Clear Lake Womens Center Dr. Naganmai Rao, M.D.

What is the point to make an appointment when I was asked to wait an hour and a half every time I went to see the doctor? They must do better in time management. I still have lots of work to do. It seems most of the negative reviews on google have nothing with the doctor experience but waiting time, insurance-related accuracy, and customer service. Improvement must be needed.

I seen Dr. Rao for the first time at the age of 18. She’s been wonderful to me. I moved away, couldn’t get appropriate care so can back to her at the age of 44. The sound of her voice, and to see her face GAVE ME COMFORT. I refuse to read the negative remarks because I refuse to believe them. Some people don’t want to be happy. She saved my life at 19, she found the problem I had at 22 and again this time at 44. If you want good healthcare, someone to listen, someone to actually dig and find any possible issues then go to Dr Rao.

Very nice check in people , very nice nurse , and Dr. Roa helped me feel comfortable . Hope I continue to have great experiences coming back for future appointments .

Oh my gosh she is horrible. And she needs to be investigated by the authority the way she treats patient! I still remember the way I was treated and she initiated the in house checkup which actually requires anesthesia! Be aware and I am surprised she is still in business!!!!

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful, but I have mixed feeling about the Doctor. The first appointment she was on time and incredibly nice. But she prescribed me with an antibiotic I have stated verbally to her and in the form that I’m allergic with - the pharmacy was the one who caught this.The second appointment was a 30 minute wait, and she wasnt in a good mood; I was anxious learning about multiple test results that was concerning, but she was not comforting to the point I was afraid to ask more questions. I hope third time’s a charm!

FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!! I think people don’t want to be mean and will say it’s ok that it’s all right but it is not. Do not go to this doctor I saw her regularly over the span of two years and have not been back since 2021 I had two culposculpies done with her and a cryotherapy procedure and I did not know better at the time to speak up or that it wasn’t ok but now I see that her lack of care and inability to properly staff endangers her patients. The same lady that rudely answers the phone was the same lady that assisted during my cryotherapy procedure and literally had no idea what she was doing. I also wasn’t aware of how I’d be feeling after the appointment she didn’t tell me it was common to be woozy that I should’ve had someone drive me I had to pull over on my way home because I felt faint. I never write reviews but this lady does not need to be caring for patients because she does not. DEFINITELY would not want this doctor anywhere near my pregnancy and baby! Oh and any good review of this place has to be fake or they have Stockholm syndrome BEWARE!!

Absolutely terrible, incompetent staff. Unfortunately for Dr. Rao, whom is actually a good doctor, her staff will run her practice to the ground. Spent my entire day calling her office and trying to get an insurance problem that they had wrong, corrected. Her staff, a very rude incompetent lady who claimed to have over 30 years of experience, insisted she knew what she was doing and that she knew what she was saying and we just had to trust her. I told her no. Out of our entire network of doctors, this is the only one giving me this incorrect information and that she was wrong. After HOURS of back and forth, she finally began to do her job and set an appointment only to ask what the patients name was. Hours of her supposedly doing her due diligence on my case and she had no idea who she was talking to?Thats because she didnt do her due diligence, didnt even bother picking up the phone and verifying anything and only wanted affirmation by flaunting her years of experience which obviously have done her no good because after I did my due diligence, turns out I was right. One of her office staff, a younger girl, actually did her homework and gave us the information we knew was right but the older lady needed to make the change. When we called back, the older lady said the young one doesnt know what she was doing or talking about. Imagine that- they cant even act as a professional team and bad mouth each other.Absolutely terrible. I hope Dr. Rao or her relatives get curious and read her reviews so that she can do something about her horrid staff before she runs out of patients.

I let my daughter use my flexible spending account to pay for her visit. When my flex asked for an itemized receipt, I called the clinic to request one. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone. After several attempts, I gave up. Fortunately, someone did eventually call me back. The person in charge of billing said that she could not email me a receipt. I had to accept a fax, or come in person. My daughter went on my behalf to the clinic. Unfortunately, when she arrived, the clinic personnel said that they cannot generate an itemized receipt. I figured that there had to be a mistake, so I then went to the clinic. They told me the same thing. I protested that this was supposed to be a professional establishment and that surely they could provide me with an itemized receipt. I asked to speak with the owner. I waited for about 30 minutes, and no one came out to see me. The staff was curt and unhelpful.On a second note, it is my opinion that the doctor did not do enough to help my daughter with her medical needs. I have a doctorate degree in the medical field, so I am qualified to offer this opinion.We can land people on the moon, but we can’t provide a detailed receipt. I recommend that you go somewhere else.

Denise, the front desk nurse, is extremely rude, comes up with fees that must be paid in cash and then can’t produce a receipt. Everyone that works there is miserable. I have called ahead of time, told her my problem, and she had me come in anyways, for no reason- multiple times. I switched doctors and needed my records, Denise screamed at my new doctors office and refused to give them the fax #, I called multiple times and eventually had to get my records from Quest myself. Every single interaction I have had with Denise she is completely rude, lacks compassion, and is not fit to work in a doctors office where women are vulnerable. I left multiple appointments in tears from this woman yelling at me. I will never go back. Every bad review I’ve read is correct and I wish I read them sooner.

Although I have had wonderful reviews for Dr. Rao herself, I have to say her clinic staff is horrid.I work for a doctors office and have been trying to obtain medical records for a patient for almost a month at this point. We faxed over medical records and spoke to Jennifer, she stated it was received and she faxed over patient records. We never received those records. When we called back to have documents refaxed, Denise at the desk stated we needed to resend the medical release because it wasnt obtained. And that makes no sense since Jennifer stated it patients documents were sent to us the day we originally sent the release form. Release form was sent AGAIN. Called office and they stated they did not receive it. Resent again. Called to make sure they got it and Denise stated she is legally allowed 15 business days to send us patient records. We have been calling this office since September 21st. Called again TODAY to obtain records. Denise knew exactly who we were since she didnt even ask who the patient was that we were requesting documents from. She stated we would obtain the records today. I asked to speak to someone else and she stated rudely that she is the one who handles medical records. I am unable to speak to anyone else in that office hence this review. Front office staff is a nightmare and extremely rude. We have been trying to obtain medical records at patients request for a month and its like pulling teeth. This front office will deter a lot of patients from coming to see such a wonderful provider. Please do better.

Dr Rao delivered all 3 of my children. 1995, 2000 & 2003. She even cancelled her flight to India to come in and deliver my last child in the middle of the night. She is so amazing and so caring. I cant speak on the staff at this point its been so many years but Dr Raos knowledge and experience is AMAZING. She also performed my tubal ligation that I have had ZERO issues with since 2003. I will always recommend her!! And I hope she delivers my grandbaby!! Thank you Dr Rao! You ARE THE BEST!

I went to Dr N. Rao for months never did she mention my uterus was in such dire condition, it took a emergency room visit weeks later to inform me of possibly cancer, she never did correct testing for me that’s obvious and never mentioned to me about serious concerns at all, and her staff continued to confuse my insurance with Medicaid for some reason, I had to call several times to correct the problem, finally I just gave up and went to another Doctor and now I may be in a fight for my life, 3 months wasted and could cost me my life. Hopefully it won’t. I can’t believe a professional played with my health like this.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! this place is so unprofessional, Dr. Rao is great she did everything she was supposed to as a OB. But the front desk lady is absolutely terrible. She always has some kind of attitude & it took me several back & forth calls for a couple days making me physically going in to just get my Medical release form when it was faxed over to them 3 times just so I can be seen by another doctor.. highly recommend going somewhere else all they’ll do is take your money, they aren’t worried about helping you out as they should

She is honestly so disrespectful of time.Her office smells of rodent urine.She double booked us, and didn’t bother to show up on time for either of us.Dismissive staff.Horrible experience. Do not support this woman’s practice. She does not respect her patients.

I have had Dr Rao for the last 22 years. She delivered both my kids. She did all my small surgeries. I totally trust her and her recommendation. I like her office people. In the past and now :Keira, Michelle and Denise. They are attentive and supportive.

Absolutely worst office ever, even worse to work for. Everything is 100% true on all the other reviews about this place and about the rude front desk lady. They hired me on as an MA recently, to work back office and told me “it wasn’t working out with the other girl and she wouldn’t be returning so I would be taking over her spot” and the doctor told me herself I would be her right hand man and she would teach me everything I wanted and needed to learn. I was very excited and happy. Unfortunately I was mislead, that other employee did come back a couple days later which then pushed me out of my new spot in the back and leaving me with nothing to do so then I’m out of a job for no reason because now there’s no room for me? The doctor herself at first was very nice and seemed happy to have me and I was very excited to learn but it all went downhill real quick. I have never in my entire years of working in healthcare have ever seen an office ran this poorly. Rude, and highly unprofessional. If the business ends up going under maybe then they should have known to listen to all the negative reviews in the first place.

I love this place!!!! It is very hard to find a doctor and nurses that take the time to listen to you and explain important information..... It is very rare but in this case I truly thank and appreciate my neighbor who referred me to Dr. Rao...... She is very thorough. Im so glad I came and got all of my tests done that I was behind on due to the pandemic. Ladies do not put it off any longer, book your appointment today.....

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! This was absolutely the worst choice for a doctor I have ever made. I chose her because so many reviews said she was kind.. My very first visit, I met with a different doctor, who I found to be super kind and caring! Then when they made me come back for my results, I met Dr. Rao, who was absolutely horrid. She literally told me that if I lost more weight, I would be nicer to look at among many other hurtful and completely disrespectful and unprofessional statements. If that wasnt bad enough, they made me come in THREE separate times, to get results and discuss said results, and pay for it each time. Then they call and tell me I need to come in AGAIN to discuss my blood test results. When I told them no, that I cant just leave my job on a whim (I am a teacher) she personally got on the phone and yelled at me, and hung up on me. The receptionist, who I do think is super kind and caring, called me back after Rao hung up on me so suddenly..If you are looking for a doctor who can calmly discuss your health, and give you good advice, and actually have some empathy, find a different one. Dont waste your time, money, or sanity on this horrible woman.

The Dr and nurses are nice when they actually are doing their job. I am finding a new dr office because this place is so unprofessional. It took 3 months for me to get my birth control and it only happened because I called ever day for 2 months straight until they actually did something about it. You make an appointment for a certain time and won’t be seen until it works for them. I sat for over an hour when my appointment was at 10 and it’s already 11 and I still haven’t been seen. The lady told me I was next to be seen. That was a lie. They just called someone else back. Everyone is nice but they’re lazy and don’t do their job unless you hassle them. I’m finding a new dr after this appointment. It’s not even worth the trouble to come here. I have way more complaints about this place than I do compliments. The last time I was here too the nurse had no idea what she was doing. She kind of seemed hung over or something because she was completely out of it.

Front desk Denise is extremely rude and has no manners what so ever she answers phones with so much disrespect, rudeness and when you go into office she is always on her phone and has so many patients in waiting room and does not care what so ever extremely disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manger and she stated she was everything in that office. I asked her to please leave a message for the doctor and she started what do you want place me on hold several times. Went in to obtain my medical records and was not trying to help me what so ever. Doctor is great but defiantly needs new staff with better attitude and manners that actually want to be there to assist patients. will never return.

I had booked an appointment for my mom since she spoke the same language. I decided to come with my mom to help with any translation since I also work as a nurse. My mom’s appointment was at 8 am. We waited 45 minutes just to find out the doctor wasn’t even in the office yet. I accompanied my mom as she was called in. The nurse or whoever it was very rude and had an attitude for sure. Uncalled for and inappropriate. My mom asked to use the restroom and the nurse rolled her eyes. The overall encounter with the doctor was alright. Prescriptions were not sent at all and were not sent to the right pharmacy either. I expected better.

All good things come to an end! My experience with Dr. Rao started off real good, but thats not the case anymore. I am terribly disappointed. I needed a simple refill for nausea medication to get me through until my annual well-womens exam which was scheduled in the next six weeks. She calls in two pills only because I had not seen her in almost a year, and I would need to come in to see her first. Mind you this is for nausea meds...not pain meds. And, yeah, unless I have a medical issue, Im only going to see you once per year! Such a shake down.

The front desk receptionist asked for $130 when the copay shouldve been $60 for ultrasound. Had me signed a paper handwritten receipt for the cash payment of $130 I paid. I spoke to my insurance afterwards and they agreed that my copay was $60 only. I asked for a payment receipt from the office of $130 I paid, and the receptionist said she didnt have a receipt. Then proceeded to print out a digital confirmation of $60 paid in cash UNSIGNED with WRONG date, not the $130 originally paid. Then told me its my words against yours and since there are no cameras there I can say I never received the $60. Dr. Rao is also very aware of this and seems to be ok with that. To get my ultrasound result, she wanted me to come in person and make an appt, pay the copay again just to get the normal result. I just read reviews on this place and see that she has been smuggling money this way for few years. I wouldnt recommend anyone coming here and if you do, please double make sure how and why you are being charged certain amount and make sure to get a printed receipt.

If I could give zero stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism is paramount in this office. Starting from when I was scheduling my first appointment and the person on the phone was yelling at another co-worker to be quiet. Then she broke Hippa by disgussing my medical record at the window where every other patient could hear. The first visit the doctor was very nice and gentle, but it was a different story at my follow up visit. First off they made me come back for a follow up visit and pay a co-pay just to get my results. (I called my insurance company and they are investigating the necessity for me to have to return to the office. ) Then when I went into the room with the doctor she did not have all of my results. When I asked her to call with the Ultrasound results she told me, I will try. My guess is she wants another office visit and co-pay for that result as well. That was not the most disturbing thing tho. She actually tried to make me feel bad because I went to an outside facility to get my Ultrasound done. I went to a facility in another state because I was in that state on family business and she told me that I should call my doctor in that state to get treatments and results since I live there. I told her that I live and work here and that I was just taking care of family business there. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me. I was crying and everything. She definitely crossed a line as a physician, but my final thought on this is that she is only in it for the money and not the actual care of the patients. I will definitely not return to her or that practice and I advise anyone looking for a good doctor to not go to her either.

Dr. Rao is an amazing doctor! This was my first time visiting a womans doctor and she explained everything to me in detail. Answered all my questions and understood all of my concerns. I must say, I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor like I did with her. The staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend setting an appointment with her, she wont disappoint!

FIRST IMPRESSIONS WERE EVERYTHING. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS AMAZING AND WE HAD GOOD LAUGHS. THE NURSE WAS SO POLITE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. DR. RAO LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS, HEARD ME AND IMMEDIATELY TOOK ACTION. I LOVE THIS CLINIC.

This is a long review to hopefully resolve the issue I am facing with this practice and to advise new patients so they can make an informed decision.The issue is related to charges for the services and co-pay amount. This provider was in-network for my insurance so they should have known about the co-pay plus they should have verified the amounts before the day of the appointment. This could have all been avoided if they had done their due diligence.The day of the appointment, I was advised that the amount due was $200 something. I was surprised as I was told by Shauna (reception) that the procedure was covered and I would only be responsible for the co-pay when making this appointment. When questioned, I was advised that my deductible hasnt been met therefore I have to pay this amount. I knew that wasnt right because I had called the insurance myself and was aware that the procedure was 100% covered and deductible was waived for this service. Anyways, I got the procedure codes from her and called the insurance and verified that everything is covered and only the co-pay applies. I went and told her that and magically my amount due decreased from $200+ to $80 something. This time I was advised that there is a charge for the services plus the co-pay. I tried explaining that the co-pay is $25 and there shouldnt be any additional charges. Then, Denise (billing) told me that the co-pay is $40 and the doctor wants me to pay $60 if I want to get a service. Again, I explained about the co-pay and asked her to verify with the insurance about the co-pay and procedure being performed. She called insurance to verify and told me that they will charge me two co-pays ($50) in case the insurance doesnt cover it. Anyways, I paid the amount reluctantly as it was made very clear that I must pay the extra co-pay in order to get the service. At this point, I had no choice because if I went to another doctor I would have to start from square one.Finally, I get to see Dr and was told by the Dr. Rao that her girls dont overcharge and if I had gone somewhere else they would have charged me more. Really? They did charge me for both services and were upset because my insurance covered it 100%? I pay high insurance premiums to be covered for these services.Also, Dr. Rao told me to get dressed while she was in the room making this conversation with me. I found this extremely rude. Usually, the doctors give you a few minutes to get changed before rushing you out the door.I want to point this out to Dr. Rao that I was right about the over-charge and the insurance has paid them the amount billed and they still havent returned the over charge to me. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently but now it has been over a month the funds were released to them by the insurance. I have been working with my insurance provider and they are just giving us a run around.Rude, abrupt and humiliating is the latest to describe the whole situation.Upon reading more reviews it seems like this place does it routinely i.e. call people for follow-ups to get the additional co-pays. This was my follow-up appointment as well. The procedures were supposed to be done in the first appointment. Unfortunately, I didnt read all the reviews and fell for her rating. The comments about Denise are right on - rude and abrupt.

I went to this dr when my old dr got too busy, the first time was pleasant and everything was fine. I have been back a few times for birth control switches.I read the reviews today and realized they probably over charged me before since someone had the same situation as me, but since I’m just a young kid I didn’t know any better.She switched me to a birth control that I have used in the past and gave me a refill for 3 months and said to come for a follow up after. (Why so many follow ups??? ESP. If I have been on this for over a year before)I made my appointment for a Tuesday then I was called and told she does surgery only on Tuesday and can’t see me. I work every other day they are open. I told the front desk worker who always answers the phone I couldn’t come & asked why the follow up was necessary she told me no information and said “call me when you need a refill and I will refill it.”The day comes I need my refill and I call and she starts saying how she WOULDVE never ever promised that or said that very rudely. I came back with an attitude and told her I wouldn’t have made that up and she’s the same woman I always speak to on the phone. I called to get my refill on thursday, on Friday I called to ask if it had been taken care of and asked Dr. Rao to call me at the end of the day to discuss personal issues after the front desk insisted I tell her what I need to speak to the dr about and I never received a call.I called my pharamacy this morning to see if my prescription is ready and they told me they sent a request to the doctor and it hasn’t been filled. I am completely over the rude front desk at this office and it seems like others in the reviews are as well. I assume as long as she has this front desk staff she will continue to lose business.

Dr. Rao was my mothers doctor. Then my doctor since the age of 16 and she gave birth to both of my children when I was in my twenties. Now 20 years later, she is my daughters doctor. We love Dr. Rao and her staff who have been with her for many years. This says a lot about Dr. Rao and I trust her to continue to care for me and my daughters until she decides to retire. Thank you Dr. Rao for your continued care throughout the years! It has been a blessing to have such a wonderful doctor be part of our family.

Dr. Rao was referred to me by a friend when I moved to Houston in 2003. Over the 15 years that she has been my OBGYN she has been very thorough and on target. She is very sweet, respectful and genuinely cares about her patients. I have never felt rushed while in her care. She recently saw me through a pretty tough surgery and Im confident that I was in the best care out there because of Dr. Raos experience and top notch expertise. My deepest thanks to you Dr. Rao, for being an amazing and awesome Dr. and for taking the time and extra precautions to get me through it all. I am forever grateful!!!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go see Dr. Rao I have a problem with the lady in the front. She’s very very rude and unprofessional. I have never taken birth control before and I called a few weeks ago because I didn’t understand the instructions I was given and she made me feel like a complete idiot. I’m always given hidden fees, and never any explanation on what they are. Today I had an appointment because I had been having pains and on my well woman’s check Dr. Rao told me she wanted me to come back, so today I come back and I’m given fees of OVER $100? I couldn’t afford it and she made a face at me, and gave me an attitude when I said I couldn’t afford it. Obviously I was turned down from seeing the doctor. I’m very upset with how this went down, I wish Dr. Rao would fire her, or fix something about this problem because I absolutely love Dr. Rao. If things don’t change I’ll be looking for another doctor.

Office staff extremely knowledgeable. My appointment was for 9:15 and they took me straight in. Dr is extraordinary and found cancer early. Saved my life

Ive been a patient with Dr. Rao for approximately 15 years, and I am always thankful that I found her after I moved to Houston. She is compassionate and very understanding of my struggles with infertility. If you are looking for an Ob/Gyn that cares, Dr. Rao is the one!

This place is terrible. As another reviewer said, they withhold test results insisting that you make another appointment ($100) in order for them to release them to you. After finding another doctor, and requesting my records (which I dont believe they ever did) I got a phone call reminding me about a follow up appointment. It was then that I informed them that I already found a new doctor. At that point, somehow they were able to tell me the results. This woman needs to either close her practice.

Worst experience Ive ever had my wife left crying!!!!the situation was a simple misunderstanding that was turned into a horrifying experience. Staff was friendly the doctor herself was very unprofessional and seems to not understand that even though she is a doctor she is in the service industry. We forgive her for her attitude but just want to express to anybody looking to make an appointment, There are better options.

I’m new to the area, only been here about a year, and the last well woman’s exam I had was TRAUMATIC to say the least. This office and the staff, and particularly the Doctor, were warm, welcoming, informative, and gentile. I highly recommend this woman’s facility!! It made such a difference being able to laugh while being informed, feeling comfortable and not judged ♥️

Don’t waste your money or time here. The front desk older white lady is so unprofessional and rude. She was rude to other patients as well . She said you do realize your co pay is high like are you the insurance or what . When I walked up to check out she made me and other patient wait she was reading something and completely ignored gave a card and said call and make appt in a month . So lazy .... never going back.

Whoever Denise is that is working the front desk is rude and she will mess up Dr. Rao business... I miss Ms. Martha!!!! Dr. Rao is a wonder doctor been using her for many years but, this new staff needs some ethic training or just be glad to have a job and treat people right at least fake it or something

This was the most amazing experience I have had with in a gynecologist visit. Dr. Rao was so patient and caring. She answered all my questions and did not rush to complete the exam and recommended procedure until I completely understood what was involved. Highly recommend her to everyone!

I have had my 2nd appointment with this particular clinic, and I am pleased with the courtesy and respecfullness of the staff. From the time I walk in until I leave, I am treated very kindly. Dr. Rao is very patient and eager to listen and address questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

Front desk is very rude!! Im sure the doctor does not even know. This is not the first time either. I have been 4 times and every time she is rude. Plus you will wait for an hour in the waiting room. Denise get your *hit together or get another job!

I am beyond FURIOUS. I was told by the front desk secretary that I could get an ultrasound of my abdomen with my insurance so I made an appointment. After waiting an HOUR and a HALF to be seen I am told my that i am not covered for an ultrasound at their office. Where is the communication? I have completely wasted my time here and to top it off I had my baby with me. Complete waste of my time and I am appalled at how unprofessional this office is.

Unacceptable service! The old lady at the front desk was very loud and rude to my wife. Did not appreciate the tone at all. Well be seeing a different doctor from now on.

Explained everything to make sure I understood what was going on. Listened to all my symptoms and everything I had to say. Dr Rao is a wonderful doctor!

If no stars was an option this is the place to get it. My wife went in there and spent 2 hours waiting. The front desk staff was uneducated in their field and rude on top of it. The doctor was argumentative and standoffish about everything from where she lived to the fact that she didnt get her scans done on location. Then to add to the pit of stink and misery there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom.

I love dr rao, but the new dr or nurse she has under her is super rude, not patient at all, and speaks with so much attitude. Hoping dr rao can speak to her regarding this, because I love going to her office but will be forced to find a new office if this lady doesn’t learn compassion.

I have gone to Dr. Rao for many years, and I am very pleased with her and her staff. Dr. Rao is very sweet, kind, and caring and also, very professional. Her staff is also courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Clear Lakes Womens Center.

I came to her office and she and her staff are super caring. My tubes were cut tied and burned 15 years ago. She fixed both tubes . I now have a healthy baby girl .

Bad customer service the front desk is rude n mean ,I specially called for an ultrasound appointment but they jus did a regular check up and scheduled for an ultrasound next time saying they can’t do it that day as they are busy but why would they scheduled me that day and make me come in and come in again for another day ,regardless I have an appointment they make u wait for more than hour ..I have been going to her quite some time dr rao is a good Docter ..

My appointment was at 3 I had to wait until 4 . By that moment it was just 3patients waiting . I got my annual pap and I am still waiting for the results that was one.and a half month. They never call me or send me the results at home. But the bill was sent one.week after my visit. Totally disappointed. No recommend it

The doctor is very professional when it comes to procedures and explaining the procedures thoroughly. I’m happy with my procedures I’ve had at this facility.I do not like the fact that I don’t get seen until an hour after my appointment almost every appointment.

I had a appointment with dr rao I come from long way only for dr rao only they play with patient emotion and time very bad business I had to take a day off miss my work and pay when I arrive to office extremely very very rude and ready to fight light men we were thought what is going on here we receptionist making a fun of your English try to be very smart telling us she is not here wow I told here y’all she suppose to call us for reschedule she telling me we have some buddy else can see you for 250 dollar We were like wow what a drama to getting just money dr rao was charging me 75 dollar this is scamming try to get playing with patient emotion stay away from that office she told me you need to call the office before 1hour arrival which I don’t have to I had confirm my appointment day before I arrive with automatic call there way try to make you pay for and get you in office for some how be care with that not recommended this doctor

I called up there and the lady that answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. I had a death in the family and wanted to let my fiance know about it but was told she was not there when she really was. If that is how yall conduct business then I will make sure everyone knows how yall are

I came in at 2 and I am still here at 4:15 while they continue to put others ahead of me for whatever reason. This is not ok, and if they are not going to be fully staffed they need to schedule less people. I will not be coming back.

Dr. Rao is a sweet, caring physician. All of her staff are friendly and courteous.

This review is for the front desk staff specially the worse person in the welcome area PJ is how she goes for and MARTHA the office manager, the doctor is an excellent person and is very sad she has this people at front, very rude and unfriendly, I love the professional service offered for Doctor Ra, nice, welcoming, great connection , sadly we have to go trough this unfriendly and rude people before.

Everybody in office was very very disrespectful i would never recommend anybody to come here they withheld my information from me my diagnostics and test results unless i paid $25 for them this is my first child and even the doctor herself was disrespectful told me she would see me and when i got there told me she would see me that day and that was all i had to find a new doctor and now that i have a new doctor she nor any of the staff would release my information to me its illegal to withheld my medical documents from me i will be sueing them

Dr Roa is very insensitive, rude, and disrespectful. Her front desk staff is awful and I wouldnt recommend anyone get service with this office. I give -0!

This place is very unprofessional. i have been waiting here for a friend for almost 2 hours, and everyone is going before my friend for her appointment. this is absolutely ridiculous. this place should not be opened. i would give it 0 stars, but that’s not an option

When I came into the place to inquire about the operational hours. The receptionist was very rude and obnoxious. Someone else in the other window had to assist me.
