American Adoptions helped change our lives by bringing us together with our little. When we decided to expand our family, we looked for agencies that not only worked with LGBTQ+ families, but also met our values that all families are families no matter their make up. From our first intake call through to the day that our adoption decree was signed, American Adoptions was there for us and our birth-mom 100%. Our family is complete, and we have American Adoptions to thank you that. Adoption is a miracle, a true act of love. Our hearts, lives, and family are bigger because of it.

American Adoptions is always responsive, kind and understanding!We have worked with other agencies but American Adoptions is our favorite by far. They always get back to us quickly, ease our mind and have the nicest most knowledgeable team members. So glad we are working with them now!

We adopted our son in 2018 with the help of American Adoptions. We felt supported throughout the process by our adoptive family specialist (Hi, Emily!), as well as the staff. They were on the phone with us late at night when we were matched and when we arrived at the hospital, as we traveled from CA to TN for the adoption. We were well informed on what to expect and received support even after the adoption was finalized. This was in stark contrast to the experience we had with another agency. We would recommend American Adoptions to anyone looking to grow their family through adoption!

Our family had a positive experience adopting our son through American Adoptions and will use them as an agency if we pursue private infant adoption again in the future. Any and all staff interactions and information through the process were respectful, clear, and helpful.
