Oh my God, I cant believe how good and fast it was. I called today around 10:40 am for an MPOX test and got an appointment at 11:30 the same day. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped me with everything. A special thank you to Mr. Terrence—such a nice guy! God bless you!

Everyone is always so nice, helpful, and respectful of all gender identities here!! and services are free if you arent able to pay the $25 fee thing. walk-ins might take a while, so I recommend calling when they open to make an appointment!

Great clinic and excellent customer service. They welcome everyone with kindness and respect. I drive and visit SF City Clinic quarterly from Monterey county for my routine blood work and samples, which is a quick process every-time. I greatly appreciate the level of care and friendly customer service they offer. Definitely recommend.

Made me a lot of questions that I can barely remember (a man) got all my info and ask me for my permissions to have access to my information about my medicine with kaiser (biktarby hiv+) but gave me no threatment on my mainly porpouse there. Do a lot of movements from Im just gonna call it the matrix (from what makes me sick) and still all ignore my needs. I believe its something very personal, but have you ever feel like that ?

I highly recommend this clinic. $25 a visit but no one turned away! They are LGBTQ friendly and supportive. I walked in to set up an appointment and got one for the next day. They offer a secure website portal that you can check notes from your visit, labs, etc. They also offer free prep for low income folks. Everyone that works there is super friendly. Thanks!!!! Wish there were more places like this in other cities.

They are such an amazing service already up to date with the most cutting edge research, clinical trials, and current best practices. Also they are all the nicest people you could ever meet.

Great staff! I got tested there with great care and with friendly faces. When when they had problems drawing blood from me (something that happens often enough), they were calm and even encouraging by couching me through the process. I definitely recommend their services and will definitely return.

Great service and people from my brief experience I have had so far. I was able to talk to nurse about my concerns in a trusted manner and get her guidance to clear things up which I appreciate a lot. I have only had brief encounters with rest of the staff but they were all nice and courteous.

Appreciate the staff there. Despite me going in without an appointment, they were being really helpful and supportive. The service was quick. Theres a copayment of $25 though, so be prepared.

They took my $25 donation then told me bc Im 35, not 25 they wouldnt test me. Then my partner called and asked if they discriminate based on age, which they denied. Then they said well, actually bc youre in your 30s and not 20s we wont test you. Dont donate, theyll just take your money then deny you. Very shady operation.So if you want to lose $25 and not get tested, I def recommend this place.Thanks for replying. I understand.

Everyone I interacted with was sweet and attentive. Definitely a safe space for people of all backgrounds. Highly recommend to call ahead for an appointment.

First time I was there, so nice and everything was Great. Today, went there for followup and was terrible. I went into for my blood and this guy was extremely rude, made me feel uncomfortable and plain mean. I was in shock. He gave a rude comment like well, let her take your blood --- she looked shaking her head like she didnt want any part of his rudeness.And he didnt let me pick which arm - he was mean while the needle was in me, and now I have a red mark on my arm the side of a quarter. My arm is in pain and its completely black and blue. It hurt the whole time he did it - and he was awful, just awful.I am waiting two weeks, but if anything is more of an issue I will seek some help in reporting him to the city, beyond that office. If its permanent, then I will seek additional help.This guy who is sticking the needles has buttons all over him about peniss and sucking cock and just many crazy buttons all about sexy - just totally weird, unprofessional --- it shows a total disregard for the seriousness of the office. In fact, I will look at reporting him tomorrow to someone who runs the office.I dont know how any person who directs that office will allow such behavior. Ive had my blood taken more than 70 times in my life, and Ive never once been black and blue and red like this - and Ive never once seen it hurt like this. I feel it was done on purpose to me - just because I told him that the lady 7 weeks ago did not prick my finger, but dipped into the vial. (which she was training someone else) - this guy when he heard this, was simply upset about it and I ended up taking his anger.I feel like the whole thing was crazy, unprofessional, out of line - and I highly highly recommend if you see this guy RUN and ask for someone else to take your blood.
