NovaHealth Urgent Care of Southfield is an AMAZING facility. One of the best urgent cares that I have ever been to. Summer is the office manager and she is my angel! This woman far exceeded my expectations just to help me, and I will be forever thankful. The staff really cares about their patients, shows empathy, professionalism, compassion, and respect. I personally will never go to another Urgent Care except them. The office is clean, and very courteous of your time, and the doctors listen to your concerns and explain throughly the plan of treatment for you. You will be well taken care of at this place. Thank you for all your patience and help in my time of need. It is greatly appreciated. And a special thanks to Summer for the help in finding an amazing Internal Medicine Doctor. You are the absolute best♥️

This was our first visit to Nova and it was a pleasant experience. The team was very professional and they took very good care of my wife. I would highly recommend Nova for any of those situations where you need urgent care. You can receive it from a clinic in the Carpenter Lake area.

Harvey is great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Came in with flu-like symptoms and he quickly tested me for Covid and prescribed me the necessary medications and I was on my way! Highly recommend Nova health to anyone looking for quick, good, quality care.

I really enjoyed my time here at this urgent care. No wait times, walk in welcomed, clean space and the providers are exceptional. This is my new favorite urgent care and I recommend them 10/10 all across the board. They provide exceptional care for anything you need!

My daughter went there and service was top tier!! The owner/Dr. was the only one working because he let his staff leave early because they had worked so hard during the week! Harvey and his staff are AMAZING! Harvey is so patient and thorough. He answered all of my questions and explained my condition. Alyra ( I hope that is right) is just the sweetest and gave me the most painless shots ever and I hate shots. Overall great urgent care center for all your medical needs. I love these guys. This was my first time ever going to an urgent care. When I called to make an appointment Dr. Harvey answered my call. He and his team are truly a GOD send. They were kind and patient. They answered all of my questions with an attentive ear. I highly recommend them Anytime.

The other urgent care I went to had a 45-minute wait even though I had an appointment. So, I looked for another one in the area and this one popped up. They had no wait even for walk-ins, so already a plus there. The staff was attentive and kind, and helped me with my sprained hand quickly. They have X-rays too to check for breaks. Definitely recommend making this your go-to urgent care!

This is my favorite urgent care in the Southfield area! Avril and Hebba are always so welcoming, helpful and attentive..even with our 2 little kiddos! The facility is always very clean, relaxing/quiet waiting area (not to mention, we have never had to wait when we walked in), they are very thorough with their diagnostics and we have never felt rushed. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Showed up to NovaHealth the other day just to find out they had closed 2 hours before; completely my fault for not checking. Just as I was about to leave the parking lot, the owner/head doctor came out to stop me. He made time to give me a thorough exam with great costumer service. Extremely nice and professional ! I’ve been to NovaHealth roughly 5 times since moving to the area and the whole staff is great. From the two doctors I’ve seen, to their medical assistants/admin; all very friendly and helpful. Very fortunate to have them nearby, highly recommend!

The staff was prompt and very professional. The office was clean. It was a nice quiet andpeaceful vibe. I tried to get the doctor to be my primary physician... I will return in the future.

We came here from out of town (Canada) my son got cut while playing outside, slashed his tummy open, it needed to be cleaned with antibiotics and he also needed a tetanus vaccine. We were taken in right away by the Dr.He was so kind and passionate and took such good care of my son.Thank you so much Dr. Bouru. We highly recommend this clinic.

First time I’ve been here and I absolutely had a wonderful experience with these two beautiful ladies name Avril and Hebba! Came in, everything looks really clean and nice. Was greeted with smiles. I was literally in an out 10/10 experience. Definitely coming back if I have a quick problem!

Was in extreme shock pain for 7 days with my neck , was taking care of promptly had an x-ray waited for radiology report. I was diagnosed treated and advised to see my dr. Excellent care super clean facility! Most of all compassionate, Knowledgeable care! Doctor took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and how they could help me in the future if needed! Great care!!! Walked in with my mother who had fallen and fractured her knee cap half hour before closing and they saw us quickly and treated us with kindness and care as if they were not about to close. Hebba and Summer were great.

Went in to have my son’s hand looked at. I was able to get x-rays and results in less than 10 minutes. The staff is excellent, friendly and experienced.

This place is so awesome! From the minute we arrived, we knew we were in the right place with the decor and lavender which is my moms favorite! Mina greeted us and was so sweet and accommodating as she took my moms vitals and got her history, and took her X-rays, excellent bedsides manner! Then when I didnt think it could any better, here comes PA Hebba, the nicest and most patient medical care person weve ever met. My mom kept calling her doctor which shows how professional and knowledgeable she is. So she caught my moms pneumonia at an early stage and knew exactly what to do.Dr Harvey is very blessed to have them both. Please if youre in the area, I highly recommend them for your urgent health care needs! Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently just moved into the area. I tried a new food place and was given a case of food poisoning. I was managing it on my own until I decided I needed medication to knock away my intense nausea. I looked online trying to decide the best urgent care place. Great reviews! I was in & out in 15-20 mins! Amazingly nice staff, they were training and as a human resource representative I loved to see the positive hands on experience they gave to their staff!

When you walked up to the facility there were a lot of cars parking outside however when entering into the facility there was not a wait let along a long wait. The receptionist was kind, friendly, and expedient with her kindness and getting you registered. Got into the waiting room at a good time and the physical assistant was kind and friendly. The doctor came in at a timely time spoke with me personally. I didnt have to wait a long time from beginning to the end. I was very impressed and satisfied with the overall process. The facility was also clean. I got all concerns addressed and was friendly up until my time to leave. I would definitely go back again if I have a another important concern. Please stay this way. NovaHealth Urgent Care deserves more than five stars!The gentleman that owns this urgent care is truly dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.I went to Get Well Urgent Care of Southfield and was extremely disappointed with their lack of attentiveness and good customer care. I felt like my presence was not appreciated and that I was just another customer in a crowded urgent care.I wanted my son to receive the best care possible, so I immediately left their establishment and went to NovaHealth Urgent Care and instantly felt the difference – cheerful, eager to help, personable, relatable… these are feelings/vibes you get from the staff.You literally feel like family with them. That’s how nice they are, really. And they actually have suckers/stickers for the kids, which is a plus and reminds me of my own childhood.If you are looking for an urgent care to make your “go to”… NovaHealth is it. My visit at NovaHealth was perfect. Even know it’s not ideal to be sick but the customer service and treatment I received made me forget how awful I was feeling. I just want to personally thank the staff for their amazing service and professionalism. This is exactly what idea care should be!!!!

I love Dr. Harvey and his staff. The front desk is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The front area is always clean, smells fresh and the ambiance is soothing while you wait to been seen in your room. I have referred my closest family and friends and they were also pleasantly surprised with the care given at this urgent care. I always go there first when I am sick, first if all else fails then I go to the hospital.

20 stars!! This Urgent Care is a hidden gem I went to a UC the day before to be sent home as if my health wasn’t a priority. Next day I was worse missed work all week and , I was seen within 10 minutes (this is top tier) I was tested, treated and sent home with more meds to seal the deal. So thankful for the understanding and humility!! Dr Harvey is good in my book

I came in today for neck pain. Taylor the receptionist is excellent at customer service was pleasant and professional. Dr. Harvey was wonderful I would definitely come back and refer as well. He was very thorough and explained preventative care as well as relief.

This has to be the friendliest clinic around! I was explained everything up front at check-in and they were very transparent about pricing and what to expect from the visit. Staff was super knowledgeable and you could tell truly cared about providing quality care. I was in and out super quick, but didnt feel rushed. Dr Harvey Bouru and all of his staff are probably the most genuine, caring people out there. I am in Southfield for a my kids tournament and did something to my back. They got me in immediately and helped me out tremendously. Dr Bouro is so nice and knowledgeable and wants to do what he can to make sure you feel better. I would highly recommend them. The nurse is so nice and friendly and super gentle with shots. The front desk guy is super nice and helpful. The office is beautiful and super clean and sterile.

This is by far one of the most professional, caring, friendly staffed urgent care centers I have ever been too. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were polite and the doctor was awesome. Praying for healthy days but this is my go to for urgent care needs.

I came to this Urgent care with my son because he was not feeling well . I took him to an urgent care before this and they didn’t even examine my son . The service here was fast, but thorough. Dr.Naser was great with my son and really took his time to try to figure out what was wrong with him , and the MA Taylor made my son feel comfortable her energy was great . I would definitely recommend this urgent to anyone . 10/10 will be back !

I took my son here because he has not been feeling good for a week and had a cough like hes trying to clear his throat and a couple days before his pediatrician ruled it as vocal ticks without doing any lab or anything but me being a parent I knew it was something different because he was having body aches and high temperature so I took him to this urgent care and they are the best! They listened to my concerns instead of putting it off like others would or telling me to send him to childrens hospital but this urgent care figured out the problem and even went above and beyond for my son to get the pharmacy to fill it tonight even though they closed in 5 mins. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to everyone Im so happy I came here they are the best !!!!

I felt seen and heard and cared for by folks who clearly have their priorities in place. This place has blessed energy and high vibration! I seldom feel comfortable in medical spaces, but they took care of everything so that I could let down my guard and receive treatment. They found me in an aggressive mood, because my insurance pprwrk was messed up and my emotions were raw. I recently became a widow. But they calmed me down instead of taking anything personally. I only hope they can forgive me for cussing in their waiting room, (not at them, but on the phone with my insurance company.) My mother raised me better than that, and Im very sorry for disrespecting their ears. All they did was treat me right. Go here!

No one likes to go to urgent care (or to the ER for that matter) but Harvey Bouru PA (and owner) of NovaHealth was amazing. He listened carefully to my symptoms, explained in detail -and to my level- what his diagnosis was and why. I liked his sense of humor, depth of knowledge, and amount of care and concern. I would see him again with no reservations and even use him as a second opinion if I just wasn’t sure about a medical condition. The office was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with anything needed to treat almost anything! As Harvey shares, they can treat anything up to heart attacks and gun shots!

Went in for a possible ear blockage checked out okay less than an hour I was back home. Good job!!

They do physicals as well.😉My female Doctor had even ensured that they found me a pharmacy that would be able to fill my Medicine by 6pm on a Sunday .I will be recommending this Urgent care anytime!!
