Tried repeatedly to call and get information on a specific series of tests to no avail. Phone just rang and rang. I decided to drive the thirty miles to the location to get information and found only one person working. While the attendant was nice he did not have much information to share and offered no advice as to who could answer my questions.

Great service if you need quick labs done fast. It was nice to avoid the hassle of going to Urgent Care or waiting for an appointment with my doctor. I was admitted early and out in 10 min. I will be coming back and hope to have Leah draw my labs again. She did an excellent job!

What a horrible experience. They never sent me my results, so I had to call the lab and ask for the results to be sent. When the results finally did get sent they screwed up my test and tested my cholesterol instead of my liver values. When I called to tell them they did the wrong test the girl I talked to was so rude and not understanding. She would accept zero responsibility for herself, co-worker, or her business mistake. She was horrible to deal with. They found my sample and retested it. But due to how backwards they were I didnt trust what they sent, and went somewhere else to have the test done again. Also the place was dirty and just did not feel like a place clean enough to have blood drawn. Rust in the sink, paint peeling off the walls, dirt everywhere and just a very unsanitary environment. I worked on an ambulance and know the standards of cleanliness when working around needles and blood this place was disgusting. I do not recommend them at all.

Leah is fantastic! Whether Im having my blood drawn or a B-12shot, shes always polite, courteous and professional. Her memory and recall skills are extraordinary. Shes the best phlebotomist Ive ever experienced.

I had to get blood drawn and was worried when I saw past reviews, but its close to me so I decided to give it a try. This place was a pleasant surprise. I do not like blood, it makes me quesy, but they were able to get me in and out of there easily. I would definitely recommend going here.

I have really bad veins and it normally takes a few pokes to get me and I am hesitant about getting blood drawn due to past issues and bruising afterwards. Leah took great care of me and got me on the first try. I will definitely go back for all lab work I may need in the future

My 14 month baby needed blood drawn for labs. I was unaware this lab service was here but my pediatrician told me about it because it was nearby. I walked in with my baby to get a price on the lab, it was affordable and they were able to draw her blood right then. Leah was so good with my baby girl, she showed her the “butterfly” needle draw assembly put a Mickey Mouse sticker on the chair to occupy her and seamlessly completed the blood draw. By the time my baby started to cry it was over. Leah gave us another sticker to cheer her up, I paid the fee and we were on our way! This is a small office which was nice, no busy waiting room and everyone was wearing masks so it felt safe with my baby r/t covid.

I had a great and pleasant experience with this lab! We needed to get the PCR testing done quickly and the staff and everyone there got the job done. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs to have any lab work done!
