Dr Yell and her staff are very professional and always make me feel at ease. I love that they still wear masks while in contact with patients. I was very impressed!! (This was my first visit post-pandemic.) Dr Yell was great, as usual, with answering my questions and explaining what was being done. I am very happy that Im in her care ☺️

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and organization of the office. Kelly is an excellent front desk person and Elizabeth, a personable & helpful medical assistant. Dr. Yell explained things well, answered my questions and seemed caring & attentive. Traits lacking in many medical offices these days.I am waiting to hear back regarding my test. It was my first time at this facility. When I first walked in it seemed dull and gloomy, as well as warm and stuffy. The entrance staff was cordial and efficient.The exam room also needed refreshing and updating and it was too warm and stuffy. The assistant was kind and efficient.Dr. Yell was nice and did what she needed to do. However, I did not feel confident that she is updated on a specific issue I asked her about.

Dr. Yell is the best doctor I have ever seen. She is patient, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Yell made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything step-by-step during my appointment. I’m so lucky to have Dr Yell and would never see anyone else.

Dr. Yell is one of the few medical professionals that I have seen in the last few years that actually looks at you and listens. Usually all I see is their backs and the notes in my chart shows how little they listen. This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. I plan on visiting her going forward.

Dr. Yell is very patient-comfort focused. I had a pessary playing hide-and-seek waaay high up in my vagina. The details would make you cringe. She recognized quickly that any attempt to move it would be brutal and she stopped the exploration immediately and referred me to a doctor who will remove the pessary under anesthesia.I’m 77. I’ve had really painful past experienceswith gynecological exams. To be with Dr. Yell is a safe and secure experience. I would recommend her to anyone with confidence that they would have the same safe, secure experience that I’ve had with her. She’s so patient focused, and insures you will be treated gently. I love her. I believe you will too.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Yell. She is absolutely terrific.She listened and suggested options for my needed hormone therapy. I would recommend her to any female in need of a GYN.

Dr Yell is a kind and compassionate Doctor and listens to you . I recommend her to anyone and not just young women having babies she will treat the menopausal women too . She isn’t pushy and takes time even though she is very busy . Her staff is so kind especially her CMA .

I had a great experience with Dr. Yell. Let me preface this review by saying, I am not a doctor person. I see a medical doctor for feminine care and surgery. I like my appointments short and sweet and without the pretense of small talk. Dr. Yell was straight forward and direct. She had very valuable information to share and offered several solutions to my issues. Her confident bedside manner and eye contact put me right at ease and I didnt find her rude or abrasive in the slightest. I will be a patient of hers as long as shes practicing.

I found Dr. Yale to be respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable. I trust her and Retired, RN does not grant trust readily in such situations. The only negative is that I had to wait quite a while in the exam room, For which Dr. Yell apologized.

Dr Yell is a good listener. She always makes me feel like my concerns are heard. The office is efficient and my appointment was on time.

The wait was a little longer than I expected, but I like to think that happens when a doc is taking time to listen and be thorough. Once in the office, both Dr. Yell and her nurse were very pleasant and kind. Dr. Yell offered recommendations without the pushiness and condescension I have gotten from some GYNs in the past (which led to a 10 year hiatus in care). I felt heard and comfortable and happy with the visit

The minus star is due to my feeling of being forced to go with a medication I did not want. due to the Dr. not prescribing the requested medication that does work for me (Non narcotic).I would recommend Dr. Yell.

Dr Yell is an amazing DR.She listens, takes her time, explains things. I’m 52 and she is the best women’s DR I’ve ever experienced.She is a keeper.

Dr. Yell was very nice but she didn’t ask me hardly any questions or let me discuss anything I wanted to discuss, such a problems I was having. She seemed more interested in changing my birth control than anything. I take birth control to regulate my period and I’ve had zero complications with it for the past 3 years. I was very anxious going into my appointment because of the exam with a complete stranger so my blood pressure was super high. I explained I saw my PCP a month ago and my BP was perfectly fine and told her again I was just super anxious. She recommended I stop my birth control and consider getting an IUD put it. I wish she would have asked me more questions and listened to me. Again, she was very nice but rushing through appointments will make you miss important information regarding your patients.

Let me start by saying I was not actually seen by Dr Yell. Booked my first appointment months ago and the date finally rolled around, I live in sahuarita so a 30+ minute drive to her office in the northwest hospital mall. I arrived and by the time I found her office after walking around the entire plaza I walked in at 11 (the time of my appointment). No receptionists were at the front desk and I stood waiting for another few minutes. I finally saw a receptionist and told her I had an appointment. She asked for my name and then told me “your appointment was for 11.” it was then 11:04. I responded I was aware and had been trying to find the office. She then looked me in the eyes and told me “No, you’re a new patient so that won’t work”, after “checking” with Dr Yell she said “sorry, you’ll have to go” and asked me to reschedule, for two months later even after I explained that I lived out of town and had made a drive for the appointment. The entire interaction was cold and unpleasant. Considering the vulnerable nature of these visits, I’m taking this as a good sign that I never even made it to meeting Dr Yell and will search for another doctor who makes patients feel welcome and comfortable.

I can highly recommend Dr. Yell. Seeing a OB/GYN is not something I look forward to. Dr. Yell made me feel at ease. She answered every question, made appropriate referrals and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy promptly. I will recommend her to my friends and plan to see her on an annual basis.

Going to the doctor, especially for a personal exam is never the most exciting thing to do; so finding a good doctor is so imperative. I have had some bad experiences in the past which has made me reluctant to go for a long time. I finally had my PCP refer me to Dr Yell and I couldnt be more lucky. She listened to all my concerns and slowly and kindly walked me through everything she was doing and was not in a rush. She found something concerning which has been dealt with in a professional and prompt manner. I cant say enough how amazing she is with her patients.

Dr Yell was amazing! She explained everything and gave great answers to my questions. I was in and out of the office in less than a half an hour. My daughter is now going to her.

I am so impressed by Dr. Yell’s technique. She is very aware and very respectful of the patient and checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. I really liked the way she talked me through the whole process. That put me at ease ( I was really nervous). I highly recommend Dr.Yell for any of your feminine check ups. You’ll be in and out quick and pain free. I’ve been to several gynecologists over the years, she is by far the best I’ve seen.

I took my mom for an OBGYN test a couple days ago, Dr. Yell is referred by our primary doctor. After researching and reading all the reviews about her online, I awared that she is not the doctor I want to follow in the long term. I guess I was right, theres no denying that shes so professional but we dontt feel any welcome at all. She was 15 minutes late for our appointment ( which I dont really mind because I can understand she might be busy ). However, during the meet, she seem in rush, only asked some basic questions and not trying to understand her patient.Would not recommend her if you want to have a friendly doctor who would try to listen and understand your concerns. And absolutely never come back to see her again.

She is a very knowledgeable and respectful doctor. I just started seeing her this year, and she has made me feel very comfortable during my visits and when asking questions.

I love Dr. Yell!! I recently moved to Tucson and was nervous about finding a new gynecologist. I had a bad experience with one in the past so I was very wary and did a lot of research before coming to Dr. Yell. But I am sure glad I did! She is always calm, she is obviously very knowledgeable and she has a good staff to back her! Every time I have gone in there everyone has treated me with nothing but niceness and respect. When I was trying somethings new and the procedure was very painful for me Dr. Yell was there and took amazing care for me as did the rest of her staff. I must admit, when Dr. Kahlor retired I was down and felt I would not find a quality replacement. I am delighted to announce that although it has been just one annual well-woman physical, Dr. Yell has both gentle interpersonal skills and quality medical skills. This was my first visit to this doctor and I can’t say I was left particularly satisfied. I waited to be seen by the doctor for about 15 min and found this doctor to be reserved and somewhat old-fashioned in her approach. She also couldn’t understand some of my questions and couldn’t provide a definitive answer. Some of the treatments she mentioned were a bit confusing.

Dr. Yell was very polite and professional. She listened to my concerns and explained treatment options. Then let me make the decision on which one I wanted to try. I would recommend her as a caring Dr.

Terrible experience with Dr Stacey Yell. I went in to see her for an abnormal menstrual and hormone issues. After telling her my symptoms she asked if I had a primary physician. That was her way of basically telling me she couldn’t help me. I had to suggest having my blood drawn and tested for abnormalities. All this to say don’t waste your time. I wish I could’ve walked out at that point and not been charged. I also had to wait a long time to be seen so not only was it a waste of money but also my time.

I have never felt so cared for by a physician in my entire life. I had an emergency and Dr Yell was by my side every step of the way. She advised me on the phone, met with me in the hospital ER, checked on me before and after surgery (performed expertly by her business partner Dr Dehass), and attentitivly checked up on me afterwards. She was more than doing her job she was going above and beyond bringing comfort and assurance during a very scary situation. I am completely blown away by the level of care I received. I am so thankful for her and would recommend her highly to anyone in need of a good gynecologist. I will be her patient as long as she practices medicine- she is hands down the most amazing physician I have ever experienced. I truly thank God for Dr Yell.

Dr. Yell is legions above any other gynecologist Ive ever seen. She tells me before she touches me, calmly and evenly. She is exceptionally fast at some unpleasant but necessary exams and procedures. I am always terrified at the type of exam I had to do recently, but her calm demeanor and her telling me everything she did before she did it made it the easiest time Ive ever had with this particular type of exam. I could not be more pleased with her telling me before she touched me or did anything new. And she calmly explained that everything seemed normal. She was just so pleasant the entire time. I highly recommend her. Especially for any woman who has experienced trauma or for teens who may not be used to seeing a gyno yet.

This office is run absolutely horribly. My appointment was at three I arrive at 3:05 there’s a huge line to check in when I finally check in it’s like 3:10. At 3:20 they then tell me she might not be able to see me because I was late. I was late by five minutes... they then say they have to see if the patient at 3:40Is going to show up if not then they can see me. They had me wait for twenty minutes not even knowing if I could be seen or not and tried to change my appointment to forty minutes later then originally scheduled. Not to mention the have a normal doctor waiting room right next to it so obviously sick people are waiting next to you while waiting to go to the gynecologist. Absolutely horrible.

Hello Dr Yell was professional and to the point. However I felt like a number, everything was done in a hurry. I’m not sure how many patients she HAS to see in a day but it sure did not feel personable.

This was my first time going with this Doctor and I really liked her professionalism and how she explained everything to me.She was very respectful and answered all my concerns. I felt very comfortable and cared for.

I made an appointment and was not even advised that her office moved. I didn’t get a notice in the mail, an email or a phone call. When I went to the wrong office, I called and asked where they moved to and then because I showed up 15 minutes late, through no fault of my own, she would not see me. I was told to make another appointment or come in 5 hours later. I explained what happened and they didn’t care and showed indifference to my situation. I told the receptionist that I had taken time off from work to be there and it did not matter to them.

Provider was 30 minutes behind schedule at 9:00am. She spent less than 10 minutes with me. Poor bedside manner. Afterwards, the provider’s office charged my insurance incorrectly. When I attempted to reach billing or the provider’s medical assistant to resolve the billing issue, I was not able to reach an actual person but was forced to leave multiple voicemails with the understanding it would be 2 business days before a response. I have yet to receive a response. Strongly advise against Northwest Allied Physicians in general, perhaps especially if you have Tricare Reserve Select insurance.

I am so glad I found Dr. Yell she makes the annual well women exam painless. I know what to expect and she is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend her!

Went here per my pcp for a follow up regarding an abnormal pap. Just reaffirmed why I stay away from MDs and stick with NP. Problem addressed but she seemed annoyed or disinterested in my concerns, felt dismissed. At my age I know how to medicate for pain and that was insulting. Glad to know that in 20 years medical for womens health has not changed and continues to be dismissive when it comes to one knowing their body. Should have figured being grouped with Northwest Hospital to have pretty low expectations with the quality of care.

She listens to you. Explains everything and asks if you have questions. I felt comfortable and at ease.

As soon as I lost my job and insurance, this office wouldnt even authorize a perscription refill UNLESS I came in for an office visit -- which I explained I could not afford at this time. I even offered to come in if I could pay them once I was back to work. No compassion at all ... just a message via the patient portal!
