Dr. Davis is phenomenal! First, the front desk pleasantly greeted me. I completed my intake in advance of my appt as instructed. Within minutes, the medical assistant set me up in the exam room, took my vitals and then Dr. Davis was ready for me. Zero wait time. Super impressed! Dr. Davis is a down-to-earth professional. I truly appreciate that balance in a provider. We talked through my concerns. She showed genuine interest in my overall well-being. She laid out her plan for me and emailed materials to recap what we discussed. I found her recommendations to be sound. Im looking forward to a better me under her care!

I love sharing a good thing! My daughters spoke so highly of their gynecologist that I thought I would give her a try. Let me tell you, when I say that woman examined me from head to toe and inside and out, I would not be exaggerating. She asked me questions that made me say “no doctor has ever asked me that before” I wanted to crawl up in her lap and exhale. She gracefully pointed out, “this is a wellness center “. I have a follow up appointment tomorrow that I feel like skipping to. I recommend this doctor for any ailment because if she doesn’t have the answer, she will find it❤️

Dr. Davis Roland and her staff are wonderful. She is patient and works with her clients (patients) to achieve their optimal health goals. I can’t say enough about how she’s helped turn back the clock for me.Sex drive is ✅Sleep is ✅ - I don’t wake up in the middle of the nightEnergy is ✅🙏🏾

I showed up for my appointment which was at 9a I was there on time. I also provided this doctors office multiple times my insurance information. Now when I arrived the office lights were off. Mind you the office says it opens at 9a. There were no receptionist in the office, the doctor Lashae Davis was who I was supposed to see was working behind the desk. She pulled my information up and said oh this is tied to your previous insurance and asked me for my information all over again. At this time it is 9:16a she’s asking people to answer the phone who casually strolled in the office at 9:14a. This was my first time ever coming to this office, by this time it’s 9:20 and she’s telling me she has to verify my insurance. I had to request to come in late for this appointment that I scheduled 2 or 3 weeks ago. All the doctor could say was she was sorry I felt the way I did. As frustrated as I was I was loudly speaking at this point because how dare you tell me you’re sorry for how I feel when you’re not the one inconvenienced. Doctors be so quick to cancel your appointment when you’re not on time but yet we get nothing for when they inconvenience us as customers! I’ve had the same insurance for the last 6 years or so now. DO NOT GO HERE DR. DAVIS does not care!!!!

Leaving a review because unfortunately I have had billing issues for the past 5 months and no one has helped me. I came here for a routine visit back in April and had no special testing/exams done. The testing codes that this DR office submitted to my insurance were inaccurate with the tests that were performed during my visit, and my insurance therefore didn’t cover the cost. As a result, I now have an outstanding bill with Labcorp for a little over $200. I spoke with my insurance and got to the bottom of it early on when this issue arose. My insurance even told me the exact codes that were incorrectly submitted, as well as the correct code which my DR needs to resubmit. I’ve called this office no less than 10 times, explained the situation in extreme detail, spoken with at least 3 different receptionists who all said they would handle it, and even told them the exact code they needed to resubmit. I’ve been incredibly patient because I understand that these things can take some time, but I’m now at the 5 month mark with no updates or follow ups from the DR. Labcorp is now threatening to send me to collections. I called and thankfully they gave me a 30 day extension until this is handled, but I am so unbelievably frustrated and disappointed that I’ve had to deal with this and that I keep being told it will be solved when it hasn’t been. I felt like I had no option but to leave a review at this point. Will someone please help me sort through this???

I came here over a month ago because I heard so many good things about this practice. Still haven’t received my lab results yet I called several times asking to speak with the doctor they said she would get back to me never did. She prescribed me medication for something I didn’t need so I tried to get in contact with her to go over that as well haven’t heard anything yet. Don’t waste your time smh and they over charged me twice.

Dr. Davis changed my life, and possibly saved it. After years of being dismissed about ongoing concerns, by the end of appointment one, we had a plan. By appointment two, I had labs and tests to confirm. Not even two months later, I feel like an entirely new person.

Dr. Roland is caring and extremely knowledgeable. My first visit she made me feel so supported it made me want to tell every one I knew to visit her. However, all subsequent visits were different. I felt rushed, the staff were not on top of their game (it almost seemed that many of them didn’t know what they were doing), and I also just get this feeling that the office overall is more concerned with making money like most doctors offices are.

Dr. Davis really is one of a kind. Wonderful staff. Every interaction I’ve had with the office staff has been pleasant and questions have been answered in a timely manner.

As soon as I entered the beautiful office, Felicia welcomed me and made me feel important. I had arrived late to my appointment due to work but they still were able to see me. Dr. Davis was the most thorough, thoughtful, and professional GYN I’ve ever had. I’ve never experienced a provider who cared so much about me, my history, and my plans to grow my family. I feel protected, I feel safe and I feel seen. I recommend Dr. Davis to every woman who needs a GYN because she cares about us and she has a heart for us! I’m in awe of this gem that I’ve found and I’m so grateful to have been connected to this team. Thank you Felicia and Dr. Davis!!

This is an outstanding medical practice. I would recommend it to any woman in need of a gynecologist. I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. From there I was whisked away for basic medical information. Then I was sat in an office where I met promptly with the doctor. Since I was a new patient she asked me about what was going on with my body. From there I received referrals for EVERY concern discussed. I appreciate the thorough attention she has for my body. I feel truly blessed and am grateful for her. I am bringing my daughter here when she turns 18.

Life changing!! Dr Roland is kind, empathetic, and listens attentively. I feel extremely blessed that I was referred to her. The direction she has provided for my GYN/Wellness needs has changed my life.

When you are a woman of a certain age, you often have questions that neither the internet, your girlfriends, or even your prayer circle can answer. It would help if you had a doctor who has the bedside manner of a friend and the depth of knowledge that puts you at ease. [Think of your fav Greys Anatomy character but with actual medical expertise!] That is the kind of care that Dr. Roland offers. After my first visit, I knew I had found the right one. She spent much of the time during my appointment listening to me discuss my medical history and hearing my concerns. Then she took time to explain things from a medical perspective and discuss options. I have never received that level of care, and I am incredibly grateful. In addition, her support staff is fantastic, and the medical suite is lavish and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Roland to anyone looking for an exceptional gynecologist.

Dr.Davis Roland is the absolute best ! Her staff and team are amazing and make sure you are comfortable. The office is clean and welcoming. I will recommend to any and everyone looking for a gynecologist, because she is that and so much more !! Thank you so much !!

Dr. Davis ( Lashae Roland) is Amazing and that is an understatement. Her attention to detail and research on personal records was impeccable and I will be coming back. I’m the simplest way, I wish I found Dr. Davis earlier in my gyno journey. As for the staff, they are warm and friendly. I highly recommend here.

Dr. Lashea Davis Roland provided an awful experience and was an extremely unprofessional. I was mocked and shown disbelief when I complained of pain or asked her to stop during certain procedures. She shouldn’t be allowed to practice medicine and I am seriously considering reporting her actions. I highly encourage anyone who is seeking care to avoid her practice at all costs.

You know a caring and trusted practice from the moment that you make initial contact. I just finished a call with Dionne, a part of the front office team, and left the call feeling like someone had seen me, hugged me over the phone and cared about my wellbeing. She went the extra mile to get information to me directly from the Doctor (multiple times) and provided such in-depth information that I was clear on my next steps (when does that usually happen with a doc office?). I can’t wait to join this practice as a lifelong patient - this is the healthcare that I have been searching my entire adult life to find in the DMV. This is a wonderful place to work at. I am grateful for the opportunities. Theres room to grow and i am always learning something new here. I have been looking for an OBGYN for over a year now. Last one left me in tears. One before that had horrible bedside manners. I need all of my physicians to be kind and compassionate but if there’s one physician I need it MOST in, it’s in my obgyn. I have a lot of anxieties with these appointments as is and now I begin having family planning conversations, my anxiety is at new heights. Dr Roland was amazing. I got emotional during the appt while she was explaining different things to me because of how happy and relieved I was that I had picked a fantastic physician finally. She eased so many anxieties just by how she explained things thoughtfully and carefully and kindly. She wasn’t rushing to leave. She listened to all of my questions and anxieties and talked me through them. She was clearly so knowledgeable on top of that. Loved my experience and called my best friend immediately afterwards who is also looking for an OB that she needs to set up an appt with Dr Roland. Big fan. Can’t say enough good things. I didn’t see any Google reviews for her (but amazing ZocDoc reviews) so I’m leaving my first physician review ever. Office is nice and relaxing as well. Along with the awesome person at the front desk!

Dr Roland is by far, the best gynecologist I have ever worked with! She is extremely thorough and personable. She truly cares about her patients and gives her undivided attention.

She is the only doctor that I feel actually cares about me and is not doing what she is doing for a paycheck

Dr Davis Roland was absolutely amazing during and after the care of my first born. she showed me nothing but the utmost respect and care during my pregnancy and I felt like she was actually invested in my son after he was born as well. I was so sad when she left the practice I was attending. I don’t think anyone could replace her.

I had an amazing experience at this office. Ample parking, amazingly friendly staff, clean office and a caring doctor with one of the most comforting bedside manner that Ive ever experienced, in any practice. If I could add an extra star, I would.

She was very informative and helpful, I would’ve never knew her only MA wasn’t licensed until she disclosed that info to me which is a bit scary having someone totally untrained assisting with procedures in the office. I won’t be returning.
