I would 100% come back to this location. We got there 15 min early and were taken back after just a few min of waiting. Frankie was great with both of my children (2 and 5 years old). He really did his best to make the whole process as painless and as easy as possible.The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there was no one at the front desk when we checked in via kiosk.

I’ve had my blood drawn several times now and have had issues in the past with finding the right spot. This was by far the best experience I ever had! Jazzie was awesome! She is very professional and friendly and listened to some of my concerns. I barely felt the needle and it was over in no time.

Hours were good. No one there but me and the wait was a lot longer than it should have been. The student did ok drawing the blood however did not do the right blood work tests.

I had an appointment at 9:30am this morning. I arrived about 15 minutes early to a full waiting room. I checked in with the kiosk and was called to the window by a woman with light hair. I told her in addition to the open order from 10/27/23 I gave her a 2nd order from a different doctor. She wrote down the open order information on 2nd order and said I would be called.After waiting more than an hour I noticed that several people were called that came in after I did and did not have appointments. I approached the desk at that point and they could not find my information. I told them I had been waiting an hour and 15 minutes. He took me back to a room where I waited some more. Finally he came in and said they couldnt find either of my orders. They Lost the paperwork I gave them an hour before! I pointed to the light haired woman and said she took it more than an hour ago and wrote the 1st order info on the paper. She said I dont remember that and walked away.The man that seated me in the room took all the information again and had to call the 2nd doctor to get them to fax the order.This was one of the most frustrating blood draws I have even had. Im never going back to this location.

The quickest Ive been seen. Mike was fantastic! That comes from someone with years of experience in phlebotomy. Thank you for making my day!

Arrived 15 minutes early. Was greeted with an amazingly friendly staff. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Superior service!

Even though I had an appt I had to wait 30 minutes. Then they couldnt manage to get my paperwork, then the phleb had to dig around for my veins (every other lab Ive gone to says whoa! No problem finding your veins!). Then, when my doctor got the results they said that the blood was improperly drawn and half of the tests were invalid. Then I got the bill and they charged me for them. Then when I disputed it they just said theres no problem on the record. NEVER GOING BACK HERE EVER.

My elderly father went to his blood work appointment with my mother and They never felt so humiliated by the receptionist for not imputing his sign-in registration properly onto the computer. The receptionist had him do it step by step and kept telling them that everything was incorrect. She didnt seem to have any side mannerisms Most importantly patience. Dont have your elders go by themselves. Unless you want them to be mistreated. The receptionist had them wait for hours till she felt kind enough to go over their information on the computer.

Have been going to this place for quite a few years. Made an appointment for usual blood work. When I arrive I was informed that my insurance was no longer valid and would have to go elsewhere. I realize things change every year with regards to health insurance however I made my appointment weeks in advance wouldnt it have been nice in this computer age to have informed me that my insurance had been flagged and an email or call sent out.

I just had my first visit here. Routine lab blood draw. Went pretty smooth. Naomi the tech knows her stuff and got me on the first stick. Thats all I can ask for. She was very pleasant, too. Note: the bar code scanner is broken and it wouldnt recognize my name. Phone number worked at kiosk, though.

I did my Glucose test there, she gave me less than 5 minutes to drink it, I couldnt handle it and I threw up. Although this one was the second test I did the first one in different location in it was way better

Horrible. Go somewhere else. I checked in. Said they would text me. 2 hours later, no text. Said they did send more than one text. Showed them my phone. No text. So she says, oh its because you didnt leave your number. Another lie. Admit you messed up. Dont try to blame me. Esther who drew my blood was very nice and professional.

We stopped coming to this location a while ago. But, sometimes it is about the only option we have since we live so close. Staff is very rude. Front desk is even worse. Our little one was held down by 4 members of the staff (he is 4yo and weighing less than 27lbs, he does not fight either) and still was poked 4 different times and went home full of bruises. Today we got scolded and were given attitude for not having insurance card on hand. (By the way, insurance information was already scanned on the lab order. Besides, the Sonora Quest location we usually go to, off Wilmot, told us we didnt need it since it was printed on the order.) And they are so loud when handling patient information, everyone in the waiting room can hear what the patient at the desk is there for (including all personal information). 1.5 hrs later, we get called to the front desk for them to tell us they cant do the blood tests on the order. Have to mention our son gets lab work done almost every 2-3 weeks. So its not our first experience. Just an observation, this location has not have a good review in 2yrs. Something needs to be changed. I honestly recommend taking a 30min drive to a different location.

The girl was awesome! I didn’t have to wait very long even tho they were very short staffed. She got the vein the first time which was great! I prefer to go here than the “other place”.

I took my daughter and asked the Phlebotomist to use a butterfly needle. She insisted on using the biggest Guage needle and was un successful. A total of three separate misses before I told them no more and they blamed it on her being dehydrated. Maybe just maybe I know my kid and have experience in this instead of using the default excuse of dehydration.

They never gave me my test results and they are impossible to get a hold of. You spend a bunch of money on having a needle put into you for nothing. Also super late on reviving you even if you have an appointment, you will wait an hour.

I had to schedule a drug screening and I called one place and couldnt get through to anyone so I went online and this came up to schedule it here and I did but they DONT do drug tests here. Wasnt able to clarify with anyone before so that was annoying. The lady I talked to was nice but it wasted my time

Had a question with billing from being double charged when already paid It off and the front desk girl made me call them myself when it was on their end to deal with their mistake and I was calling and was on hold for a while when I was over waiting and asked the girl for my referral back she answered with attitude and threw the paper at me and said that’s fine WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I had an appointment for 2:15 And had to wait an hour before being called back. The phlebotomist was the receptionist. Wow! I was on my lunch and the place was packed with people that did not have appointments. Not a good experience

Thank you for all your help with all my lab work needs,for being so efficienty, I like in the way you accommodate my appointment time ,I would recommend your lab services to any one who needs it thanks a million !!

Don’t have Tommie draw your blood home girl popped my vain. Now I’m walking around town with a bruised sore arm days later.

The staff is awesome great teamwork scheduling appointments are they are awesome I give them five stars hundred percent

Got in before my appointment, staff helpful and friendly, very very clean. Good experience.

Its pretty fast not a lot people so you aré out pretty fast

This lab is so slow. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
