Southfield Premier Primary & Urgent Care

I was pretty ill and my primary doctor was out of town so i took a chance on this walk in clinic. Virtually no wait. Dr. Mansour was thorough, explained treatment options, and I was in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend.

I had the most positive experience here. Dr Mansour is very accurate and professional. He listened and addressed every single concern. He offered samples to save me $ on prescriptions as well. I recommend Premier Urgent Care

Dr. Mansour is a great physician and is very caring of everyone he sees. He helped me right away, I thought expenses would be high because I currently don’t have health insurance but his prices were fair and affordable. I’m very grateful for Dr. Mansour and I will definitely continue to go to him in the future. I recommend any one who needs to see a doctor to go see him at Southfield Premier Urgent Care.

Dr. Mansour was kind, compassionate, and took his time explaining what was wrong with me and why. He sent me home with a couple of samples, and went over my history completely with me. I went into Dr. Rafid Mansour office and they were all amazing energy good spirit and very concerned about there patient. I felt like I was at home getting the same love my parents give me. Never had such a great time at the doctors. 5 out of 5 stars best Dr. I ever seen in my life

Dr. Rafid Mansour is a fine doctor. I was a patient of his fathers for approximately 20 years. As the senior Mansour is approaching retirement, the younger Mansour let me know that if I wished to change doctors I could. I had a follow up with the younger Mansour a week later and updated him on my health. I told him that I appreciated his medical expertise and would like for him to now become my primary care doctor.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon with a very uncomfortable issue and Dr. Mansour took care of me. He was very attentive, informative and provided fast quality services. He even did a follow up call a week after my visit. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone and I will go back if I need services.

Dr. Mansour is so, so kind. I dont think Ive ever had any doctor explain everything in as much detail and give as much care to diagnosing a common sinus infection, right down to providing advice about what food to avoid and what OTC medicine to take while I wait for my antibiotics to kick in. I actually feel like I learned useful things from my visit, and left with samples.

Rafid is a fantastic doctor and a good guy. Its not often that you walk into a doctors office in pain and end up having a good conversation with the doctor. He explained everything to me in ways that I could easily understand the message that he was trying to convey. He also speaks Arabic if your English is limited!

I had just flown into Michigan from Atlanta and I had been experiencing very painful sinus pressure and headaches. I called Southfield Premier Urgent Care once I got off the plane and headed straight there from the airport. They were able to fit me in with no problems and the staff was nice and friendly. The doctor was wonderful and even follow up with me a week later just to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Southfield Premier Urgent Care.

My experience here was terrible. Went in for a possible UTI for my daughter-he did not examine her at all and when he spoke to her he raised his voice as if she was unable to understand him. The PA was very kind. Also no one had a mask on.

The doctor was very rude very obnoxious very agressive raised his voice in a threating way absolutely dreadful dealing with him and he wasnt my doctor i would never ever see him.

He is very rude, does not take the time to clarify things for you, speaks over you despite the fact that the faulty errors or administrative mistakes are on his facilitys end. I have no intention of going back.

Amazing service with an amazing physician. Its really hard to find a good urgent care with such care and detail, especially on a weekend.

Rude receptionist, tried to call to come in and she was short , rude, and hung up on me mid sentence. Won’t ever go there.
