I was treated horribly at this clinic. Why bother working with trans people if you hate us so much? I was misgendered over and over by the nurse, the provider dead named me, and the social worker was weird. Just really weird towards me and didn’t seem to understand that I didn’t want to come back and kept calling me asking if I wanted to make a complaint. In addition to being deadnamed and misgendered, the provider was racist and asked inappropriately about my hair and made a comment about me “not being able to care for myself” I have dreads you idiot. It was awful and I probably won’t be back unless Inhvs no other choice.

Ive begged this place for a referral for literal months to get into an ent after a botched surgery left my nose blocked and they cant bother to return a phone call even after 50+ days.

Thoughtful, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff, beautiful new facilities, cannot recommend IHS enough. Best healthcare providers in CNY for LGBTQ folks.

I’m extremely impressed with the attention to detail and all around care I’ve received since switching to Inclusive Health. I am also so grateful that they provide gender affirming care.

HORRIBLE RACIST CLINIC ‼️‼️ Most of the staff is WHITE and especially the social worker is the worst of all even try to use her mixed daughter saying she can’t be racist … Will never be coming back they look down on us
