Being a surrogate was one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had! NWSC made me feel supported and appreciated the whole pregnancy and for months before I was even pregnant. I am so thankful for them and my Case manager! The only thing that I think they could improve upon is letting surrogates do multiple steps at the same time so the beginning process does not take so long.

I just completed my surrogacy journey with NWSC. We started the process with Katy until we matched. Once we found our match we worked with Nina. Both ladies were so supportive. Nina went above and beyond when I was having challenges coordinating the Fertility clinic and OM clinic for lab orders/radiology. She sent several sweet gifts and checked to see that I was doing OK mentally and physically through the process. The financial department was familiar with my contract and sent payments timely. Everyone who I worked with was responsive, even if it was to say the person I was trying to reach is out. Overall, it was a good experience.

NWSC is such an incredible organization to work with, I’m going through now my second surrogacy journey with them and it’s nothing short of amazing. They’re very communicative and professional, they make you feel very comfortable and important throughout the process. I cant say enough good things about NWSC! I am a 2x surrogate and couldnt imagine working with any other agency. My Case Managers (Katy in OR and Nina in CA) were absolutely fantastic - they were responsive, thorough, and incredibly caring. Their Finance Coordinators also deserve a special shoutout! Everyone at NWSC will make you feel welcome and valued. They helped me connect with two amazing families who I now consider part of my own extended family.

Surrogacy is a beautiful gift and journey. As a surrogate, my experiences with NWSC were exceptional. They do a very thorough vetting and matching process so that the surrogate and intended parents are well matched (which everyone can appreciate!). The communication lines are always open and everyone supports each other. From the start of the process to now (just having given birth 6 weeks ago and pumping milk for the new baby) I have been well taken care of in all aspects. Additionally, my family has been extended because of the relationship we formed with the intended parents. I couldnt be more happy with how everything worked out! I would definitely recommend this agency and hope to work with them again in the future.

I originally came to NWSC in 2016. My husband and I decided that we wanted to help another family after we realized how easy it was for us to carry babies. I carries 2 babies for the same family and could not be more pleased with my experience! We had Molly the first time and Nina the second time. Both coordinators were fabulous!! I never had to wonder about anything. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I never had to worry about bills, lawyers, money, contracts etc. I developed wonderful relationships with both women and had the most fantastic experience. I would reccomend NWSC to anyone considering being a surrogate!!

We are so glad we chose NWSC for our surrogacy agency! From our first appointment with Sam to our amazing case managers Erin and Margot, everyone we worked with was incredibly knowledgable, patient, and caring. They helped us navigate all aspects of the surrogacy process (surrogate related, financial, legal, and medical) easily and provided great support along the way. We felt like they were more than coordinators and organizers — they really were part of the team rooting for us and coaching us along the way. They really cared about us and went above and beyond our expectations. I’m sure our surrogacy experience wouldn’t have been the same if we chose a different agency! Ive been working with NWSC for over a year and a half as a surrogate. From the moment I contacted the agency with questions about the process, and if I would qualify, I have had nothing but a positive experience. Each of my points of contact through my journey have been quick with communication, bent over backwards to problem solve tricky situations with me, and helped me navigate the whole process so that I was completely taken care of. I joined many surrogate support groups through my journey, where I daily interact with and support surrogates - many of whom work with other agencies. After hearing many horror stories from their experiences at the other agencies, I have come to be even more grateful that I chose to work with NWSC where they are surrogate/family focused. If you are interested in becoming a surrogate, or finding a surrogate to help make your family whole, you cant go wrong with NWSC.

We would highly recommend NWSC. We interviewed with 3 different agencies and ended up choosing NWSC because of their many decades of experience, support they provide to both the intended parents and GCs such as meet ups and virtual groups, the fact that they help to write the initial IP-GC contracts, the thorough vetting of the GCs and the overall value you receive. They give you an estimated timeline and we were lucky to be matched pretty quickly in less than two months (note: this is going to vary widely depending on your wishes and the available GCs). Unfortunately, we hit a snafu with this match and she ended up cancelling the contract. It was frustrating and disappointing but NWSC put us back on the matching list as top priority and we were rematched with the best GC ever within only a few weeks. She was wonderful and we couldnt have asked for anyone better. Sandra (our support contact from NWSC) was incredibly helpful and supportive to both us and our GC throughout the entire process. We just welcomed our baby girl this month and are so incredibly grateful! Yes, the process is expensive and scary but we couldnt have done it without our GC and without NWSC and we ended up enjoying the process!

I originally worked with Mariah out of the SF location and she was so quick and responsive as well as extremely patient with me and all of my questions when I was collecting information about becoming a surrogate. She never put any pressure on me and always gave me a couple of weeks to think about something before reaching out and touching base. I ended up moving forward with surrogacy and could not be happier with my experience. I delivered a healthy baby 2 weeks ago. This is an unprecedented time with the pandemic and I could not be more thankful for the help of everyone at NWSC including my coordinator Sandra. They have always made communication with my international IP’s very easy and I would definitely love to work with them again if I decide to pursue a second journey.

I would highly recommend NWSC to anyone who is considering being a surrogate! They make everything so easy, you dont have to worry about anything. They take care of everything from contracts to all bills. They also are very communitive, very easy to get in touch with.
