Wasted 30 dollars on a 4 minute “diagnosis” that i could’ve simply gotten from google. The staff were lovely, but the Doctor, Mullings, was not a good fan of. First of all, the day OF the appointment, i get a message that i have to reschedule my appointment ”due to a change in the Doctor’s schedule.” if i hadn’t called back and told them it’d be a huge inconvenience (it was) then i doubt my issue would have been resolved. Speaking of issue being resolved, mine wasn’t. after coming to my appointment on time, and waiting an additional 30(ish) minutes for the doctor to even arrive to my room, I told her of my issues, and i’m not sure if she, or the practice itself (gynecology) work with the issues i presented, but she essentially did nothing and chopped it down to “stop eating sweets.” I told the doctor that at that point I had done everything because my issue has been reoccurring for YEARS. All she did was take a test, which i’ve had already also! I asked for some type of extraction and she went on about how it’d give me an “ugly scar,” i don’t care about scars, i want comfort. And then speaking of comfort, the way she handled me was very..abrasive? like i was not comfortable, and she did not create a very inviting environment. it was my first gynecology appointment and the way she spoke or “commanded” me to do certain things felt VERY strange and when she went to do the swabbing for the test, felt very invasive instead of giving me some type of warning. i will definitely not be back, at least to her ❤️.

The receptionist/front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes late due to traffic and they stated the doctor had to leave early and I had to reschedule. They should have called me earlier that day to see if I could come in earlier for my appointment or communicated with me that she will be leaving early before wasting my time to drive to the doctor office. Also, they acted as if they didn’t want to acknowledge me as I waited at the front desk. Staff needs training on communication and customer service skills.

Sometimes you have a hassle of having to wait a little longer than you expect. But expect that when youre dealing with a doctor who has lots of pregnant patients. The staff is always nice. Dr Mullins-Brittom is a very sweet lady. She answers your questions and doesnt make you feel like its a dumb question to ask. Shes very pleasant to talk to. We as women have a multitude of things that can happen in between her appointments to see gynecologist. Its nice to know that you can call her office and talk to someone and get a response back within a couple hours. Im so glad that I decided to make them my care for gynecology. If you arent getting this kind of care from your gynecologist I suggest that you try this office. Love them!!!!

Dr Janet Mullings Britton has been an amazing doctor for me for years. She saved my chances of having kids. I also love how friendly and helpful the staff is as well.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD. This has nothing to do with the doctors but everything to do with the front desk and medical staff. The ladies who work the front desk and the medical assistant with purple lipstick are so unprofessional and rude, attitudes terrible! They don’t even greet you when you walk in, but that’s really besides the point. My issue is they called me the day before my appointment to tell me I needed to reschedule, Instead of offering me the first available appointment she tried to schedule me a month out. I told her absolutely not, I’ve already been waiting a month for this appointment. Now all the sudden, she has appointments available in the next couple days? Interesting. I rescheduled for then. They then call me the next morning to ask me if I could come in for my appointment at 3pm, I said no I needed the morning. We keep my appointment for a few days out. She then calls me AGAIN at 920am and asked if I can make it at 10. I said yes, hurry up and rush to get there and make it there by 955, I check in and sit down. The medical assistant comes from the back and says I need to reschedule since I got there at 10:07. Like what? You wasn’t up here at 9:55 when I got here though. And why try to squeeze me in, if the doctor was not available? Why call me 3 times the morning of and have me rush up there just to turn me away anyways? I’ll find a different office, thanks but no thanks! Do BETTER.

I had been with 2 previous OB/GYN physicians over the past 25+ years. Both retired. I saw Dr. Caxton-Idowu. I was a bit apprehensive. She exceeded all my expectations! She a young woman with old school bedside manner! Totally satisfied!

Dr. Caxton, did not listen to my needs nor did she build a good doctor to patient rapport. I had to quit my job because she refused to acknowledge my pain concerns. Dr. Caxton just asked the required questions and left. There was no compassion, sympathy, or relatability attempts whatsoever.

Dr. Marras is the best! I recently moved here from Mississippi and I have been in search of a good PCP and several specialists due to Lupus, Sarcoidosis and other autoimmune diseases. I was praying for a wonderful female OBGYN, as I am entering my menopause years, (which I didnt even realize that I was already in menopause 🤯🤦🏽‍♀️). Dr. Marras was perfect! I learned in the waiting room how concerned she is about her patients health. That made me feel comfortable before I even made it to the exam room.Being a (now disabled), Pediatric nurse, the knowledgeable doctor explained a lot of things to me about the change of life, that I didnt know. I probably knew at some point, but just forgot. I was just turning 50 and I thought I had a few more years to go. My girlfriends mom was in her early 60s and could still get pregnant 🙅🏽‍♀️! Anyway it was a very informative visit. Dr. Marras took her time and really made sure that I understood what was going on, and how she feels I need more tests for a definitive diagnosis .She gave me a referral to get some tests done, and after 2 weeks, I received a letter from her office that said they noticed I had not followed up with getting my ultrasound and biopsy done. They expressed their concern that my health is very important to them. They urged me to go on and make the appointment. Actually, I was expecting the specialist office to call me. That was the way it was done down south. I just think thats wonderful that they noticed. I appreciate the southern hospitality shown to me by this doctors office here in the Midwest!🙏🏼🤗 I think Im going to stick with Dr. Marras and her team! They are amazing!

I absolutely love Dr. Marras. I was in search of a female Dr. For my change of life (menopause) when I went to her office I talked and she listened then moved. She did not rush In prescribed something then walk out. She patiently asked me questions to get to know me. Thank you Dr. Marras…

Dr. Caxton and Dr. Mullings are phenomenal! I never feel rushed or unheard. Wait times aren’t bad. The office staff are kind and professional as well.

Dr. Marras is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely kind and very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. Made me feel at ease. Im beyond grateful for her and her team.

My doctor was very rude for my visit of me seeing her all of 3 minutes. I didn’t even catch her name they told me undress, the doctor came 30 mins later and just walked in the room no warning or anything didn’t even ask my name just started asking questions and opening instruments and telling me to scoot down on the table as I addressed that I felt uncomfortable with the way she came in she told me I was young and out of line because she had been doing this for 22 years. Managements only solution was to send me to another office in Farmington because there’s no way to request not to have a rude doctor apart of my delivery when it’s time.

Excellent womens health care. Appointments are taken on time. Friendly, professional staff. Dr. Marras is a great listener and very realistic and understanding. I have full confidence in my care

I love Dr. Claxton she is really nice. She explains everything. Her bedside manners is the best. Im making an appointment for my daughter with her.

I absolutely love Dr Mullings. She is a tough cookie, with a heart of gold and your best outcomes in mind.

I enjoy going to see Dr. Maras, she isvery kind and thorough. I was in and out in less than an hour. The visit was great.
