Planned Parenthood - Capitol Plaza Health Center

It’s been 45 minutes since my appointment time and haven’t been seen, 4 other people with later appointment times then me have been called back and been sent out, why make a appointment if my time is going to be wasted waiting forever. I’m not coming to this one again.

I was here on Jan 30, and I’m telling you guys this clinic is amazing! The reason why I said so is because of the staff who helped me out. Waiting time wasn’t too bad. I was 10 mins late to my appointment, but they still took me in, which I think is very kind of them. 👏🏼 Elizabeth who took my vitals and did some tests on me went above and beyond. She was super easy to talk with, very professional, knows what she was doing and made sure everything is comfortable on my end. I’m honestly surprised because this clinic and the way they do things are pretty awesome. Thank you guys!

My first experience here was amazing! I think the nurses name was Kia?? And the doctors name Holly? Maybe Anne? Lol I apologize if you are reading this but The nurse was so sweet and helpful, the doctor was informative and non judge mental. I appreciated the service from them both very much so. They have a really great staff. I will say I was on time for my apt but wasn’t seen for another 30 min or so but honestly it was worth it. Be prepared to wait a lil whileMy 2nd time coming the nurse was less informative. Maybe her first day? Lol anywho giving a 5 because again they did a great job overall and offer a very necessary service often for free. Very much appreciated ❤️

Waiting over an hour for a depo shot. They said Im next line but theres been four people to leave and still no one has called me back. They told me over the phone I’d just come in real quick to get the shot and go. Beware this clinic is as slow as humanly possible and the people are extremely rude and not helpful at all. The nurse tells me to go somewhere else and that I should be lucky that planned parenthood is even an option. The staff members are extremely rude and stuck up.

Every single time I have made an appointment they have made me wait an hour or more. This is the slowest planned Parenthood center. The staff doesn’t care about your time at all. I’ve waited over an hour and a half for a depo shot. If you value your time and energy DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE.

I called to make an appointment since I moved to Sacramento not that long ago & needed birth control refills & got an appointment really quick! I was all over the place since I work but they were really patience I had such a great experience! I had trouble finding my health insurance card but they made it so easy! Daniela is great! Danielas manager is also great, highly recommend ☺️

They wouldnt let me be with her in the same room even though shes frightened. We waited 3 weeks for this day to come and yet we have to wait another 2 weeks, this is just terrible. They have no idea how terrible that 3 weeks is and then another 2 weeks? My girlfriend and I have been waiting for September 13, but no. And then they gave us 2 weeks? Like hello, give us a day or two after at least dammit. This is the worst month of my life

Great staff! Very polite, listen well, help make you feel at ease. The wait takes a bit (typically less than an hour, due to rush of patients), even with an appt, but is worth the wait.

Be prepared to wait 2 or more hours over your appointment to even be seen.

These places used to be more helpful. Thanks for saying my name wrong after being corrected and still giving me the number to a place I told you made me feel unsafe. Top of the line help.🤷‍♀️🤣 I think this organization is amazing just sometimes staff not so much.

Worst management. I called them to schedule an appointment and I gave them all information they asked for, but when we get there. they did nothing and just give me another address to go.

Went in to get labs done and they called back and said they lost my labs and to come back in and get them done. Why would i go back if, you already lost one set of labs that cost me a copay?

I normally get help pretty fast and they are nice and polite so maybe just different time u have to go

Really nice/helpful staff. There was a slight wait, but what do you expect for free/discounted healthcare? Suck it up guys.

The ladies there are nice, social, and try to make it comfortable as possible for you if you are the kind that hates needles.

I appreciate having non judgmental medical staff who are willing to help me solve problems instead of pushing unnecessary surgery.

The nurses are rude and unproffesional. I wouldnt reccomend anybody go here that demands privacy and timely service.

One stop shopping. Wait time are not to long.
