This may be a thriving medical spa but I would never recommend for a primary care doctor. I saw Dr. Patricia Channell Guevara once for an annual wellness visit because I wanted to try a local doctor since I just moved here from LA. At my annual wellness visit she gave me lab orders. I returned a month later to go over my lab results because Quest noted some abnormalities and concerning levels out of range. I waited for 45 minutes in an empty waiting room only to get charged $97 for the doctor to go over my results when I objected to the charge because it should’ve been part of my wellness visit given that the labs were ordered as part of my annual they declined and stated that if I wanted the.doctor to go over my results I had to pay for an office visit. They offered me the option to print my lab results to review on my own and take them home.I went back to my old primary care doctor in LA with the lab results and I had to be referred to a urologist for further review months later after this doctor would not review the lab results she ordered.

Dr Channell has changed my life with hormone therapy. I was struggling for so long and had no idea that my hormones played such a huge risk in my day to day health. I have been under her care for hormone therapy for 2 years and I have reversed my age, I sleep so well and I have energy. I cannot thank her enough for being so attentive and knowledgeable. Her staff is a level 10, the ladies are so sweet and professional. If anyone needs the best endocrinologist, this is it.

Patricia is a FABULOUS hormone specialist. She literally saved my life!!! I started suffering from unbalanced hormones at 35 years old, I saw my primary doctor and my obgyn and they kept telling me nothing was wrong with me. During my menstrual cycle I was having EXTREMELY SEVERE HEADACHES to the point where I couldnt get out of bed for 3 days. It was horrific and this went on for years. My OBGYN said I have done all I can do, but Im going to recommend you go see Patricia. That was a life changing experience. After seeing Patricia and taking the hormones she recommended my headaches were completely gone!!!! I couldnt believe because I was suffering with all that pain and discomfort all those years. Patricia I cant thank you enough for your knowledge and expertise! You are AMAZING!!!

The staff is great in providing info. I am SO glad I found this doctor. She is holistic based and does not go straight to prescribing medication. She said she wanted to address my nutrition first and go from there. Once she said that I knew I was in the right spot. Nutrition is the usually the root cause or a big impact on the bodies health. She has a huge menu of services and I am looking forward to starting my journey with her.

The employees were very helpful and the Doctor was knowledgeable but I wish they had a Laboratory. Looking for a lab thats in my network/insurance is very stressful 😫.

Strongly discourage anyone from buying packages from this office. They are unable to honor the package purchased due to moving equipment to another location and stating service was out of date range. I spent $900.00 and was not able to use any of those sessions. Purchaser beware!Would not recommend any beauty services at this location.

Dr Guevara is fantastic! I’m 59 years old and I’m in better physical health than I’ve been in my entire life. She addressed a lifelong thyroid issue (which other doctors dismissed) and started me on hormones. I feel amazing. I lost 20 lbs, have energy and vitality (was dragging, lethargic and always tired before), strong healthy sexual energy, am physically stronger. It took a while to get here, but she listened to me every step and would nuance my meds to find a solution. She was never dismissive of what I said. I think she is different because she listens and goes from there. I recommend her to everyone!! She is really awesome!!

Googled OBGYNs in my area and had many options. I called around and found that Channell Family Medical group was only about $10 more for cash patients but had the best reviews. The woman I spoke to took my information and wanted to make sure there facility was correct for me and called me back after speaking with the doctor and confirming they could help me. After meeting with the doctor I was very pleased and happy with the service I received, he took into consideration the fact I am a cash patient and wanted to make sure we did the right tests needed to avoid extra cost. Im very happy we found him and I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking

Dr. Patricia Guevara Channell is absolutely Heaven sent. I am 52 years old. I have never had a doctor so thorough and professional in my lifetime. Dr. Guevara Channell genuinely cares about my health and individual health issues. After completing a blood exam Dr Guevara knew exactly which health issues needed to be addressed. Following her recommendations specifically designed for me of healthy eating and specific supplements, my immune system and energy began to improve. I have been a patient of Dr. G’s for over 18 years. Her bedside manners are bar none. Her level of expertise is what you want in your doctor. She is compassionate and hears your concerns. She’s not your typical doctor. Dr. G is a partner in your care. We both discuss my treatment plan, recommendations, lab results in details, alternatives treatments, best practices, best medicine and we both listen to each other. She has never rushed my process. She explains everything in details ( if you ask). If you don’t understand ( tell her) she will do her best to help you understand. At the end of all of my visits I respect the outcome because Dr. G treats you like family. She really cares. It’s shows in her work. I truly don’t know what I’m going to do when I move to Nevada. This is the most amazing Dr office I have ever experienced. I’m a patient of both Dr Guevara and Dr Channell. They both work to cure you of ailment and not just put a bandage over it. Ive been going to Dr. Channell for 13yrs and my husband for 8yrs or so. She’s helped us get back on the right track with our health and all with very few medications. Which is an added bonus…because who wants to be on meds if you don’t have to??? Anything that you can do to better your health with nutrition and vitamins she’s very knowledgeable in and it works!!! She is very thorough in ordering all the needed bloodwork, explaining your results and what each issue is and how to remedy it. I have been coming to Channell Family Medical Group for several years and I will never switch to a different practice. I come here for my well woman exam and I find the office as very well run. Dr. Daniel Channell is extremely easy to talk to, and I feel very comfortable around him. He is very knowledgeable and very skilled. Everything you would want in a gynecologist.

Amazing health improvement for me as I have had diabetes for thirty years and I was concerned about the damage done and currently my A1C is in the normal level and my cholesterol is great. Everything they have done to improve my health has done what the Dr. has said and predicted.

The staff, Dr. Guevara, and Dr. Channell always make each visit a positive experience. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and extremely informative. Currently I see both Dr. Guevara and Dr. Channell for hormone pellets. I highly recommend this easy and non invasive procedure. From my experience. hormone pellets have been a life changer. I went from being extremely lethargic, having night sweats, moodiness, and negative body image to now having a positive body image, more energy, improved attitude, and decreased night sweats. I have been with Channell Family Medical Group since moving to Rancho Cucamonga 12 years ago. I would not want to go anywhere else. Dr. Patricia Guevara-Channell is wonderful. She always listens to me, advices me honestly, cares about me, and I truly trust what she says because I know she has researched, studied and learned all of the most up to date information on medicines. I have been going to her for hormone replacement therapy for a while now, and I have to say she is so knowledgeable, as is Dr. Daniel Channell on this subject and it really changed my life. I wish I could give minus -0 rating! This Dr is a thief. Do NOT waste your money nor your time! I went to regarding some concerns with my skin aging. I’m 40 years and as a gift to my self I explained to her my concerns.. She immediately pointed out things that needed to be fixed and what she can do to address those issues. She showed me before and after of clients in their 70s with excellent results. So I was thinking to my self if they got those results I’m half their age my results would be excellent..After the consultation they give you a price. Mind you my sister was in the next room also getting a consultation. I’ve should’ve known something wasn’t right because my sister had a different price for the exact same work she wanted to do to me and when I brought it to their attention they said by saying why is she getting a different price for the same thing lol they looked at me and stuttered and said oh sorry we will give you the same price. I’ve should’ve left at that point and never come back.. but I did! I really wanted to fix these issues so I trusted the dr.Not only did she NOT fix the concerns I came to her to fix BUT SHE MADE THEM WORSE!! And when I called her to talk about what went wrong she told me GO AHEAD TRY AND SUE ME YOU WILL NOT WIN IN CALIFORNIA! I never said I was going to sue her at any time of the ph call she was angry that I had questions and concerns regarding my results and I quote she said, “ I SHOULD HAVE CHARGED YOU MORE” And hung up on me! Keep in mind I never gave her an attitude or nothing I just was generally asking her what went wrong and why I didn’t achieve the results like in her pics she showed me .. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO TGIS DR .. Pleasee!

They take TRICARE ❤️❤️ . Took me 3 months to find a place that takes tricare near me and I finally got approved. Today was my first time going and as soon as I walked in i wanted to take a sit in their beautiful white chairs. I had a great experience with Dr. Channell’s office. The front desk assistants were very friendly and helpful. It’s very well kept & most importantly I felt like my needs were well taken care of!

I was so happy to receive the IV Therapy that Doctor recommended. The lab draw about a week after that showed a big decrease in a very high inflammation rate. So glad I took her advice.

Beware! Dr is only interested in collecting payments and deductibles! Not interested in actually helping patients. If you are interested in paying high $$ to see a dr that has no concern for patients well-being and just milking a pay check, this is your guy.

Great doctor, but they schedule appointments for 8:30 for blood work, but dont open the doors to the waiting room until 10 - 15 minutes later. This has happened for every one (three so far) of our 8:30 appointments.

Check in process was nice and smooth. The girls are always so nice and efficientWill answer your questions with no rush even if they have a full house !

What I appreciate about CFMG is you don’t sit in the waiting room for 30 mins before being transferred to a patient room for a additional 30/40 mins before you are seen.The whole staff is attentive, efficient and through.
