I had never gone to an urgent care facility and didnt know what to expect. I was very pleased afterwards. I started the process on line and got an appointment. When I arrived the receptionist was very cordial and had my information to start the process. I was called within 5-10 minutes. The service and care was good and the facility was nice and clean. I pray I dont get sick again, but urgent care would be my first choice.

Got cut at work, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful the nurse and nurse practitioner house had me stitched up and doing great in no time at all!!! Love this place!!!

I love that the center is very clean. I like that the staff is professional, courteous and answer all my questions. I like that they give paperwork to explain any aftercare needed and what to do if the condition gets worse. I even had a question to ask few days after the visit and when I called the center, the nurse practitioner answered all my questions. I will always come here for all of my urgent care needs. Thank you so much!!

Herny Ford Urgent Care on 12 Mile & Telegraph was all in all a very nice doctor office to go to. The staff was great.Im sorry I have no photos to post

The service was excellent. The establishment is very hi-tech and very clean Including the doctors examination room. I was in and out quickly, the doctor was Wright on point with her diagnosis and treatment. Im glad you are in our neighborhood. I also took my son there earlier this year for his school sports physical and receive the same treatment.

Location is close to home. I could walk to Meijer to pick up my prescription . Ability to easily make same day appointments on line. Integration with my health records . Follow up. The PA CALLED me by phone when urine culture indicated a change in antibiotic was called for.I only wish I could access my primary care doctor when Im sick.

The nurse (Brittany) was so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, I was in and out in about 20 minutes

The service was quick and direct. I was diagnosed correctly and swiftly. Very professional, patient and accurate.

Every time I’ve been there they’ve taken very good care of me and most of all in a timely manner

This is my first time here. Me and my children were the only patients in the entire place. And it took 2 hours for us to leave. I really dont understand the holdup. Now Im late for work 😒👎🏿

The staff was nice and kind. I am glad I did not have to wait long. The facility is spotless with state of the art equipment. The nurse listen and gave me great advice.

Very terrible urgent care. The nurse practitioner Jaclyn House was very rude and discriminatory. Didnt want to prescribe medication for eczema and told me to use lotion instead. The facility and restroom was very dirty. No wonder I was the only patient there. Highly not recommended. Ms. House is very inexperienced and bias against minorities.

Shout out to Jaclyn House as she was very useful and very fast to treat me when I got a cut on my finger and got worried. She reassured me and also let me learn more about certain treatments for a cut. She was very patient and took the time with me. 10000% would go back if I hurt myself again

Could not provide help to active duty military using Tricare prime, go elsewhere if in need of help if military

Aggravated. Went 3 days ago. Staff very pleasant and professional. However….Son has bad ear infection. NP ordered amoxicillin. Now my baby’s ear canal is so inflamed it’s almost closed. Everything has gotten worst. She diagnosed him with “Otis Media”. I asked for ears drops. She said no, and drops wouldn’t help because of where the infection is located. He actually has middle ear AND canal infection “external”. The drops would’ve prevented the worsening he’s experiencing now.She didn’t give me any after care instructions. She never looked in his throat even ear nose throat are all connected. The next day, my dermatologist discovered he has bad case of strep throat. Assessment wasn’t thorough at all. I’m frustrated and disappointed.

The receptionist greeted you with a smile. The place is amazing. Very clean. Up to date instrument. The nurse who waited on us were very friendly and very professional. I had a great experience

Blaise and Asia provided excellent service. They are extremely nice and professional. The facility is state of the art and spotless. We also were seen within 10 minutes of checkin

The office is very clean and orderly. Melanie and Tonya, John were extremely polite and efficient with service. Would highly recommend, will make this my go to medical destination.

My experience was great. The reception is and the nurse practitioner were very welcoming and took care of my needs immediately receive treatment and medication to start my healing immediately that day.

The ladies were very personable and cared about my well-being. That is hard to find now.

The nurse who assisted us was great. The dr who saw us was thorough in his explanations, professional and nice.
