Dr. Young is an absolute blessing. When I first met Dr. Young, I was a complete mess and she showed kindness, empathy, patience, compassion, and made me feel heard and provided a safe space for me to open up. She’s someone who will go above and beyond to give her patients exceptional care and always has her patients best interest at heart. She is very thorough and will go over every option with you to give you the best treatment possible. Dr.Y gives me the comfort of knowing that I am in the best hands and puts my mind at ease during our appointments. She takes into consideration the issues I have and has great bedside manners and it’s so comforting to know that I can trust her in every aspect. Visited her on the primary care doctor recommendation for my teenager. Dr Young had a Great bedside manner and is a very personable doctor. We didn’t feel rushed and she took her time to listen and explain. Her front office could be better though. The FO staff are not responsive and not very warm. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Dr.young is a excellent and no words to describe her compassion and kindness to parents. Dr.young did my total Hysterectomy surgery in 2020 ,the surgery went very well and she make sure everything went well. More than 10 years I am seeing her. I highly recommend Dr.young

Ive never had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes. Dr. Young is attentive to my needs and she is a good listener. She gives me sound advice and is receptive to my comments and opinions which is why I really like being in her care. I know that if there comes a time where I need something I can contact her and make changes as I need them, not all doctors are like that these days, and I never feel rushed either.

I have been coming to see Dr. Young and Dr. Rose for over 10 years, since I was told I have endometriosis. They have helped me in so many ways, numerous surgeries, and even helped me seek the right treatment when some of my levels tested high during routine bloodwork. The whole staff is so kind and always help scheduling appointments that work with your schedule. There’s no one else I trust more with regards to my health, like Dr. Young and this entire office. Dr. Young is an amazing Doctor. Today was my 6weeks Post op from LAP SupraCervical Hysterectomy. I am very pleased with the procedure. It was very smooth ride. No bleeding, no pain(I did have numbing pump for 3days). Now I feel amazing. All the fibroid symptoms gone. Thank you Dr. Young.

I call today to schedule an appointment as a new patient. One of the women at the front desk was very rude. When she asked the reason for my visit, I tried to speak, but instead of listening, she spoke over me not hearing a word I said. Then what ultimately upset me, she asked if my insurance carrier was through my employer I said no, then she asked if I bought it, I said yes, I paid the premium. I was a little taken back by the question and asked if it mattered. She said yes it matters if its Medicaid because they dont accept Medicaid. I told her I didnt have Medicaid and I was insulted that she assumed I did. Then she said oh well have to call you back because we have clients at the moment. I told that idiot I had United Healthcare and paid the premium.Lots of people dont have insurance through their employers, she didnt even ask if I was self-employed or an independent contractor or anything. She just decided to discriminate against me.Just because a person doesnt get insurance through their employer doesnt mean they have Medicaid. I hope the the doctors arent as ignorant as their staff!

Dr. Young and her staff are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional - most of all, they treat you like an actual human being!For the past six years, I have been reluctant to get preventative check ups due to a very traumatizing experience the first time around. Prior to making an appointment, I e-mailed Dr. Youngs office to tell them my situation, and Sara immediately e-mailed me back and assured me that Dr. Young would take care of me -- and she did!My exam was SO simple and easy, and the anticipation was ultimately the worst part. I was perfectly comfortable with no pain whatsoever, unlike my first time when I left my other doctors office in tears. Dr. Young walked me through each and every step, and even spoke with me in her office both before and after the tests. She offered heart to heart advice and was genuinely concerned that I would have a positive experience.If you are fearful of check ups with a doctor, PLEASE go see Dr. Young and her staff! She makes sure to ask a lot of questions, listen to the answers and give good feedback on anything from procedures, prescriptions, diet, and exercise to personal hygiene and issues of personal safety. Dr. Young is very thorough regarding many areas of health, and she is very kind. She is much more thorough and attentive than my primary care doctor about areas that my primary care doctor should be addressing.

Im not sure what I am doing wrong??? My GYN that I had for 20 plus years retired several years ago. She was so wonderful, kind, always present, etc. After much research I selected Dr Young and was very impressed in the beginning, however, now no matter what problems I have, or requests I make I have not seen her in years. I only see Physician Assistant. I will be 70 this year and have GYN issues and have begged to see Dr Young to no avail. I really dont understand it. The PA is very nice but she is in her early 20s and I am very concerned with my recent diagnosis and how to handle it. No matter what they say someone who has had a couple of years experience versus a Licensed seasoned Doctor is just not the same. So frustrated, so depressed, and so upset. I give up

Recommend 100%. The office staff is welcoming, friendly and very professional. Short waiting times, flexible appts and clean practice. I see Dr. Gonzalez and I only have positive things to say about her. She is lovely, she takes the time to seat down with you and cover the pros and cons of the procedures or symptoms. She is not the type of doctor that is rushing through the appt. I had surgery done with her and she was wonderful, even provided a private personal tel number for us to call if we needed help after surgery. It called my attention that on surgery day at Shady Grove Hospital, everybody in the prep and recovery room spoke highly of her. I feel blessed to have Dr. Gonzalez as my GYN and hope she stays in this area for a long time.

The OBGYN I had for years moved back to her hometown, so I had to find a new doctor. Dr. Youngs office was recommended to me and I am thankful for my friends recommendation. The patient online portal is really cool. The office ambiance is awesome and the staff is nice and helpful. I met with Dr. Gonzalez for my exam. She was friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions and even discussed the latest episode of, How to Get Away with Murder. Now, thats my kind of doctor! I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr, Young is a very responsible doctor, knowledgeable and also very patient. I had atypical ductal hyperplasia in my left breast 8 years ago. She explained to me the risk for breast cancer, and recommended the mammograph and MRI every year. Last year, due to the pandemic, i want to skip the mammograph, but her office called me several times to check for my mammo results. I finally did an MRI a few weeks ago, and found that I am having ductal carcinoma in my right breast. Fortunately, it is in situ. If I did not receive the calls from Dr. Youngs office, I would not schedule the MRI， and would not find the abnormal cells growing in my breast.Right after I was informed by the bad news from my radiologist, I received the call from Dr. Youngs office. I was able to get a tele-visit with Dr. Young the same day. I have never seen any medical offices work so efficient.Dr. Young and her office really care about the patients. I feel lucky to have her my GYN doctor.

Dr. Young and her staff is always aggressively patiently and willingly to help in any form or fashion. They will go beyond the call of duty to assist with matters of high preference to make sure everything has been addressed. UpDate—-I couldn’t make it to go se her due to Covid but couldnt find a dr that’s as caring as dr young. I’ve been having issues so I sent her a msg and she had someone call me to set up a televisit right away. I have to say this televisit was way better than in person visit I had here with different provider, and she took her time to listen to all my problems!LOVE Dr young! She is very kind, understanding and just a great dr. I moved to Cali but I still come see her, she just can’t be replaced! I’ve seen other providers at the practice and they are all great as well!

I’m about to change practices because I literally can’t even make an appointment. I’m not someone to complain lightly, and in fact this is the first review I ever wrote. I’ve been going to this practice for years and it used to be better… I could at least get in the door. I only go once every few years anyway for birth control.I experienced nothing but voicemails when trying to schedule the birth control to be delivered to the office in the first place. Then when I try to schedule a day to receive it I’m told first thing in the morning that another person who can do the procedure will check the stock and call me to schedule. I’m told tomorrow at 11am is free if they confirmed that what I ordered was available. 3 hours later no word, so I call back. No worries, maybe they’re busy. I’m told that she’s “getting around to it” and she’ll call soon. I’m assured that I will receive an update within the day. It is now 5pm, business day over and nothing. I have no idea if I should even stop by tomorrow because no one ever gave me an update. If my appointment is supposed to be tomorrow morning then this turnaround is unacceptable.Everyone in the office seems nice and I’m sure this is not on purpose, but it’s just not okay. This experience makes ME feel bad and annoying for having to ask what’s going on so frequently. this amount of hassle is not worth it, even once every three years. I see in recent low reviews the focus has shifted to cosmetic procedures so maybe that’s why they never pick up the phone for medical care needs.

Dr. Young was my only doctor that talked to me about my depression after my mothers death from breast cancer. Thankfully I got started on antidepressants that helped me through my depression and better manage my mood swings with my PMS struggles. She also swiftly helped resolve my very heavy periods when I was premenopausal with an ablation and I got back to a normal routine with minimal downtime. She and her staff are very good at what they do in a warm, efficient and professional manner. I plan on keeping her as my doctor as long as I can.

As a new patient, im already impressed with this office. The staff is friendly, Dr. Gonzalez is extremely pleasant and informative. Practice focus has changed from patient health to cosmetic procedure such as selling magnetic chair and Botox injection and orgasm improvement. Dr Youg is a great physician but impossible yo to make apt with her when you need. We sent msg through patient portal since November 2021 to make apt with Dr Young and have not heard back. Today I called and her first apt is in Jan and Feb of 2023. We can see NP Though. To me that is not acceptable.

I appreciate the level of expertise Dr. Young has with innovative procedures that aid in womens health. I was a new patient to the practice upon the recommendation of a friend; my previous OBGYN had recently retired and I was hesitant to ask insurance for suggestions (they often provide a list of doctors in the area that I am not familiar with.) Not only am I feeling so much better after multiple procedures performed by Dr. Young, but her follow-up on my health and usage of the HEALOW app is so helpful and immediate! I can communicate with the practices office while sitting at my desk at work knowing that my co-workers will not overhear an woman conversation. Lab results can be viewed in my own time and I can even request refills of medications if necessary, all in the app. The staff is excellent at follow-up as well--when I was given an order to get a mammo at a recent appointment, I received a call weekly to make sure that I had made the appointment. It took me a number of weeks to finally pick up the phone and make that appointment, but without the follow-up from the staff at Rockville Gynecology, I probably would have forgotten that the order was still in my bag. I am grateful for the care and concern exhibited by the staff. I have been very pleased as a patient and will continue to recommend the practice to others.

Went to one visit a couple years ago and was not impressed. There is paid parking only unless you want to walk a half mile and they do not validate. The receptionist was rude when I asked why the co-pay was so high, she said, Because you got medications. Do you want me to discuss the details in front of the whole waiting room? I was floored. I just said, Could you send me the bill? (When the bill came, it was the right co-pay.)Then when I met the Dr. she wasnt much better. No smiles, non-conversational. She made me feel like I was imposing on her time. It was very uncomfortable. Any questions I asked were answered curtly. So, who would go back after all that? Not me!

Always a pleasure to see Dr Young. Everyone is so professional and courteous. From the front desk receptionist, to the nurse, to the phlebotomist. I have always recommended Dr Young to family and friend.

Great doctor! I have been going to her for years and she is always so nice and sweet. Also she is gentle and that’s important when seeing a GYN. I would continue to go see her b cause she is the best!

This practice started out well. Over the past year, even though I have repeatedly told them I am no longer a patient, I have received endless robo calls and emails marketing cosmetic procedures, etc. that should not be in this groups wheel house.The staff is rude and even started booking appointments I never requested.Be careful in supplying them any personal contact information

She listened to my concerns, I didnt feel rushed and she was able to provide some treatment options for me. She is also a quick responder through the patient portal if I have any additional questions.

As a new patient, I tried to make appointment for several times. I could not get no one on the phone. Everything is reffed to a complicated, nonsense website that is not helpful. Obviously they are too busy with their business and making money, they get rid of front desk or customer service. Thanks to technology, no one is available. they dont care about patients.

I know Dr. Young and her team for many years . They are just fantastic, reliable and they care for their clients. If you want the best gynecology in Maryland this is the office you need.
