Consider going somewhere else. They have huge billing, safety and customer service issues:1) Over the course of 4 months, no one ever took a single set of vital signs.2) Despite putting me on a medication that affected my weight, they never once weighed me in office, and when I asked to be weighed, Dr. Gelety said they do not have a scale.3) Dr. Gelety talked over me and my husband in our initial consultation, and then in subsequent visits, he was making statements and suggested taking steps that made it clear he did not remember who I was or what my care plan was.4) I was in touch with Savannah via email most of the time, and then when I needed a time-sensitive medical refill, she did not respond for days. She blamed me for the delay because I put her name in my email. She said no one else in the office can handle her patient messages while shes out because of HIPPA. As a nurse, I know this isnt true; when you are out of the office, you must have someone cover your inbox, so that there is continuity of care and so that patients have access to the things they need. Healthcare shouldnt stop because you are on vacation or sick.5) When I asked one of the staff for a medical reason why the medication was making me feel so ill and causing such sharp pain, she responded by saying, It makes your ovaries go crazy, or something to that effect. It was an unsatisfactory, unsettling, and non-medical response.6) I was emailing them mostly because every time I tried calling, they would put me on hold, and after 5 or 10 minutes, Id give up. No one ever came back on the line to help me. The receptionist was rude to me when I complained about it.7) The billing lady Richelle would not believe me when I told her what my primary insurance is, and that the reason why they couldnt get paid was because they were out of compliance with my insurance company. I argued with her over weeks about this, and she was still submitting claims to an insurance company that I have no coverage with. When the claims were rejected, she threatened to bill me out of pocket, which caused me a great deal of stress, as this would have been a terrifying financial burden, and unnecessary, because I DO have insurance.8) Once she rectified her end, the bill given to me was incorrect; they tried charging me $115 over what I actually owed them.9) After getting off the medication they prescribed, my cycles have not been the same. I do not have any hard evidence, but I do believe the medication harmed my fertility, and I have less of a chance of conceiving now, than before I began seeing Dr. Gelety.10) Neither Dr. Gelety nor his staff educated me about the medication they prescribed or its side effects. No handouts, no education sit downs with the doctor or staff. I began taking it, and when I began to feel ill have problems, I did all my own research in order to figure out what was going on.Very disappointed with this place, and it was very disruptive to my health and life.

We used Dr Gelety in 2016 and will forever be grateful for our bundle of joy who is now 6. We transferred from another doctor where we had no success and felt a lack of caring from the previous doctor. The staff is nice and were able to get us in quickly when needed. If we ever decide to do IVF again we would definitely return here!

Forever thankful with Dr. Gelety, after struggling for 13 years to have a baby I finally had my rainbow baby. I had given up hope of ever having a baby but thanks to a friend who recommended I go to Dr. Gelety my dream finally became a reality. Dr. Gelety really went into details of treatments and what procedures were available at his clinic. I really liked that we tried the natural way first and if nothing happened then we would go into other treatments. My daughter is now 5 years old and Im so happy I went to Dr. Gelety. His staff is wonderful and make sure to answer any questions you may have. Thank you Dr. Gelety and staff! Never give up on trying for baby its worth it.

IVF is a journey no one can prepare you for. My husband and I traveled from Texas to see Dr Gelety for the consultation, a hysteroscopy and three separate embryo transfers. We are blessed to have a three year old daughter and twin 9 months old daughter and son with the help of Dr Gelety. Dr Gelety was accommodating to the distance and process of getting lab work, ultrasounds and medications out of town. Dr Gelety was available for my questions and concerns and even one evening when i had an issue with my pharmacy dispensing my prescription. The staff was receptive to questions and return calls in a timely manner. I am thankful and grateful.

We are just so grateful we found Dr. Gelety and the wonderful staff here. From the very beginning when we made our initial appointment, they were very honest with the costs and there were no financial surprises whatsoever. We were treated with such kindness and care not only by Dr. Gelety but by the staff as well, every step of the way. Dr. Gelety is fast paced but I truly feel its his way of making sure he can help as many people as possible. We never had to wait more than a few minutes for any appointment and never had a question go unanswered. We are through our first trimester now and sadly had to get a new OB but Dr. Gelety and his staff will certainly be missed.

Your Staff and Clinic are one of the most friendly places Ive been to. I originally started with ARI before they closed down and made the switch to AZCenterforREI and I wouldnt change a thing. Fertility is a very touchy area and Dr. Gelety and his staff make sure you are comfortable and cared for.

Blew through my savings for two failed ivf sessions, that were halfassed. Which in turn, caused me to have severe depression and marital problems. Second session felt rushed and we felt Dr. Gelety didnt really care about us. He knew he messed up. It took me years to write this review but I finally felt ready to talk about this horrible experience. I dont want anyone from his team contacting us. Thank you.

We had been working with Dr. Gelety since July 2018 and I just gave birth to our daughter Sept 26, 2019!!! The staff is wonderful and always made me feel comfortable. The staff is never rude and were as excited as I was. It’s truly a wonderful experience. Dr. Gelety is sweet and never talked down to me. Heather is so friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure our visits were pleasant. It’s a beautiful thing turning your hopes and dreams into a reality and I can’t thank them enough. It’s very affordable. If you are even tossing the idea around I recommend stopping in and getting a consultation, it’s totally worth it!!!!!

I was referred to Dr. Gelety because I was trying artificial insemination but my period was so irregular I couldnt get a schedule. I started the process 3 years earlier by going to a doctor in Albuquerque who had me do several tests and procedures. I left when he told me I would have to have several procedures more before even starting. I felt he was just in it for the money.I then went to someone in El Paso and while I liked the office and staff, I could not come to terms with the fact that the doctor straight up told me that I shouldnt tell people I was doing IVF or that my child would be an IVF child. Im an open person and see no valid reason not to be honest with my family and eventually my child about the whole process.Finally I was referred to Gelety. Thank God. The staff in the office are INCREDIBLE! They were always extremely helpful, especially since I live hours away. The entire staff were always kind and sincere. I genuinely felt that Dr. Gelety was trying to help. It took several tries with the embryos but they helped me have my baby girl (4 months old). It took them 6 months to help me have my baby and part of that was to fix the thing causing my period problems. Im going back to try and have a second child. They were all amazing!

So far Dr. Gelety and his staff has been nothing but nice and professional. Dr. Gelety gave me a detailed breakdown of my chances of conceiving and I was really impressed. His consultation was the best I had received. His staff of nurses have gone above and beyond to try and get me my prescriptions. I am happy that I chose his office.

Dr. Gelety has given me the confidence in needed to know that one day my husband and I will have the baby we have so long waited for. After losing my baby boy when I was 22 weeks pregnant seven years ago has been a difficult. After meeting Dr. Gelety and nurse practitioner Martha we feel that we have come to the right place to help with my infertility issues. Everything is explained in detail and easy to understand. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. We feel that we have come to the right place to try for our baby.

The staff has all been very helpful and great to work with. The doctor is very honest and I feel gets right to the point- which I love! I would recommend him and the nurses to everyone I know. Whenever I have any questions everyone is patient and thorough with the list I typically come in with. I have never seen the attitudes people have complained about in other reviews. I am very impressed that everyone always remembers my name and is always greeting with a smile.

Absolutely Amazing People!! Ive been with Dr. Gelety and his staff for just under a year. I know others who had sought help with Dr. Gelety and were extremely pleased with him so I decided to see him once I was ready to have a child. The first session with him set the precedence for all my dealings with him and his staff. He was so informative; always pausing to make sure I understood what he was telling me. I decided to start off trying IUI but after several months and attempts I re-evaluated and made the decision to try IVF. I am now 2 months pregnant with twins, extremely excited for this next chapter of my life. Throughout the entire process the entire staff was helpful and provides me with a support system outside of my family. Each step was explained to me and anytime I had questions or concerns they were always available to walk me through things. Dr. Gelety is fantastic, hes straight and to the point, never misleading you or making promises he cannot keep. And when I saw his NP Marta, it was like seeing a friend...she was always so pleasant, caring, and also very informative. I will say I was a little surprised when I saw her more than Dr. Gelety in the beginning of the process but I after a few appointments I looked forward to seeing her. Not seeing Dr. Gelety every time might put people off but I assure you will not be disappointed with her care! I never felt pressured into a decision I made because both Dr Gelety and Marta always explain my options and the pros/cons of each. Carolina, the medical assistant, was also amazing; she strikes up conversation and never makes you feel like just another patient as Ive experienced at other doctors offices. And I cant say enough about the rest of the staff. They always greet you when you walk through the door which makes for a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Trying to get pregnant can be a difficult journey due to the ups and downs but I can honestly say this is the best doctor s office Ive ever had the pleasure of being a part of. All of them from Dr. Gelety to Marta to Carolina to the rest of the staff have given me my two little miracles and I cannot thank them enough! With all that said, I would highly suggest Dr. Gelety and his staff to anyone that would require his services.

Where do I begin. We were referred here to Dr. Gelety. When my husband and I were first seeking IVF treatment. We are not from Tucson nor do we live there. We decided to travel 4 hrs because, one we were referred and two, we didn’t know any better. The staff was ok in manners and the Dr. was nice. However, Dr. Gelety is not very competent in what he is doing or perhaps strung us along since we had quite a few embryos. We had 4 failed IVF transfers with him. Each time transferring 2 embryos. After the second failed round my husband suggested we’d go elsewhere and seek a 2nd opinion. I kept wanting to give Dr gelety another try because he was so nice and he kept saying that my “prognosis” was great and because of my age and my husbands the “next” round would work. So long story short I convinced my husband and followed through with him. The Dr also suggested an unnecessary surgery. I found myself doing research on my own and suggesting things to him as to why I may not be getting a successful transfer. Everything about it was a bit strange. Again I had nothing to compare it too but after so much money, time and emotional stress we decided to go elsewhere and the experience was completely different. The new Dr we went to in El Paso ordered blood work labs, ultrasound for a baseline overall health, we had our embryos transferred, they graded my embryos and the meeting with the dr was extensive and well explained. He did not sugar coat anything and told me and my husband exactly what the plan was. When the day came I transferred 1 embryo! ONE! And I was pregnant! Dr Gelety did NONE of that. I didn’t feel we were cared for, I felt like he was just money hungry and because I had nothing to compare it too I let myself be naive and blinded myself with the desire of becoming a mom! My advice if you decide to go with dr Gelety is that if your 2nd round of IVF is not successful DONT return to him. Go elsewhere for a second opinion it’s not worth the emotional stress or the money spent. And if you go for an initial consultation and don’t like the place or the experience first hand, listen to your gut and don’t return.

I will state, IVF and IUI did not work for me but it may work for you. I still ended up pregnant and had Gelety confirm my pregnancy, we went to him the whole first trimester. I wish I could have stayed there throughout the whole pregnancy. We began going to the clinic in 2019, my husband has a low sperm count and I have pcos. We had been trying for years prior to finally getting pregnant in October 2021. The things I loved about the clinic were the quick wait times (unless an iui insemination was happening early in the day), the personal calls from Gelety after a pregnancy test, they remember everyones name, and Heather. Heather is the first person we spoke with and last person before leaving the clinic for good. She is honestly the backbone of the clinic. Ivf was affordable but after a few cycles it does begin to add up but they break down each fee so you know exactly how much each thing cost.

I love this clinic. Not only Dr Gelety but Martha. She is so amazing with me. Im a little paranoid when it comes to getting pregnant and being pregnant and she walks me threw what we can expect and explains why. The entire staff is friendly and great with my 4 year old. I love the knowledge and the consistent contact they have with us. Highly recommended!

Ive had a very positive experience at Dr. Geletys office. He is professional and smart. He listens to my concerns and gives me an honest diagnosis with practical ways to address my needs. Martha is friendly and proficient in all she does. I enjoy her positive attitude towards helping me and upbeat take on life as a whole. The front office staff is efficient and knowledgeable. I’ve had success with them and am grateful for their expertise!

If you’re ready to have a child today, then this place is perfect for you. From start to finish it went as fast or as slow as I wanted. Dr.Gelety and his team were professional, amazing, and helped me achieve my ultimate goal; a child. Thank you, so much! I highly recommend this place.

I was being seen by a fertility doctor in Albuquerque, NM when I heard about Arizona Center for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in Tucson, AZ. Although I have absolutely nothing bad to say about that clinic I needed something that wasn’t going to make me take a loan out for IVF treatments. I traveled 4 hours for a consultation with Dr. Gelety and my experience was well. I was checked in and taken to a room within 10 minutes and only waited 5 minutes for Dr. Gelety to enter. We talked for about thirty minutes (as I had a lot of questions) and then proceeded with a vaginal ultrasound. At this appointment I meet a financial advisor who laid out everything out for us. How much we would pay and any extra stuff we may need. I absolutely loved how thorough and honest she was about all the financial stuff. I began IVF treatments, and started monitoring in my hometown while having the results sent to his office. During that time I called the office probably every other day for questions or concerns and each time I called I was assisted right away (other offices would require me to leave a message and wait for a call back usually took a day or so). Dr. Gelety is open to letting his patients get medications from Mexico and will not discourage it, which was great because they are not cheap! If you’re looking for an affordable clinic that won’t break your bank this is definitely the place for you! The staff here is patient, kind and never made me feel needy even though I called all the dang time! Lol

I went to Dr Gelety for a second opinion. I was told by the first doctor that I likely would never have my own child. The first doctor pushed me to do egg donation. I was not ready to give up and go down the egg donation path so I visited Dr Gelety. In my initial consult with all my labs from the first doctor, Dr Gelety restored my hope in having my own child. He believed I had a chance and was willing to work with me to help make my dreams come true. As I write this review I am 24 weeks, 4 days pregnant and could not be any happier and thankful for all that Dr Gelety, Marta and staff have done for me. I would highly recommend anyone to visit with Dr Gelety. He is very knowledgeable about his field. He is direct and tells you the truth. I really appreciate his sense of optimism and confidence. His office was flexible, warm, welcoming, and personable. I really liked that they took care of blood work in office and you would get a call back that same day with results. Dr Gelety was always accessible, even after hours on his cell phone. He or Marta would personally make return phone calls if you called in with a question about your care or treatment. He called to tell me my beta results. I am not just saying Dr Gelety is a good doctor. He changed my life and grew my family. He gave me the greatest gift I will ever receive and I will be eternally grateful!

I had never been to an Infertility clinic and was very nervous as I did not know what to expect or what they may or may not find out about my husband and Is ability to have children. I was impressed from the minute I arrived. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Gelety took the time to go over the statistical information regarding age (I am 38) and ratios of successful pregnancy in a way easy for me to understand and put my mind at ease. Dr. Martha was comforting and took the time to connect with me helping me to understand the different tests we would be completing. I am happy to announce we are pregnant and I am 12 weeks today! I will now follow up with my primary OBGYN. I will miss Dr. Gelety an everyone at the clinic. I went there every week for 8 weeks and was beyond satisfied with the care, nurture and intellect of the staff every time.

Highly recommend. Savannah was amazing throughout the whole process. It was really nice to have a team staff fully connected to me and make sure I was aware of everything, every step of the way.

Dr Gelety was AMAZING! I was seeing another endo/fertility specialist for 10 months and he didnt do a single thing to help me get pregnant. Came over to Dr Geletys office and immediately was greeted by the friendliest front desk staff! Dr Gelety was so knowledgeable and visits were nice and quick. No waiting in the lobby for 30+ minutes. Over 2 years of trying, Dr Gelety helped get me pregnant in less than 4 months! Once pregnant he watches closely over you every single week until he releases you back to your ob. Im so incredibly blessed to have had him as a doctor, and his staff were always warm and welcoming too.

Dr. Gelety is so kind & his staff is friendly. Hes a fraction of the cost for IVF compared to most doctors. We drove from Mesa, AZ & were fortunate enough to have a successful IVF experience without complications. They are VERY busy so make sure to ask lots of questions because they dont always cover everything due to high patient volume (not neglect). I am grateful to Dr. Gelety for helping us get our babies!

Dr. Gelety is an amazing doctor. You can tell he loves what he does. I have low ovarian reserve and he worked with me add adjusted my protocol in a way I was able to get mature eggs which almost all fertilized. I am happy to say Im pregnant. Dr. Gelety is available at anytime, Ive called at night and on weekends and hes always responded to me quickly. He listened to my concerns and thoroughly responded until I understood what was going on. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Gelety.Marta is very kind and also available to answer questions at any time. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thats going on.

Dr. Gelety seems knowledgeable but does not allow you ANY time to ask questions. I’ve visited twice and both times was rushed in and out in 15 minutes, including a physical exam each time. Both times, the exam lasted about 5 minutes and he found something I was unfamiliar with. He then told me to go ahead and get dressed and that he’d be right back. When he got back into the room a few minutes later, he gave a very BRIEF and rushed explanation and then got up and started walking out. I tried to ask questions about his findings and he literally answered while walking out the door and forced me to talk in the hallway while his back was turned to me trying to hand me off to the scheduler for yet another appointment. That happened BOTH times and it felt like a privacy violation. I definitely felt like just a number. I feel like it’s common practice for a doctor to ask if their patient has any questions before they leave the room but I honestly think he missed that memo and, as a result, something as simple as that makes him come across as unprofessional and uncaring.

My wife and I made an appointment with Dr. Gelety for some fertility issues because based on our initial conversation with office staff, we felt this would be a great chance for us. So we drove down from Phoenix for the appointment. The initial appointment with him went fine. The 2-star review isnt for him but rather for the office staff. We requested further information which we were told was kept in-office and almost a week later we have not been provided any information. There is other information that they said would need to be dug out of files and a couple times we requested an estimated time of when this would be done. No response. They are not good at responding to e-mails or calls. There is such a slow turnaround with requested information.

Waste of time is what upsets me the most. Every time we had a appointment its like we were new. He asked us the same questions he did the last two visits. The ladys in the front could never anser any of our questions when we would call. We never got a call back for check ups. basically dr Gelety didnt care we will be going to dr Hutchison. I wish someone would of told me this before I started the process with gelety I would of never have made that call to set up a appointment....

I went in to meet with Dr. Gelety, after meeting with other Fertility doctors, he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I felt immediately well taken care of and comfortable. I would suggest this clinic to anyone thinking of starting a family. I am in my 2ww right now but I know one way or another he and his crew will help me achieve my dream of having a child.

Do not come to this facility if you have any sort of questions or want to be treated like a human being. This was my first time with anything like this, and I arrived 15 minutes early just to ensure I had time enough to get to know the process. Imagine my surprise when I spent less than 3 minutes in the presence of the doctor, including exam and ultrasound, before being sent on my way. I had some questions, all of which were brushed off brusquely by an exceedingly impatient doctor. The doctor (who never even introduced himself to me) seemed clipped, condescending and impatient. As I was in the middle of speaking to him, literally mid-sentence, he walked out the door. After the exam if you can call it that, he was filling out some paperwork. I assume he was talking to me as no one else was around at the time, but he was mumble-speaking away from me and wouldnt turn to look at me, leaving me confused as to the next steps in the process. There was zero communication, and I was left feeling like I had bothered him and took up too much of his time.There was a bit of a debacle with the bloodwork as well, due to the complete lack of communication or attention to detail on the part of the doctor.

My wife and I were there a few months ago and our initial consultation, Dr. Gelety pushed for IVF. On our second consultation, we wanted to move forward with a different procedure and he acted like he was insulted because we did not choose IVF. He made comments about how IVF was the best. Our concern was that there is a cost for each time you fertilize an egg, if the previous one did not take, and all he said was so. He was rude, uninterested in our decision and did have any understanding. All he wanted to do was do an ultrasound in which was not necessary. All he thinks about is the money and he is not in it for the actual patient. The staff at the desk are just OK. We talked to Marta about pricing, and she was in such a rush to get off the phone. There are too many inconsistencies in the pricing, and what is actually communicated during the consultation. If you have the ability,... do not go here. Try Dr. Hutchison instead. I have read some other reviews about how Dr. Gelety he is honest with you. That is far from true. He provided inconsistent pricing, that we confirmed with the hospital and his other staff. The pricing did not match. He goes against any other option, but IVF. His mannerism is off and uncomfortable.

We have been seeing Gelety for a year now. They gave us hope of having a biological baby. Gelety is a smart man; he tells you straightforward whats going on and doesnt beat around the bush with important information. We really like being told the truth. We started IVF. We bought all the medication that we need and they recommended us places where we could get them cheaper. They dont let us give up hope. Its almost annoying how much they encourage us. :) Everyone knows that infertility treatment is expensive but at his office they make it possible and its more affordable than most. The office is very clean. The staff is nice and accommodating. Dont listen to people who are angry at this place. Infertility is a stressful thing and can make a person very negative. They have a lot of patients here; thats their only problem. Sometimes its hard for them to remember week to week what your appointment is for specifically, but just be patient because they do care and they do help. We wouldnt ever think of going somewhere else.

My experience has been vastly different than the experiences of those women who gave Dr. Geletys office one star. We LOVE it here! There are a number of things I like about this place:First, the competitive prices. I have searched and searched for the best deals regarding infertility treatments (looking at fertility clinics in Phoenix and the Salt Lake area), and Ive found some of the most competitive pricing here at this office. I called around to two of the other major infertility clinics in Tucson, and their prices for IUIs were $200 or more than what Dr. Geletys office charges. I love that they are good at working with my insurance to squeeze out whatever infertility coverage I do have. Also, they dont require me to get my blood work done here -- I can take an order sheet to Sonora Quest and have them bill my insurance for it, rather than use AZ Centers in-house laboratory which does not go through insurance. There are also no hidden surprises or bills. Before they do ANYTHING, theyll tell you what the cost is and ask if its something you want to go through with (even if its a $15 bottle of Clomid). I appreciate that.Second, I think the office is run well. I have never waited more than 30 minutes from the time I enter the clinic to the time I am meeting face-to-face with either Dr. Gelety or Marta Silva, the nurse practitioner. I also really like Marta. This is my first time undergoing fertility treatments, and I need someone who is willing to hold my hand throughout the process. Marta is that person. She is patient and takes the time to answer my very detailed questions about whatever process I am undergoing. I have called three times now to leave a message for Dr. Gelety or Marta regarding Clomid side effects, and they have each called me back within 3 hours.What really sold me on this place, though, is their advanced understanding of endometriosis and strategies to get pregnant despite the disease. Although I have had no luck in getting pregnant since starting a month ago (on to my second IUI now), I have no doubts that Dr. Geletys office will be the ones to help me reach this goal. If you look at statistics regarding what types of patients each of the major Tucson clinics treat, youll see Dr. Geletys office reports having the highest number of patients with endometriosis as the infertility diagnosis. I dont know about you, but I want to be under the care of someone who has seen many patients like me.I truly feel like Marta and Dr. Gelety are partners with me in this journey. If the IUI this month doesnt work out, then we are happily undergoing IVF with this office. I know that it will be the most cost-effective option with the best outcome for me. I have researched many infertility clinics, and I know Ive found the right one for me. I cant recommend this place enough.

Dr. Gelety seems to be a great doctor, but everything else about the office is horrible.First, prepare to be mislead regarding prices. I was told it was very affordable and handed a pricing sheet. What you find out later is that there are MANY additional costs that just keep showing up. The office decides when you will start the package but up until then you have to pay additional for every exam. When it came time for my procedure I was given a price list that I had never seen before and told I had to pay the total amount. I had even asked the doctor in one of the first visits if my procedure would cost less and he said yes. Well in the end, it was even more than I was told. They take advantage of people because there is no way you want to stop when youve already bought thousands of dollars worth of medications and been through many shots and treatments. After complaining I was given a small refund by the NP but have no idea where she got this arbitrary amount. Being straightforward about pricing should be a priority.Second, the entire staff knows nothing. There were many times the NP did my exams and couldnt answer me questions. Towards the end of my treatments the NP didnt even give me a time line that was for me, it had procedures on it that I wasnt even getting. I had to call Dr. Gelety on his cell to get questions answered. Its a good thing I did because all of the timing wouldve been messed up if I wouldve followed her information. The front desk has no idea what going on and want to charge you for procedures not even done. There were many times I left and had no idea what the next step was going to be. This is such a fragile process I was nervous the entire time. They are good at taking your blood but thats about it.I was one of the lucky ones and had a successful egg retrieval but I am nervous about the next step because I cant even imagine how much more it is going to cost me.

Dr. Gelety is the reason we have our two daughters. He is interested in finding root cause of infertility before jumping into IVF. Yes, he talks quickly and doesnt spend a lot of time with each patient, but I truly believe it is because he is trying to help as many people as possible.

We have been going to Dr.Gelaty for about 6 months now and have had a great experience. We recently found out that we are now expecting. They have answered all our questions and when we have a concern they get back to us ASAP. Martha the NP is great love that she speaks Spanish and explains everything in detail. We feel very comfortable with her and Dr. Gelety

I love this office, they give my husband an I so much hope for positive outcomes for pregnancy. We have struggled for years trying to get pregnant and they have went over and beyond trying to figure out what is causing this infertility. Office is nice modern and very clean. Bathrooms are always kept up to high standards. I have never had an issue with service or anything at this office.

My husband and I have had a great experience with this office so far. Dr. Gelety and Marta Silva have been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Every appointment we have had, both of them have taken the time to explain what is going on, and what they are looking for and doing.We have called the office multiple times and have always had someone answer our questions or have always gotten a call back. In fact, we called at a time where Marta and Dr. Gelety were out of the office. The staff gave me a cell number for Marta and I was able to call her and she answered all my questions on her day off.The office is closed on the weekends but both Dr. Gelety and Marta are willing to come in on the weekends if it means the timing is right for your IUI. (Marta offered to come into the office on a Sunday morning just for our IUI).We have never had long waits either. In fact I have even been able to get in early a couple times. So far this has been a great experience for us.

Aside from having 2 failed IVFs at a different doctors office here in town and having a successful first time IVF with Dr. Gelety, the staff is great, wait times are low, and they are very discreet. They know me by name, ask about my son (who is a our miracle from the IVF w/ this office), about work, etc. Dr. G, Marta, and staff even come in on weekends to work off YOUR NATURAL CYCLE!Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication!

My wife and I have been going to Dr.Gelety since 2013. We love him and his staff so much. In 2014 we found out we were pregnant after only 3 months of trying. We when back again in 2017 and after 5 months were pregnant again and Due in March 2018. If we do plan on #4 well be going back to Dr.Gelety.

Great friendly staff, and Dr. Gelety and Marta are the best! The office is always clean and tidy. Getting an appointment went really fast and the front staff will accommodate you with setting up follow up appointments. Both Dr. Gelety and Marta explain everything what will happen next in a understandable way. Dr. Gelety and Marta answer any question you have. Both of them even gave me their after hour phone numbers to call if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Gelety and his staff to anybody.

I adore Dr. Gelety. After successful treatment by Dr. Gelety, I had been released to an OBGYN. On Christmas Eve I thought I was having a miscarriage. My OBGYN would not authorize me to come in because, he said, it will not change medical outcome.Dr. Gelety, who was no longer my physician, left his family and met me at the clinic to perform an x-ray, which showed that the likely spotting was from the twin we already knew wed lost lost---and that the remaining baby was doing just fine. My holiday went from a nightmare to a celebration.That baby is now a sophomore at Columbia Universtiy. I will always be grateful to Dr. Gelety.

The first time I came to the office was a pretty doctor and the staff it was 2013, then Martha, a wonderful and knowledgeable specialist, was still working. The second time I turned in 2017, all the staff, including the doctor, felt cold and made many mistakes, were confused with the date, so they exhausted me for 6 months, in the end, nothing happened, I was disappointed in this doctor.

My hubby and I have been seeing Dr. Timothy Gelete for under 4 months now and we feel that so far they have helped us gain a certain hope again. Dr. Timothy Gelete, Marta, and even their nurses and staff have worked with us on many levels, from fertility to financial. They each play an important role to help my hubby and I to achieve what we came in to do. We just went through with our first iui this morning and it was a smooth small and quick procedure done very well. Hoping and praying for our miracle baby #1🎀 And for anyone who reads these reviews, just remember that everyone is different in every way physically, mentally and emotionally and that includes Dr. Timothy Gelete... He is a VERY VERY VERY smart man, and very straightforward too. I believe he is into fertility just as much as Einstein was into math. With all said, less stress is better and Good luck to all of you trying to conceive! Baby dust!

Love the staff, they’re very attentive and informative as well as Dr. Gelety. They’re very understanding when it comes to the anxiety & worrying their patients face.

Both Dr Gelety and Marta are amazing! I always feel as though all of my questions are are answered and we are never rushed. I always leave feeling that both Dr Gelety and Marta genuinely care about my wife and me.

Things you need to know if you are doing IVF here to prevent unpleasant visits (Because ours were not too enjoyable).1 ) The doctor, the nurse practitioner, the front desk people and billing do not talk to one another, you must be the mediator between them.- If you leave a message with the front desk it will 95% of the time not be received to the intended person, to avoid this make sure to get all the phone numbers of those you are working with.- If the doctor does an ultrasound and then the nurse does blood work, they most likely not communicate their findings/information to each other. You kind of have to put 2 and 2 together and then call them and follow up with them. Basically you need to take control and communicate the information and make sure they know whats going on.2) The front desk and billing employees are very inexperienced. Also very young. Do not expect much out of them. It will be like your talking to a group of 15-17 year old teens at a job for the very fist time.3) They do IVF packages at set prices and then bill you for other stuff like meds, visits, and labwork. They will never tell you when your package ends and when the billing for other stuff begins, be sure to ask explicitly for this information at each visit to avoid Suprise! billings at the end. (if you have insurance it probably wont be that big of a deal to you.)4) Dr Gelety is a good doctor however, hes very skittish when he talks and will leave quickly and not give you time to ask many questions. Be sure to call him after hours and he is much better to talk to then.5) Cory and Martha are good at drawing blood... the rest not so much.6) They rush you and kind of treat you like cattle or factory of some sort when doing the egg retrievals. They had like 10 people the day we did it and literally rushed us through the signing of tons of documents and waivers without the chance to read them and just rushed us through the procedure. It was unpleasant!7) The waiting room is awkwardly set up, get ready to move a lot and bump into to people.Lastly, expect the worse and hope for the best. Because the worse happened to us I am now out $10,000.00, we will see how round 2 goes.Good Luck !

Infertility is a difficult journey... Dr. Gelety and his staff made our dreams come true. We now have a beautiful daughter thanks to their help. They found our golden egg! It took several tries but they didnt give up on my 40 year old eggs. Thank you Dr. Gelety and Dr. Wu!

I would recommend this center to anyone who is struggling with fertility issues. The staff are very patient and kind. Dr. Gelety does everything he can to help you while still remaining open and honest about complications, chances of success, and your own health and safety. He does not sugar coat the truth but he is also empathetic and understanding.

Dr. Gelety gave me everything. Everything I began to fear I couldnt have. He is a thorough doctor and skilled surgeon. Within 4 months, he discovered any and all issues with my fertility and I became pregnant. I couldnt be happier and have referred friends with enthusiasm.

I was told for 4 years that no matter what I did I would never have kid. And when I told dr.gelety he told me he would do everything he could to help me have a baby. His and his staff are so sweet and caring and kind. I now have a beautiful baby girl I 100% recommended dr.gelety and his staff !! They are so amazing

Booked an apt and when my wife called to check on it, the receptionist didnt even have us in the system anymore. Was told, after we showed up & left our jobs to attend the appt, that they had 3 OTHERS SCHEDULED AT THE SAME TIME and that we could wait til they got us in. Since when is a doctors appt ran like the MVD, where you show up and they others scheduled the same time for 1 doctor? Basically, they OVERBOOK the times, in case someone cancels...so you might as well take a number when you show up & be ready to wait all day. The receptionist insisted it was our fault that she canceled our appt after my wife called earlier to verify the time last week...our fault? She got very defensive and NEVER OFFERED AN APOLGY.....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Why would I use them for something this important IF THEY CANT EVEN GET A SIMPLE APPT CORRECT? (or even take responsibility for making the error & AT LEAST APOLOGIZING? Got another rapt with a whole different company, one thats actually competent & courteous of course.

Me and my wife were working with Dr. Gelety for low sperm count issues. Right away his solution was HCG injections for me and every two weeks i had to do sperm analysis tests blood work and then another cycle of shots. Aside from testosterone levels from the bood work he never bothered to dig deeper into the issues. After months of the same thing and no progress we went to Dr. Scot Hutchinson for a second opinion. He sent me to a urologist Dr. burrows and right away he took me off of the shots. Took blood work to check chromosomes and a Y deletion chromosome study and found out what was causing the low sperm count. Dr. Gelety was a waste of time and money since he never bothered to actually find out what was going on and the HCG with sperm anaysis are not covered under our insurance. I didnt even need the HCG shots at all. plus his front office is unprofessional and rude. i would try Dr. Scot Hutchinson or other centers in the area before settling for AZREI.

Dr Gelety and his staff are amazing and helpful. They are excellent at their job and will go the extra mile. He and Marta even saw us on Christmas Day last year because of our timing and need. I highly recommend this place

DONT COME HERE ESPECIALLY TO DOCTOR MARTHA SILVA! SHE GAVE ME WRONG MEDS&TERRIBLE TREATMENT!! Ive been a patient here for a while and started off w/doc Gelety and then switched to doc Silva. Dont know why. I liked doc Gelety better than Doc Silva. During my appointmentments she comes in does the transvaginal ultrasound and then says ok,Ill see you next week or whenever she wants to see me&everytime I try to ask her about the meds or Im trying to talk with her about something,she just rushes out and always says ok. But thats it just ok&rushes out of the conversation. Its like she doesnt want to talk. I did 4 rounds of Clomid & nothing. She then told me before I started the 4th round that we would talk about things more when I came in the next time. So,that never happened. Smdh Then when I call them for questions or concerns,they never call back! Smh THEY DONT EVEN CARE AT THIS OFFICE ESPECIALLY MARTHA SILVA. SHE IGNORES EVERYTHING I BROUGHT TO HER ATTENTION&RUSHES THROUGH THINGS. IM LIKE HELLOOO..I DONT PAY YOU FOR THIS. How do I know what the hell is going on if you are not willing to talk with me about my symptoms/care? Smh dont go to this office they dont even care! Especially MARTHA SILVA! SHE IS TERRIBLE DOC! Glad I got out of there. She once prescribed me the wrong meds! Smh then she didnt even.care Carolina was the one that helped correct that smh but its too late now,I made sure I ENDED my relationship w/this SO CALLED DOCTOR MARTHA SILVA. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. PERIOD! #RecentPatient2012-2013

He was great with my wife. Answered all her questions and she had a ton. Always returned calls and was very easy to schedule appts. Office staff is great too!

Dr geletey was amazing and thanks to him and his amazing team I’m now holding my 2 and a half week old daughter.

I developed bleeding symptoms at the 5th week of pregnancy. I received great care from the doctors and nurses at the center and got through the most difficult days. The doctors are highly skilled and show care in every aspect. They are a warm family!
