Went in for a checkup following a bad a pregnancy which turned into a life saving procedure. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I felt nothing but support and love from every single person I interacted with. Everyone was helpful and easily gave me information and awnered questions with no judgment. They turned the hardest part of my life into something less traumatic with their gentle words. Thank you for making me feel like me again. 💓❤️

The front desk ladies are nasty rude. If you don’t like your job go be a front desk lady somewhere else. When you give them the same energy back then they want to be nice. Other than that the doctor I had was very professional and made me feel comfortable.

The doctors at this office do not use anesthesia for IUD insertion. Not only was the doctor surprised when I told her not to mention the needle in my vagina (I assumed she would be using it because Id had anesthesia for my first IUD), but the procedure was incredibly painful and the doctor told me this is a normal level of pain for a woman of child bearing age. The lady at the front desk was also super checked out, and the nurse assistant (I guess?) seemed immature and freaked out when I told her that my IUD was 11 years old (its a Paragard, which has a 12 year life span) and tried to tell me that I should have had it removed years ago. They also charged my insurance for general drugs used during the procedure, whatever that means, because it definitely wasnt for anesthesia.

I chose Planned Parenthood to get my copper IUD inserted because Ive had nothing but good experiences with Planned Parenthood. I was terrified for the insertion because I knew it was going to be painful. I have ptsd and autism so I am easily triggered by procedures like this and I can have elevated reactions due to my sensory overload so I was not the easiest patient to work with. My doctor Lindsey Ellis made the experience as comfortable as possible and made me feel safe. She was as careful and gentle as she could possibly be and kept reassuring me that I had the option to not go through with it at any time and that it was my choice, and that my reaction was normal and not a burden, which made me feel a lot less triggered during an experience that can feel violating to a lot of people. Although it was a difficult experience, it was so worth it and I have not had any complications with the IUD, which lets me know it was placed properly. Ill never forget the excellent patient care I received from my doctor and her assistant (she may have been a nurse, Im sorry if I get the title wrong!) and the rest of the receptionist staff at this particular Planned Parenthood. I will be returning to them for any gyno or birth control services they offer.

I love coming to this PP for so many reasons. The people who work here are lovely, I’m always seen quickly, they listen to what I say, and I can tell that respecting their patients is important to them. I get really anxious going to doctors, but I never feel worried about going to my local PP :) great people & a clean environment, can’t recommend it enough!!!

Not coming after anyone, it’s just the truth.I had a normal iud appointment/general check up.-Took a month to wait for the appointment-1.5 hours waiting for them to receive my insurance and run a check to tell me that my insurance wasn’t compatible.- front desk ladies are nice enough, but not very professionalMake sure you have a lot of time and patience. Unfortunate this is the standard for this basic healthcare.

I scheduled an appointment at Planned Parenthood because I was waiting for my insurance to begin due to changing jobs. I scheduled an appointment for birth control. I waited A WHOLE HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT to follow up with the front desk as to how much longer the wait would be. They informed me it would be another 20-30 minutes. Im glad I wasnt there for something serious, because as I sat there waiting, all the front desk staff did was talk about the patients negatively. If they are working, especially in a place like this, I would expect professionalism and confidentiality be one of the top priorities. Once I was finally called back into a room, the employee that was asking questions and taking vitals, couldnt get the blood pressure machine to work. After a few attempts, she asked me if my blood pressure was usually in the normal range. When I told her it was, she wrote something down and then told me someone would be in shortly. The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because the Nurse Practitioner I saw was kind and professional. She got me in and out of there within 10 minutes. I believe that the front desk staff dropped the ball. It seems as though they forgot I was there because once I checked with them, AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING, I was called back within a few minutes, seen and checked out. Bottom line, the Nurse Practitioner was great, but the front desk staff is terrible. Considering the sensitive nature of the type of services provided, I would NOT recommend them at all. I believe this is the only Planned Parenthood in Tucson, but if you have a decision so sensitive and difficult to make, I would definitely consider looking at other options and/or places, even if they arent in Tucson.

I’ve been coming here since Roe v Wade was reversed because I wanted PP to get my money instead of the hospital. But I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to switch to a different location because this one is.. not good at all 😬 I came for an 8:30 appointment at 8:15 and the front door was locked and had a sign that said ‘closed’ despite the hours being 8-4. Other women were called before me, even though I knew they had appointments after me (I knew because we were all waiting to be let in and they all said 9a). I don’t know if it’s because of the front desk, but something is not working with how they handle patients and their times.

Appointment was @11 but didn’t finish until 6:30 that night. I waited 5-6 hours for a 10 minute appointment. The IV tube to connect me was in my arm for about 3 hours before they even used it. Overall I hated the wait time and wish I ate before I got there, but the procedure was fast, painless, and the nurses were great, though had nothing to say about wait times. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ oh yeah, and they said 25% of 800 the first apt, but changed it to 25% of 2000 day of, no warning, not even on the papers. So, just prepare for that. (Based of what you’re getting done)

I never leave reviews unless its extremely negative or extremely positive, I had a great experience! I visited to get some testing done. It can definitely be an uncomfortable and nerve-racking experience walking into a clinic to get tested. The front desk team and MA was so kind, warm, and welcoming, and the NP was FANTASTIC. The MA did an amazing job drawing my blood too, I barely felt a thing, she was so quick! At the end, the NP, Brandi Biddle, truly listened to my concerns, walked me through everything, and made to sure follow up with every question I had. I will absolutely be coming back for future visits and I thank everyone at this PP for being so sweet and caring!

Went in for a surgical abortion and they got it done. Yes the wait was longer than I expected. My appointment was at 9:30 but got my procedure done around 3 or 4 ish. However I noticed that they had other procedures to do and that takes time. Especially making sure their patients were ok and comfortable after this life changing experience. Even though there were protesters outside and even a news crew lol planned parenthood had volunteers that escorted us to their building for protection. You have to remeber, there are people out there that wants to have control over our bodies but planned parenthood are fighting for our rights as women. They gave us snacks, drinks, candy, music, and offered us blankets while we waited. The staff was very friendly and great. Would I go again for their services? Yes I definitely would. Thank you so much for your help ladies !! You are all appreciated 👏

Had a very bad experience getting my IUD inserted at a different location so I was very nervous to get it removed. Everyone here was very understanding about my nervousness and much more honest about the process. I also didnt have to wait months for an appointment. I appreciate you guys!

They dont let u have anyone as a support system back there when u get an iud. I think that is discusting and barbaric. Women should be able to have at least one person to hold there hand. I dont want some random lady shoving a rod up my cervix without my mother holding my hand. You need to fix this.... like now

This was my first time ever in a plan parenthood. i’m a pregnant teen and the way i was treated was so inconsiderate and dehumanizing. none of my concerns were taken seriously and the pregnant woman that set my appointment did little to nothing to give me information on how the procedure worked and did not care that it affected me and my family financially. i was expecting a bit more empathy but she did not bother as this is a vulnerable matter for a teen. the system on how the payment works is also trash because i am 9 weeks but i have to pay more cause there’s no available appointments so it puts me at 12 weeks for my procedure which costs more money. Their very unorganized as i asked for my ultrasound copy and explanation but didn’t get either as i wasted 5 hours in there because my appointment was at 9:40 but left at 1..

I had a great experience here getting an IUD removal and insertion. In particular, the nurse practitioner Brandi was EXCELLENT. I travel full time and it can be difficult to find quality healthcare providers on the road in unfamiliar places. I really, really appreciate the time she took with me and the high-quality services I received here.

Ive had bad experiences at this PP before in terms of the attitude of the front desk staff and the use of my pronouns/name. Today I had an amazing visit for my depo shot. The staff was wonderful, inviting, and kind. I got in and out very quickly. However, I wish that the staff and medical professionals at this location would continue to wear masks to protect their immunocompromised patients, especially because I received multiple notifications before my appointment requesting that I wear one to my appointment. I was the only one there wearing one.

I already had an IUD put in before reception realized they had made a mistake and didn’t take my insurance. Several months of back and forth after the doctor assured me they would not charge me for the procedure due to their own error. The doctors and nursing staff have always been wonderful and I’m sure reception has to deal with a lot. But much like many of the people here, they’re the one thing that I usually leave frustrated about. Other than that, not too bad on wait time, amazing medical team, and they’re doing extremely important work. The folks who will walk you to and from your car are lovely as well.

I had an appointment here in late January 2023. I made an appointment online and it was super easy, I didn’t have any issues with scheduling. On the day of my appointment I walked into the reception area and I was greeted and asked if I had an appointment, I said yes then I was asked for my ID. I handed that over and the receptionist checked me in and I was allowed entry to the waiting room. In there I had to fill out some paper forms and then waited to be called for payment. I was paying cash and had been quoted $125 for my appointment, my total ended up being $136 so that was good. After I paid I just waited to be called to the back. I waited about 20 minutes and then the nurse assistant (unsure of her title) came out and called my name. Once in the back I had to pee in a cup, pretty standard at these appointments. After that we went into an exam room and we started going over my medical history and why I was there. I felt the nurse assistant was very kind and courteous, she was thorough and I didn’t feel rushed, at all. When she was done I was asked to undress and wait for the NP. I waited about 5 more minutes and the NP came in and we started discussing the reason for my visit. After that she did a physical exam and then we discussed my options for care. I was very happy with the care I received on the day I went. I felt heard and listened to, I didn’t feel rushed and I feel like my issues were addressed completely.I’ve been a patient at planned parenthood for over a decade, this place isn’t the nicest clinic I’ve been to but they are probably working with limited resources so I don’t hold that against them. I didn’t see anything that concerned me and I felt like my exam room was very clean.Overall I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing healthcare.As an aside, when I got there I didn’t see a single protester but when I left the place was lined with garbage people, so just beware if that is off-putting for you - but there were also clinic escorts on-site.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ABORTION.If i could give negative stars i would. They had protesters outside. Everyone was unprofessional and they had music blasting while my sister was getting examined to see how far along she was. My sister had to undress twice because of them messing up a scan. She felt so uncomfortable the entire time.The worst part is that they told us there is a doctor who could help her on thursday Oct 18th but that they aren’t doing procedures that day…then why even tell us that ? So now she has to wait longer upping the price of her procedure.Overall terrible experience.

Had a procedure done here, simple enough, however the post op care and instructions were terrible! Ive wasted several days now trying to get my lab work done with no results because of their lack of instruction and communication.Edit: spent the last 30minutes waiting in their parking lot to talk to someone at opening at 8am. Went in and the receptionist informs me no one is available until 8:30.I dont understand how a company in healthcare can be this disorganized and incapable.

They were able to get me on their schedule really quickly!Most importantly, everyone from the scheduler to the MAs to the NP all listened to me. They took time to understand my health concerns. No one in my encounter was dismissive in any way, and everyone showed tremendous empathy. I felt like my healthcare providers prioritized giving me the tools to manage my fussy reproductive organs. I also noticed they also do a very extensive safety screening on all patients, which should be a model for healthcare anywhere. The care I received from Planned Parenthood was beyond my expectations.The only downside was that the clinic seems they run really far behind schedule, but that seems to be the norm in womens health- so Id plan an extra hour & make sure my phone is fully charged.

The receptionist wasn’t as rude as everyone was saying in the ratings (unless I got a different one) but overall the staff was nice. The doctor was VERY informative and helpful. She made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I had a good first experience. Protesters are outside of the office and will harass you. My ONLY complaint about this office is how long they will make you wait on the phone . I personally didn’t see any of the front office ladies on the phone being busy and there’s always a wait every time , not sure why because they wouldn’t even tell me if an IUD would be covered by my insurance until I came in for my appointment. But not hating, just giving my honest feedback.

I had a really good experience. Everyone was super friendly and I felt genuinely taken care of. I even changed my mind last minute on which option I wanted to go with and it was no inconvenience at all... The day I went in for my procedure, there was staff outside escorting patients in the building due to excessive protesters outside, the escorts were very friendly as well. The only issue is the phone number listed here doesnt get through to anyone. I made my appts in person, just walked in and talked to someone and got all the info I needed. Great staff, great experience!

I cannot say enough good things about the amazing people at this location. The receptionists were quick and friendly. The nurses and doctor were the absolute most amazing, compassionate humans who provided the best care I have ever recieved in my entire life. They provide you with facts, education and options while also being genuinely caring and kind.

Who ever runs this location I beg you to retrain your receptionists and the other staff members, this is unacceptable and quite sad.The receptionists should be ashamed of the way they conduct themselves in their workplace. They are callus, condescending, and outright rude.While waiting for my appointment a woman on her way out asked a question and the receptionist said and I quote “We got your money, that’s all we’re worried about”.After experiencing the behavior of the receptionists coupled with the lacking knowledge of the nurse who did my intake, I will never return here.

My boyfriend went in for a vasectomy his appointment was at 11:30, we arrived early, they would not allow me or our kids in the waiting room or clinic, they advised him that and I quote the doctor was running a little behind, me and our 2 babies under the age of 2 was stuck outside in the heat for 3 and a half hours after the scheduled appointment on top of that we had to drive 3 hours to and from the appointment as we live in Phoenix.... not a very good experience.

The receptionist was very kind, however the nurse who did my intake was unprofessional and condescending. She continuously cut me off mid sentence, invalidated any concerns or opinions I had about my own care, and was argumentative. She actually made me tear up out of embarrassment and the judgmental feeling I was gathering from her. I didn’t catch her name, but she had long blonde hair.The NP who did the procedure (nexplanon removal/insertion) was incredibly kind, understanding, and easy to talk to.

My first time was a week ago for the pill. I had a great experience, although the building is going through construction it was still easy to get to and the clinic was clean and organized. The receptionist was really nice and my wait time was considerable. No longer than what I have waited at other doctors offices. The nurse was wonderful, she made me feel so comfortable at the examination room, she answered all my questions and we had a good conversation, making me feel at ease, she took good care of me and gave me clarity. She left the room to get the Doctor, she checked in on me, the nurse did such great job that by the time I saw the doctor, I had no more concerns. The Doctor sent my prescription to my neighborhood Walgreens and she cordially walked me to the waiting room. Then I waited a few minutes to pay my dues. My visit was a little over an hour. I recommend the clinic particularly for those who want to take care of themselves and don’t have the parental moral support for the use of contraceptives.

I’m not one to write reviews but wanted to share my experience here! Honestly, from consultation to the procedure everyone I spoke to was so nice and understanding. I felt safe and free of judgement! They’re all there to help you with whatever your decision may be and I did not feel persuaded to choose one over another.Fast forward to the day of my procedure I was nervous and the nurses assured me everything would be alright. They were very thorough and transparent with everything that would happen next and made me feel at home. I’d like mention the names of the people that helped me and did an exceptional job! Priscilla, Lisa, and Derek you guys rock, seriously!! Also thank you Dr. Williams for being so gentle and quick! Words cannot express my gratitude for how at ease you all made me feel. So yes I recommend this location in particular 100%!

I went in for my annual STD/STI bloodwork and the staff here are really great. For me, scheduling was a breeze. I did everything on my mobile browser/DocASAP app (including cancelling/rebooking an appointment); the staff team does appear to be doing a lot of work to balance patient scheduling, paperwork, and handle patient questions promptly and professionally.Kudos also to manager Katrina, who did my bloodwork. Normally my veins aren’t an easy draw even for seasoned medical staff, but she was efficient and quick one-and-done - saved me a lot of stress actually.

I was wary because of the negative reviews (albeit very old and biased) but I am glad I decided on this clinic for my IUD appointment. The lobby was clean and organized as well as the interview and examination rooms.The receptionist was a bit... unfriendly.  She seemed a little grumpy and she cut me off mid-question and I overheard her do the same to others who came in after me.  But, as I waited in the second hallway/waiting area? for my procedure she gave me a big smile as she walked past.The person that interviewed me for my IUD procedure asked all the basic questions and she was polite and respectful. She made sure I was well informed and emphasized my safety and privacy.The doctor that inserted my IUD was very kind and explained the procedure to me in detail and what to expect before, during, and after. She was very gentle and asked me several times if I was okay during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and cared for from beginning to end. Its been a couple of months now and there were no complications or problems with my IUD.I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone. They will take care of you!

My primary doc kept fking with me, so I called here and was able to be seen the same day. Staff is extremely supportive of the patients and non judgmental. It’s hard to find medical professionals like this.

I Called to make an appointment for pregnancy confirmation, the lady answered super rudly. i didnt even get my answer answered. she gave me attitude like it was my fault I called and ruined her day. i suggest to not calling and to just go in.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, scheduling an appointment is super easy if you do so online. My only complaint is they are completely unreachable by phone. I attempted to call them 8 times but the machine would hang up on me everytime. But other than that I would 100% recommend coming here. The facility seemed new and clean.

Normally I wouldnt bother, but after being scared of going here after seeing so many negative reviews, I felt the need to chime in. I scheduled an appointment for several different types of lab work, and was addressed immediately when I arrived. I was called back 10 minutes after I turned in my paper work which is pretty quick for any doctors office. After the technician took samples and I was left to wait for the Doctor, I only had to wait about 5 minutes in the room. The staff, while not chipper and enthusiastic, was very clinical in their interactions and not rude in the least. The doctor took her time to explain everything to me. I guess it must depend on when you go, but I was more satisfied with my visit here than just about any other medical type office Ive visited. I cant comment on cost as I was covered under insurance.

How are you suppose to know your birth control prescription is expired with no notice and they never contact the pharmacy back?Manager called back and said she did respond to the pharmacy each time. Manager also informed me there is an online option for an appointment but I was never told that by the receptionist. I was able to schedule an appointment else where.

Had an amazing appointment getting my birth control implant taken out. The facility was safe, clean, and seemed to be taking covid-19 precautions seriously. The staff was clear, friendly and quick. This was a much better experience than Ive had with other obgyn facilities and I will be coming back for my other health needs!

Personally I didn’t like the front desk lady too much, but everyone else was super friendly and laughed at my craziness. I came in last week to take out my Nexplanon. I was there for about less than 20min. Took about 5min to remove it from my arm. Easy. Painless. Left like nothing happened. Next day I was at work lifting heavy boxes etc. I healed perfectly 2 days later, barely any bruising. Idk how to post pics through my phone but anyway. I’ll come back in a month or so to give my body some time and get another implant. Thank you! 😁

There are so many bad reviews I ask myself if the review site is being flooded by anti abortionists posting false reviews. I think first hand experience, a visit - might be needed here...

Desk people were nice enough, but this location does not offer sliding scale payment, wanted 1500 for an IUD insertion and removal.

The staff had amazing bed side manner and seem to genuinely care. They always make sure your comfortable and all your questions and concerns are addressed. You feel like you are in a safe space and it truly makes all the difference.

I had to sadly go in for an abortion due to some health issues that would make me miscarry just not knowing when. I needed to do it ASAP so it’s not has painful and traumatic. I was so scared and nervous but this was the cheapest option vrs going to my Obgyn. I came two times and both times I felt so safe and comfortable. I was so scared about what they might think and what not. It was fast and easy. The nurse was so kind and so helpful. The day of the abortion I came in to grab my pills and again they were so nice and fast with it. They gave me ALL the info I have ever needed. On top of that I felt more prepared for the whole thing. If you are thinking about getting an abortion don’t be scared. They are here to help you.

This place is ridiculous, I had to reschedule my appointment to another day because my insurance wasn’t going to cover my needs with the physician that was in that day. I go in for my appointment the next day And they tell me my insurance card is outdated. I call my insurance and they tell me the exact opposite, they even offer to speak with the office to clarify. The woman in the office refused, I asked for my ID and left. Highly recommend going to another office, save yourself the hassle.

I brought my 16 year old in for birth control and a doctor to explain STDs, and the usual abstaining from sex talk. I got a medical assistant who did the talking during the vitals, and a doctor who didnt even make it into the room. She opened the door and said Do you have and questions? My daughter asked if she would gain weight, and the doctor told her to drink lots of water then said we could check out at the front desk. I paid $80 for a receptionist to explain how to start her birth control and an MA to take her vitals. No counseling, no medical exam, no explanation. Very disappointed. I hope they can take this review as constructive criticism, and take the time to talk to our youth about sex instead of dispensing birth control and condoms.BTW I called to order birth control and couldnt get English option then the Spanish receptionist disconnected me after waiting for 15 min. Why is there no English option???

I do NOT recommend this place to anybody! First off, I had to end up going here with my GF to get done what had to be done because its so hard to find anywhere else, but first of all you schedule an appointment and still end up waiting 2-3 hours regardless, the staff are short with you as well as rude. When my GF asked me to go back with her I was turned around and was not let back period. Already going through a very emotional and hard time these people dont care about the effects it can leave a person post visit. She couldnt even have the support of the person she trusts, me to go back with her. I hope more people can find the help they need without having to go here, its pathetic.

Im not sure why they keep getting bad scores from everyone. Especially from the lady who said Ive never been there before but saw everyone give a bad score then also gave a one star review without even having visited the place. I have always been treated with the greatest care here. I hate doctors and the staff here doesnt make anything uncomfortable. They are always wonderful.

Was a horribly rude staff. I signed up for a 3:20 appointment and was late due to traffic the receptionist then proceeded to tell me I was 16 minutes late and that they had a 10 to 15 minute grace period. I was a minute past the grace period and they would not see me at all. Horrible rude staff and had no sense of respect or understanding.

The staff here is so sweet and professional. I deeply appreciate their care, and the way they give it. Theyre very knowledgeable, considerate, and extremely careful to cover all the bases and make sure you are aware of everything, and completely educated about all aspects of whatever type of care you are receiving. Thank you so much.

I never write reviews, but the staff here was so nice and helpful. they have students doing some hands-on learning there as well and i think that’s awesome! a great first experience and i will go back if the need ever arises.

RUDE! Im not sure whats wrong with PP in AZ, but every location Ive been to in Tucson is staffed by really mean, rude women who are more interested in turning you away than helping you. This is supposed to be the compassionate go-to clinic for those of use who cant afford or safely make use of conventional doctors offices, but youd have better luck getting blood from a stone. Their prices for Plan B and standard birth control over waaaay overblown - its often cheaper and easier (if not the exact same price) at standard pharmacies. Overall, these PP offices are setting a really bad standard throughout AZ. Its heartbreaking, really.

Absolutely ABSURD , I drove me and my girlfriend TWO HOURS from sun city to Tucson for what THEY SAID was an appointment. We get here and they tell us it’s just a doctors visit. Complete waste of my time & very inconsiderate towards their customers. NEVEEERRRR coming back here. I seriously recommend you all go somewhere else if your situation is urgent.

I go here every 3 months because it is the only location in Tucson. You can always count on reception staff being rude to you for no reason. The doctors and nurses are nice though.

I was waiting for the results of the test for more than ten days even though they told me that it MUST take NO MORE than ten days. When I eventually called them, they were very rude and said that they are busy and in the middle of clinic and cant talk to me (as if I had not paid for the service). She also promised to call me while not even knowing my name. This is just weird. Do not waste your time going there.

So I was scheduled at an morning time I didn’t get to see an Dr for hours and them knowing I have kids who are at daycare I feel like they do more talking then trying to get anything done the waiting room was packed. The workers tell your personal business I won’t be coming back here at all most definitely will be going to EL RIO

Protect reproductive rights. When I utilized this office for a while it was extremely difficult near impossible to get through on the phone and online options are limited, but this seems to be the trend with many medical providers and I know staffing is difficult for everyone.

Office was clean, everyone was extremely nice, wait time was short. I was in and out in less than an hour for a full screen, no-symptom STI testing.

I have no been trying to set an appointment by phone for an hour, my call continues to ge dropped and i havent once gotten to speak to a repr. That seems insanely unprofessional for a doctors office. It wont even let me make the appt online

I waited 2 HOURS in the lobby & then an additional 1 hr after an ultrasound just to speak to the dr. 3 HRS total is absurd

I have been trying to set an appointment for a week now. Cant get through on the phones even when I give you my number to hold my place in line for a call back(have done this at least 5x) Been trying to set one up all morning online and still nothing... I am all for supporting you guys but when someone is in need of help and literally cant get it idk where else to reach out.

This is the worst i’ve ever seen and experienced a planned parenthood. the receptionists are horrible and the doctors do not care about you at all.

Whenever we have gone to pick up pills which we have called in three days in advance they act like they never heard of you when you walk in. Then it takes forever to get this processed. Ive even seen my pills sitting there on the counter, the girls are talking to each other about other stuff not pertaining to work, until I have to go up and ask are these pills mine? Terrible service all the time!!!!! I hate going here.

Got my IUD here and that was fine, but anyone looking for a blood test should know that they’ll only do it if “medically necessary.” Their website is wrong—you can’t request one.Staff and Hands of Hope people outside are very friendly.

I went here a few years ago i think in 2018 and these people had me pay in full twice to get services and they never refunded me.. i want my money back it was nearly almost $1,000! And even though I paid I didnt get any of the serivices that I paid for! Horrible! How do I get my money refunded?? I need my cash refunded please! Thank you!

I appreciate that we have a planned parenthood here in Tucson but to have to wait an undisclosed amount of time for a birth control refill or pay more than double is unfair and seems to go against everything they are trying to accomplish. Never coming back to this location.

Terrible attitudes and customer service and clearly have no idea what they are doing financially pretty sure they just do what they can to rob people’s insurance and get money. Absolutely terrible place. I wish I would’ve known ANYWHERE else at the time that I could’ve gone for service.

I didnt realize how far this was from me and when i got there they wouldnt allow me to bring my child inside. I drove 45 minutes one way for nothing. There was nothing at my appointment where i would need my child to be unattended.

Well, expect minimum two or more hours of waiting in the lobby even if you made an appointment. Its a ridiculous amount of time wasting just sitting in the lobby waiting to be called.

Service is beyond slow completely unsatisfied staff was nice... but does not make if for all the wasted time there.. get it together or get another Dr to help out probably will be you g else where from now on

Trouble pricing if you dont have much money and need birth control. 80.00 and they dont do discounts. Should have gone to a doctors office and applied for the discount price.

Good experience but beware protesters are here constantly they will yell and harass you also With the temperature so high outside make sure you Don’t walk in hot if you are 100 they will send you home.

What’s the point of setting appointments if you have people wait a whole hour and a half to be seen after their scheduled appointment time.

During my procedure the surgical nurse, Lisa, made an extremely crude remark that made myself and Dr. Williams extremely uncomfortable.

After an hour and the receptionist talking about me got an attitude when I said this is inconvenient

Yes, the wait was generally long unfortunately. However, the staff are wonderful and really helpful people.

Really under staffed, had a 2:30 appointment and was stuck waiting for an hour and a half.
