Dr. Mestad is very unprofessional and unethical. Tried poaching me as a patient. After being in the ER, was advised to make an appointment with her as she had ways to treat me better than my current Dr. I made the apt, drove 2 hours to this appointment, where she sent in an attending and I never saw her. Nor did they do an exam, nor did they have any other suggestions different than my current OB/GYN. Be very leery of this Dr. Not ethical or professional. I wouldnt allow my worst enemy to be seen as this facility. The office people couldnt do the paperwork correctly, my bill went to an address that I havent been to in 9 years. I had to call for the bill. The medical director is a joke! Dont except him to care about you as a patient as he is very dismissive and it only took me calling him two times, to get a call back. Stay far away from this place. The facility is run down, dirty and gross.

Pauline Devendorf is extremely kind and helpful. She is so thorough! She is honest with you and lets you know what is going on with your body . She is should have the title of Doctor. I relocated down state, after living in central ny for many years ! Im sorry to say this but after consulting with two Ob-Gyn doctors downstate, including one from NYU langone hospital, downstate was not thorough at all! I feel very confident about my exams here. The staff is very friendly. It just gets hectic for these poor girls ! I give thanks for them getting me into the office again! Please be patient with them its a hard job they have

I’ve never had so many argumentative employees in my life I would never go back if I wasn’t so far alone with my pregnancy. Wendy is always rude and receptionist apparently have medical knowledge to the point they won’t even let you leave messages for nurses without them telling to call someone else with your issues! Ashley scofield is amazing but the office staff is horrible along with the ultrasound tech that they have she has no bed side manners and gives awful ultrasound photos I’ve even spoken to office managers about issues there and they have done nothing but tell me to go somewhere else or to go pay for better ultrasound photos and they only give photos as a courtesy to patients! Yet my insurance pays for them??? After this pregnancy I would never go back nor would i recommend this place to anybody!!! It’s terrible

Dr. Burke was not forthcoming with her knowledge or care. I got terribly sick in my first trimester with the flu and upper resp tract infection. My fever spiked to 102 and I went to the ER while waiting for my first appointment. When I was finally able to get in the to see her I was still very short of breath, wheezy, and teary as I was relieved to finally be able to be seen by an OB. She looked at me as if I were faking and told me if I couldn’t collect myself I’d have to leave and go back to the ER. She had cartoons of doctors with chainsaws hanging above her patient exam table, too— exactly what a first time, newly pregnant woman wants to see while being examined. Needless to say I was very happy to find someone else.

They go above and beyond for new moms and moms again. They answer any questions you have. They are very quick with getting people in and out, super friendly staff, Lita delivered my baby girl 💜 she is so sweet, so is Mary! They are both very passionate in what they do, very caring, very understanding. I wouldnt go to anyone else 💜

▪︎My First Pregnancy, and I had Dr. Burke but I hardly saw her when i was suppose to..▪︎Then I couldnt get in during the last few weeks of my pregnancy due to them being booked..so I called them and told them I was told that I should be seen... and was told how can I be seen when we are booked...▪︎The receptionist can be rude sometimes. You call and they tell you they are gonna leave a message with the doctor but then never get back to you.▪︎I felt Dr. Burke was a little awkward to talk to..I felt more like I was just a patient to her..▪︎ And TWICE she got the weeks of my pregnancy wrong..even though the file is right there for her to see on the computer screen.

I have had 2 deliveries with them. They were amazing. The staff was always kind to me and they took very good care of me during my pregnancy. I was a high risk pregnancy and went above and beyond for me and my babies.

Dr Stanley is the best OB/GYN Ive ever had. I literally left the horrible health center just because he left. Ive had two C-sections by him and I literally would rather have died trying to push a baby out than go back to the syra use community health center where they were rude and disrespectful. Hes doing my tubes tying too💪💪👌

Rude arrogant staff. Treat Cancer patients horribly. I would not bring my fungus toenail to that place. Nurse practioner Pauline, she is in the WRONG PROFESSION..RUDE and the oncologist dr. Argawal. Please, take my ADVISE. .run and DONT look back. I consulted WITH several doctors and medical professionals. They were Horrified on the care and treatment of me!! As a Cancer oncoligist, they are to HELP YOU NAVIGATE THRU YOUR DX....NOPE AND THEY LIE LIKE RUGS. I was smart, had hidden recorder when I had appts...take notes and DEFINITELY BRING SOMEONE TO ATTEST WHAT THEY TELL YOU.

I made an 8 o clock appointment, got right in, very professional and quick! Front desk staff, nursing, and the doctor were all sweet and attentive but quick and professional. I was impressed and happy I chose them!

Just horrible. The receptionist are so disrespectful. Your appointment starts at 1 and you wont be seen till 2 and its all of a 5 minute appointment. The doctors are clueless and the pregnant stenographer is just as disrespectful.

Horrible as I know of I dont even go there yet just been referred when I call to ask if they received my faxed information was very rudely told not by Wendy shes nice but by the other girl that answered the phone Ive already talked to your doctor! If you want any information youll have to call them and repeated it again and pretty much hung the phone up on me not sure I really want to go here.

Have never found any of the staff to be disrespectful or rude. Happy with the care my doctor has given me, thus far.

I think they are great. I have no complaints had last baby through them

Great doctors and service here. My wife had surgery and is a five year cancer survivor.
