Im leaving this review on behalf of my wife who will never be coming back here. Make sure you ask about possible costs. If the provider offers to do tests or anything along those lines, make sure if you have insurance that it will actually be covered or you know costs. Do not move forward with anything until you know unless you want to be charged unexpectedly. You will have to be your own patient advocate. Just like insurance companies, they do not care about you. They are a business whos purpose it is to make money. Dont forget that.
