I have been a patient of Dr Denehy since 1985 and he has saved my life! He is one of THE BEST surgeons and he’s not only a great doctor but a caring doctor as well. His staff is spot on and are very attentive and thorough. You are in GREAT hands when under his care!!

I don’t know what to say other than Dr Denehy is the man. Not only is he an amazing doctor but his dry sense of humor cracks me up. The last year has been a rough road for me. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and upon genetic testing found out I had the BRCA2 mutation. After cancer treatment I opted for a full hysterectomy. I never felt like I was in better hands. I was scared to have surgery and my anxiety has been through the roof. Dr Denehy did absolutely everything to make me feel comfortable and calm. He’s the best of the best. I cannot recommend him more.

I don’t even know where to begin but hands down, Dr. Denehy is A SUPERB DOCTOR! I previously had a fertility issue undergoing IVF and was diagnosed with hydrosalpinx. A few months prior to surgery I had an embryo tranfer that failed and was suggested surgery to remove my fallopian tubes. I went to several surgeons for consultations because I was extremely nervous about the procedure because of my adhesions not alot of doctors would do the surgery since I am not a candidate for laparoscopic open surgery would be the only way. BUT Dr. Denehy was the only Dr. who confidently said he could do my surgery. It was an open surgery and I stayed 1 night in the hospital for precautions. I’m not going to lie I’ve read the reviews just like you probably right now. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect also recently have had surgery’s where the outcomes were not good. I’m so happy I found Dr. Denehy he has such a wonderful bedside manner which is hard to find now and myself working in the medical field as a nurse he truly is an exceptional doctor down to his surgical team, copperman the hospital where he performs surgery and even his front desk office they all speak highly of him which made me feel confident and put my mind at rest. Dr Denehy is an exceptional surgeon with a lot of knowledge and from what I observe he treats every person like a human not just another patient , which is truly admiring I am so greatful to him.

Can’t believe I’ve never written Dr Denehy a review. I was dx with ovarian cancer at 36 years old and with a 9 month old baby. I was terrified I was going to die, my baby would be without a mother etc. I had met with another dr from Hackensack prior to Dr Denehy appt and she was so negative and made me feel a million times worse. Dr Denehy was my second opinion and he was so kind, understanding, positive, down to earth. Talking to him was like talking to my father. He talked me off a ledge and was compassionate. When I went to my first appt we didn’t know it was cancer and were hoping the mass on my ovary was a cyst. Scheduled my surgery for five days later since the mass was the size of a volleyball by the time I saw him. Well Thank God I met him that day bc the tumor ruptured less than 24 hours after our initial appt and I was rushed into emergency surgery that very next day. Dr Denehy Called me on my cell phone from the hospital told me to come to ER and ask for him. Dr Denehy performed a surgery on me that day, took about 3 hours. It was successful, Dr Denehy said the preliminary sample they took from mass was precancer but he said he flushed me out due to presence of Mets he said for about a half hour. My surgery brought my CA125 down to almost zero and I did chemo just to be on the safe side. Then I opted for a full hysterectomy a month after chemo which I also had the surgery with Dr Denehy. I originally thought I wanted to save my uterus and have another baby (I did IVF and had an embryo on ice and dr Denehy was on board with it) but I decided against it after all I went through. Dr Denehy is an Angel from God. He saved my life. As I type this through tears I can’t even express to you the utmost gratitude that I have for him. It is because of him that I can watch my son grow up, I can spend many more years with my husband and family and friends. There is truly a special place in heaven for this doctor. If you are debating whether you should go to him or someone else, don’t think any further. He’s the one. How do you even begin to thank someone for saving your life? What he does is priceless. Thank you Dr Denehy. I appreciate every single day I am here and I cherish every minute I have with my son as I know how fast it can be taken away. Survivorship is a complicated path to walk but Dr Denehy made me believe I would not die of cancer and I am still here.

Dr. Denehy is an outstanding doctor. I have been DR. Denehy’s patient for the past few years. His surgical skills are superior as I can attest to having had two successful complicated surgeries. In each instance he was patient and compassionate and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. He discussed with me my surgical options and why he had chosen the one that best suited my situation. I would recommend Dr. Denehy to anyone needing his expertise and skill. I am truly blessed to have had Dr. Denehy as my surgeon.

Amazing doctor. I cannot recommend him more. My mom was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in 2005. That was more than 18 years ago. He cured her. The cancer never came back. A real success story. Thank you Dr. Denehy, from the bottom of my heart.

My experience with Dr. Denehy was a 5-star!!!! Dr. Denehy is an excellent, top-notch, straight forward doctor. I had a very large fibroid and was worried how it would impact my ability to have children, and Dr. Denehy was very direct in what he plans to do with his surgery and advised me of his surgical options. The nurses in his office are all so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns. Even down to the day I had to go to the hospital for my procedure; the hospital was impeccable and the entire process from check-in to pre-op was a breeze. While I was waiting to be taken into surgery, Dr. Denehy saw that I was visibly nervous and came to my bedside to chat and while also having one of his nurses give me something to ease my tension. This is just a depiction of his ability to not only be a great doctor, but to also show that he is always watching his patients and what is going on. I really appreciated this because it is a more personable experience with the doctor and shows his awareness and level of care for his patients. When I was out of surgery, Dr. Denehy went and updated my family and spoke to them in detail and answered any questions they had.I stayed overnight at the hospital, and Dr. Denehy was in my room at 7:30am to check on me and talk to me and my husband. My night nurse during my stay at St. Barnabas in Livingston was Amy, and she was an absolute doll. She took exceptional care of me, and ensured my comfort, as well as walking me around the halls to help the healing process. I have never met a nurse like her, because she genuinely cared about her patient and was pleasant at all times.I am just about 2 weeks post op, and am healing more and more each day. I am so grateful to Dr. Denehy and his staff at both his office and the hospital for making this experience as seamless as possible and for the amazing outcome! I would recommend Dr. Denehy and his staff to anyone especially with more complex issues!Thank you Dr. Denehy!!!!

Dr. Denehy is an excellent doctor, and I was fortunate to find him for my surgery. I had a pleasant experience at the office location, and the secretary in the front was very helpful as well.

This provider is caring, affirming, and elite. Not only would I recommend him and continue to tell others how he has helped save my life, but his staff from front desk to his residents are ALL compassionate. Blown away by this incredible team. I’m blessed.

Dr. Denehy, have been my doctor for many years and this is certain of him and his staff. He cares, kind, gentle, and genuinely a nice person. He take the time to listen to yours concerns, tell you up front what needs to be done and make you feel comfortable leaving you with the knowledge you need for your procedure. Dr. Thad and his staff are absolutely amazing people. I have been requesting a procedure for at least the past 6 years and have been denied by multiple doctors due to my age and nature of the procedure. Dr. Thad was absolutely amazing. He listened to every single concern of mine and he was very professional and his bedside manner is A+. And most importantly, he performed the procedure and it has changed my life for the better!!! I have already recommended Dr. Thad to another friend going through similiar issues. On top of all of that, his staff are very polite and courteous. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you!!

Dr. Denehy is highly recommended and I can see why. Everything worked well in the office and the hospital experience was as good as it could get. Excellent nursing care, clear information and instructions and a caring environment. So many people told me that Dr. Denehy is the best and after my experience, I agree.

My experience is with Dr. Eric Liberman, Dr. Denehys associate. I had a worrisome mass in my ovary that was carefully studied and tested by Dr. Liberman before he proceeded with surgery. Because of his thorough approach, I was spared more invasive surgery and had an excellent surgical experience. His bedside manner is warm and caring, and minutes before my surgery he once again gave me confidence that all would be handled well and I would be okay. He is personable, caring, and real, and his expertise guided me through a stressful time.

Dr Denehy, not many doctors left with his bedside manner. I am so thankful for his ability to comfort nervous patients and yet be the very best in his field. I have to say that I was extremely nervous going into surgery and the staff thru out the hospital, all I was told was he is the best you have nothing to worry about....

Its hard to leave a review for a doctor online, as we want our patient confidentiality to be maintained. Let me just say that after 10+ years of dealing with a health issue that every other doctor shrugged at, I finally found Dr. Denehy. He listens, hes a straight shooter, and most importantly hes a master in his field. Ive had two procedures by him and have never felt so safe and taken care of. Ive met strangers who raved about him in passing, and nurses who told me hes the one they call when things go haywire in the hospital. There are not enough words to thank Dr. Denehy for the pain free life he has given me!!! If youre looking for a doctor, dont think twice, we need more doctors like him!!!

After receiving some devastating news, I was directed to Dr. Denehy. Let me just say that I although I was given his named by my doctor, I decided I was going to seek a second opinion after seeing him. Well, no need for that. Dr. Denehy was the only opinion that I needed. I love his bedside manner and he made me laugh and smile within two mins of speaking to him. That is all that it took. He is extremely knowledgeable and spoke to me in a language I can understand. He listened to me tell him what I wanted, then he explained my options. I went with his suggestion feet first. I really appreciate his team and how relative they were.

I have a hard time trusting doctors! I saw several doctors for my condition Dr. Denehy was the only Doctor after 15 years of searching who took care of my issue!! I totally trusted him. Excellent bedside manner. This is a doctor who cares about his patience ! Doctors like Dr. Denehy are hard to find and a blessing when you do!

Dr. Denehy has been excellent! I respect his experience and trust his wisdom... The reason I did not give 5 stars is that I do not care for the staff at all... They will not help coordinate record exchanges, takes numerous phone calls to get things done then you are told that it is up to YOU to check back on them to make sure they did their job. I do not feel they are compassionate, helpful or very professional. Its a shame that his excellence is not reflected by his staff.

I suffered for years with various conditions until I moved to New Jersey and was referred to Dr. Denehy. He performed a very difficult surgery on me with 100%success. Thankfully my quality of life will improve thanks to him. He is a great doctor.

Dr Liberman performed a hysteroscopic polypectomy and D&C procedure on me for abnormal uterine bleeding I was having. Dr. Liberman is kind, compassionate & very thorough. Always made me feel very comfortable & I never felt rushed. He always explained everything & answered all of my questions. The office staff is wonderful as well. I would highly recommendDr. Liberman.

I was referred to Dr. Denehy by the Rubino Group when I was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer. I cant say enough of wonderful things about Dr. Denehy. His bed side manners are impecible. He truly cares for his Patients.I am close to being 2 year Cancer free! Its a big deal! I continue to receive care from Dr. Denehys office and I see Marissa who I absolutely adore!The entire staff is wonderful. The location is excellent , ample parking. Very clean/spacious office. Wait time is really fast! Theres even a mini concession stand inside the building.

Horrible, you can never reach him and have to wait a month to get an appointment. Its as if he drags things along to bill your insurance company. I had an issue that was urgent. Dr. Thad Denehy whom I saw first referred me Dr. Eric Liberman due to him being booked up for surgery and it would be three months. Its been almost 4 months and I dont have a surgery date. He took a sample to see if it was cancerous and I got a phone call a month later that he didnt take enough. At this point Im going to another specialist. Staff can be disorganized at both locations.

Dr. Denehy is the only medical professional that I have seen in the metro area that was willing to repair a Pelvic Organ Prolapse without the use of mesh! He was very compassionate of my feelings against a hysterectomy and without judgement, he has agreed to perform my prolapse repair with stitches and my own tissue. This is the best news for me and my situation. Additionally, I feel truly confident in his expertise and his outstanding credentials. He has truly showed me a level of professionalism on all levels that is hard to come by these days.I will recommend him to my friend who has just received the same diagnosis.

My wife has been a patient of Dr Denehys Livingston office for over 8 years. Ever since Dr. Taylor left, she has noticed a remarkable decline in the way her medical care has been handled, not so much by Dr. Denehy himself, but by his office staff and their complete ineptitude and lack of compassion. To be honest, my wife has had one interaction with Dr. Denehy and it was positive. His staff failed to follow-up on a fax-request sent to another office for a procedure and Dr. Denehy straightened it out. Other than that, its been business as usual for this office staff. There is one staff member who has consistently called in wrong prescriptions, notes the wrong appointment times and in-person, has the attitude of someone who is being inconvenienced by them having to actually do their job. Not to mention that my wifes care is being administered by a nurse practitioner, which wouldnt be such an issue for regular check-ups. However, when issues arise where biopsies and scans are needed, thats when the disconnect between doctor and patient becomes glaringly obvious. When doctors and in this case, nurse practitioners are operating a revolving door of patients in their office, office staff have a tremendous amount of responsibility, but they also have a tremendous amount of power to screen patients calls, keep them from speaking with doctors directly, and all-around fail, with no repercussions, in getting their patients the prompt medical attention they may need, or their healthcare and prescription medical needs. The absolute worst thing you can tell a patient is it is not my job to do something that has everything to do with their medical needs. Utilize this practice at your own risk. These practices need to be staffed by competent and compassionate employees, not just a warm body to fill a chair. That responsibility falls directly on the heads of the practice.

If I could give this doctor a 0 rating I would. I was a patient of Dr. Taylors, a former associate in this office from 2006 until today when I requested my medical records be transferred. In 2016, Taylors patients were informed by a simple quick letter that Dr. Taylor was leaving this office to pursue dreams and we were being left in the capable hands of Dr. Dennehy and his associates. Shortly after, I called to reschedule my appointment with another qualified oncologist but sadly was told that although Dr. Dennehy was taking new patients, he would not pick up any of Dr. Taylors old patients. To make matters worse, there were no other doctors other than a nurses practitioner left in this office. This left me and I suspect a bunch of other poor Taylor patients up in the air with no support or referral for someone else! In addition, the last few times I needed a refill for my patches, no one would authorize the refills or issue another. Not even after numerous faxes and attempts from my pharmacy to obtain them. This is the most unethical office Ive ever come across. It is not a patients fault or should they pay for whatever is going on in their office. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this doctor ever.

I struggle with infertility and was referred to Doc. Thad for consultation. His exact words to me at the entrance of his office was you are referred to me by so so to remove your tubes? I was stunned. while with him, I realized, he was missing 2 of my test results and hasnt look through my paper work yet. He might be a great doctor but his lack of empathy, approach, and unprofessionalism is discouraging. If am from his race, he wont approach me like that or begin discussing my business in the hallway. The ineptitude, bed side manner, and office disorganization is another thing. I will never recommend an insensitive doctor like him or ever see him again. Its not worth it.

You will not find a better Dr. I am so grateful for the day I was referred to Dr, Denehy. Had two procedures with Dr. Denehy and his bedside manner and skill are beyond compare. Such a great experience with Dr. Denehy! I was nervous undergoing surgery but he put my mind at ease. He talked me through everything and made is easy for me.

I read everyone of these reviews and I dont believe we are speaking about the same Doctor . I was referred to him because of several issue and mainly my concerns with cancer . I had a biopsy done last week he has not called me about an update .its been 5 days . All he does is have me sir in office and barely explain to me whats happening. May 11th will be my 4th visit and several tests done .ie : papsmear, bone density test, c scan , blood work twice in less than 8 week and I no less clear of about what is wrong than the day I first visited his office .He doesnt call at all but have the desk call but they can address follow up questions about my health.Is this greenlighting ??

Dr Dehehy is an excellent Dr.,his bedside manner is impeccable and he is also kind and caring. After years of prolonging a surgery I needed I met with him and after ge explained everything 2 weeks later he performed.my surgery and I am very pleased with the outcome

This man saved my life, no one would operate because of the size of the fibroid that was pressing on my spine. Dr. Denehy worked with me, set a date, and saved my life.

Horrible management of staff !! Nobody answers the phone and HELL can freeze over to get return a return call. ! That is scary when I’m dealing with a serious diagnosis !
