I had a great experience at RMA for my egg freezing. As I had to pay out of pocket, I did a lot of research to chose the right clinic for me, and I absolutely do not regret my decision. I had my intake appointment with Dr. Mc Queen, and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and patient, and took a lot of time to answer all our questions and helped us making the right decisions. The whole stimulation cycle is very streamlined (go to the clinic every 2 or 3 days in the morning to get a blood test and an ultrasound) and it was always quick an efficient. I would get the information and instructions on how to continue with injections only a few hours after these appointments. Most nurses were also super friendly and would answer all our questions during these appointments. The communication was exclusively via their apps, and when I needed to urgently talk to a nurse once I could also get one on the phone fast. The surgery for the retrieval was performed by Dr. Noelle because Dr. McQueen was on vacation the day I had to do the retrieval, and she was also super nice and great! All the providers talked to me beforehand to make sure I was comfortable and did not have any other questions. Also, it was under full anesthesia, which really was a breeze.All in all would absolutely recommend!

Be aware that if you need an itemized receipt (they called a super bill), this company doesn’t provide it. It’s frustrating—they charge thousands of dollars, yet the receipt they give lacks details about the services performed. When you spend just $10 at a grocery store, you get an itemized receipt showing exactly what you paid for. But here, you won’t know what you’re paying for during your cycle.Dealing with their financial department was a terrible experience—poor communication and minimal effort to assist. They’re based on the East Coast and close at 4:30 PM, making it even more difficult to resolve issues. Before my cycle began, I specifically mentioned that I needed an itemized receipt for company reimbursement. They promised a super bill but never followed through. They’re quick to take your money, but getting what you need from them is an ongoing hassle.

The nurses and staff were all so good and kind. I have to say that Dr. Maron was very tuff, and I didnt feel and inch of care or gentleness from him. I had the most painful embryo transfer and had severe pelvic pain afterward. I have undergone two other transfers in the past with a different fertility clinic and he is just not for me. Book smart but no human connection there. I have worked in the medical field for 14+ years and have gone to 2 previous fertility specialist and Dr. Maron is not for me. Best of wishes to everyone seeking a physician.

The nurses were kind, but also really disorganized. The patient needs to take ownership of her cycle and ensure prescriptions are in and correct, confirm appointments are made at stated times, and ask the right questions in order to understand whats going on. I wouldnt recommend this clinic for a first timer, but it might be okay if you didnt need too much help.

I had an outstanding experience at RMA. After transferring from two other well-known clinics in the Bay Area, I found RMAs customer service to be unparalleled. Dr. Morin and the entire team were incredibly attentive and responsive, addressing my questions promptly.RMAs team-based approach ensures timely support from multiple doctors, which is crucial during such a sensitive process. The staff handled any issues that arose efficiently, making the experience as stress-free as possible.Notably, RMAs doctors are open-minded about new treatments. Unlike other clinics that stick to older methods, they listened to my concerns and provided scientific explanations for their decisions. They were willing to explore newer treatments where appropriate, which significantly contributed to our positive experience.We were so impressed that we moved our frozen embryos from another clinic to RMA for implantation. I highly recommend RMA for anyone seeking a supportive and innovative clinic.

I froze my eggs with this clinic and the whole experience was really positive and I got great results! All of the nurses and doctors were very competent and friendly. The practice was very organized and I felt supported and informed through the whole cycle

The doctors and nurses are professional and punctual. The one big challenge was that you do not get a lot of face time with the doctor. We met the doctor 2-3 times through the whole cycle which becomes hard especially in a difficult time.Update: While it was difficult to get a more personal experience, we were able to get a successful result, so would still recommend to anyone

I froze my eggs last autumn and had an amazing experience with RMA. This clinic is super organized, runs on time, and uses a messaging platform that makes communication seamless. I had actually scheduled a consultation with a different clinic before and I am so glad I changed because the improvement when I switched to RMA was drastic.Perhaps more importantly, the entire staff is so professional and kind. Laura, my nurse, was easily accessible and a wonderful support system throughout the process. Dr. Noel was also outstanding! She is an incredibly talented physician who is personable, warm, reassuring, and has a lovely bedside manner. She is truly invested in the outcome of her patients.Initially the process wasnt going how I had anticipated. Dr. Noel talked to me for over and hour, reassured me everything was ok, and helped me to create a game plan. During my next retrieval the outcome was significantly better and things continued to improve from there.I cannot recommend this place highly enough. :) Thank you RMA for making this potentially daunting experience so effortless and enjoyable. 🙏💕

Bad customer experience with the finance department that is slow in requesting insurance authorization and reimbursing amounts landed. They also charge additional fees when they can. The clinical team is hindered by the lack of professionalism of their finance colleagues as it can slow down the treatments

RMA SF and Dr Martha Noel are truly the best! We came to RMA after a failed round at another SF clinic, where we hardly had any communication directly with our doctor after the initial consult. Dr Noel came up with a super detailed plan and addressed a lot of our worries about what had gone wrong the prior round. She was always super responsive on spruce as was our nurse Sophia. We were amazed at how much direct interaction we had with our doctor after our prior experience and felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process. RMA was also super accommodating with our schedule (work travel, needing early or late monitoring appointments, etc) and was able to start our cycle super fast.Dr Noel even came in on her day off to do my retrieval herself, and she did most of my follow up ultrasounds after my transfer. We had amazing results and a successful first transfer (now 28 weeks pregnant). Would highly recommend RMA to anyone!

This clinic gives passable care; Im sure Dr Morin is qualified, although he is incapable of giving a straight answer, even to a straight question, about how to maximize ones chances of success. It does deserve to be noted that he is a nice man with a good bedside manner. One star because the professional guidance in making tough decisions is amorphous at best, and because the billing at this place is a disaster- you will continue to get bills for months after youve paid everything you owe and have completely severed your relationship with them. read the Yelp reviews- Im not the only person this is happening to at this practice. The last time this happened we were told by the main billing office in NJ that RMA Northern California didnt communicate with us that youd paid your bill off. After one too many you can do whatever you want answers from Morin, we switched to Pacific Fertility Center in Los Angeles and couldnt be happier, and Id recommend anyone reading this do the same. Havent received a single erroneous bill from them, and our baby is 7 months old.

Dr.McQueen and team were a dream to work with. I came in via a referral fromSeveral happy customer friends but with no expectations and was super impressed throughout…I worked with them for 3 months.Strong, clear communication, responsive, high tech facilities and high quality service and care from start to finish. Their app makes 24/7 coms super smooth, I never waited for a response and felt like I was never in this alone but had a team of professional problem solvers with me. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. McQueen specifically - she lives up to her name! ;) my first google review but I’d love to see more women and families benefit! 🫶🏼

What a great team of Drs . Our Dr. Was Dr. Morin. We had interaction with all 3 DRs ( Dr. Kort. DR.Kaser and DR. Morin) at various stages of our issue. Dr. Morin and team was very through and detailed. The communication through Spruce App and the nursing team was fantastic. We even got replies back at 10PM at night from DR. Morin and nursing staff as well as on weekends. Dr. Morin was very direct and spoke his mind which was very helpful for us. We had fantastic experience here. I Would highly recommend .

I saw a different doctor every single time I was there and didnt even meet my doctor who did my surgery until surgery day (other than when she was shadowing for my original doctor who I saw once face to face), so it felt a bit impersonal and isolating: which is rough during this very hormonal period. The nurses are kind and the reception is helpful, the clinic itself is clean and organized.Details post retrieval: I had a very difficult time after the retrieval with a lot of pain for a prolonged period of time (2 months) and hormone imbalances for longer (~3 months, continuous PMS and temperature irregulation) and solutions were mostly to wait it out. 7 months after surgery I still have irregular cycles and pain during ovulation, which I never did before but constantly being told to wait it out has discouraged me to reach out for solutions to this clinic. The focus of the clinic is the health of the eggs much much more so than the patient and the retrieved eggs are resting there, presumably healthy.

Amazing staff! Doctors really care about you and give you all the facts! Im so happy I made the decision to use them.

Much belated update to this review: we ended up getting pregnant naturally and now have a healthy baby!! Dr Kaser and team were there from the very beginning, keeping tabs on my hormone levels and we saw the first heartbeat at the RMA offices. At a certain point in the pregnancy Dr Kaser said I should move on to OBGYN care — I would’ve hung on if I could! So grateful to RMA and can’t recommend Dr Kaser and this amazing, empathetic, and talented group of doctors enough for anyone trying to get pregnant and it hasn’t been straightforward.—original post:After not getting the support I needed from my OBGYN or Spring Fertility, I was recommended RMA by a coworker and have had a great experience so far. Dr Kaser, Kristen and team are so caring and respond right away to my questions on Spruce, their messaging app. Dr Kaser just performed a polyp removal for me and so far Im healing well. I also just got a blood panel back and Dr Kaser was able to walk through the results with me over Spruce whereas other practices (my OBGYN for ex) wouldve made me schedule an appointment to review results. They also came through when I had issues with getting my hormone panel over memorial day weekend. Every day/month counts when TTC since our cycles need to be monitored for hormone levels and RMA gets that. They somehow reply to messages after hours and over the weekend, going above and beyond for their patients. Finally its super easy to schedule with them which is so important so you dont miss a month waiting around for a lab or procedure that has to get done on a certain time frame of the cycle. So far RMA has really exceeded my expectations as a practice and I really appreciate how they look after their patients!

Dr. Morin and Dr. Kort are fantastic and their communication outstanding. I had spoken to a few other doctors in San Francisco about the egg freezing process and just wasnt 100% comfortable committing all this money to them. However, once I talked with the RMA team, I was sure they were the right fit and instantly felt lucky to have found them.My doctor, Dr. Morin, would respond to all my concerns and questions right away on the Spruce app, or call asap if needed, and I never felt rushed or just like a number. Both doctors (and the office staff) have such warm, personable bedside manner, which was such a comfort to me during this difficult, complicated and emotionally draining process. Both doctors were very honest, even about not such great news, and were willing to work with me as long as I wanted, offering new ideas and techniques for the next round.The office is gorgeous, like a spa, and the staff made billing very easy. I actually got pregnant naturally between rounds, but I still went to see Dr. Morin for my first few pregnancy ultrasounds. I wish they could be my doctors for everything! If all doctors were like this, the US health system would be such a better place.

Amazing experience with Dr Kort and his team. It was quick smooth and stress free. The whole team is available round the clock on spruce. The communication channel with them is so awesome that it takes away all the stress and anxiety about little things involved in the process. No need to call them and wait for hours for next appointment or any queries. Its all taken care of! I think the whole team is very professional and caring.

Had an amazing experience with RMA NorCal. Dr. Kort and Dr. Morin are both extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and personable. They use a secure messaging app so communication was always quick and easy - at all hours of the day/night. The nurses and office folks were also a joy (and you will likely be seeing/interacting with them a lot!). Cant say enough good things about this practice!!

I highly recommend RMA of Northern California. We got an appointment within a week of contacting the clinic and were able to quickly start the treatment process! They work with infertility medical insurance which is a plus.Dr. Kort, is very kind and knowledgeable! He is always available to answer our questions. Whenever Dr. Kort wasnt available, Dr. Morin was there to help. Also, the patient care team is very nice and friendly. Location worked well. I didn’t have to miss work due to the early morning schedule or weekend visits.Currently I am 13 weeks pregnant and everything is going well!

Amazing experience! Very personalized treatment, all the doctors (our primary is Dr. Kaser) and nurses are very kind and very responsive. Communication is so easy and we always hear back from them same day with their helpful app. We feel so lucky we found them and have been strongly recommending them to our friends. We literally have no complaints and cant think of anything they could do better!

I highly recommend RMA of Northern California. We had a chance to work with Dr. Kort, who is absolutely the most amazing doctor! He is always available to answer any questions (during day or night) that we had throughout the process. Whenever Dr. Kort wasnt available, Dr. Morin was there to help. We always felt like we were taken care of throughout our IVF journey.Location worked for us as well, since we work downtown SF. Bart station is also minutes away. Appointments were always easy to schedule. They really work around your work schedule. I never felt I was inconveniencing myself. The rest of the staff is helpful and super friendly, always welcoming you with a big smile. Honestly, they are the best.Currently I am 13 weeks pregnant and everything is going just great.:)

Please be advise from consulting with this clinic. I was comparing different clinics as one should. We had a slide show about what IvF was and the doctor didn’t even have my data. However they miraculously gave me a diagnosis that I have to pay for in this consultation. I find this very unprofessional. Also the finance department is also another problem. They are in New Jersey and difficult to get information from them. I encourage you to look else where. Best advice I can give is go on YouTube and look at IvF videos and just request the price information from various clinics.

RMA of Northern California was a dream. I came from a very large fertility clinic in NY that treated me like one of millions. RMA of Northern CA was the exact opposite. Completely personalized service and great bedside manner of all nurses, doctors and admins. So easy to get a hold of them via their Spruce app. Literally got answers to my questions and appointments scheduled within an hour without even having to pick up the phone. If I could give RMA of Nor CA 6 stars I would. Highly, highly recommended.

I was traveling and had to do an walk in emergency estradiol blood test because of a lab error at my home practice. They were the only folks in sf I found that could see me immediately. So grateful for their quick service!

We came to RMA after a year and a half of trying to get pregnant - 1.5 years of genetic testing, frustrating doctor visits, countless blood tests, more negative pregnancy tests than I could count, and desperate for someone to care about what we were going through.It took about 3 weeks to get our first appointment with Dr. Kort and we immediately were impressed by the entire staff at RMA. From initial email communication, to friendly staff, we walked out of our first appointment glowing with hope. Dr. Kort patiently talked us through what he reviewed in our records and gave us a formal PCOS diagnosis, something no other doctor had bothered to diagnose or explain to us. He let us take up as much time as we needed answering our ‘what if’ questions and had a checklist of next steps on what we could expect over the next couple months.The stars aligned over the next month. It was the first month I was not frantically and obsessively tracking my cycle because RMA completely took over. There were over communicative on blood tests and ultra sound and after just one cycle we received a positive pregnancy test! I quite literally fell out of my chair.The following weeks they saw us weekly to make sure we were tracking and at week 8 we ‘graduated’ from RMA. The staff is so friendly and the office is so comfortable, I nearly cried not wanting to leave and move on to our first pre-natal appointment. THANK YOU Dr. Kort and the entire staff at RMA, you were exactly what we needed at the right time with both your mental and physical support. We could not have done this without you and are so grateful for what you were able to give us, our first baby!

RMA is hands down the best fertility clinic in the Bay Area, if not the US.Dr. Kort and Dr. Morin are not only extremely knowledgeable about the latest technical advances and best practices for successful outcomes (they even contribute to research), they, their nurses, and staff are incredibly professional and kind people. They do their best to make what is naturally a stressful and difficult time as stress-free and easy as possible.RMAs SF financial district location makes it very convenient to get all that early morning blood work done, and still get to work on time. Scheduling is pretty painless through their app or a quick call to the office, and I hardly ever had to wait past my appointment time.After an initial fertility consult with doctors at Kaiser, I was confused and had little confidence in their ability or equipment. After switching insurance, we decided to check out RMA as an option. Dr. Kort very quickly put us at ease with his calm manner, extensive experience, and great success stats. The equipment is also top notch and their facilities are brand new.Through egg retrieval and transfer I was seen by both Dr. Kort and Dr. Morin. They are equally great. Both responded quickly to questions through the app, and always called to check in on how I was doing.IVF will be a long and stressful journey full discomfort, needles and hormones, but it is so worth it. We are really happy with our decision to go with Dr. Kort and Dr. Morin at RMA, and are expecting a baby girl soon!

Everything about my experience at RMA has been stellar. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient (the ideal healthcare trifecta). Their space is new and the office is centrally located so I could walk to work after my appointments. Im just doing outside monitoring here, but it couldnt have been easier to schedule - they actually called me back - they bill insurance and there were no issues communicating with my doctor. I cant say enough about how great theyve been.

RMA and Dr. Morin were highly recommended to me by a friend and we had a great experience with them! As many have mentioned, Dr. Morin does a great job explaining everything which helped my husband and me feel informed, in better control and able to feel confident in our treatment decisions. One of the most important things for me was the convenient access - weekends, early morning appts, and quick responses on the app helped us squeeze everything in around a busy work schedule and feel like we could always get care & attention precisely when we needed. And the office always felt completely CLEAN, safe and comfortable. Its because of this that I kept commuting into the city even during COVID WFH just to see them. We felt very lucky that we were able to conceive with monitoring + hormones, before IVF, and are expecting our first this April :)

Irresponsible. Unorganized. Could not be more Careless about their patients. Bad combination.In addition to all aboveThey dont provide you with necessary information/details unless YOU ask, but how could you all needed info to ask while thisis their daily job! And you are paying them for that, but yet you must be in charge of everything.In their recorded message they claim they make this IVF procedure less stressful for you. BUT all they do in every single step is making you worry and concern about if they care at all, if this is they way it should be, if you can relay on then and believe in them while you must focus on the procedure.

What to say about this place? OMG! I miss talking to Dr. Morin and all his team. I went through more than 6 years of infertility. I went through multiple different treatments, but I was hesitant to do an IVF because it is not easy. After all the wait, I decided to talk to Dr. Morin about freezing my eggs and what I thought would be good. He very patiently explained the whole process of fertility and how scientifically proven methods showed good results. After some thinking, we decided to go through the IVF with him. I have seen other fertility doctors before, but never felt comfortable as I did with dr. Morin. It was the right time for us. Dr. Morin and everyone from his team made it all much easier. There was so much psychological support, and many tips from the nurses on how to make the whole process easier on the daily basis. Everyone there knows how nervous we all can be through something like this, but especially the psychological pressure we put on ourselves. They were just amazing and kind. It was a much better process than I could ever imagine because they are personable and kind! We went through the whole process. Then, the pregnancy test Day came and I just prayed that God’s plans would be to be accomplished through me while I waited for the nurse to come to get me. Dr. Morin called me with his whole team to celebrate that I was pregnant. The pregnancy went really well and healthy. Today, we have a beautiful baby girl, Anna. Before moving out of California, we made sure to go see Dr. Morin. I am so glad we did. We miss you Dr. Morin & team. We will keep you on our list of Christmas cards forever!

Dr. Morin and staff were wonderful, courteous and patient. We were able to discuss our fertility issues in length in a comfortable setting to an understanding ear without feeling the least bit rushed. Would absolutely recommend!

Very positive experience with RMA. This is a relative new branch of RMA SF and we decided to give it a try. The overall communication with Doctors, staffs are informative, swift and constructive. The facility is modern and clean. There is also a Palo Alto office which makes the appointment much more convenient. Will recommend!

I strongly recommend RMA. This is one of the best clinics I have seen. The team of doctors and nurses is amazing! They use an app called Spruce that makes the relationship between patients and medical professionals easy and fast-paced!

I really wanted to be able to come here for IVF. My husband and I just moved here from Arizona and have done five years of IVF there. Simply the BEST! I can’t say enough positive things about RMA, Dr. Morin and all the lovely and competent team they have! At RMA I found the support, communication and competence I havent had on the previous clinics I have been to.

Dr Morin and his team treats you like you are the only patient they have. The care and respect that you get is out of this world. Dr Morin understands that infertility is hard and there is lot of anxiety involved. He understands it and doesn’t make u feel uncomfortable asking questions. App is so great to help you get your questions answered anytime.

Highly recommend RMA - the attention is great and the doctors, nurses and staff are all amazing. You can communicate with them easily and at all times through a special texting app and they are always so responsive.

Highly recommend! Dr. Kort is one of the kindest and knowledgeable doctor I encountered. He also get back to you whenever you have even the silliest questions about the issue as soon as possible in the kindest manner. If you have any fertility issues and questions, I highly recommend to go to see him.
