Took my wife to get a blood draw. They made it quick and very easy. The receptionist was very nice and lovely as well. It was only 10 minutes tops and we were done. I was honestly mind boggled at how quick things were taken care of. Definitely would recommend this place

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I called first prior to my test to be sure I came prepared. A delightful woman with a British accent and the patience of a buddhist answered and thoroughly explained the process to me. Every employee that I encountered was kind, warm, personable, and made me feel comfortable being there. I interacted most with the collector Colleen. What a wonderfully genuine person she is!From start to finish, what I thought was going to be a stressful task was just the opposite. I can’t tell you how much that means to me at a time like this. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Staff is so helpful, patient, and caring. Francis was very professional and so nice to us! I would only point out to the owner of this lab that he or she should hire a receptionist to allow the phlebotomists to focus more on their job and stress out less. But overall, it was a great experience.

The woman is so caring and gentle. She so washed her hands each time she drew blood, sadly I’m not an easy draw; but she never once hurt me. Just barely a pinch. She remembered me from a year and a half ago. I would highly recommend this company.

I just had a urine test here and it was administered by Colleen Edward’s what a nice lady! So professional and great place to get anything done if you have to check on anything don’t go anywhere else but here!

In a few words, unfortunately, my full stars do not go to ARCpoints Labs, as the receptionist (women of short hair) present irritation to customer service and even to her nice coworkers She could not control her emotions nor keep her inside voices. Poor lady, maybe she was having a bad day.On the contrary, the nurse Francies is such a professional lady. I felt she made my day. She was willing to help me and respect me in a very professional and kind way. If I go back to the lab, it is because of her.Using judgemental language is unprofessional miss, I would not say steal when I tried to get some gloves and asked francies if I could have some. You were in your right of not approved me having a pair of gloves, one pair of elastic gloves can throughty be expensive, but yelling was another level. And sorry, but did you just say you like to treat others with the same level of respect? I do not think so, I personally do not like to yell others even if I get yelled. Im not trying to be a victim, but if my scenario describes me as a victim to you, then Ill appreciate your statement.Also, setting up an appointment through the phone can be an issue as the receptionist stated that it needs to be done online. Unless you call the lab, you have a kit or the awesome franchise answers the phone you have your appointment.Hope life brightens you more receptionist.

I thought this place was very neat and thorough with the process . Very pleasant environment and efficient , they had me in and out very quickly and the staff was friendly .

I needed fingerprints done for an FBI Background check. I attempted to go to USPS as the FBI website had said to do but not all of my fingers were capturing so I needed to try somewhere else. I was super nervous and unsure if it would work or if I was doing the correct thing. Wendell (the owner) was super helpful and even made a call for me to make sure I was doing the correct things. He was able to guide me in an even better direction which allowed me to get my background check much faster. It was all super quick plus him and his team were so sweet and friendly. I am glad I ended up at this location vs my other options.Thank you guys so much!

Quick I came in for a pre employment drug test and the total time from sign in to walking out the door was maybe ten minutes

I was happy with the blood draw experience. The technician was very nice and the needle stick was hardly noticeable. Staff was gracious enough to take me although I came at the wrong appointment date. That helped me greatly since I live 30 miles away!

My four years old and I feel welcomed. They did make sure my child have a neat experience while I took blood work. They did explained really well what they did with the work.

I had a miscarriage and came here to get a genetic screening of my baby. The lady that was there was so incredibly compassionate and professional. She let me come earlier than my appointment and had me out within 20 minutes! Definitely would recommend!

Sweet and fast! I went at 11:30 on a Wednesday and was the only one there, checked in and waited two minutes. Took me back, and took about 5 more minutes. I was definitely out in 10 minutes and got back to work on time so that is a plus.

So I had a bad taste in my mouth and was nervous about going somewhere else but when I went here I was welcome with smiles and kind people! There is NO waiting line and I called them about that concern.  I was informed there was enough staff to accommodate the afternoon time I was considering arriving.  NO appointment needed.  Friendly staff.  Actually arrived before opening with 3 other guys.  Took only 10 to 15 minutes per person with the one staff that opened the location. Interesting service I noticed from the poster on their walls is that they offer D.N.A. testing, just bring a shirt, bed-sheet etc. Extraordinary and mentally fascinating There were other intriguing posters but can not remember.

Although there was initially a problem finding my nam in their system (as I went in for serum tears refill), the phlebotomist diligently tried different ways of finding my refill script. Once found, everything went very smoothy, including the nearly painless taking of the blood.The serum tears were then well-packaged and I was on my way in about 3 hours total time (they said business was heavy that day).

I walked in without an appointment & had a wait of less than a minute. Everyone was so friendly! The woman who explained the test was professional & friendly (I asked her name, but Ive already forgotten it - pretty young woman with long brown hair). The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Easy peasy

I made my appt for the blood draw & went to the lab. Frances was my phlebotomist, she was very good atmy blood draw. I ran an errand & picked up the serum tears 2 hours later. Was given the tears & instructions. Very efficient operation with great results now.

Went to lab for new job to have 2 items taken care of, I asked about my blood draw was told it was not ordered, when we both were looking at the form it was ordered. I noticed my new employer they reordered the lab draw on same type of form at another lab, which required I be inconveniences twice.####Reply by lab is inaccurate. No one called, tech was wrong for refusing to draw the blood, we looked at form together, I told her that I was to have that test, the form she read wrong said, No additional forms & instructions, no calls made to my agency, in fact they we not pleased thats why they sent to a different facility. Why lie about it...I have the paperwork and my emails w/agency, she made a mistake own it....jeesh!

I was in need of dependable result delivery times In order to travel and contacted them for a test. I was consulted about the type of test needed and, although the price was quite high, I received my results 24 hours later, just as promised. I especially enjoyed the transparency of the process, UPS tracking number copy provided to check and contact email / telephone numbers to contact with any questions. I checked the status on a Saturday evening and got a response to my question within an hour, despite it not being in the working hours.That’s for me amazing, dependable service on a tight timeline and therefore a great reason to recommend them.Thanks a lot!

I showed up for my drug test 25 minutes before closing and the front desk lady was extremely rude. She had a big problem that I showed up near closing time. She kept telling me that I better be able to pee otherwise I had to leave because she wasnt about to stay a second past 5. She was so rude my entire time there. The person who did my drug test was nice and courteous.

ARCPoint has been my go to for Covid testing. They have great customer service and are incredibly personable and professional. They get results within an hour. The owner called me to let me know about my results and showed compassion. Thank you ARCPoint.

I had to prove my sobriety and give a hair sample for testing. I got the results a day later! Frances took my sample, was completely non judgemental and actually helped make me feel better about being in such an embarrassing situation. She really made the process a lot smoother and you cant even see where she took the sample from. Forever grateful. Thank you Frances and Wendell for being so efficient and professional.

Everybody was very comforting and very friendly

Super easy. You do have to go in to sign in and take your test. Otherwise, you wait outside for the results. The staff comes to your car window and gives your written test results. Id give 5 stars if they costs $100 and had outdoor registration. But otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Made an appointment by phone . Was able to get in within 4 days. Easy check in. Had my test within 10 minutes. Waited in my car for 20 minutes and had my results. Staff were professional and efficient.

Great staff, very friendly. Had me in and out in less than 15 minutes, and with the current Covid pandemic they took every precaution to keep their safe distance from each individual.

Ive been there about 3 times and every single time I go, its a wonderful experience. Everybody is super kind and helpful. COVID results in 25-30 minutes too! I highly recommend it!

Staff was nice and professional,the wait wasnt long eathier

The test was easy and results came quickly, however there was a concern about sanitation procedures. There was a computer screen, clip boards and pens, as well as the credit card machine that were repeatedly not wiped off between usages of differing individuals. When I asked the lady if they get wiped off she said yes but I watched 3 people use it one after the other without any sanitation happening to those various surfaces. I mean, we are getting tested for COVID so I would have hoped the procedures would have been at a higher level of protection for all.

Super clean, easy and fast

I noticed origami birds around the office. One of the workers here is extremely considerate and gives an origami bird to the children who come in for COVID testing. Because of this, the kids come home and usually YouTube origami how-to videos. Then they start up a new hobby instead of dwelling on their possible diagnosis. This is real care and consideration

I don’t know the name of who called me but I have never met such a rude employee. I had one question about testing and she sighed and rolled her eyes through the whole conversation. This woman was so short, inconvenienced and uninterested in answering my questions and I was completely pleasant to her. There’s no reason to speak to someone as if they’re a dog or a child. Unreal.

One of my besties come to Tucson from California for a visit. While she was here, she received a call informing her that she had been exposed to someone a week prior who had tested positive for COVID. I made an appointment with ARCpoint on Saturday for her to get tested. The results were negative and we were able to continue our visit without constant trepidation. Colleen and Wendell were great! The test was easy and we had the results in 20 minutes.

First thing this morning I made my way to ArcPoint Labs in Tucson to process a very expensive ALCAT blood test I had been waiting to do for years. I was in an excellent mood on a sunny day.I arrived as a walk-in at 8:30am and was asked by a gentleman who works there how he could help me. I replied I was there for an ALCAT Test. He asked is I had an appointment. I answered that I did not, that their website states “walk-ins available”. He went off on me, basically calling me a liar by stating that the website would never state such a thing.To make a short story shorter, after proving I was t lying, this man decides the best course of action at that moment is to abuse me before kicking me out.To make matters worse, I recounted my experience to the head of the lab, Mr Wendell Long who not once in our discussion expressed concern for what had occurred, demurring to me that whatever he decides after looking at video and listening to the audio (I was excited that both exist), I would not be privy to whatever he decides on the matter. In essence, he was sweeping it under the carpet and kinda giving me the “thanks for letting me know, we’ll take it from here”. He came across as not caring less. When he stated that I’ve taken it as far as I can, I firmly stated that only after Google, Facebook, Yelp, Better Business Bureau, Lab regulatory agencies and the other executives at his organization were aware would he be correct. The gall and ignorance in the face of customer abuse is concerning.I would t trust this lab with my blood if you paid me. There is an insidious darkness underlying this operation. Best to use another lab that actually cares about its customers.

It was a bit slow with staff. They have 3 or 4 restroom facilities to use but only one is used and have to wait because apparently there under staffed from my experience.

Easy to find, positive energy staff, was out the door before I knew it.

Fast, no appointment needed.At this point in the panicdemic, Id expect the price for an official test, arguably identical to the home test, be considerably cheaper, say $50 - 75.

Negative review as they did not take me on time. Had 8.30 am appt. , first to sign in. Got in at 9.00 after others. Now told we dont make 8:30 appts. One other had 8.30 . Not well run. Total time 1 hour 15 min.

As a remodeling company that goes into peoples homes, it was important to know that we are safe at work. The last thing we want to do is bring Covid into our clients homes. Arcpoint has been wonderful and very timely in testing for Covid so that we can keep working. Cant thank these guys enough! Colleeen is great (a little sassy too!)

Wasn’t feeling good call the company told me to come right down got the results within 15 minutes thank God they were negative. but I couldn’t ask for better customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unkind. I went in first to get a drug test done and mind you it was my first drug test ever for my new job and at first they were very kind but after I couldn’t urinate at the moment they wanted me to they were rushing me and pressuring me. After I simply couldn’t urinate (under such pressure) they put onto my work forms as a “refusal” which one I did not refuse and two looks bad on my end for my job. Then the man (the only man there I think his name is Wendell) said “this is why you don’t come two hours before we close”, leaving me scared to take any drug test not that I even do drugs. The second time I had to come back was for my boyfriend who had to get tested for covid for his job, the tests take 20 min to get results and both tested positive yet him and I got tested at the u of a where he tested positive twice so I walked in today to ask what the accuracy percentage is and Colleen told me it was 100% accurate but no test is 100% accurate so that makes me wonder what else they might be lying about. I then used some of the hang sanitizer that they had open for use and Colleen said “don’t use my hand sanitizer. You don’t need that much hand sanitizer.” as I asked her how accurate the tests where. Mind you I am only 19 yet she chose to fight with a 19 year old so on my way out I said under my breath (I know not my best moments) “you suck.” And she said it right back! This is so unprofessional and after doing some research so unreliable.

They promised results by 8PMThe results did not arrive until the nexy day.They refused to refund anything. They caused us a lot of inconvenience.We spoke to someone called Wendell who was nasty and unpleasant.
