Male Drs pros - he is very passionate and respectful. cons - he shows up whenever he wants. You could be waiting hours. Only respectful and helpful woman in the clinic is the manager. The other female Dr is on time but extremely judgemental and pushy. The other girl that is in the clinic is rude all the way around. Argued with me over whether I was there on a said day when I damn well know I was but she was not, over my billing, and over my check up appointment. Never came back for my check up due to being told I couldnt come in on a Saturday when I was scheduled on a Saturday but had to postpone due to getting called into work. I am only available on weekends but that was only an issue with her and not the Drs. I am honestly disappointed in some woman because you are there to help us not belittle us for our mistakes. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was unapologetically rude. Please do better.

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Somehow my appointment never made it on the books and they still where able to see me that day. I really appreciate their existence. It has made this situation all the more easy and comfortable. Clean offices. Highly recommend.

I did a lot of research and read through so many reviews about clinics. This clinic by far, had the best reviews. There are of course always going to negative reviews, but my first interaction with this clinic was absolutely amazing. Aphena, who answered the phone, was patient with all my questions and expressed compassion around my worries! I will update after my actual appointments.

Has not been my first time coming here. Its been my third time coming here and previous times every one in the office was so nice. I dont know if they have new workers now since the last time Ive been there. Whats been probably about a year or a year and a 1/2 very rude in the front. Dont know how to speak to you with kindness. Someone on the phone when I made a schedule. Told me to be thereat 830 I was running late. Yes, 10 minutes and they told me I had to reschedule. I had to be there by 8 oclock AM. Would not recommend going here until new or someone has had a talk with the workers inside.They are extremely rude and dont know how to speak to you.Wouldnt dare go back to uncomfortable

WAIT TIMES ARE HORRIBLE! be prepared to be here all day even if you were scheduled right when they open and theres literally only a few people waiting with you. theyll schedule you early and then take your money and ask if its okay to wait 4 to 6 hours for the doctor to GET THERE ? why even be open ? place been here for years and still cant get it together lol. i would definitely go somewhere else.

This place is ridiculous. When I went the first time, I was waiting outside with another girl. At 9:05am, someone pulled up and rudely questioned why we were there. She then explained that we should have gotten a phone call about pushing our appointment times back since the doctor was running late. When the other girl and I explained that we never got a phone call, she’s let us in anyways to start doing paperwork. The doctor did not show up until 3pm… He spoke to me for 30 seconds and I was on my way. They offered me $25 off the price for sitting there for 6 hours waiting for the doctor…My second appointment was slightly better. The doctor was there at a reasonable time and the procedure was very quick.However, I cannot get ahold of this office to schedule my follow up. It should have been 2 weeks ago, yet no one answers the phone or returns calls.They also give you a discount for reviewing them on Google, hence all the 5 stars. I would seriously consider going elsewhere.

I’ve been calling for weeks now and no one answers the phone goes straight to voicemail, and when I did get the chance to speak to someone it was after hours at 3pm mind you they are open till 5pm she wasn’t able to answer any of my questions and said I would get a call back. It’s been a week and still haven’t got any of my question answered or even a call back.

When I arrived, I was politely greeted by the lady at the desk. I became very emotional about my decision. Sam came in with smiles and allowed me to feel comfortable with my decision and got me to smile! Excellent customer service.

This place is easily the best clinic I’ve ever been to. Immediately as you walk in the door, you’re greeted with beautiful faces and bright smiles! Everyone here is beyond humble & do their absolute best to make you comfortable. They hear you out, you never feel rushed & I was just completely relaxed the whole time I was here. The Staff Here Is Incredible. All of them are so nice, humble, & very caring. I felt so comfortable the moment I walked in the door. I felt good vibes from this pace. They were very easy to talk to. Let’s just say this, Sam is the big sister you’ve always wanted. She makes you feel comfortable and not afraid or alone! The wait time is awful. They say it can take anywhere from 4-6 hours…. HOW???????? There needs to be a better procedure. Waiting more than two hours for an appointment that literally can take at most 30 minutes is ridiculous. Both appointments I was waiting 2 plus hours. COMPLETELY ABSURD

You will receive privacy and the absolute best service at this womens clinic. You will be seen by just one nurse who will be with you from beginning to end. My first appointment was only a consultation and I was there for an hour and a half. My second appointment was for my medication and I was waiting and not seen by anyone for 4 hours. I literally did not expect to be in there cold waiting room this long. Prepare to spend your whole day here basically, with no word why the wait is so long

One my 1st appointment the Staff was very kind and answered all my questions.There was no judgment which made me feel better about my decision. But my 2nd appointment I was there 4hrs waiting on the doctor to come. There were people in the waiting room coughing without having their mask on completely. It was terrible. I was not told I had to return in 2 weeks till my second appointment, I stay out of state.

I came here when I was 21 I’m 27 now. Not sure if the same staff works here but my experience was horrible. I remember I had an appointment at 11am and the receptionist/nurse wasn’t very pleasant. I guess the doctor was coming from Orlando last minute 🥲 and she informed me and the other patient that it would be an hour wait. We agreed and waited. Besides me not having any personal support with all of this my experience was very bad.The office felt so cold. The doctor took 5 hours in total to show up and the receptionist/nurse kept asking if we wanted to come back another day 😒 . We couldn’t because that day was our only off day. So finally the doctor shows up and sees me first since I was doing the pill. I asked to have a copy of my ultrasound sound and they refused . (Now working at planned parenthood patients can have their ultrasound). She poorly explained to me how the pill process worked and now knowing that I am extremely anemic and was 4weeks at the time the pill was not the safest option for me. A receptionist Rebecca is so RUDE and impatient every time I call for questions. She never has any answers and never lets me speak to anyone else. After my appointment I would never recommend coming here because of her poor performance of customer service and also, lack of communication and patience. I am already going through a lot by setting and going to this appointment and to deal with the attitude is just over bearing. To have someone representing the company with such negative attitude is bad for business. Definitely, NOT welcoming especially to first timers.

When I called to make the appointment and ask questions the lady was very friendly and answered all my questions. The staff at the clinic was all very professional; they explained the whole process to me. The doctor was a male doctor and took his time and also walked me through everything as well. I felt VERY SAFE at this clinic. The clinic wasn’t overly busy, and my wait wasn’t too long. I have heard that other clinics in the area you have to wait 5-7 hours to be seen. That was not the case at this clinic. I would recommend this clinic for any women looking for AB services.

I came here yesterday and everything was ok Until I left. They gave me a bag that was supposed to contain the second dose of medication along with my prescription and after care instructions and my change from payment. When it came time to take my medication I noticed that it wasn’t in there and the prescription I picked up wasn’t it either so I called the “after hours” number and the answering service picked up and transferred me to I guess a nurse and I talked to her and told her what was going on and long story short she told me to come in at 10 am this morning I have to drive 45 minutes so I arrived at 10:30 am to discover no one is there and the entire building is locked. I didn’t complain when I got there yesterday at 9:30 am and wasn’t seen until 1:30 pm I didn’t get upset when they literally did not place the medication they were supposed to. But TODAY I literally had to call out of work for literally ANOTHER INCONVENIENCE now I’m missing money and still have not received the medication I was told to come get. I’m highly disappointed and just over it. Oh and to top it all off they also gave me the wrong change in my bag the same bag that was supposed to contain my medication! PLEASE DO BETTER

Staff was nice, but the wait time was just ridiculous. Half of the stuff they do, could be done all at once. You have to wait an hour just to see the staff for two seconds and go back to the waiting area for another hour to be called again. Like geesh. Respect people’s time, like we respect your money and your time by showing up. And FYI they don’t tell you this over the phone.

Worst clinic in Tampa for ANY type of procedure. The doctor doesn’t arrive til 1-2pm, so if you have a morning appointment, GOOD LUCK. Everyone in this office is extremely rude & unreasonable. 4-6 hour wait is ridiculous, yet accurate. You complete everything else (bloodwork, sonogram, etc.) within the first hour of being there, then you spend the remainder of your 5 hours waiting on the doctor to arrive to the office, all to perform your procedure within 10 minutes. Overall, the entire experience was unpleasant from beginning to end. Would not recommend. Try “All Women’s Health Center of Tampa” on Kennedy for a much more suitable & comfortable experience!!!!!!!!

COMPLAINT AGAINST THE HYDE PARK LOCATION AT 502 S. MAGNOLIA AVE IN TAMPA, FL.Rude, Unprofessional, EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIMEI’d rate zero stars if possible. I received termination services at this location two weeks ago (2/25/20). That day, the date 3/10/20 (today, the day I wrote this review) was written on an aftercare sheet I was given as the appointment day for my follow up ultrasound.I rushed out of work to get to the clinic by 3pm on the dot, all to have waited TWO HOURS, yes TWO HOURS PAST my appointment time before I was seen. Women who arrived after me were seen before me, other women -multiple times- had to ring the bell when approaching the reception desk because no one was there to help them.When I finally got fed up enough to go up there and ask what the (BLEEP) was taking so long, the lady said that the doctor was coming from Orlando, and I should have been told 4 pm instead of 3 pm. When I was FINALLY called back two hours later and put in a room, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes before the doctor and nurse came in, and then I was out of the room and clinic in LESS than FIVE minutes!The staff should have been a lot more serious about the time management and schedules of their doctor and staff (i’m assuming this clinic only has one doctor), and I wasn’t even offered a half arsed apology!I will give credit where credit is due. My procedure was confirmed successful and what I came in for the first time worked 100%. However, if you want to deal with rude, unapologetic, lazy, half arse “apologizing” staff who can’t schedule clients properly, then by all means, go to this clinic.

First time I went to this location my appointment was at 9:30am. I waited till 12:30 to finally be seen and given the pill. I went today for my follow up my appointment was at 11:30 I arrived early because I live approximately 1.5hours away so I wanted to make sure I arrived on time. Thinking the follow up would be in and out. Nope, waited for hour before I just decided to leave because I have to make it back home to get to work tonight... If I could give it 0 stars I would, horrible service. If you do decide to go to this clinic make your prepared to be there all day!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I put a review up a few moths ago when I went to this clinic and I suppose they took it down since I trashed this place so hard. However trashing this place was well deserved, this place is garbage and so is the staff. That horrible woman that works there I think her name is Sandy. She is the nastiest person youll talk to. My mom is a nurse and I would never think of anyone providing such horrible medical care and patient treatment but this lady proceeded to go about her job doing both. She is absolutely awful. DONT GO HERE.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This place is a serious joke... some of the staff are EXTREMELY rude!! Went in for the counseling and it was a disaster! The lady named Sandy M. was the worst possible person Ive ever dealt with in a professional setting! She was speaking to me with an attitude and was using profanity and all! Im not sure if she had a long day or what but I also seen another lady walked out because of her! I went into the room the equipment was so out dated that I was afraid! They gave me the wrong medication but told me that the one they gave me was better and that it was their mistake because the doctor was in a rush so they wouldnt charge me the difference!!! After that, I went into the recovery room to take the rest of the pills for the procedure and the assistant (Sandy) came in once more and was just going off because I simply asked her about the medication that was given to me!!! I was so shocked that I just stared at her and asked why she was mad and she told me that she has done this 5 TIMES and couldnt understand why I had so many questions that I should just take the pills! She walked off into another room to shout things about me THAT I COULD STILL HEAR (which I also let her know that I could and she still continued)!!! Another assistant came in and she explained everything well and I was on my way. I am in the worse pain of my life... this medication that they gave me if the worse choice of my life I should have never gone there after looking at the reviews! If this is the route that you choose just go to another clinic this place is a disaster!!

The reviews you are reading online about timeliness, courtesy and poor customer service are accurate. The clinic schedules you for a 930am appointment and then does not have a nurse available until 11am and a doctor until after 1230pm maybe (I did not wait after). Upon asking when you will be serviced after patiently waiting for hours, with excuse after excuse. You are told: you should have been told by the call center 4hrs wait time. I requested a refund in which my transaction was voided. Absolutely BEWARE! Pay the extra and go somewhere else for the pill!

Please read! DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC AND DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.Calling this business unprofessional and unorganized would be an absolute understatement. For starters, when I initially called to make my appointment over the phone I was told that appointments begin at 12:00pm on Saturdays. I made sure that my driver and I were there by 12:00pm. Upon arrival there was only one other person ahead of me waiting in the waiting room. I filled out my paper and waited...and waited and waited! After about an HOUR of waiting I was finally called into the back to have lab work done (urine sample, blood sample etc.) and to make my payment of $475.00. After making my payment, I was told to continue to wait in the waiting room. At about 1:45pm I was taken into a back room to have a sonogram done, it was at that time that I was told by a nurse that the doctor hadnt even arrived at the the office yet and that he would be there by 2:00pm - he was coming from another office. 2:00pm came and went and I continued to wait (I really had no choice because Id already made my payment), by this time the waiting room was filling up pretty quickly and no one had seen the doctor. The staff was very rude and unprofessional, they kept us in the dark about everything and no one was willing to provide us with any apology for the wait or any form of comfort - the staff was cold. Once the doctor arrived in the office at about 3:00pm, I found out that some of the patients that were waiting were only there for their follow up appointments so they were taken in the back to be seen by the doctor first (even though Id been waiting for over 3 hours). THIS IS WHEN EVERYTHING GETS WORSE. By 3:30pm I was finally the LAST person to be taken into the back for my procedure. I was put in a very small room, told to undress from the waist down and told that the doctor would be in shortly. As I sat on the procedure table, undressed from the waist down, I continued to wait another 15 mins before the doctor barged in. He didnt knock on the door or show any form of bedside manner. When he walked into the room HE WAS CHEWING ON FOOD! I hadnt been able to eat or drink anything because of the surgical procedure, it was now 3:45pm and the doctor had the nerve to walk into the room eating food (All I could think was how inconsiderate, unprofessional and unsanitary!!) BUT WAIT, IT GETS WORSE. I was told both over the phone and by the nurses that I was in fact going to be put to sleep and under general anesthesia (I have a very low tolerance for pain which why I opted for the surgical procedure instead of the abortion pill, I didnt want to feel any pain). The same nurse that took my urine sample walks in and begins rubbing my arm with alcohol and tells me shes about to administer the sedation , meaning I would still be awake, able to feel, hear, see, talk etc. No anesthesia, no anesthesiologist...Id been lied to. She proceeded to administer the sedation, after about 15 secs I became woozy and the procedure began. I can vividly remember screaming out ouch! That hurts! and the nurse replied its almost over, after that I dont remember anything except opening eyes (which I assume was only a few moments later) and I was still laying on the table, undressed, no nurses, no doctors...just alone bleeding on the table. While still laying down I managed to scream out hello?, a nurse came into the room, handed me some paper towels to wipe off and a pad to put on and that was it. I was in excruciating pain, I wasnt given any pain killers to help, it was total hell. If you took the time to read all of this then you did yourself a favor. I highly suggest anyone that is considering this clinic please reconsider! I felt unsafe, misinformed, and unappreciated as a self paying customer (as this place does not take insurance). A doctor, especially one who specializes in pregnancy terminations should be compassionate and understanding, doing what they can to make you feel at ease, comforted, and safe. This was hands down the worst medical experience of my life.

At the Women’s Center in Tampa, I found a safe haven for women’s healthcare. Their non-judgmental approach and knowledgeable staff made me feel respected and understood.

In 1999 I went to this clinic and I had to sit waiting for long periods of time while filling out the paperwork and finally saw the doctor and had the procedure done without any sonogram.. without any lab work.. with only a pregnancy test and 500.00 ... Left with no medicine for day after. 3 months later I had ended up in the emergency room in Kentucky for losing too much blood... Come to find out I was pregnant with twins and they had only removed one of the babies and left the other baby inside of me deceased.. I caught a real bad infection that almost cost me my life.. if I wasnt so young back then I would have sued for malpractice because they never did blood work nor a sonogram at all.. but Im letting everyone know that you need to make time to investigate this place before you decide to go here... As far as the rude people I didnt experience but this was like 24 years ago

I wish i could give this place a -5 star rating!!!PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!Let me start at the very beginning......While on the phone to make an appointment the receptionist stopped in the middle of saying we do not allow purses or bags to ensure to tell a coworker _______ ______ (patients first & last name) is scheduled for a surgical tomorrow at 1. Then finished her sentence to ensure other patients privacy...... uuuhhh really?? While telling me about how you try to protect patients privacy you just said another patients first name, last name, and their appointment date/time. Ironic?So i made my appointment for Saturday at 9:30am. I drove an hour to the clinic to find the door locked and parking lot empty. I called and was told the doctor had an emergency & all appointments for that day were canceled. A phone call would have been nice. I was so desperate because i HAD to go on a Saturday & they were the only clinic i could find that were open on Saturdays. So i made my appointment for the following Saturday (1/1/17) at 12:30.I got there at 12. The waiting room was so packed there were no seats & i had to stand for over an hour while waiting to get called back. The TV was on Telemundo, about 10 patients were Hispanic & talking VERY loudly in Spanish, & i couldnt hear anything the receptionist said.There were 2 other patients that have the same first name as me & they kept mixing us up. 30 minutes after i did my lab work i was called back to do them again. I told her i already did it, she looked in my chart & there was nothing there. I had to redo them & do another urine sample because they didnt know what happened to it.At 3:30 (i had been waiting for almost 3 hours) i overheard the receptionist tell another patient that it was taking so long because the doctor wasnt there & hadnt been there AT ALL that day. WHY SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT FOR 12:30 IF THE DOCTOR DOESNT EVEN COME IN UNTIL LATER?!?!?!?Around 4pm they started calling patients back. Every 10-ish minutes a patient would leave and a new one was called back. Once he actually got there everything started going quickly.After calling me by my first & last name twice they started using my middle name which is Michelle. When it was finally time to for me to go she called out for ________ Michelle. The doctor kept calling me _________ Michelle then while writing the percocet prescription he asked me if my last name is Michelle or Michael.... i explained thats my middle name & told him my last name. He had to rewrite the script because they had my middle name down as my last. They had a copy of my drivers license in the chart and used my last name twice so Im not entirely sure how my middle name became my last.I went in the room and was told to undress from the waist down and to wait for someone to come back in. While still undressing there was a knock on the door & before i could say Im almost done the door opened then the doctor and nurse both walked in. They both stood there talking to me while i finished undressing. The doctor did an ultrasound using a super old machine. He told her instead of 3 i was going to get 4 & for her to go get another pill. While laying there with my vagina completely exposed & feet in stirrups the nurse left to get another pill & left the door COMPLETELY WIDE OPEN. She returned with the extra pill & he inserted them vaginally up by my cervix, then turned to her and asked if he just put 3 or 4 pills in me. WHAT!?!? YOU DONT REMEMBER HOW MANY THERE WERE?!? She couldnt remember so he had to put on another glove and reach inside of me to count them.While sitting up on the exam table half naked she gave me 4 pills that i placed under my tongue and was told to meet her at the front desk after i got dressed. When i went to the desk she handed me a brown paper bag with stuff in it and was told your follow up is in 2 weeks then she walked away.I honestly have no clue how this place is still operating. If you can, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. I made an appointment and drove an hour to get there, only to find the building locked, trash all over the premises, grass hadnt been mowed in weeks, etc. I then called the phone number only to be told oops, sorry, we dont know what happened. Completely unprofessional and disgusting.

UPDATE!! For some reason there was a different gmail account logged in my phone when I left my review in April. My other review is under patty tomko.......i bled pretty heavily for 3 days after my procedure then on day 4 completely stopped bleeding. I called the office and they told me that it was completely normal because I bled so much for the first couple days my body got it all out & told me not to call back and just wait for my follow up appointment. i asked if flying was okay (idk I thought maybe altitude could possibly interfere). They said it was fine.A week later i flew to Pennsylvania to visit a friend. After getting my luggage I started having REALLY REALLY bad cramps. 5 minutes later in the car on tree way to her house I could feel that I was bleeding and passing very large clots. We got to her house and I was bleeding so much that I was soaking large pads every 2 minutes. Everyone went to bed. I got up to go to the bathroom & change my pad. About 30 minutes later I woke up frantically in an ambulance & had no clue what was gong on....they had to sedate me because of how much i was freaking out and the amount of pain i was in. My friends husband found me unconscious in the hallway. When i woke up in the hospital i was told they had to perform an emergency d&c on me. I explained the abortion I had & all of the steps to the procedure. THE NURSE AND GYNO DOCTOR LOOKED AT ME IN HORROR AND SAID THEYVE NEVER HEARD OF AN ABORTION PROCEDURE LIKE THAT & TOLD ME HOW DANGEROUS IT WAS!!!!!!MY NEW GOAL IS TO INFORM AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN & SHUT THIS OFFICE DOWN OR GET IT COMPLETELY RE-STAFFED!!!!!

This place is absolutely straight garbage went in for procedure left on anesthesia hurting to find out 5 Weeks Later the procedure was not done correctly so I was still pregnant had to go back in at and the staff was rude and acted like it was my fault acted as if i was lying about the whole situation kept says well if your still pregnant and if your telling the truth there was no confidentiality at all discussed my buisness openly in front of strangers but would not speak in front of my sister the machine they use is so old and outdated the only good thing about this place is the price so i guess you get what u pay for

I do not recommend this place at all, a total lack of professionalism, this doctor performed a pregnancy termination on me, he charged me 500 dollars for this and also left me with remains of this pregnancy. I had to return after 6 weeks for a follow-up but unfortunately I could not because it was My son got sick after this I called them at 9 weeks to check me because my menstruation has not returned and the nurse who treated me treated me badly, she yelled at me, she offended me, she hung up on me 3 times and also told me that I had I have to pay back the same cost to have another procedure done because of the bad job this doctor did. Please look at the reviews before going to a place like this. This is not a professional center at all. This place seems to start with the nurse who speaks Spanish. a good veterinarian, veterinarians treat little animals better
