This place is a disgrace they will not work with your schedule you have to come in when they want not what your schedule allows. Ive been waiting over 6 months for teeth to be made. My partials have come in and I have to wait yet another month to get them. I have not been able to eat much of anything since September 2023 because they wont work with my schedule. We are human beings not numbers, and we need to be treated as humans.

Very pleasant staff overall, very easy to work with and patient. Lot’s of questions, and plenty of people to answer questions, just.. learning who you may need to call for what is the reason case managers exist I suppose, the process can be frustrating - and truth be told I don’t think anyone has ever referred me back to case management as a starting point, I usually just bounce around until I get a response and a confirmation and if I am being quite honest - that alone is probably the reason I gave the office 4 stars, the misunderstanding caused from me not utilizing today’s healthcare provisions - so, I think the State and other organizations that provide this level ofmanagement could maybe do better to assertively build a better guided path to have questions that may not need a 911 response, and if they do - the right person can better assist than a pharmacist and aides whom are doing the work like an octopus. Kinda wish meds were mailed to your doctor and not house tbh.. keep them in a temperature appropriate environment, or even to be a daily dosage - cause like.. not every scenario allows

There is never enough communication between departments and the patients. The staff at the pharmacy are just genuinely disinterested and rude. Was made to travel and wait for a prescription that they did not have. Over staffed and unhelpful is an understatement! I Still haven’t gotten an apology for my time being waisted or a miscommunication. If you can afford to go elsewhere absolutely do!!!

Opinions may be diverse about this place. However, this was my experience and only related to my particular case.I was confused with their rules and regulations regarding a septic permit system. After multiple trips and interviews with 3 different staff members, I got to talk to Michael Dreyer today. Patiently he explained to me one by one the rules about a particular permit for my new property and septic system. I want to leave in writing that I was frustrated at the beginning with this department. However, patience and persistence go a long way. Jenny, Yim, Israel, and, Mike are very good people who sometimes have to deal with a lot of stress and stateful homeowners like me. I appreciate their professionalism and patience with me.

I came out Positive for COVID and decided to contact my doctor Dr. Brittany since I couldnt come in due to COVID. I wanted to see if she couldve prescribed me some eye drops and and some antibiotics (because she did it before without seeing me) because I had conjunctivitis. A day later, she returns my call and specifically just told me I wont be prescribing no eye drops or antibiotics for you because it has to do with the COVID. I specifically told her last year when I got the same thing on my eye, I didnt have COVID, so help me understand. She just kept repeating herself. My eye had nothing to do with the COVID! She just kept talking and I hanged up on her. I will be changing doctors! Its pure negligence! I will be reporting her!

Always slow. Never efficient or organized well enough to make someone’s day go smooth. Talking about adding a glitch to a already rough day. Thanks but no thanks to the staff at the County Health Department. If it was not for guidelines and laws a lot of people would really suffer cause it shows the staff at this location don’t care.

This place is a joke. If you are looking for maximum inefficiency, youve hit the jackpot. These people are slower than molasses. If you want to get tested prepare to be here all day. They send you from location to location before actually doing anything. After years of waiting, you go to the window to fill out paperwork. Then they send you to give urine, after that you pay, and THEN and only THEN can you get tested. Constant hoops for no reason.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. The place is welcoming and spacious. The service is as fast paced as can be for such cheap service but the entire process from beginning to end does take about two hours so plan accordingly.

The delay in serving the public is simply pathetic, an hour late even though you have an appointment, I referred to the administrator Maggie Cornejo and she gave me her card and she disappeared, it does absolutely nothing and that is the human service program manager, the service is pathetic, You get tired of asking why they take so long and its a pleasure, going here is a waste of time.
