My name is Destiny and I adore and appreciate everyone at this location especially Anna Kong and Safi from the lab department!! It’s feels like home and everyone is caring and I love that atmosphere !! Quick and easy visits with no problems

Horrible facility with horrible staff and doctors. It has been 6 months that they refused to send my referral to a specialist while they diagnosed me with the disease. Every time I call them they say the doctor is busy and the referral is going to be by the end of the day, and it has been 6 months now. The last time referral staff hung up on me when I asked them to explain me why I am not getting treatment or any referral letters. They are negligent and don’t care about the patients at all.

Deandrea the black lady at the front, is incredibly rude, irgronat and does not know how to do her job. They literally must be desperate for people to come and work because why would you hire someone like her. I wont allow her to even check me or my child in I wait for the supervisor.

I’m just so wowed at the top notch service offered here. They make you a top priority!I came in and within 15 minutes I was registered and in front of a medical examiner that made sure my every health concerns were addressed and they went far and beyond to ensure a speedy referral for me. I would recommend this facility for everyone that needs expert medical care and direct access with timely response from your PCP.

Really good experience for me. The staff were professional, and I was checked in on time. I met my doctor and was very pleased with the visit. I had been nervous, but she was able to ease my discomfort quickly. So nice and friendly, with a great sense of humor! I felt very listened to, which I hadnt felt in a long time during a doctors visit. I also returned for labs; it was quick, clean, and professional. Everybody is competent, which is another important factor when assessing a medical office. When I call them, they answer the phone. MyChart is so convenient and awesome. I feel so much better knowing I have a reliable doctor here to help me with any health issues when I need them. I am happy I switched to this provider!

Relatively new to this dental office, I am extremely pleased with the customer service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff. So far, I have had X-rays, cleaning, and several fillings. Thanks to Dr. Ramos-Mercado and her team, this 5 star rating is well-deserved!

Just give them a hard pass! Still playing the game with forcing people to wear masks even when told a pre-existing medical condition.

Not too bad at all..the doctor Ramos I believe I spelled it right is very good. Me and my husband love seeing her. Waiting area sucks as theres really no chairs... They are friendly and waiting is not too long. Have to wear a mask though as of 6/16/2022 but no temperature checks.

Came here because wellspace health hasnt called us. They stopped us immediately and tried to force us to wear masks although although all state and federal and county mask mandates are over. Receptionist didnt understand waiver and previous medical condition which shouldnt have been necessary under HIPAA. Gave them my old id which I keep for these things. They would not accept it because its expired!!!They have no government system to run the ID through. Were just taking it for facial recognition.

Very bad on management will give you appointments at 02:45 pm and they open after 15 minutes at 03:00 pm after they don with there lunch break 😡😡😡😡

Worst place I have been to so far. Appointment times are not the same. They either change it or cancel it without letting you know so when you go in, it’s more of a walk-in and they will try to get you in the “next available appointment”. This happened to me at least 3 times now. One of the being I had an appointment at 4:30PM but the day before just to make sure my appointment time I gave them a call and I was told it’s at 4:50PM, which was changed without my knowledge, so when I went there I was told they will be closing soon so they do not have time to see me and they rescheduled me the next day with a different provider than my primary provider. Another one being that I was told by my provider to come in at 8AM for blood work, but when I got there apparently I had no appointment so they got me in at 9:40AM. I had to stay in the waiting room for an hour and 40 mins because of their stupid mistake. Really long waits, overall this place is just complete garbage in terms of management.

Lisa Martinez is absolutely the WORST medical practitioner I have ever encountered. She minimizes not only physical health, but mental health as well. Shes rude, shows no sort of compassion, rushes you, and treats you like garbage.One Community as a whole is fine, but I do NOT recommend having Lisa as your primary care provider. You will honestly regret it, I did.

Nice office staff is friendly. They return phone calls promptly. Michael was fast and friendly. Doctor Lovejoy put me at ease and answered all my question thoroughly. Very Happy.

I had no money and no insurance and I was treated like I mattered! Every single staff was kind and professional. Im so thankful for One Community Health, and would recommend to ANYONE!

The medical staff (doctors and medical assistants are very cool people. I am seeing this location for the last one year and medical assistants/nurses and doctors are very professional and friendly.

The best care ever and very professional service for making appointments, giving care and services that need for insurance , etc., I’m thankful for the all of support teams.

I like the midtown location better but still nice the one community health please add free wifi to this location and it will receive a 5 star and its closer than my current residence so that a plus

Staff are great and friendly, just their phone operator system is very convenient. After put you on hold for about 35 minutes, the system automatically hanging up.

The front entrance is a little tricky to find the first time. Turn onto Hallmark Drive and then go into the parking lot on the left. The main entrance faces the parking lot. New 2nd location for this long-standing institution of the community. The original location in midtown Sacramento continues to operate and recently expanded.

This place is very disgusting, it’s 2:00 pm 100 degrees outside and they still closed for lunch. Tens of people set outside with no chairs. Please don’t players with people live even if they don’t have health insurance still they have medical care insurance and you get paid. I ask my patient they are not seen for free they are paying.

Lisa Martinez is good Doctor but her Nurse is very bad person. She is bad tempered

I am just waiting and waiting and waiting. The doctor visited for 5 minutes but the medical assistant is making an appointment in 2 hours!

Long waits and inattentive staff. Be sure to check the prescriptions they write for accuracy.

Very bad services, with the rude women staff. Never recomended.

Both medical and dental staff have been wonderful to me.

They are not on time, they call you for an appointment which you always wait 30 minutes more the time they tell you.

The staff is mostly lovely, the area, bring mace and be prepared for riots.

Very bad service, they give you your appointments with too much time away and when the day finally arrives you receive a call that the doctor will not be able to answer you and if you call for any pain they leave you appointments that are just as late, in reality they do not care about the health of their patients 😥😥

Excellent attention. Latin community, if they need medical attention they can go here, the truth is they have no distinction of person, all the work staff at One Community are very friendly.
