Provider Katie was very professional, thorough and patient to explain to me what her diagnosis was and how she would try to extract the small piece of glass shattered in my finger. She made me feel safe, comfortable and very proficient with her knowledge.Excellent experience and would highly recommend.

My toddler got something stuck in his nose. I got a “hold my spot” appointment right away. I appreciated being able to do the check-in paperwork on my phone before arriving. Checking in was easy and we were seen within 10 minutes. The doctor, Jennifer, had a great bedside manner. She couldn’t get the object right away, and it was getting farther up my son’s nose. She got the medical assistant to hold a light for her and managed to grab it with alligator tweezers. We did not have to go to the ER thanks to Jennifer’s calm and confidence (as well as a little luck). We were in and out so quickly that I was even still on time for my older child’s school pickup. Thank you!!

Went here today for a noon appointment. Showed the check in staff my appointment on my phone but they said they didnt have it in there system. The man working the check in desk should not be in this job. For some reason he decided to treat me poorly and tell me that they did not have to see me. I do it understand why he decided to treat me in this manner especially when I clearly had an appointment that I was showing to him. Dignity health should hire staff that treat people in a kind manner.

My wife and I both went in today, May 25, 2024, for different ailments. We were given amazing attention and care from the front desk, to the nurses aid to the Dr. who saw us. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have been in to this clinic, for various reasons, over the years. Top notch care each time. Could not be better

I had a great experience. I was able to get a video appt quickly. Both the doctor and the nurse were thorough, professional and helpful. I would definitely go back and I do recommend them.

The intake staff were nice and knowledgeable. The Physician Assistant seemed uncomfortable. I came in with a swollen right eye lid and the PA did not look in my eye. She sat a distance away from me with a mask on (I have no problem with the mask) and did not seem like she wanted to come close to me. I told her that my right ear felt clogged on the same side where the eye was swollen. The PA did get up and look in both my ears, but she never looked inside my eye. I was prescribed antibiotic eye ointment, which I suppose is what I needed, but I did feel uncomfortable with the PA.

Very professional, skilled and kind team of people. I visited for a minor injury, despite having visited in a day with major computing problems worldwide, they did great in working around it and providing the best care. Very well done!!

Easy to schedule on line. Friendly and efficient staff. Medical team quickly accessed my issue, prescribed the needed medication, and sent me on my way.

Owe $360 for a covid test after insurance. dont come here if you expect affordable service for a simple test.edit: after the the business replied to my review and told me to contact them, I did. After calling them, and emailing them, even opening a case on their website with them, 15 days later I still have received no response besides the same automated repeated message, we have forwarded your request to our billing department. Pretty ridiculous.

Our go-to spot for urgent care for the whole family. Every staff member is kind and knowledgeable and takes the time to talk through issues and treatment options.

We easily made an appointment over the phone and were set for an appt within the hour. Once we got there were seen right. The nurse was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Park was kind, attentive, professional and helped us understand the health issue we were dealing with. He spent the time to explain important information and gave us reassurance. A positive experience overall.

I have been to the Glen Park Urgent Care several times this year. The team is professional, highly skilled, and very kind. I was seen quickly and given great care. I feel very fortunate that they are in my neighborhood! Thank you!

The entire team there Dignity Health Urgent Care were professional, efficient and friendly. It help speed up the process scheduling the appointment online and updating my information. I received the care and medication I needed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their services in a pinch.

The physician at this site is great..very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, her assistants are inept at doing basic tasks. I felt like this was a trainee the whole time I was there. And then I find out today the assistant sent in the cleaning swab instead of the collection swab. Im disappointed but not surprised as she had no clue what was going on during the visit. In addition, this is the second out of two times that this location messed up a test. If you dont need test results, great doctor...otherwise, a waste of time and money.

Everyone was kind, competent, and extremely efficient. I was able to be seen, have x-rays taken, be diagnosed, receive my treatment plan, and be out the door and on my way all within 30 minutes. It was one of the best Urgent Care experiences I have ever had.

Front desk and NP were professional. NP recommended that I go to the ER. I just had vitals taken. Later got a bill for $600. It was cheaper at the ER and I got treatment.

The most frustrating experience of getting a prescription from the physician that took longer than 4 consecutive calls. No follow ups, bad communications, not knowledgeable about simple ear drops, will not recommend.

I’d like to see this place put the health of customers first. I had been sick in bed for 24 hours and finally came to urgent care, arriving about 10 min to closing. They refused to see me because they they would have to stay 10 min past closing. I told them about having been sick in bed all day and asked them to please see me. If i could give this place 0 stars i would , if you are a person of color dont come since they are racist and treat you bad, the front desk lady kept questioning me if i have money to pay and made unpleasant faces at us , the doctor was super unprofessional told my daughter to walk like a penguin and to squat because she said she look funny. Im Never coming back and was not worth it. We should get good service since we paying.

Everyone at this site provided me with great service. I was taken care of and out the door in less than an hour from my appointment time. The person working the front desk was keeping good track of the rooms and moving things along. The provider explained things well and was super friendly. The clinic was well kept and clean. I needed to see someone at the Dignity Urgent Care in Glen Park after many days of feeling ill. I was able to get an appt. right away. During my visit, everyone I interacted with was friendly, thorough & professional. I needed a prescription which was transmitted to the pharmacy before I even got home. This was the third time Ive needed to visit this clinic & I am so grateful to have that option. In each case, it would have taken far longer to have to get an appt. to see my Primary Care doctor. Obviously, I highly recommend this clinic!

Excellent tableside manners and timely care! We are visiting SF and I am 21 weeks pregnant. I had some concerns and the PA and MA were so wonderful! They went above and beyond. Felt very comfortable in an unknown city. Thank you!!

The sign on the door says “just walk in” so when I was experiencing problems breathing I walked in and the bald man at the front desk begrudgingly asked why I didn’t make an appointment and when I referenced the sign he said “yes well in a city this big we can’t see everyone but take a seat” so I walked out gasping for air. There was only one person in the waiting room. What a sad world we I’ve in.

Super convenient. I cant believe how easy it is to see a doctor compared to the hospital. Truly a life safer.

The staff were quick, efficient, very nice, and very competent. We had an appointment and were seen almost immediately upon arrival. No waiting for anything!

I brought my daughter in today to get some very painful debris removed from her eye and check for corneal abrasions. We were seen very quickly. The doctor was kind, quick and explained everything very thoroughly. My daughter came in scared and in a lot of pain and was immediately comforted and left feeling immensely better.

Worst place Ive ever been. I have a sinus infection and the pa was very uppity, she did not do a thorough exam . I went to talk to a pharmacist told my symptoms and how much im suffering and she did not do anything except test me for flu, no antibiotics just told me to get a nasal spray. He said I need to see a MDdoctor. I amclearly suffering with an infection that needs antibiotics. Worst PA ever. My daughter called to ask the pa why she didnt examine and she was flippant with me and my daughter. Not nice not helpful do not recommend.

It would be hard to over-state how amazing this Dignity Health Urgent Care clinic was. I came in with a severe cold and the care I received then and over the next several days was awesome. Great people, speedy service, and they had no problem with my calling the next day with updated symptoms (which they reacted to with updated advice/prescription). Really great experience overall!

Best urgent care clinic I have ever been to. I was in and out quickly within 30 minutes for an uncomplicated ankle sprain. The PA, William, was great and he followed up with me on the phone to go over the xray again.

Fast & easy. The Physicians Assistant that saw me was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I felt confident in her diagnosis.

I came to Dignity Health for a quick checkup about a month ago. I tried to ask how much it cost and to give them both my primary and secondary insurance information, but after giving my primary insurance, they didnt take my secondary insurance info because they claimed that my primary covered it all. I thought that it was impossible because my secondary was the one which was supposed to cover this, but let it go and was told I didnt need to pay anything.One month later, I receive a $291 charge from them in the mail (full charge). I dont know whether they lied to me or whether they just messed up really badly.Update: I called them and they were very nice about it. They corrected the issue and billed my insurance.

I fell on stairs on Friday, need to x-ray. On Saturday, I wont be able to talk to any person on the phone or chat on line to find out which center provides x-ray. Since there are many centers near by, we decided to try walk in. My wife drove me to West Portal, the staff there told us they dont do x-ray on weekends, but directed us to Glen Park. Glen Park took me in right away, and staffs were excellent. Broken rib confirmed. This is the best walk in experience I ever had.

I needed a rapid NAAT test for my upcoming trip to Hawaii and this place had appointments available SAME DAY, and you get the results in 15 minutes. I didn’t have to pay anything because of my insurance! The service was excellent, I came in and they gave me my test early!! SO AWESOME!

Didnt expect this to be one of the first places to visit upon arriving in SF, but was mighty glad it was there. VERY helpful front desk in a bright, brand new, sleek, state-of-the-art facility. There was no wait when I walked in, but you can also check in online, which could be helpful.at busier times. The doctor was very professional and personable. She phoned in my prescription to a nearby pharmacy so I could just go and pick it up. Havent received the bill, but should be the usual that I pay after it goes through the insurance mill.

Went in to get a skin rash looked. Nurse took my BP, temp, oxy levels (gave them my height, weight). PA came in and looked my rash (10 secs) and prescribed me anti-biotics and cream, which neither solved the problem. Later get a bill for $391 for less than 10 minutes in the clinic. The persons in the office were nice but being charged close to $400 for less than 10 mins of service, which didnt resolve the rash, seems ridiculous. Ive been to Carbon Health in Oakland (not promoting them but as a comparison of charges) for a back spasm...had a muscled relaxer shot and ultrasound on my kidneys for stones done for $150 and was in the clinic for about an hour.

They took my walk in really quickly and gave me antigen and PCR tests for COVID and the flu; I was out in under an hour. They were kind and helpful and I would recommend Glen Park Dignity-Go Health! urgent care to anyone :)

Francesca, the M.A., Keeley, the P.A. were efficient and friendly in assisting and providing the care and medication I needed at the time of my visit. I would highly recommend going there.

I visited this clinic on August 24. The service at the time was excellent and very professional.I paid IN FULL ($250US - $354.68 in Australian dollars!). This was required as we were visiting from Australia and do not have US medical insurance. Now, 3 weeks later we have received emails from Dignity GoHealth telling us our insurance claim has been processed and we owe another $156 US. What insurance? Why do we owe money when we paid in full? We have written THREE emails to the Dignity Go Health and have not received as response at all. This is very bad form and and extremely rude. Are the emails demanding more money a hoax/ scam?We would appreciate a reply to our emails.

I’ve been here three times. Hands down best urgent care I’ve ever experienced. From the quality of tests to the easy scheduling and registration to the kind, patient and skilled staff. Top notch.

After setting up an appointment and going there and waiting I was told to go to an emergency room because they did not treat GI issues (even though their website specifically says they do). So I headed to UCSF. To my surprise another guy who was also waiting at Dignity showed up at the emergency room as well. Person I saw said they would refund the charge since they could not do anything. Still no refund. Skip getting ripped off and head directly to the emergency room.

I found excellent professionals when I most needed.

The staff remembres were welcoming and the nurse practitioner was able to answer my concerns and questions and was honest about it.I felt confident leaving the office

Medical Staff was to say the least amazing. I walked in for my annual PPD as am also in healthcare...no waiting. Dr. Chan is one of the most personable and knowledgeable M.D. I have come across to this date...well, aside from my PCP. Great location as I live in the neighborhood and I dont have to go far to go to VA in the presidio to get something as simple as PPD.

I came here because I just came back from a trip and I feel like I have covid symptoms…they denied me because I don’t have my insurance card…I now my medical record number I have my ID etc. and still couldn’t get a COVID TEST.The staff was respectful don’t get me wrong but seriously I find it crazy that every other place I go they’ve never even asked for my insurance shows how money hungry they are.

Nurse at the desk was extremely rude. No patience at all. She wouldn’t listen to anyone. A foreign family had trouble with their baby and they asked if she could give them prescriptions but she said sorry no we don’t do those. Just think about that, can’t she at least tell him where the family can get prescriptions for their baby. Just a disgusting woman.

These guys are the best new thing to happen to the neighborhood. We brought our son there after he was sent home from school with an ear infection. No wait to be seen, and they called over the weekend to follow up on his health. Can all our visits be urgent care visits?

I like the doctors here. Clear, short visit and only important tests and important suggestions. Nothing too much.

I called and they said come right in. There was a few minute wait and then I saw the doctor right away. when I needed an orthopedic appointment they set it up for me that day! The whole experience with the facility was excellent.

Convenient location. There was almost no wait time when I went. Got my symptom diagnosed and resolved within 20 minutes.

Great clinic in our neighborhood.. We all went for the flu shots, and they did an amazing job. My little boys didnt feel it at all.
