Im very happy with everyone that works there and of all the help that I receive each time I need to come in. It helps me more than most people could understand as I work with my wife that is a traumatic brain injury patient that Ive been working with for 13 years now she is able to help me with our great granddaughter thank you folks very much. And now were injoying our great granddaughter and great grandson as of 12/22/23, I appreciate all the help that we get from you folks God bless I hope you have a happy New Year today first time me seeing her walk 😁 yay, first great grandson as well as first grandson even yay 😁

Wow, It was such an amazing experience. I was having a hard time and they loved me through the process. Everyone was so kind and amazing. Besides the ultrasound they provided they have so many resources and classes you can attend. Even got my first set of clothing for the baby, highly recommed! Also, its not incomed based. If you need the help, its there

I got my first ultrasound here and they were the sweetest they prayed for me and my baby and made me feel special. After they confirmed my baby they had me come back for another one and i gladly did and would come back again. They gave me my first onesie and the booties as well but it also is a voluntary prayer based service that has someone pray for your baby until they are born! I will gladly be coming when my baby is born to say hi to everyone that helped me there!!

Super sweet and caring staff. Had my very first ultrasound here back in January to confirm my pregnancy and was met with nothing but kindness. Now that our son is finally here, New Hope has continued to be a resource that our family uses and highly recommends to others within the Syracuse area. Thank you for all that you do!

Very kind and understanding staff!! Answered any questions and helped with everything I needed in a quick and professional, yet personal manner. The staff took the time to get to know me personally, and prayed with me which for me was an added bonus!! They gave me a gift for my unborn baby and a pair of booties with a persons named attached that would be praying for me my entire pregnancy. It just made me feel so welcomed, understood, and loved!! They let me know of all the services they could offer me at no cost in the future, I’d recommend this to any expecting mother new to motherhood or not, young or older!! It’s just a great place to go and feel you’re not alone no matter what your choice for your pregnancy may be!!

This place is truly incredible! Times have been challenging and asking for help is hard but the wonderful people at New Hope welcome you in and make you feel so comfortable! They offer so much help and support! When you walk in you can just feel the love of God in the establishment which just takes this experience above and beyond. I am so very grateful for the women there and the help they offer! They treated me and my son with such kindness which can be rare these days! I could go on and on with wonderful things to say but this place is truly a blessing!!

I volunteer at New Hope Family Services in Syracuse, NY once a month. I would like to be there more! Everyone I have met and/or volunteered with have been very friendly and helpful. A ready smile and kind word comes to mind. The best part, though, is that they truly care for the women and men they serve. Everyone is treated with dignity and the staff/volunteers go out of their way to try to meet the needs of their clients. Confidentiality is very important at New Hope and I was made aware of the importance of this before I started. If you, or someone you know, is experiencing an unplanned pregnancy and is in need of some of the services New Hope offers, I encourage you to check it out. You will not be disappointed in this valuable community service.

Awesome group of caring supportive human beings. No matter your Walk of Life theres no judgment there so incredibly comfortable one of the best experiences Ive ever had in an office visit. They were so helpful and continue to care and contribute to your needs even after your visit. If it were possible I would give 10 Stars if youre not in need certainly be a volunteer its a wonderful establishment to be involved in. My first experience and blessing working with New Hope was in 2001 when they facilitated the international adoption of our daughter. This was a wonderful time in our lives and the staff was very professional and caring guiding us through the process.I am now starting a new opportunity to support New Hope in the ministry of the operation of the Mobile Unit for community outreach. This will allow the Team at New Hope to go into multiple communities and offer free guidance and medical counselling to anyone who may need help and support. I am looking forward to being apart of God’s Hand extended to our family’s as the staff of New Hope reach out with love and compassion in the work of Christ.

The people here are so sweet and friendly, they do everything to take care of you and provide as much help as possible. Love the fact that they do free ultrasounds! Our ultrasound for our first baby was a lovely experience

New hope is a great place to get pre pregnancy information and services and services that are very helpful through your pregnancy along with as your child/ children grow they have many gently used items from newborn until school age for you to choose from in there care corner shopping room just simply amazing place great staff and services.

Our family has been associated with New Hope Family Services for more than 31 years. We have completed three special needs adoptions through New Hope, and made some forever friends there.My oldest daughter and I have been volunteering at New Hope for several years. We have found the staff to be loving and encouraging at all times. We are thrilled to see the growth and progress in helping families in our community to survive and thrive.

Absolutely love New hope. The place has a very warm welcoming feeling. The receptionist is very nice. They have a lot to offer help in so many ways.

I cant say enough about New Hope. They have helped me and my daughter so much and in return we donate back to them. Please donate baby items and clothes to them if you have children 3and under. You will be helping parents in a huge way! New Hope goes above and beyond and just gave me an Amazon package with baby items for Christmas for my daughter!

Do not expect real medical care, all you will get is a free scan after getting harassed with religious questions. We were sent here by the secretary at a real healthcare provider to get a referral for a real OBGYN since that is require for most places now. It is truly insane that a professional recommended this place because they are a religious institution that clearly specializes in convincing young, vulnerable women against abortion. They are an anti-abortion, pro-adoption institution and they cannot and do not provide real medical care other than an ultrasound performed by a nurse. If you come with your partner, they will try to separate you and get your partner to talk to a male pastor. They said this is a tactic to determine which partner wants to keep the baby in cases of unwanted pregnancy. The funny thing is, my husband and I came here for a planned pregnancy scan and a referral, but so far they have been unable to fax a referral to our preferred provider after two attempts. If you are super religious, looking to put up your baby for adoption, and hoping to receive biased and judgmental care, this is a great place. If you are a normal person, please stay away and go to Planned Parenthood where they can give you real information and counsel. I understand people have different beliefs from me, and that is fine, but this place is a trap and I would not wish an appointment here on my worst enemy.

I absolutely love this place and what they do for people. I have been here for both of my pregnancy for confirmation. The people are always so welcoming and nice. I would recommend to anyone going through pregnancy or even needing a helping hand after the baby is born. Wonderful place and people. ❤️

New hope is an amazing Christine group. After two miscarriage. I was so nervous about this pregnancy they gave me hope. I know is sounds cheese but I’m so optimistic after coming from there office. They prayed with me gave me great advice and also send me home with some goodies for myself and baby. I am so happy that a ran across This place. For any new or expecting mother. Check them out they are so loving and makes your experience not as scary as it can be. I have been a part of New hope for quite some time . My son is 2 years old now. They help me with things needed for my son since he was born far as milk, food pampers & wipes, clothes, books etc..that stuff can be expensive …… And when they don’t hear from me i get a call to see how i am doing! They even say a prayer for me😊That really made e feel special & cared about! All around New Hope is vert supportive if your in need of Anything, they are here to help! Very appreciated.Thank you New Hope for Everything you do ❤️

This service is such a godsend and very helpful I was diagnosed with a positive covid test 2 days ago and I contacted them yesterday they ended up doing a doordash and bringing me the items I needed no myself and my children you know about it and all of that they are truly a blessing thank you for all your hard work and service to the community

I survived as a Parent because of New hope. There are wonderful and kind people who actually show care and your concerns, traumas, life problems etc..anything thats is holding you back from wanting to succeed, they help motivate u, to reach there by giving great advice and suggestions. I get Fomulas, diapers, wipes for my baby and clothes especially being a single mom thats huge help than anything to ever ask for, I wont different recommend.

The staff at New Hope noticeably care for every person who walks through their door. New Hope offers a safe and non-judgmental environment for pregnant women and expectant parents to consider all of their options. The staff works with parents to provide needed baby items and clothes. New Hope also offers adoption services, including comprehensive education to prepare hopeful adoptive parents to adopt well.

They are an amazing non-profit organization for moms who need support during pregnancy or would prefer to look for other options. They do free pregnancy tests and help with other local resources for low income families. What a beautiful Christian organization.

New Hope is a judgement free zone and only shows compassion! This pregnancy center demonstrates the utmost level of professionalism for every person that comes through their door. They are well educated on allthree options for a woman or couple who is facing an unplanned pregnancy. The staff in totality are all well versed on what it means to parent, parent planning (adoption) and to have an abortion. They dont perform or refer out for abortions but are more than willing to sit and talk with you to make sure you make an informed decision. Lets face it, an unplanned pregnancy can be scary, but New Hope is there for you!

A great place with a great atmosphere to help the community. The amount of support and help they offer is amazing especially being a first time mom.

I have seen the whole program, it is something the kids need. The program gives them facts from the CDC and lets them know they are in control of their choices. To cancel this program in schools is taking away a young adults choice to choose between options, and being informed that there is options.

I love new hope, not only did they confirm my pregnancy with an ultrasound at 5 weeks when it was just a little grain of rice, but they then rescheduled me for another ultrasound at 6.5 weeks and baby was just a tad bit bigger. I love how theyre very willing to get u in for as much reassurance as you need for ultrasounds as i then rescheduled another ultrasound for 8 weeks. Not to mention there services are free they provide you with a mothers class too, teaching you informative information for when your little one is here. Ive never had a problem with staff either they are always very informative and respectful. I got the little booties and a prayer partner (optional) but why not right? I dont know the gender of my baby yet but they already gave me 2 little onesies just gender neutral. Overall very good place i would definitely recommend they will 100% set you in the right direction.
