Bradley Free Clinic

Every since Ive been coming to see Bria she has saved my teeth from gum disease and she is excellent, Im so thankful for her and the other Bradley free staff that has helped me throughout my time at the clinic! I will miss them.

Wonderful staff and volunteers! Im so grateful to have a service like this for me, uninsured and cant get medical insurance right now. They are nice, friendly and genuinely care about you, theyre not looking for profit, but are looking to improve the lives of the patients. Medical, dental and mental health services have been a God send for me. If you are someone who cant afford or no insurance, I HIGHLY recommend them! Always bright smiles whenever I enter.

The dental and medical services have allowed me to get care I wasnt able to before, due to no insurance. The Doctors and Dentist are super nice and caring, they want to help and listen to your concerns. The nurses are all wonderful. The Phlebotomist is the best, she is careful and kind and doesnt bruise me. The entire facility is clean and sanitary. I would highly recommend!

Much needed, quality medical service for non insured workers. They have kept me alive for the better part of 13 years until I got on Medicare.

They have the best most inviting Behavioral Health department. I am now seeing an actual psychiatrist for my diagnosis as well as seeing a therapist there. I have to say the BEST part of going there is to see and chat with Ms. Christy she is the receptionist and the most amazing kind caring and humble soul I have ever came across in a doctors office, she has helped me out so much just being there, ready to listen or even just to give you a hug with a shoulder to cry on! Im so glad to have met her and we share the same love for plants. . Especially orchids!! Had never seen a yellow orange (sunrise colors)

Husband has been waiting three weeks for lab results. Ive called twice and hes called once. Just not getting the doctors cooperation. The free meds are a life saver! The pharmacist is excellent very kind and on top of things. The nurses return calls and are quite helpful . I would definitely recommend going to Bradley clinic.

Bradley Free Clinic is amazing. The service is excellent. I’ve seen multiple different doctors at this facility and all of them exceed my expectations. Very knowledgeable , passionate & helpful.Cristy and Dr.Burns are phenomenal in the Mental Health Behavior department. I went in today to see the hygienist her name is Bria she is absolutely amazing. Absolutely wonderful! Then I had to come back and have some dental work done and Carter is the VCU he was absolutely incredible. Maria the receptionist she is just unbelievable everyone there is so nice the place is so clean and they really do care. If you need dental work done I recommend Bradley Free clinic. They are truly incredible and the staff is remarkable. Thank you All so very much

They got me in quick for a new patient exam. Very friendly staff very clean office! The dentist and all the staff was helpful and took their time. Made a treatment plan and my next appointment. I would definitely recommend! They accept Medicaid. Just overall a great experience. And clean dental office

Ive been going to The Bradley clinic for a long time now even though I could have a choice of other doctors. Ive been to lots of different doctors over the years but I really like the clinic & the staff is very nice. Very informative, they also have college students on some days come in to train. Before they would even approach your room they would ask first if its okay. And most doctors will rush you out of the office where I dont feel that way here.

I am incredibly thankful for Bradley Free Clinic. They helped me when my teeth were rotten with time because I was uninsured. They helped me manage my chronic pain that meant I could barely work. Im working again and Im insured now and its all thanks to them!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This dentistry is a kind and pleasant office. The workers are very respectful and the place was very clean and sanitized. The doc here listened to my needs and concerns. The technicians are very hospitable to patients. You can trust this company. I will be coming back there for future services. Followup... Good luck trying to get back in. If you dont come in when they schedule you, you will not be seen. They are NOT flexible.

Wow! Im not going to lie I was a bit hesitant going here after SOME of the reviews. Im so glad I took a chance and booked my appointment. Youre met with a smiling face as soon as you enter the building. The office is clean, everyone was masked, and covid precautions were taken. Brea is truly amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, and not embarrassed AT ALL! She did an AMAZING job on my teeth! I would recommend this place for anyone in need. So thankful to have found you guys! THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!

They broke one dont molars off that had pulled and they left the pieces

I had a tooth pulled yesterday from Bradley Free Clinic and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any medical office! And I had a tooth pulled!! The entire staff super nice and professional! Extremely well managed, everyone on the same page. I am super impressed!!

Bradley is a treasure. The staff and volunteers do amazing work. The clinic has expanded and now offers medical, dental, pharmacy and behavioral health services. I serve on the board and am constantly impressed by the compassion and dedication I see from the practitioners.

Have been coming to Bradley for a couple years now. From the medical, pharmacy, to dental staff they have all been super helpful and lovely. They have a much faster system now so we are in and out much faster than we used to. I know that we are in good hands when we come in.

The doctors are thorough & dont rush you through. The clinic provides services to help lose weight, eat healthier & deal with with health conditions such as diabetes. Im cared for better than when in the past I had health insurance and went to doctors that were being paid. All the people are friendly and caring.

The staff here are exceptional!! They treat everyone with caring courtesy and while they are a free resource to the community, their professionalism outshines most private/commercial practices in the area.

The ripped my bone out of my face during a tooth extraction, said it was no big deal, treated me horribly for crying and feeling pain, gave me no medicine, refused me my bone for a graft, refused to help in anyway, got angry when I asked for an x-ray to show my doctor. I am a human being. If you break something or remove something you werent supposed to then you should have to fix it or find someone who can, they showed no sympathy what so ever. I will never go back there. Avoid this place. The staff does not care about you. I went there for help but all they did is hurt me.

I felt, offended when asked a question.And,I have one good ear my words wasnt clear.Then,I redirected myself and realized.I came to get two patient packets.For, myself & my 2nd oldest son. Its Life

Rude staff. My fiancé was trying to explain the situation while in pain due to the negligence she received from a prior visit and the “nurse” just rolled her eyes and told her she was to much and acted like giving her the X-ray she needed for the damage they caused was the biggest burden of her life. never validated my fiancé’s concerns about her pain/tooth.

The receptionist I spoke to over the phone about an hour ago was absolutely SO rude for no reason. She had a nasty attitude, she was talking to me like I was a child or slow or whatever was going on in that head of hers and she hung up on me before I could finish my sentence just because I said I would register online (didn’t let me finish the word online before she said “okay bye bye”) not even asking if I had any other questions. WHICH I did. (: but that made me not want to go there anymore. I’m not one to complain but I’ve about had it with rude people and not doing anything about it. I’m sure for the most part the doctors are great but she made me not want to even register there. I‘ve worked during this pandemic, I even worked during the worst parts of the pandemic and not once did I ever speak down on anyone because of how my days were going. I hope she has a better day(: okay, “bye bye”

The reception this is very polite, and Conscious of everyone there. They also get you in pretty quick when you have an appointment.

I was told by the receptionist that - Theyre NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS! And DO NOT PLAN TO ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS.

I need dental work and everything was so nice and clean. I was so mislead about the place. I had just lose my job and in pain and never been there before, The DENTIST was so very kind. Everyone and everything was GREAT ! If I need to go there again, I hope to have the same DENTIST....

Was a little weary of choosing this place based on the certain bad reviews but took my chances today. Went for a tooth that needed to be removed and surprisingly they were all very nice. Thanks Penny for helping and being so kind in my time of dental pain.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this awesome free clinic. no matter what ails you they can help you from dental to medical. they also have their own pharmacy. I dont know what I would do without this place.

I find it comical that anyone would actually post a bad review on a free clinic. Can find the time to post a bad review but cant find the time to brush and floss your teeth. Can afford internet (maybe even a smartphone) to post a bad review, but cant afford any investment in your dental care. Bradley clinic relies on volunteer dentists, so may not be perfect at times. But seriously, show some appreciation and gratitude.

This is some stake out for all the foreigners they hate, stating that they want too see your federal income tax return to go to a free clinic , why would tax payers want to go to such a filthy facility. When I called on the phone they told me since I had been a dental.patient in the last year that I only need to bring my mom, like Im 12 years old to verify I did not file my income tax return bc the government takes all the return anyways due too 150,00 student loan debt. However, Bridette represents the poorest of the poor in the area but yet she cant read the most current income statement showing YTD vs current earnings, her 10 years of experience shows that of a pre k student esp when she demands you face her, shes rude, cold and insentive that she works at a FREE clinic, not Faux News. How about they have a boarded window when you come with some sign that reads Patient Sign in but its like a maze to get to whoever bc they want to act high and mighty without knowing you. For the record put your iPhone, eBay and MRI down. All invented by wealthy Middle Eastern MEN, that dont demand you face them in a FREE clinic. She wants to treat you like a drug addict, like shes the doctor 😂, then act like she dont know what you are talking about when you state you are not a minion. Lollll. The rudest, most unprofessional SECRETARY I ever seen in my37 years. I prob made more than her at minion job in a month. Yes, thats me, the 37 years woman only student exempt from my medical final at CVCC, super Asian, Super Smart and your mad bc you got called out with your rent a cop. Remember, to apply it you first have to know what your talking about, you cant pull that ol coloquial dont know how to apply it line with me, my grades and humantarian efforts go far beyond a pay CK stub bc obviously this heretic thinks everybody is going to face her but they dont even have a proper window check in...How about a Mercedes Engineer come fix that for you? After all, had it not been for Mercedes crafted window that saved a promient lawyers life in Lynchburg that was known to be a real opioid abuser, hed be dead, so Yah, Face me NOW then you can turn your head Bridgette. I bet now she dont want keep making people repeat their income tax return earnings in front of complete stranger. ,

The people here are so helpful. They really care about their patients and go above and beyond to help them.

They wouldnt see my boyfriend who has had sever tooth pain over the last two years. They gave us different answers on 3 different occasions. He still hasnt been able to get his teeth pulled!

Bad communication. Lazy receptionist. Yes it’s free and as a human being polite isn’t A premium service. I was nice and respectful to everyone and so were they, but I understand why they are a FREE clinic.

10/10 every single time. Always treated with with care. Everyone I have came into contact with has been wonderful and always goes the extra mile to help.

This is an excellent place to go for help. Whatever your needs are. They have qualified physicians therapists and some dental.

Highly unprofessional and unsafe. Regardless of their charity, they are unfit to provide dental or heathcare services to the community while maintaining the expertise and professionalism that is required in a normal healthcare or dental setting.

This place is awful. Need a referral to a specialist and you wont get it, meds arent sent in to pharmacy, leave a voice mail and it will never be returned.

They pulled out a bone during tooth extraction then sent me away without any medicine for pain or antibiotics, they treated me horribly and refused to help with what they caused, I have to pay 3k to have a bone graft now.

Compassionate people for the community, despite at times it can feeling like a thankless profession.

Two older women were very rude and inexperienced as dentist, could not provide answers to any of questions and acted very annoyed at me for asking questions about my own health.

All the staffs are friendly and care for patients. I’m not they patient but I took someone there to see Dr, they will guide you to all the process.
