The clinic is very clean and tidy, and the reception Stella provides excellent service with a polite attitude. It was my first time seeing Dr. He and he was very friendly, patient in answering my questions, and meticulous in conducting the examination. If you are looking for a family doctor or considering changing your family doctor, I highly recommend Dr. He.

I am 50 years of age. i have been in different doctor’s offices. Dr.Yangdong He, has been one of the top and best doctor i have seen. The Doctor is knowledgeable, understanding and patient .He has a smile every time i visited him. Even thou he has lots of patience, he takes the time to make you understand what is needed to help the patient. also His staff are kind, understanding and caring. I love this Dr so much I drive from Orange County to Rancho just to see him!Dr Yangdong He is always very thorough and efficient and takes the time to listen and investigate any medical issue I have a concern about. He always sends me to a specialist when needed with no questions asked. Today I left my appointment and he came back out and told me he wanted to do an early heart exam! Something many other Drs. In the past I had to wait a year for.I am a MediCal patient and he treats me like any other patient.

When I first visited Dr. Hes clinic, I was financially strained and uninsured. Yet, he generously offered me a discounted rate and provided exceptional care. Later on, when I acquired insurance, I made him my primary care physician. Every visit, he thoroughly assesses my health and provides comprehensive medical and lifestyle advice. Under his guidance, I transformed from being a frail individual with hypertension, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol to someone whos robustly healthy and passionate about fitness. Dr. He has been my mentor in leading a healthy life here in the U.S. Id wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a doctor.

I’ve seen Dr. He since I moved in rancho area and I’m glad I made a good choice, he’s very patient and knowledgeable, very caring and spends more time than any of my primarily doctors I had before to explain everything that I should know about my health situation. His wife Julie is even a plus! I love her so much, every time she picks up the call she always helps me with all my concerns, she’s there always trying to help people! This clinic is easy to make or cancel appointments, I truly recommend if you want a good doctor with a good “doctor helper”! 5 stars!

The first time I came to the clinic, the front desk nurses were so efficient, professional, and attentive, and Dr. He is also very good.

I am writing this review for Dr. Yangdong. My first appointment was with him today and I thank God I ended up being with him. He took his time listening without rushing me, besides he made sure to ask very well knowledgeable questions related to my health issues. Such a caring doctor who really knows what he is doing with an immediate referrals based on my health status. I had an appointment at this office a few days ago. It was my very first time. What brought me here because I looked up reviews and I called this office and spoke to the office manager. She was very polite and answered all my questions and not only were there very good reviews online but when you got to the office in person they live up to that. I felt so comfortable and everyone was so polite. I feel very confident that I will be helped with all my medical issues so I can finally keep moving forward. They had only one receptionist who was also the nurse and bringing people into the rooms as well. Other patients were calling on her at the desk but she handled herself so professionally that it was beautiful to watch. You can tell every single person there cares for your health and well being and they are not just telling you anything to hurry and get you out of there. I was told that was a busy day so I’m excited to see what other days look like. I’m happy I made the right choice to come here. 😊

Dr. He and his staff were very kind and welcoming. He went over all the questions on my paperwork throughly, he took his time to answer my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. I would suggest this Dr’s office for anyone in the area looking for a new doctor.

Dr. He and medical staff were wonderful and welcoming during my first visit. I’m most appreciative of Dr. He’s compassion and care.

There is a previous review complaining that Dr. Hes office could not verify that persons medical group and assignment to Dr. He and saying HMO patients are not accepted by his office. This is NOT TRUE! We had a similar situation. We had spoken to the medical group a few times and we even had the new medical card with Dr. He as the new primary care physician with the new medical group listed on the card. However, there was a problem with the computer system not being updated that providers had access to so they can bill the correct medical group. I called the medical group who verified Dr. He was our new PCP and the new medical group was on record, but his office did not see the same information on the medical groups system. My husband called the medical group himself and he made sure they changed the group and the doctor PLUS they provided the Reference Number of the conversation that my husband wrote down. It was supposed to update 24-48 hours later. After a calling Dr. Hes office 48 hours later and and the computer system still not being updated, we called the medical group again and gave the Reference Number. We were advised that the the medical group update still needed to be Uploaded to their system!! They sent an email to their IT department to upload my husband to the new medical group and Dr. He eight days after he initially contacted them. FINALLY, the record was updated on the 10th day and we were able to schedule my husbands first appointment!! Although it was frustrating that the doctors office could not verify my husband was Dr. Hes patient, we understood that the medical group needed to be correct so that they would be billed and not us! We are glad that we got the situation resolved. We are with a Healthnet HMO also. We are thankful that one of the medical groups representative actually checked and Took Action to make sure the medical group was being uploaded on the computer system instead of just reading what was supposed to be in the system even though it wasnt correct on the providers side. The other person blaming a providers office with an imagined reason for the medical groups lagging on updating the computer system is unfair. This whole thing happened over almost 2 weeks of persistent calling for us and we were polite to all who we dealt with. Dr. Hes office manager was also very polite and clear that she did not want us stuck with a doctor bill with computer records not being accurate. We appreciate her! We are confident that we will receive excellent care and timely referrals to the specialists that my husband needs and look forward to working with Dr. He and his office. Dr. Hes outstanding reviews is what prompted us to choose him as our new primary care physician!!

Pls be aware and be carefulI have been patient for Dr He for over 2 years . He hired very unprofessional staff based on my experiences with them for pass 2 years , they made serious mistakes TWICE on me, the first time I just bear it without saying a word . Second time I think I really need talk to doc about what his employee did . Dr He yelled at me over the phone without any apologies . he said everyone make mistake ,if you dont allow us make mistake you just leave As revenge , he ask ins to re-assign me a new doc which is totally fine to me . He probably think he is the only doc or few docs who speak chinese in Rancho Cucamonga area . I want let him know , yes you are right , everyone make mistake but someone who has to pay for mistake . (because I took half day off from my work in order take my mom to clinic , because of your mistake I have to take the other half day off ) . Dr HE yelled to me DO YOU WANT ME PAY FOR YOUR TIME ? I am not sure if you have record for your phone calls , if you do , feel free to play back . HE SAID THAT !!!! Ms. Julia at the clinic helped me follow up on issues with my medical card many times. A few days ago, my wife went to the clinic. Ms. Julia also used the computer to check the status of my medical card system. She was very patient and enthusiastic in answering my questions about HMO. When some questions were resolved, my wife and I were sent text messages to tell us thank you very much.

We chose Dr. He simply because our family has the same last name He. Talk about luck! We are so lucky to find a great doctor in Dr. He. Dr. He is not only very knowledgeable and professional, he is also very kind and trustworthy. He has taken good care of my elder parents. Dr. He is a good listener. He has been so patient with my mom and listened to her every single complaint, chest pain, leg pain, etc etc. :-) I am so thankful that Dr. He just let her talk and treated her with great compassion.Their front desk staff, Sherilyn is friendly and helpful. She has addressed our refill request efficiently and she even went above and beyond by following up with us.Dr. Hes facility is clean and their service is outstanding. We highly recommend Dr. He.

Dr. Hes front desk (the doctors wife? ) first, she said Dr. He didnt accept HMO, after both the insurance company and the medical group confirmed the eligibility, she said that they accepted HMO, but my insurance was not available in the portal. I called the medical group, all the representatives I talked to said that my information was in their system, and the doctor saw the same information as they did, they even helped to call the doctors office directly, but the front desk insisted that she couldnt see anything. After two weeks of countless telephone conversations, the lady finally admitted that she could see my insurance information, but when I said I would like to make an appointment for a physical check and get a flu shot, she turned me down again, saying that Dr. He never vaccinated anyone in the clinic. Im sure this is not true, because my friend just visited Dr. He for her physical check in September (she has PPO). At that time, the nurse told her that Dr. He just hadnt started the flu vaccine yet, and she could make an appointment when the vaccine arrived. I have lived in this city for 10 years, and this is the first time I have met a doctor like this. Please tell the truth that you dont want to accept HMO, please let your medical group know that you only want to accept patients with PPO, and please update the information with the insurance company, so that ppl who use HMO will not think that it is a system issue, and waste a lot of time repeatedly confirming with the insurance company. I dont intend to see this doctor any more and Im also trying to find out a way to make formal complaint. In the meantime, I chose to switch to another doctor in the same medical group as Dr. He. On the next day of changing the doctor, I got the confirmation from the new doctors office that they could accept my insurance WITHOUT any problem. I dont know where all these good reviews come from, but if you have HMO like we do, dont waste your time here.

Julie was so nice and patient when I called multiple times. She walked me through spelling the words because my English wasn’t good. She is the best front desk I’ve met in all the dr offices I’ve been to!

Always long wait even with appt , even show up 15 mins prior to your appt . At least 60mins-90mins wait to see doc .thats the worthless for appt .

Dr. He is a multilingual doctor, which is good news for us who are not very good at English. By communicating in Chinese, we can let the doctor understand our condition and needs more accurately. Using power to bully others is where the American mechanism suppresses the Chinese. I originally saw that this clinic had good reviews, so I wanted to book Dr. He as our family doctor in the future, but the doctor didnt like it because the person at the front desk had a condescending attitude and said What do you like, thats what we do here, Would you like to see it? The tone made us retreat. I understand that it takes a long time for patients to be seen for the first time. But I would like to ask if I make an appointment for a medical appointment one month or two months later, what kind of medical consultation will I need to see at that time? I am currently sick, and I just want to take this opportunity to switch to a family doctor. But what if I am cured after a month? I just want to ask what I need to see if I am not sick. The clinic does not say what to see. It only says to do an annual checkup. But I had an annual checkup three months ago. Is it necessary to do it again before the time is up? ? I really dont understand what kind of operation this is. What I understand is that this clinic does not accept new patients, only old patients. I have a history of high blood pressure. I moved to Los Angeles from out of state in January this year. I ran out of medicine and urgently needed a doctor to prescribe medicine for high blood pressure. I went to several hospitals but couldnt solve it. So I contacted He The doctor informed me of my situation. Dr. He immediately arranged a time to examine me and immediately prescribed medicine for me, so that my regular medication was not interrupted. Because my English is not good, there was no communication with Dr. He. Question. I am very grateful to Dr. He for his seriousness, responsibility and kindness.
