Dr. Dehasse is an amazing professional and has relieved me of pain I thought I would never escape. She did not ignore my issue like many medical professionals have in the past. She acknowledged my pain and supported my healing. Most importantly, she treated me like a human being and is a very patient-centered provider.No longer am I merely sick, living in survival mode. Be careful before going to this clinic, especially if you are a self-pay patient. I called to inquire about the price of a pap smear and was told one figure. Well - over $1,000 in surprise bills later I am not even sure what Im paying for anymore. Ive tried to call their billing department and cannot get a hold of anyone. Also they resisted giving me a medical invoice at the end of my appointment and could not even give me the treatment codes that I needed.

I would have to say, I can’t speak for the other comments but I saw Carol Dehasse a year ago and she had wonderful bedside manners. I suffer from Pelvic floor dysfunction and instead of putting me under for a pelvic floor exam. She gave me tips on what I should do versus rushing me to put me under for a pelvic exam. I think that speaks volumes. She spent her time with me and you could tell she was worried about me and cared about my situation. She is the first gynecologist that showed empathy for my condition. I would recommend her to my family.

Dr Dehasse has been my gyn for years. She always treats me great and her office staff are very attentive as well.

When I enter the office lobby on /17/24, the receptionist was working on the computer and did not acknowledge my presence, not even Ben to say, “I’ll be with you shortly “. Realizing this I stepped away from the window until she was ready to service me. I felt customer-friendly was lacking.The intake nurse was very personable when remaining professional. Her directions were clear and easy to follow.The student mentee was also very professional and thorough in questions and recording my responses.I was very pleased with Dr. Dehasse’s exam and procedure.

Waiting room was clean and front office staff was very professional and quick. Was seen promptly to appt time and nurse was very courteous and professional. Dr. Dehasse is absolutely incredible. She Listened and suggested many tips to navigate through midlife journey, she explained pros & cons to prescriptions and most importantly actually helped me instead of telling me to deal with it. Dr. Degasse is my go to for womens health, shes passionate about educating women about their health and she is an absolutely amazing.

Read great reviews about dr dehasse and was excited to have her deliver my baby. never got to meet her even as i got closer to my due date. after constant stress and labor and delivery visits due to constant problems with bleeding and my babies heartbeat dipping all the time she never met with me at my appointments i had with NP Baba. had my baby preterm and was delivered by someone i never met or heard of and still have no idea if i’ll even meet her at my 6 week appointment. i’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

Dr Dehasse is kind, caring, considerate, patient but most of all a blessing to me. She listened to me when no one else would. Her staff is extremely friendly and kind as well. Highly recommend her practice.

She came in for an emergency surgery was called and didnt hesitate at like 3am. She was there immediately and when I finally had my follow up she was very open to discussing everything and answered all my questions. Definitely, thankful for her.

When I got pregnant I was so freaked out. Dr. Dehasse really helped me relieve my anxiety. She was personal and really went above and beyond to answer all mine and my husbands questions. First time I met Dr. Dehasse, I was left with a bad first impression. She seemed a little rough around the edges and also intimidating. However, I decided to give her another chance. Second time I was supposed to see her, years later, my appointment that was booked months in advance. My appointment was cancelled the day before, with the “explanation” that Dr. DeHasse was “on call” and could we reschedule for over another month out. Uh, no. I had already waited months. Found a new doctor right away.

The first doctor in my life who looked at me in an integrated way, concerned about my health, all the doctors I have seen here to date only take care of what they take care of. Dr. Carol is wonderful, I cant thank her enough and now I feel safer because I have a doctor to support me! She knows about leaky gat, something that doctors ignore here (Mexico and Brasil) and today it is what guides our health! In fact, my decision to go with her was precisely because of a bad evaluation that was certainly true!

Dr Dahasse is the best, she is really interested in what happening and to help the patient.

The reason why I’m giving this doctor a one star is for the following reasons, on my behalf;1. Terrible bed side manners2. Passive aggressive attitude3. No compassion4. No concern for patient nor patient rights/desires5. Rude6. Don’t take the time to read patient reports/files/notes/results7. More worried about getting paid than the patientI would like to say that the nurses and the receptionist were awesome!!!

My experience with Dr. Dehasse is always so welcoming and friendly! She is excellent at providing an environment that is comfortable and is easily approachable with any questions or concerns I may have.

I don’t believe I received the time and attention I deserved. The doctor rushed in late and I did not receive the ultra sound I was expecting, just a rushed exam before she sped off to some “emergency.” I would have preferred a rescheduling.

I was asked if I wanted students in the room with the doctor. I replied no. They asked me again. I said no. I was forgotten about in the room for over an hour. The doctor pushed surgery. Didnt ask my symptoms or my opinion really. I wont be going back.

Dr Dehasse is the best! She’s always caring and makes you feel comfortable. She helped me right away with everything I needed and even when a little hiccup happened, her and her team got me back in by the end of the week to correct it! Her and her team are amazing!

During my first appointment with Dr. Dehasse, she easily spent at least an hour with me, listening to all of my concerns and reviewing my health history. She also did an ultrasound herself on me (Ive never had a doc perform this themselves), and explained everything she was seeing as she went. I underwent surgery 2 weeks ago for my conditions, and am confident she resolved my issues. She was patient, compassionate, and very competent. Her office staff, especially Brianna, are all amazing as well! Very sweet, and attentive/responsive to questions or calls as well. Thank you!

Dr. DeHasse is very knowledgeable and understanding of her patients needs. I have had some issues that have been going on for years and I finally found a Dr. that listened to what I was actually saying. After my visit I was very satisfied that my needs were met and that the proper care was given. She also had a student intern and he was very respectful as well.

Amazing woman I adore her !!! She was so helpful during my whole pregnancy and when I gave birth she was so confident and amazing. 10/10 recommend to any mother who is pregnant or needing ob care. Amazing amazing woman !!!!!

Dr. De Hasse did surgery and I saw her as a follow-up 8 weeks later. I felt I was having problems and she poo poo me and said I was old. I didnt feel good about that.

Dr Dehasse was my OB and delivered my son when she was with a different medical group in 2015. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field of both obstetrics and women’s health. She is an excellent surgeon and my c-section scar is barely noticeable. There was no doubt in my mind that she would be the doctor for my surgery consult. She will be performing my next surgical procedure later this year.

Dr Dehasse was very kind and thorough. She spoke clearly and was super helpful. Being that this is my first pregnancy, I was a bit nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I’m happy I chose her, definitely recommend.

Customer service is impossible to get through. Whenever I have concerns they don’t call back until 24 hours after the fact, I get treated like symptoms are just “normal” but after 3 miscarriages and 2 happening in the 2nd trimester I don’t appreciate the lack of empathy this staff has. When I reach out through provider portal responses take a day or longer. I had paperwork for work for accommodations the NP I saw told everything to she told me the OB would fill it out so I left, they told me it was ready when I picked it up the NP put “none” on everything, didn’t even take the time to read the questions or put accommodations I was requesting. My HR department even called me and said “this physician is completely ruling out what you’re requesting”. After attempting many calls and being ignored by all the back office staff I reached out on provider portal last week and told them I need a call back and of course I still haven’t gotten a call back and this is an urgent matter my job needs. So this is unacceptable and patient neglect. I had an appointmentt this Thursday that I cancelled and will be filing a complaint against this office. The reviews for Dr. Dehasse are great and so are the reviews for the hospital to deliver and after complications with my last delivery I felt confident but after this experience with this staff and lack of care and communication I’m finding a new OB and hospital to give birth at.

Im a healthcare provider as well so the fact Im writing this review a year later means this appointment was a significant traumatic event. I made this appt for my teenage daughter with PCOS. I thought a female provider would have some empathy but it was absolutely the opposite. Dr Dehasse needs to take some CE about weight stigma in health-care. She came into the office making many assumptions about my daughter including diet and physical activity based on my daughters body. When my daughter became increasingly emotional about the barrage of accusations of being lazy and glutinous De Dehasse then started assuming my daughter was depressed. None of which are true but based on societal stereotypes of larger people. My daughter has been actively playing tennis (and undefeated in high school I might add) since she was 10, a Jr lifeguard at age 13 etc. She assumed my daughter ate highly processed foods exclusively and tried to cut me off when I tried to explain occupation was a registered dietitian and our family has been primarily plantbased for MANY years. Assumption after assumption was made. When I asked questions as a professional AND as a parent she was dismissive. In the end all she did was throw birth control at ANOTHER patient with PCOS. Way to go for original thought. Drs are taught to treat people with algorithms and give no personalization. Highly DO NOT recommend this provider if you fall outside of societal norms. Step up your game Dr. Own up to your lack of education for people in all body types and take time to listen to what your patients are trying to tell you. Do better!

Dr. DeHasse was very helpful to me. She answered all my questions and was very detailed with her answers so that I totally understood everything being said. I really appreciated that.

Dr Dehasse was very thorough, very honest and to the point. Which can be a good thing when youre going in for paps/ultrasounds. She also had a med student with her and he was very polite, and was observing well. He had asked me some preliminary questions before the actual appt and listened and paid attention to what I had said.Dr Dehasse also gave me some new options for my health that I hadnt thought of before which is also good. I referred my sister to her and I plan on keeping Dr Dehasse has my physician for womens health.

Dr. Dehasse is AMAZING! She is wonderfully attentive and honest, listens intently, and cares for her patients. She takes extra precautions to ensure her work is accurate and efficient, which is such a relief in a time where everything is very rushed and overbooked. She takes the time to ensure everything is right, and that youre comfortable! Her staff and NP are just as amazing; incredibly friendly, patient, sweet and caring. You can definitely tell this is an office full of people who care for their patients! By far the best experience Ive had at any healthcare office, I cant recommend these guys enough!!!

Doctor Carol Dehasse, where do I even begin... She is so beautiful inside and out. I know she cares so much about her patients when I hear nurses being nervous about messing anything up when it comes to her patients. My first follow up after surgery it took the staff nearly an hour to get me back to a room. The follow up with Dr Dehasse itself was 5 minutes at the most. My final follow up post-surgery it took Dr Dehasse 40 minutes to come see me after I had been in a room. Ive worked in the medical field for 7 years and the lack of respect for my time is highly disappointing.Overall, Dr Dehasse is thorough and listens to what her patients want/need. For the first time in my adult life I am no longer in pain!I really wish I could give a higher rating, but as great as Dr Dehasse is, her staff and the time management is really not up to par.

Dr Dehasse was very thorough in spending time with me and asking me questions to give me the best treatment necessary. My OBGYN had retired, and so I was referred by my regular doctor to see Dr Dehasse. I really like her bedside manner and expertise in prescribing medications to help and recommending some physical therapy as well. I’m looking forward to having her as my new OBGYN.

Dr. DeHasse goes above and beyond during every visit I have had with her. She will sit with me and discuss all treatment options and keep me informed. She is not quick to rush a treatment option or move to surgery. She is amazing and I am happy I found her!

The staff at this office is incredibly rude and disorganized. I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance, only to be told at the office the day of my appointment that I could not have my procedure done because they didnt have the implant in stock. This was after waiting half an hour past my appointment time in the lobby. The staff was not apologetic and blamed central scheduling. When I asked how it was possible for no one to have contacted me sooner, the medical assistant actually said I have been on vacation until today and so I havent prepped the patient charts. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.In previous visits the staff has also been disorganized. I once had an appointment for getting a birth control pill, and the medical assistant had set up the patient room for an IUD placement due to lack of communication. Other times, I have tried calling the office for test results before and no one ever returned my voicemails. At another visit, there was a medical student present, and Dr. Dehasse simply introduced them without asking for my consent for the student to be in the room.Dr. Dehasse herself is a great doctor, but the headaches caused by office staff and the medical assistant at each visit have made me permanently switch to a new doctor not affiliated with Northwest. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and unfortunately every experience I have had at Dr. Dehasses office has left me with the feeling that I have received a very poor quality of healthcare.

My appointment w/Dr. Dehasse was interesting. Dr. Dehasse is extremely knowledgeable in her field and confident in her knowledge. She was willing to have a conversation, albeit brief, about my concerns and uterine issues. She did make me feel confident in her abilities and was ok with changing my appointment.I will say that there seems to be some type of staffing or transition issues. Attempting to contact the office directly is difficult and frustrating. The staff is friendly and warm but the office definitely needs a better telephone system. I’ve sent emails through the portal and do not always get a response.I would definitely recommend Dr Dehasse and FNP Chiamaka Baba to any woman and especially POC women.

Dr. Dehasse does not make you feel as if youre just another patient. Shes informative and friendly. Her entire staff is pleasant. Its the first time in months Ive felt in control with my changing body.

Dr. DeHasse is an amazing surgeon and doctor. She has a little bit of a tough exterior but in no way let that fool you. She is caring, attentive, and very thorough in explaining and making sure you are comfortable. I met her and three weeks later had surgery. (4 days ago) I have never felt more comfortable or like I was in good hands than I feel in her care. 5star service!

My wife and I are trying to conceive our first child, and weve sadly had 2 miscarriages. This isnt in any way, shape or form Dr Dehasses fault. We understand these things are far more common than people talk about. That being said, I feel that everyone in this clinic, with the exception of the NP (who has been great throughout our experience) they have been cold and not understanding of the fears of first time parents. Our first appointment with Dr Dehasse felt super rushed and we didnt really get a chance to ask questions about the dangers of pregnancy due to my wifes preexisting conditions. We also called the clinic when my wife first started to have her second miscarriage to ask for some guidance and left an urgent VM first thing in the morning. They never called us back. I guess she might work for parents that are not going through their first pregnancy, but if you are trying to conceive for the first time, this isnt the place for you.

I had a procedure done by Dr. Carol Dehasse MD and she did a great job! She knows exactly what she is doing and I would definitely go back to her again if I needed to. If you are looking for warm and fuzzy, then maybe you should look else where (remember she is a surgeon and is very busy). She does take the time to listen to your concerns though. If you are looking for someone that doesnt mess around and waste your time then I truly recommend Dr. Dehasse she really knows her stuff.

Dr. Dehasse is a very skillful surgeon. She performed a full hysterectomy on me, to remove a very large fibroid, which made surgery complex. My experience with her through surgery and the post-op was very positive and my recovery was complete. At three months from surgery my life has improved quite a bit and I feel that the whole episode is behind me.

I just got done with my appointment with Dr. Dehaase and I am unsure how I got so lucky to have been able to establish as a new patient. She took her time, was patient, sweet and understanding. She gets straight to the point which only makes me trust her more. I’ve been through so much with gynecological issues, my health and with OBGYN’s, I am so happy I found her & look forward to feeling better.

Dr. Carole Dehasse is one of the smartest, most on it healthcare providers I have ever met. She is not super sappy, but make no mistake... This woman cares about her patients and instead of feeding you lip service, she ACTS without hesitation to do her job, which is to provide correct and precise care for her patients and shes earned my trust 100% through that. This was the second time I saw her in 10 years. Was having colon surgery and when opened they found a orange size cyst on ovary. She was prepping for a surgery next door and came over to my surgery room and removed it after speaking to my poa. Just love her! Great work!

Dr. Dehasse is amazing!! She provides fantastic service and has wonderful office staff. I saw her for an IUD insertion and was in and out within 30 minutes. She inserted it quickly and comforted me throughout the universally uncomfortable experience. She is the best OB/GYN in town!

Dr Carol Dehasse !! am a 66 yr. old women who needed help with the ladies needs cuz I had fibroids and a lot of pain / I had an experience with another specialist but he never called me back!! After a few times of leaving messages! So I got another Doctor primary and she told me about Dr Dehasse /,well she was everything my primary said she was !! Very very informative! As soon as you give her answer / she’s ready to serve you right then and there! We made an appointment to get this procedure and we did it ! Finally after 5 yrs !!! I saw Dr. Dehasse for a 2nd opinion last October, she listened to my concerns & gave her opinion. We decided laparoscopic surgery was the best option, it was scheduled by that evening. I had a total hysterectomy in Dec., she called to check up on me the night of & a few days later. I had no complications, my scars are minimal & I feel 100% better than what I did for the 8mths I went thru pain & discomfort. My previous Dr. kept telling me I was just fine, nothing wrong, try this, try that but yet I knew there was something wrong. So glad I saw Dr. Dehasse bcuz I was a hotmess inside. I highly recommend her for a Gyn. Thank you Dr. Dehasse for listening to me & making me feel so much better. 😊

Unacceptable behavior. While treating a friend of mine, Dehasse displayed a belittling and dismissive attitude towards said friend’s inquiries. Doctors are supposed to listen intently to their patients with respect, not try to tell them that their bodily problems are absolutely the patients own fault, covertly or otherwise. If you need to seek out an OBGYN, please take the time to do research on how they conduct themselves. I will not be visiting this OBGYN any time in the near future.

She just performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy on my wife YESTERDAY(6/19).. FIRST time my wife or I have been in a hospital for 45+ years.. Now this Dr. is NOT the warm and fuzzy(as a previous review stated) person, if that is what you want.. she can be abrupt, but I applaud her confidence and skill , and how she KNOWS what she is doing. My wife really likes her.

I came to Dr. Dehasse for a second opinion regarding my ovarian cysts and endometriosis. I immediately felt in better hands once I met with her. She performed a hysterectomy, right oophorectomy and cystectomy of my left ovary. My recovery was fast. She left minimal incisions from the laparoscopy procedure. She is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. It felt good to be treated with professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Dr. Dehasse to anyone considering gynecological surgery. Highly recommend!!

Dr Dehasse is great. She is very up front and direct in a way I wish all of my doctors would be.

I met with this doctor on 1/25 for less than five minutes after a 45 minute wait. I found her to be rude, abrasive and aggressively unhelpful. I let her know how I felt and we agreed I could have my co-pay back and leave since there was no real visit. The ladies at the front gave me back my cash and I left, confident I would never have to hear or speak to them again. Its the end of March and Im still getting bills from them for a visit that never happened. How many times do I have to call? How many people do I need to speak to? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE DOCTORS, DIM-WITTED OFFICE STAFF.

Dr. Dehasse is an amazing dr. She listens to what you tell her and ask questions you didnt think to ask. I would recommend highly. She did my hysterectomy and she did a great job.

My daughter is at the womens center in pain sick and diagnosed with covid. She has not been given anything for her discomfort. She is having acid reflex and vomiting. Nothing but zofran is being given? she has asked for medicine for the burning in her throat the discomfort in her body and nothing has been given to her. I have been on the phone over 2 hours listening to my daughter throw up crying and hear her call for the nurse. Which continues to proceed ro tell her there is nothing they can give her??? This is such nonsense!! Ive never heard a facility ever refuse compfort to a patient!! I will be filing a complaint and going further with this

Everyone in this office was soooo nice, and that’s very important to me! Dr.Dehasse took the time to answer every question I had and was full of information. I appreciate how much time she took to allow me to walk out of there with confidence. She’s very straight to the point, and I appreciate that.

Northwest Allied Womens Health - Dr carol may dehasse is the worst doctor my fiancé has ever gone to. After being referred to this doctor by a more competent one, this doctor shut down all my fiancés concerns. Talked down to her and even told her to get a procedure done in Mexico. She played dumb about my fiancé being referred to her and asked her questions in a rude manner that were all answered and still got a bad attitude and was met with an unwillingness to help. She is garbage and deserves to be fired.11/17/19

Staff is really helpful and will answer questions concerning visit, medications, procedures. They call back to give you bloodwork results. Doctor Dehasse.has ultrasound machine in office so she can do imaging during appointment if needed.

Pleasant office staff and Dr. DeHasse is always compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. I know I’m in good hands here.

She listened to my concerns and explained what needed to be done. I felt a little rushed but she did spend a fair amount of time with me.

I originally was going to go there and ask to transfer cause it was too far out and I reside in vail but when I met Dr. Dehasse I decided to stay she is very personal and made me feel comfortable I am very pleased with her and highly recommend her
