I tried explaining to the receptionist over the phone that I have a lot of anxiety with gynecologist appointments, specifically pap smears. I was told that the receptionist would speak to the nurse regarding a family member accompanying me in the exam room due to the anxiety, and of course on the day of my exam they were denied instantly upon asking to accompany me. if you have a lot of anxiety with doctors visits and/or intimate examinations to the point to where you need someone to accompany you, dont use this provider because they will not make accommodations for you. Ive been to at least 3 other gynecologists and Ive never had a single one not allow a family member to accompany me in the examination room.

Do not go to this place because it has a doctors name attached to it. The treatment is done by inexperienced or undertrained staff. Dr Tara Horn takes no responsibility for her patients concerns. I had a simple cosmetic procedure done here, with noticably bad results. My concerns were dismissed, & met with defensive denial. So disappointed.

Scheduled an appointment well in advance to have nexplanon removed. Failed to do so. Never let us know or even hinted that they wouldnt be able to get it done when scheduling the appointment. Gave us the runaround
