Staff was nice and professional. I went in and it was all women staff. Im not sure why there are negative reviews about professionalism. Btw the mask mandate isnt required anymore despite the email.Well see if things change once I get accepted or not which seems to take 2 donations and a total of up to 4 visits.-update- so prior to going in I had motility testing done elsewhere which showed avg levels. But at this place they said you are infertile and have 0 motility... Apparently they lied about who they are looking for and wasted my time and wouldnt allow me to come back and try again until 6 months... Its rare anyone gets picked and when you do theyre definitely racially biased but wont tell you so they dont get sued.

The receptionist/woman at the front desk is the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Shes incredibly rude, curt, and doesnt make eye contact. Also, apparently I have to sit in the hallway outside the door instead of inside the waiting room for the sake of the donors anonymity. You have got to be kidding me. Like I cant see exactly who walks through the door while I sit outside of it.

Stay away! False advertising! Their website is purposely misleading. You will not get paid unless you make it to your fourth donation, which is only 1-10% of applicants. They do not tell you this until AFTER your donation. Also, their website promises $70 per donation, but I was told there that its in fact only $50.

Best place ever. Was gonna get paid gave my cash to the girl who helped me fill the cup.

I walked in and the front desk worker said “get a load of this guy” I immediately left.

Bf donated over a month ago and they still havent gotten back to him or paid him. If you go to donate dont expect anyone to get back to you or give you money.

Cant give it a zero they lied to me on the phone talking I get $75 the first day and will get a email in 3 days,Im out here trying to show the less fortunate they can make extra money,the lady was rude at the front desk talking to me like Im stupid,recommendation stay away

Im not sure what all the negativity is about... If you are coming to donate, take it seriously, be professional and you wont have a problem.
