Planned Parenthood - B Street Health Center

This locations team is so sweet and helped me immediately! Very sweet women working the desks and the doctors/nurses are great. I went in around 9am on a weekday and left about an hour later, and got everything I needed then and there. Felt safe and comfortable while waiting in the lobby as well. Thank you PP for all your help!

Was actually so stoked to come here for the first time just to wait almost 3 hrs and every other 30-40min wait I’d get asked questions regarding the fill out form & felt like each time I was getting pushed back in line regardless if people had arrived at a later time than me. Also received 3 confirmations for appointments over text and to no avail I still had to wait regardless if it was confirmed. Just to end up being told at around 11:40ish that they can’t take me in and I’d have to wait till 12:45 not even guaranteed that I’ll be seen at that time. Wish stuff was more accessible instead of being stuck here all day and not even seen inside.

I cant express how grateful I feel about the whole team.From the front desk to departure everybody has been making me extremely comfortable.The assistant and the nurse Ive had the luck to have, have been kind to the moon. I felt very emotional and they took extremely good care of me. They made my experience so much easier and I meant to thank them huge to this.Thanks for all your great work Planned Parenthood to make our lives better, your doors are giving us a safe and respectful place to open up.

It says walk ins but just a waste of time. Came in today and got told “it’s only walk in if people cancel last minute “ like what’s the point of having walk in flyers if you can’t be seen? Not to mention the person didn’t show but instead of taking me in as a patient, the clinician herself (redhead with a bun) was showing videos to the administer worker (black hair) and talking the whole 35 I’ve been waiting. Nothing but a waste of time and waste of employment when they can’t do their jobs. They should both be terminated for refusing to treat clients

The reviews were mixed so I didnt have super high hopes. But, this location is amazing! Friendly front desk staff, the assistants and the NP. Ive never been to planned parenthood before, but , Ill be returning for my well woman visits. Thank you 😊

Very nice medical assistant and PA. They got my insurance info and verified it for me within like 30 minutes. Being seen took a while, but to be expected with healthcare the way it is these days. They still got me an appointment very quickly. Very non-judgmental.

Friendly and respectful. Unfortunately you will have to deal with a handful of protestors near the entrance

I have been coming here for years, and I love it. The staff and doctors always take care of me and address any questions or concerns I have. My only issue with this location, has nothing to do with Planned Parenthood, but it is the overly aggressive privileged protestors who have decided to yell at people coming in/leaving the building. Just be aware, these people have no boundaries so do not let them dissuade or discourage you from using this clinic, IN ANY WAY.

The wait time wasnt too bad, but in all fairness I was 15min late to my appointment.All the nurses and doctors were great and very professional. The Gynecologist that assisted me was fantastic. I recommend this locationIn addition I received medicine and didnt have to pay anything, I gave a dollar donatino even though I am very poor but it was worth to give what I could.

They should start holding these employees accountable on the false information they give out I asked him a question to see what they would say to me she went to the back and then came right back out and told me its going to take me 2 hours of waiting when I spoke to some people that do this for a living they told me that the only waiting you will do will be right after the procedure and it should be for an hour

The nurses were amazing. They were very nice, non judgmental, and helpful. The staff were also so amazing. They did their best to help in the most efficient matter possible.

Very clean, friendly and supportive staff. They answer all the questions for you that you ask. They go over information if needed a few times. They are just great nurses/doctors/ nurse aids etc. Who are great at there jobs.

We drove out to the planned parenthood for an ultrasound/abortion. The ultrasound technician which in reality was just a abortion coordinater did the ultrasound.She judged it incorrectly giving us a false time of conception, saying we were about 2 weeks further along than we actually were. All just wasting more time, money and gas to get out here. After driving back to sacramento a second time a week later to get an abortion and the correct ultrasound they made a mistake with the billing and almost charged me an extra $70 for a simple mathmatical error. We were told over the phone that I could be with my wife in the room while the abortion was happening.But when we arrived they didnt allow me to be with my wife in the possibly most important operation of her life. I understand planned parenthood is a necessity and we appreciate the work that they do, but I feel like better communication between staff and other facilities can make this whole process much easier.

After reading some reviews my expectations were low but everyone there was extremely nice and very professional.

Not impressed. I am visiting from out of state and needed to get in for a non emergency related appointment and instead of having a line that I could call to speak with a human, I had to book an over the phone “appointment” to speak to someone to actually book an actual appointment. The only issue was, they didn’t have a phone opening for 7 days out ?? After that it was clear they don’t check their patient notes before calling since I received the exact same call twice in the same day. Again, not impressed, find another location.

Whats the point of setting an appointment when they still have you waiting more than 2 hours to be seen for the appointment youve made and then when you ask him to communicate better its like they retaliate and put you and make you wait longer they should do an audit on this place it looks like theyre just taking money and charging you for time they dont even spend with you and giving you the services youre paying for

I love everyone that works here. I feel cared about even if they dont know me personally. Im so grateful for the services they provide.

Just a heads up you guys theyre not on mapquest or geese only way ronget here is if you know the location or if you call they will guide you after looking for the place for more than 1 hour I was late 10 min. My appt was taken now Im here waiting for who knows how long true story

Turned their phone off while the business is still open. My pharmacy cant get them to answer so Im going on a week now without my prescription. Sucks that this is the only planned parenthood that offers transgender hormone services in sacramento.

Everyone was really nice and actually seemed like they cared. I felt more comfortable there then I did with my old doctors assistant.

Don’t come here unless you wanna be seen 2 hrs AFTER the time you was SUPPOSE to be seen. Ppl that came in after you gets seen before you

Had an appointment at 11:40 didn’t get seen until about a hour later I’m trying to figure out what’s the point in schedule appointment if you still have to wait hours very irritating

These people are never on time for the phone screening before an appointment we need. Some people are working too and value their time... management please fix this, I have respect for all of you but that’s so unprofessional..... value your customers time...

Told me that I could do a walk in and then when I got there said oh were just finishing up with our last appointments for the day. Worst planned Parenthood ever.

Had my first 2 pregnancys terminated here. the wait was long but the staff was frendly and helpful.

I really like this place they have the best workers and they treat you really good. Defiantly suggest this place to everyone, to only go here when you will need it

Google says theyre open til 4:30 on Sat but theyre closed at 4!!!

Calling to make an appointment and lady keeps putting me on hold/hanging up I called 7times this is unacceptable

Had an appointment at 11am, an hour and a half later and Im still waiting. This is ridiculous. Why have appointments then??
