year and I am so relieved I did. Yes Dr Easter asks many personal questions and wants details, because he is using his knowledge to pinpoint on your needs for your lifestyle to make a total wellbeing goal. After giving birth to two children in what seemed like an amphitheater setting... these questions were welcomed as I have nothing to hide and was relieved to have a conversation regarding all the factors in my health. Currently I am one day post OP from a hysteroscopy, d&c, and, ablation... and I even was able to work from home after two hours. I am so relived that Dr Easter and all his staff treat the whole woman and her family as more than just a procedure or a pill. If I had not found my way back to him I probably would continue to be told to have a hysterectomy -- an important and viable procedure... but maybe not appropriate for MY current health and family goals. Thank you everyone!

I’ve been a patient with WMG for 13 years. In my time there, I’ve probably seen at least 6 different nurse practitioners. They treat you like a number and half the time they don’t answer calls or return messages that you are forced to leave. In my past appointments, they make you show up at least 30 minutes early only to have you sit and wait for that long and call you in the room about 20 minutes after your appointment time. After you go in the room, they make you wait another 30 to 40 minutes for the nurse practitioner or doctor to see you. They don’t bother to mail, call or send a message via their portal with the results of any wellness exams. You have to call them and hope that they decide to answer the phone.My pharmacy had been trying to get a refill authorization for weeks. I eventually called about the refill and left several messages without any response. When I was finally able to reach someone, the front office staff decided on her own that I couldn’t get a refill. She didn’t even bother to consult with the doctor about this and made the decision herself right over the phone. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was connected with “Robin” who is even more difficult and condescending. She ridiculed and belittled me as if I was a child. Robin flat out told me I was wasting her time and eventually decided upon herself that she was going to discharge me as patient. She refused to let me see or talk to the doctor for an emergency appointment. Robin also violated my patient privacy by contacting my primary doctor (whom has nothing to do with WMG) without my written consent. She did this out of spite and with no other intention other than to cause harm. Robin’s unprofessionalism, short temper, power trip and lack of customer service skills have caused me to lose my gynecologist that I have been with for over 13 years. Do not go to this office unless you want to be mistreated, belittled, insulted and treated with complete and utter unfairness and disrespect.

Dr and staffing answered all my questions. They gave the care I needed. Thank you.

This place lacks attention to detail in some major ways. I recommend going elsewhere unless you like dealing with incorrect bills and a medical clinic that will spell your last name wrong on surgery intake forms. Good luck if you find yourself here. ✌️

I have been a patient here for years and delivered 2 babies with WMG. When I became pregnant again I decided to have a home birth with a midwife because I dont need the full first time mom treatment of an OB office as this is my 4th time. AT my first OB visit with WMG they rushed me through the visit and barely took the time to address my concerns. Not to mention they made me wait in reception 30 mins past my appointment time, even after advising me to show up 15 mins early, which I did. WMG took as long as they legally could to get my medical records over to my midwife when I requested them. Then when I was having an issue in my pregnancy and wanted to consult with the doctor they refused to see me. I believe that they are snubbing me for transferring my care to a midwife. Very unprofessional, its like if you dont want to get on their conveyor belt and have a your pregnancy their way, you are not worth their time. I wont be going back.

Had an appointment today at 3.50. I live South Whittier and got on the freeway 2.30. 60 to 57 to 10..all had accidents, called office to inform them that I will get there 4.10..but the receptionist and the office manager would NOT make an exception. Came all the way to upland wasted my 3.5hrs to and from. I guess need to find someone else.

I’ve called 4 times to get an appt and info on BHRT and never got a call back. Every time I have left messages. Can’t imagine the care if they can’t even return a phone call or ever answer the phone.
