They offer a variety of different labs at reasonable prices. I was able to schedule appointment and complete paperwork online. Office is very clean and staff were extremely nice. Actually blood draw was quick which was great because I was fasting. I went 9am on Saturday morning. It’s 9am Monday morning and I already received my results. That was super fast! Results are clear and very easy to read. I will be doing lab work quarterly to keep up with my a1c, cholesterol, triglycerides and ALT.

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to both Claudia and Naidelyn. I am in my last year of NP school and I needed a 10 panel drug screen before starting clinical. I initially had it done at my school campus clinic, but they had spilled the cup and didn’t bother to let me know until two days before my results were due. I was so nervous and frustrated and had to get this fixed asap. I found this location on google and completed my test here. It was really simple, easy, and there was no wait time. I was anxious about getting my results back by today or I would risk having to drop the class. Both Claudia and Naidelyn were empathetic and listened to my situation and they worked hard to keep checking for my result. Claudia made sure to call me as soon as the results came in the next day. I was able to turn in my results before the cutoff time today thanks to their compassion. I hope a manager is reading this because they truly made my day and they are an asset to this location. I had a lab order that was a little different than just the usual. So I emailed and asked if they could help me out, and I was so impressed. They were always prompt to respond, gave me a quote quickly, and they were so clean and kind when I came in. One of the best lab experiences I’ve had ever.

Had some blood work done. The service was D BEST I ever experienced at any laboratory. The attendant was extremely professional. Absolutely no discomfort during the test. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs lab testing.

Loved my experience here. Staff was kind and understanding. They did a hair test for me and were as conservative as possible with the amount of hair they took. She was nice enough to take small amounts from three areas instead of one large chunk.

If I could I would give no stars . I requested a Titers for varicella that was urgent for college, when I received my test the results were done incorrectly and I received results for Hepatitis C .

They are good.I went there for HBA1C test & the nurse was so great at her work It dint hurt me at all & other staff was good too.

Naidelyn and Claudia are AMAZING! They took bloodwork for my 9 month old. Quest wouldn’t even tell us if they could help at her age. But Naidelyn and Claudia agreed to try. Then they calmly took her blood and she didn’t even cry! We will absolutely be back for the rest of the family.

May 2024I was back at ALTN again for a blood draw and I again can only say what a wonderful experience ALTN. I had a person draw my blood, Lexi, and all I can say is she was wonderful, concerned with my concerns and always helpful.I will keep coming here as long as I can, the staff is wonderful and make you feel very comfortable and always concerned with your questions.------------------------------Just a follow up ….Recently went again for a blood draw and the staff were wonderful even as they were just getting in. It makes the process very easy and they always are extremely pleasant and put me at ease with everything. I am continually happy with the people and service that I receive here all the time. The staff is so nice, compassionate and wants to make me feel as comfortable as possible while I am getting blood drawn which typically I get anxious about not being a needle person. Claudia and Naidelyn are the friendliest and most professional flabotomists youll ever meet. They stayed with me on the phone when I needed directions and they guided me all the way to the lab tucked behind Chade bank. The wait time was zero. Courtesy and kindness are the only ways these two ladies operate. They answered all my questions and recommended the best tests for the future as well.

None stars. We needed a blood test for our 16 months daughter so, we went to this location last Saturday. She needed to fast for 6 hours before the test. First, the lady couldnt take the blood and said my baby couldve been dehydrated. She collected just a little bit and told us that maybe they could do the test with it. As it didnt work they called us back. So, my husband went there today. There was a different lady who couldnt did it either and asked him to come back on Monday. This time we gave our daughter more water. We had enough and asked for a reimbursement. We went there because the reviews said they were amazing with kids. I cant recommend this place. Now we have to prepare our daughter for be tested again. WE ARENT COME BACK 😡.PS: Sadly, it wasnt the first time that we need to collect blood from my daughter so, it seems to me that they dont know how to do it.

Super fast service, very nice staff, and my results were sent the next day. The lab was also very clean...although there was an unlabeled urine specimen on the counter when I was escorted back to have my blood drawn. I didnt care for that, but it was taken care of immediately. Overall, I had a very positive experience & Ill definitely be returning to the Sugar Land location in the future.

I had a great experience at Any Lab Test Now in Sugar Land. My PCP recommended I go there for my annual lab work. The office is convenient with easy parking. You can fill out paperwork and pay online prior to arriving which helps expedite your appointment. I arrived on time for a 9:30am appt, was greeted cheerfully, had a quick blood draw and was back in my car in less than 6 minutes total. Definitely recommend this company.

Very friendly and professional staff. Easy to find great location. No lines, they work really fast. And most importantly timely sent accurate results. I wanted to get tested for COVID, tried somewhere else and waited more than a week for their response. Meanwhile I got tested in this lab and my results were sent to my email within a day. I went in for a blood draw on my lunch break and had a great experience, the process was quick, easy and painless. Jessica was my phlebotomist, she was sweet and informative.Anytime I need some blood drawn I will be back to this exact location, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Ive never been able to get in and out with such ease from getting my blood taken, they also offer a lot of other great services.

Best experience I ever had a lab. The girl was so so friendly. She did my paperwork then also did my bloodwork. Never even felt her put the needle in my arm. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes even though I went in 3 hrs ahead of my scheduled time trying to get an earlier appointment scheduled. Wish I had heard of this place sooner.

The lady who is there every morning, I think her name is Veronica, is so kind. She has been very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. Ive even taken my daughter there because they are so much faster and efficient than the labs you go to through your doctor. We had her B12 results the next day. Literally. I highly recommend this place!!

I made an appointment for the following day on their website, and shortly after they called to confirm and to ask me a couple of follow up questions that actually helped me out. I was seen immediately when I arrived for my 9:30 AM appt, and the blood draw was quick and painless. Parking was easy, too.

If its for infidelity testing... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I basically had to HOUND them weekly to get any status updates on what was taking the test so long. I received no courtesy calls for the unusually long delay and had to reach out to them through multiple avenues in order to find out for myself what the status was. Veronica provided me with the most ambiguous instructions for the content submitted which caused the testing to be pushed back and then she acted like it was my fault when I followed her instructions TO THE LETTER!!! -- not only that but SHE ALSO OVERCHARGED ME FOR A PROCEDURE I DIDNT NEED DONE ON THE CONTENTS, causing me to have to go through another drawn-out process in order to get part of the amount refunded to my card!!!! What was supposed to be a 10 day procedure ended up being 7 days shy of a month!!! I actually had to call the head of the clinic [his name is George, just in case you think Im making any of this up] to get any kind of paperwork moving. As patient as I was this is a bit much even for me. Considering what Ive been going through all month and the amount of stress Ive been under about this, I think getting on the phone with them and stepping out of my character in order to assert myself to get the service requested was the best they couldve hoped for. I almost had to file a complaint with the BBB (which again, is wayyy out of my character). AGAIN, Im sure theyre excellent and reasonable when it comes to any other service.... just not DNA/infidelity testing. Nobody deserves the slow and long-drawn-out service I got from this place or any other place for that matter.

It was my first time ever coming here. The service was great. The staff was nice. You have a choice to do a walk in or an appointment. I made an appointment but showed up way before my appointment time & I was taken care of as soon as I got there. I was in and out in no time!

I made an appointment to have blood drawn for a test, and they were so great to make note of what i would be having the blood drawn for. They were so good to call me to let me know that the recipient of my test had been flooded and wouldnt be able to process my blood if I had it drawn on the scheduled day, and so I was able to reschedule at he proper time and not waste a trip. When I did go, it was easy to find and park, the place was clean, no waiting, and she was very personable and got he blood drawn quickly and painlessly. A much better experience than my last blood drawing experience at a Q lab (where any attempt by me at being friendly was shut down and I was treated pretty rudely by someone who acted like they didnt want me to be there.)

I scheduled an appointment for my son over a week in advance and received an email confirmation. Id specified what kind of test we needed in the appointment request.When we arrived on Saturday and said we had an appointment, the lady at the front desk gave me a scrunched eyebrow look indicating that I was wrong. She said she had not received anything for us, and they dont do the type of test he needed on Saturdays anyway. I told her Id received a confirmation email and hadnt heard otherwise, and that wed just driven an hour to get there. She said this has been happening, and thats about all she had to offer.This is my first experience with Any Lab Test Now, and Im not impressed. Im not sure if theres an issue with the companys communication with individual locations, or if its just this location. I would not recommend coming here.

She did not greet me and when I told her the reason I was there she stared at me and said, Ok like she just expected me to know what the process was. Next time I will go to a different location. Veronica is very good at taking blood. I’m one who faints easily when having a blood test. She listened to me and had me lay down for test. Sometimes it is hard to find my vein. She was able to find it on the first try. I didn’t feel faint at all and it didn’t hurt. She is really amazing to handle the office so efficiently all by herself. Thank you, Veronica.

Great experience at Any Lab Test Now in Sugar Land. I needed my thyroid levels checked and they were able to help me. The tech was fantastic. I did not feel a thing. While I was there I also got a much needed B12 shot.

Horrible. Called to schedule a PCR test for my husband and I, our children have negative rapid test. They refused to do it. They said it’s for healthy travelers only. They pick and choose who they test. Wouldn’t allow me to come inside or do car drive up testing. Said they don’t deal with negative test. We don’t have any exposure and could not get a test from here. No reason, no call back nothing! Terrible clinic will never go here again or recommend this place to anyone! If you offer a Covid test the whole point is to confirm if someone is negative or positive so that doesn’t even make sense that they don’t deal with negative test.

My test was collected on 2/12/2021. It is now 3/1/2021 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY FULL RESULTS. This was supposed to take 3 days max. NOT 17 DAYS! also they are incredibly unprofessional by not releasing the results until you call and complain. I paid a lot to get tested and still don’t have the information that I need. I do not know about the accuracy of the test but I will never be coming here again.If the owner of this location is reading this please release my lab results! Also why did I have to contact the lab three separate times and get the results released partially three different times? Not once has the lab released my results without me contacting them first. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. To anybody that read this review: you have been warned... do not go here, Find somewhere else that values your business more!

The lab opened promptly at 8:30 AM. I went to Any Lab Test Now at the Sugar Land, TX location. I got my covid test results within 4 hours. I shall highly recommend them to others.

Both of the employees were very pleasant and efficient. The office has very strong smell of cleaning liquid/s which caused my nose to irritate. I suggest fragrance free cleaning liquids.

I walked into Any Lab Test Now and had a really great experience! As much as I hate and I am the biggest scary cat with the site of needles, the nice lady was patient and made me feel at ease!

Do not go to that place. We ended up paying 120 USD for a very basic CBC test, which usually costs 10-15 dollars. When I asked how come we paid 120 dollars, they told me 25 USD for CBC, 35 USD additional because patient was a child and 60 USD for same day result. This place is to steal your money.

Though Jessica H. was rude to me for no reason, I appreciate the quick service! I was in and out. Veronica was very polite, and I also appreciated that :)

Showed up at 12:25 for drug test then there was a peace of paper tapped to door said out for lunch from 12-1 then showed up at 12:55 just to see people inside and to get told to wait outside if any lab test is closed for lunch they should at least notify people of the hours of operations not hours 8:30-6:00 dose not say anything closed for lunch
