I didnt feel like I got the attention I wanted and a comprehensive answer to my questions. It didnt feel comfortable or wasnt helpful to understand why we were ordering so many tests. I wish there was more context. I did appreciate the receptionist who was nice to validate my parking and help me move my car to the right parking space. She was also helpful to address my follow up questions.

Dr. Wong was very informative and pleasant. She handled me with care. She had a very welcoming demeanor. I will definitely be seeing her again and do recommend her for women services.

My personal experience with Dr. Bracy at the K St location was exceptional as soon as she came in, she apologized for being a couple minutes late. Introduced herself in a professional and friendly manner. She showed a lot of empathy and compassion from the very beginning to the end. She was very knowledgeable and down to earth in the way she relayed her information to us. I would definitely recommend her. I look forward to seeing her more often in my future appointments. I have only to compare my experience with the West Sacramento location. The staff from the very beginning is a lot friendlier at the K St. location compared to the West Sacramento location. They seem very uninterested or unhappy to be at work and it showed in the way they treated the patients not just myself, but waiting in the waiting room, I witnessed how they interacted with other patients that came through. Not sure if it’s a culture at that clinic itself, but even the doctor seem cold and an interested and treating me more like the number then a patient.

Doctors are kind, compassionate respectful and considerate. I have been a patient for over 30 years. Currently I have been seeing Nicole Hebert. She is exceptional. Appointment setters, front desk and Medical assistants are great too.

This review is for Dr. Holly Bracy:Excellent bedside manner. Doesnt rush you out to see next patient. Listens well. Comes up with plan and next steps. I made sure to pick insurance just to keep her as my GYN.

I thought her care was wonderful! She took her time, she listened and gave great advice. She was smart and thoughtful the way she handled my medical situation and I am forever grateful!!

She is the greatest doctor of all time. I wish she did primary care so I could see her for everything! The only terrible thing about the office. Is there blaring TV in the waiting room. It is surprising for doctors that they haven’t read basic research on screen time and silence And community building it’s just crazy so I hope the office decides soon to just leave that TV off all together

I was recommended this doctor’s office by a girlfriend when I found out I was pregnant. I had a wonderful experience and I am happy to be a patient with doctor Hebert as my on post-baby. She listens well and informs without causing anxiety—this is relevant as I was 38, “advanced age pregnancy” when I was pregnant. The staff at the 30th & K st are all wonderful as well. They completed my paperwork right on time for maternity leave/state disability, which is really vital after birth. Our pregnancy felt special even though we were one family of many; they gave us a frame for our first sonogram and printed a cute card with our baby’s gender for our reveal party. Highly recommend care from Capital ObGyn!

Dr. Maagdenberg was really informative, thorough, and personable. I really appreciated the time she spent explaining everything and was very pleasant throughout the entire appointment.

In and out, drive thru type of appointment. So that kind of cool but Not the most welcoming experience. Find it funny that my aftercare summary had so many details that were not even touched on or addressed at the appointment. There was 5 seconds of interaction at the most and the visit summary makes it sound like I was asked a lot of questions and things were noted that did not take place or where asked. I miss Dr Waters in the office.

Dr. Bracy was the sweetest! I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with her. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate. Her staff was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Maagdenberg is an extremely good Dr. I chose her because she is professional, has good communication etiquette & informs you about each step of your care plan & what you can expect. I just moved here & come from the (Kaiser culture), but with Dr. Maagdenberg as my OB Dr. I’m satisfied, I trust her experience and I’m going to ride with her & her staff at Capitol OBGYN!I needed a pap and a biopsy of my uterus, after having a sonogram, which did not reveal any findings. Dr Maagdenberg went a step further by performing a biopsy of my uterus and while I don’t know what the outcome is yet. I believe she will present healthy, safe options as needed.

Nurse Practitioner Kathy Perez was informative and attentive. She made sure all my concerns were addressed and discussed possible test because muscular dystrophy runs in the family.

Doctor is very professional, knowledgeable and has great interest in her patients. She uses her experience and training always for the benefit of her patients. In addition, she has a pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend her.

Holly bracey is my favorite doctor I’ve ever had. Actually listens and tries to help, which is so rare.

The receptionist here is incredibly rude, lack compassion! As a receptionist at an OB clinic, you are working with women who are going through the most vulnerable time of their life. To walk in and not even be greeted is an awful feeling. I would never go back! If you ladies hate your job so much, quit!

I have seen a lot of doctors at Capitol OBGYN and my favorites were Dr. Wilson, Dr. Bracy, and Dr. Wong. The messaging app is really useful and these doctors have been wonderful to me for pregnancy through the birth of my baby.

Dr. Ramos is one-of-a-kind! He’s the obgyn you want! He’s direct and kind and wants to work with you and what you want.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Bracy is very personable and listened to and answered all my questions.

Dr. Holly Bracey has been wonderful. The office is very responsive on the messaging board, I feel like all of my questions get answered. Holly is always smiling and positive and answers all concerns.

I had my first visit with Dr. Wilson this morning, as a new patient. New to the area and office, I was a bit frazzled upon arrival and Ana was very calm, welcoming and friendly, engaging in conversation while I waited to be called in for my appointment. The medical assistant who took my vitals (Anna) was also very kind & professional and made me feel very comfortable, and also brought some potential insurance concerns to my attention in a very considerate manner. Dr. Wilson came into the room, and was the most easy going doctor I have ever met. She was kind & welcoming - and immediately made me feel at ease. She asked all the necessary questions in a kind (non-judgmental) demeanor, and was attentive and thorough - and efficient without making me feel rushed. It was the first pap I have had where I literally didnt feel any discomfort what so ever - in fact I didnt feel much at all. I left the appointment feeling genuinely cared for as a human being, not only a patient. If you are looking for a new GYN, I highly encourage you to see Dr. Wilson. I am thankful to have been guided to her office.

Very rude staff, i have been hung up on or transfered to voice mail many times. They are also argumentative, billing explained to me how my insurance works, and they were wrong, they dont know the difference between a deductible, and an out of pocket maximum. Then they lied to me and told me they had called my insurance to confirm my deductible except they never called because if they had they would have learned that i dont have one! The doctor was completely unhelpful, my husband and i have been trying to conceive for over a year, and i started having a lot of pain, so i go and get some images. Take them to this doctor, she glances at the report and tells me everything looks normal, and i should seek therapy to help with my anxiety and it probably isnt a good time to be thinking about getting pregnant so she writes me a prescription for birth control. And she leaves me sobbing in the exam room in pain. And now 6+ months later i am still dealing with this nightmare, because they have not billed my insurance due to some computer error on their end. This place deserves 0 stars. Thier on hold message claims they treat all patients with dignity and respect, it is laughable. Do better.Update: Found out their computer error was the doctor that saw me, never closed my parient file. She just had my file, open, in her system for over 7 months. And apparently no one else can open it when it is open. Also, still waiting, had a very unhelpful conversation with the billing department again. My insurance was finally billed, and a payment from my insurance has been processed, but this office still will not issue me a refund. A refund can not be processed without a managers aproval, and their system is not showing that my insurance has payed them. They also brought up my deductible again (still dont have one!) Im not sure why. Is their system going to take another 6 months to realize they have been payed? I cant tell if this staff is lazy, incompetent, or just completely hamstrung by their inability to do anything without a managers approval, and having a manager who only works 2 days a week.Update: finally received a refund for being overcharged because the billing department couldnt comprehend how my insurance works. It took 7 and a half months for them to simply bill my insurance and issue a refund, and i am fairly certain that if i had not called them repeatedly and insisted that things had to be done. Absolutely ridiculous. Honestly i knew after how the doctor talked to me that i would not be returning to this office, but even if this had been the best office experience i ever had i would not be returning because of the nightmare that this billing department put me through.

Wait is short, got a bit of old lady servicing that went extremely well. I had been so dry it was painful to walk! The Doctor is so very nice, great sense of humor, easy to talk to. I came from Lodi to see this gentleman and it was worth it. The staff were kind and professional without a lot of discussion of delicate matters. Going back for all of my needs.

I struggled to find a GYN who would actually listen. I found two. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Bracy! Kind, compassionate, willing to listen to what the patient wants and needs while also trying to figure out whats best for THEM. 10/10 would recommend them both

Front office was very professional and processed my paperwork/insurance without any issues. They even helped me with the app they use for test results. Wait in front office was about 5 minutes and wait in exam room was about 15 minutes. Dr. Alison Hastings spent about 30 minutes talking with me and she has a great bedside manner.Update: Demoted to 4 stars. For the second visit, the wait was about 30 minutes in the exam room and the doctor provided no after care instructions. I didnt even know I was prescribed medicine till my pharmacy called saying it was ready. They really push IUDs but dont talk about any of the side effects or complication.

I mostly have positive experience with this office. Doctors address my issues and questions with understanding, explaining everything. I dont have experience with prenatal care here but everything else seam good to me, also friendly staff! One star off for waiting a bit longer than expected sometimes.

Pilar always treats me so well

I arrived for my appointment to find patients in the small waiting room not wearing masks. I asked the receptionist checking me in why, and was told that masks were requested but not mandatory. I told her that I was uncomfortable, and was told that I could wait outside. After thinking about the possibility of being infected with covid-19, I decided to cancel my appointment. There were 2 receptionists at the front desk. The one I was not speaking to started snickering with an unmasked patient. I said I fail to see how this is funny. The unmasked patient turned to me and stated that she had a condition that prohibited her from wearing a mask. A disgusting display, and not the answer to my question. The employee stood up and walked away without acknowledging her unprofessional behavior or apologizing. After I got back to my vehicle, I called and asked to speak to a manager. After getting the runaround, I was told that t hff e manager was busy and would call me back. I received no call.

Highly experienced, kind and friendly. I recommend.

The doctor lacked empathy and didn’t help me with any issues I came in with. I felt dismissed and not taken care of at all. Will not be coming back.

They won’t see you if you don’t sign paperwork saying you’re okay with seeing a male physician. They don’t give any accommodations for religious reasons and don’t inform you when you make the appointment. It is also the last page of all the paperwork you sign.
